Honestly I love fast Eddie s but on the nights their open till 11pm I ve been a few times and no one would answer the drive through, and when we went through the drive through to leave people were in there working. It was shortly after 10pm when we came by, not like 1045-11pm when we showed up which I would understand showing up right before closing not being answered If the hours changed that s fine but if you could update it so no one else has this happen that would be great

Food was good until today ( ate there yesterday) while Ive been puking and on the toilet since 4am ( its now 7:40am ) . Literally poison, dont go there . Also lady at the mic when your ordering is super rude , Im sitting there waiting and she yells ( HOLD ) at me ..... place is trash .

I went there Tuesday March 5th at 9pmish and I waited 5-10 minutes at the speaker (said hello a couple times) no one answered. Then drove up to the window and two workers were in there with their backs to the window and they ignored me for around 1 minute till I drove away. (2 without food) Never had this experience before, very disappointing. ( there was a car parked at the adjacent window the whole time I was there and when I left tho that might unrelated )

Usually good place I m here at 9:30 PM, they close at 10 and they only have enough meat for five burgers and won t make more for a 10 pack. Update: emailed company to talk to someone. I realize each store is independently owned but thought I would try. I got the email off their website. Email does not exist.

Slow drive through service

Have a $2 special on burger, fried and/or drink. Love the fire came in a cup and hot but burger was larger bun for small patty but hey it s $2. No lettuce or tomatoes just pickles ketchup and mustard like traditional mcdicks cheeseburger. All in all in a crunch with time and money or just craving some fast food rather here then over priced corporate fast food chains Parking: Soley drive thru

Quick and decent food. They live up to their name!. I prefer their chicken sandwiches vs their beef burgers. On a side note the crazy fries are totally worth it.

The burger used to taste phenomenal. I m a student and I come everyday. They changed the customer service. The lady seemed like she was high from weed or something. She couldn t process anything I was saying. She got mad at me and put so much sauce in the burger to take revenge. I told her to get the manager and the manager was also another student. The burger is 4.99 and she lied to my face and said it s 6.99 and would not give me the receipt. I told the manager to give me the receipt and he did and he saw that she charged me twice for the milkshake. I told him to apologize and not just refund me but he shut the window. This is absurd.

Once arrived in drive-through ready to orde, no staff asked what we wanted to order.

Two cheeseburgers. Large crazy fry. And a medium Pepsi, no ice. My go to order. What that gets you is fed. As itt is, technically, food. But its also the ingredients for making a 1 pound brick in your abdomen about 45 minutes after you consume them. And also the ingredients for making some mortar for that brick about 4 hours after that. Fast Eddies: feel full, but not good about yourself.

Again coming from out of town and they close early. Attitude from employee stating too busy while we were the only ones in line. When I mentioned going to head office cause its the 4th time they have closed early she asked What do you want? With a nasty look on their face. I will never go back again

Great Milk Shake

A legendary meal. Its not for everyone.

Went through the drive-through. The staff can not seem to understand what a plain cheese burger is. My son is picky and wants it just the cheese and the patty. I repeat this every time we go through. The past three times, they cant seem to get it right. Either there has been mustard or ketchup on it. Its really not a hard thing to remember.

I dont know why there isnt one of these next to every McDonalds destroying their business with the fries alone. Such great food, fair prices, fast clean friendly service. Pickle fries are heavenly

fast Eddies holds it down as the best fast food place in the area. the prices always remain reasonable no matter the economy and the menu remains the same with some new great options. addicted to the pickle fries definitely recommend trying them if you havent yet. the service is always friendly and speedy.

Sat in drive thru for 10 mins and no order was taken so no fast eddies for me who ever works on Stanley St in brantford at 12 28 pm shouldnt be working there

Fast Eddies usually doesnt disappoint BUT this time fries tasted day old and not hot.Hardly any pickle seasoning on either order. First time trying beefy fry which was just fries with gravy. Awful tasting so it was probably good thing it was only a tablespoon of it. And hamburgers were not hot. Totally dissatisfied for the cost.

