Burger Stack - Smashburgers in Brantford

Very Disappointing I recently visited Burger Stack, and unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. The food was extremely disappointing. First off, the burger itself was poorly cooked, dry, and lacked flavor. The patty was overcooked, making it tough and chewy, and the bun was stale, which took away from any potential enjoyment. The fries were soggy and lacked any real seasoning, making them bland and unappetizing. It was clear that the kitchen had no attention to detail or quality control.

Loved their other location in Kitchener and this one’s even better. Great service friendly staff!! However I wish they had more seating options for dine-in

Giving 5 stars for the people working there who communicate well and smile ! Behavior means everything. Single stack burger was very good! We did not like the crispy chicken burger, it was over fried and blackish, family fries soaked so much oil, we had to though half of it away. I know you can fix it and do better, we would like to support this new business in the neighborhood

We ordered the single smash burger and the Nashville hot. Both were delicious! We can’t wait to try the other items! We definitely recommend

Fantastic experience today! We were greeted as soon as we walked in and our order was taken promptly. We got a triple burger with fries and a Oreo milkshake, along with a crispy chicken burger and poutine. SO good!! Our wait was minimal and the owner/manager was really kind at helping and guiding his staff while they were working. The food was hot and delicious! We will definitely be back. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up! 👍🏼

I got the crispy chicken burger combo plus an Oreo milkshake the gf got the smash burger combo plus the double chocolate milkshake. All we can say is wow. Everything is amazing. Tastes like a fresh home cooked meal not a fast food meal. And that’s hard to find these days.

It's always good when a burger place opens up within literal walking distance of your house! I had the opportunity to try out Burger Stack tonight, and was not disappointed! For my first burger, I tried a double stacked burger with the works. What I noticed first was the taste and quality of the meat. It was cooked well, and seasoned nicely. The burger meat is fresh, meaning they don't buy their patties. I watched them cook the patties and was impressed by the attentiveness of the cooks. Size-wise, the burger was satisfying. I'm a bigger guy, but I found the burger size was just right for me. The toppings didn't overwhelm the meat, and the bun wasn't bigger than the patties. I made it into a combo and got fries as well. These were likewise tasty and well cooked - crispy but not overdone. I'll definitely be back, and will try some of their other options. They have a decent menu with lots of varieties, and also vegetarian options. The price was also reasonable, comparable to other local burger places. Highly recommend!