They put hot crazy fries and cold pop In the same tray. Obviously the tray folded in half, and I now have cheesy, beefy, fries, and pop, ice all over my truck. Common sense says hot and cold do not go in the same tray......

Refused me service at the walk up window, then when I went to the drive thru they told me they had no meat for burgers, what kind of fast food joint allows themselves to run out of patties what a joke this place is and the only should be ashamed of what a garbage place hes running

Exactly what a old school drive up should be. Agreed the meat has had to be substituted from original recipe as times don t allow us the same freedom we once had but none the less the order notes were followed and service was quick. Can t complain

No parking spots on site, tons of parking across the street and picnic tables on site...friendly service with a big smile! Vegetarian options: French fries...outside of that, Im not sure Parking: None on site, large parking lot across the street though

Lotsa gravy on the beefy fries. Right to the bottom. I thought the Steak Burger was great and it was HUGE!

This lady made us wait at the speaker for 10 mins, then I got to the window, n she charged me for a pop I never ordered, then she made me use my debit 2 times. Never once did she apologized am done with fast Eddies

No cheese sauce in my crazy fry

Completely disgusting. Burgers are dry and your just getting a cheap stale bun with ketchup and mustard, fries I had no idea you can mess up frozen fries like that they were stale and dry like a saltine cracker. The shakes had a fake banana flavour and watered down. Waste of money, none of the workers even had gloves. The girl making the burgers had no gloves and touching her face and wrapping burgers. I should have drove off when I saw that but I already paid.

It is what it is, and I love it! Chicken wing burger and crazy frys!

Fast Eddies is a bit of an institution. The food isnt gourmet, but then its not meant to be either. I prefer the burgers here to McDonalds, but the star for me here are the Beefy Fries; such a simple concept thats difficult to find elsewhere...just an order of Fries in good tasting beef gravy. I do miss the 39 cent burgers from when they fish opened though! ;)

Ive eaten here regularly since I started high school (5-ish years now) and Ive always had no issue with the food. I tend to grab some fries, or if Im having a bad day, Ill get one of their dollar milkshakes. Overall, Its a pretty good place to stop for something to eat if youre passing by

Super good cheesy fries

A good no frills place to grab a quick bite to eat. Pickle fries are addictive and so are their crazy shakes. Their prices arent too bad as well for what you get

We only visit once or twice a year but when we do were always pleased! Fries are always fresh from the fryer and delicious!

So I went to Eddies for the first time thought the old fashion style menu and building was gunna a good reflection on their food... I would rather go McDonald s throw my food out the window drive over it few times scrape it off the ground the eat it before going to Eddies again wouldn t waste your money on it when you can go to Costco and buy and make it yourself lol.

We chose to go to this location because the ladies who work there actually make sure there is chilli and cheese throughout the whole cup but the guy there just puts a bit on top.... over half the cup was naked fries...

You get what you pay for at Fast Eddies. Good, cheap eats. This is not high-brow, nor does it pretend to be. Their milkshakes are what you need in your life.

I remember back in the day we used to buy 39 cent burgers it was awesome! The food has always been consistent and good! Its nice to stop by and grab a bag of pickle fries and a milkshake from time to time.

So I had never eaten here before. And will not be going back. Ever! I had 6 chilly fries, and A bite of a rubbery cheese burger with a toonie sized drip of ketchup, a quarter size dribble of mustard and 2 pickles. Immediately felt sick to my stomach. Never again.

I hadnt gone to fast eddies in several years as there there arent any near me anymore. On a trip to Brantford last week I saw one and was excited as I love the the original crazy fries. Ended up being very disappointed. The crazy fries had the chili on it but not the cheese sauce so I went around the drive-through again to tell them. The lady working there told me it was because the cheese sauce comes very thin now and sinks to the bottom. There was no cheese sauce, not even at the bottom! She gave me a tiny container of the cheese and said I could pour it over top. So I did that and yes , it was very runny .So very disappointing. My daughters friend had gone to a fast eddies in a different town and location about 2 weeks prior and told me that the cheese sauce on her order was NOT runny at that location. It was like it should be. So I was upset because I felt I was lied to , to cover up their mistake.I wont go back to that location again because of that incident.

Came out fast and the food rocked the lady taking my order was friendly and very quick to help me

I had the bacon slider meal today with pickle fries. The burger looked disgusting,not warm looked like just been thrown together. The fries had no pickle spice.on them they were not fresh fries,they were all soggy and gross. The entire meal was garbage not worth the money

Ok, hear me out. On the menu, it says the kids meals are $5.19 which includes either a regular hamburger or cheeseburger, fries with cheese sauce and a drink... Yet, they charged extra for the cheese slice on the Burger and extra for the drink. My kids wanted extra pickles... Guess what? They charge for the extra ONE slice of pickle. Really?! One kids meal isnt $5.19+tax, It actually comes to over $7.00! Rip off!

This is a guilty pleasure for sure. Pickle fries are a must. And you cant go wrong with a shake.

I generally like going to fast Eddies. The staff are friendly and the price is good for a quick takeout meal. However, for the last few months at this location specifically, i have been very disappointed with the fries. The fries are often undercooked and soggy and I leave them uneaten. Make sure to ask for properly cooked fries if you plan to eat at this location.

Great drive-thru for a tasty shake (my personal fav is the banana-berry wild shake), and don t forget the crazy fries - best fries at fast food in my opinion.

Go there sometimes really like the frys not a big fan of the monkey shake but thats just preference the burgers atleast dont taste like cardboard so thats a positive (sorry mcdonalds) other than parking not bad of a place

I love this place. I travel just to get their crazy fries, extra crazy and strawberry shortcake milkshake. Their service is great and the food is always on point. Unfortunately they do not have dine-in, its just drive through, a walk up window and there is no parking.

This Fast Eddies location food is always awesome and the food is always fresh and tasty. The staff at this location is great. They aim to please and they always get the order correct.

Seriously low prices. If drunk when ordering, I would probably give 4 stars. Sober, I would give it 2 stars. The chicken sandwich that I had was better than the beef burger. The fries are good. Crazy fries for me would have been better without the canned chili but it brought back some great drunk food memories.

Not impressed by the girl that served me last night. I ordered cheese fries and when it was handed to me the container the fries were in was greasy and slipped out of our hands when passing them. Cheese and fries went all down the side of my car, down inside my window track. No offer of napkins, no apology for it. She seemed mad at me that I could not grasp a greasy fry container. I now need to have my car detailed to get the cheese out of my window track.

A great find and a must try. Was trying to get to McDonalds and saw Fast Eddies. A bit of a trick to get into the place because its all one way streets but its worth it. I had to cut through the Shoppers plaza. Service was outstanding. The person serving me said because of allergies she couldnt eat the food but was super helpful in walking me through the menu. Shakes were great and the crazy fries....chili and cheese...are what you want to get for sure. Burger was good but I wish I had asked asked to have no mayo/sauce....that was on me and it tasted good but I try to avoid those on my burgers. A surprise treat that reminded me of done if my favorite US fast food restaurants.

Good fast food. Nice sized burgers, their fries are not soggy or overly greasy. The crazy fries with cheese and chilli sauce are a different thing to try there. Milkshakes are so thick you might need a spoon

Delicious food and fast friendly service

There was no drive thru or pick up window traffic, but I stood at the pick up window for nearly 10 minutes, looked at twice by the employees, & was still ignored before I left.

Best fast Eddies location. Always fast and friendly service here whether youre doing drive thru or walk up. Ive never had a mistake on an order here and the foods always good with really cheap prices.

Fries were ok. Double burger was so tiny!! Chicken burger was ok. Overall = meh.
