They are totally rude I m skip driver and i said can i use washroom They did refuse and told me if u buy something then u can use

Visited Friday and very disappointed with size of bowl n pictures were more appealing then what i got and prices were outrageous but wanted to give them a chance Not at all the hype never go back nor recommend

When I went to the restaurant for dinner, the portions were small and the steak was tough and inedible. I would not recommend the meat here.

Unfortunately my experience at this location was very disappointing. The first time I went here the staff were great, welcoming and helpful. Tonight the gentleman serving was noticeable annoyed when I asked questions and needed clarification. Very little toppings and far too expensive for the negative experience I had. Will not be returning and going elsewhere in Brantford for takeout. April 3 2024.

This was our first time here. I ordered a bowl with rice noodles. All the pictures show bowls heaping with toppinga. My bowl was 90 percent rice noodles with toppings sprinkled on. It was very disappointing in presentation and flavor. My husband got a burrito and was satisfied but not blown away. I also got a smoothie it was very good. The server was polite and friendly and it was very clean but I will not return when there is so many better options for bowls out there.

Stopped coming here because the portions are so tiny. Bowls are filled barely halfway.

Buddah satay bowl .. mostly noodles and some shredded carrots .. very little chicken, cabbage and broccoli.Not sure if typical or store saving money .

Went here for the first time. It is a bit pricey, as we paid $65 for 3 kids items, 3 smoothies and 2 bowls. I will say, it was very tasty and it is definitely a great alternative to your typical fast food joints and you dont feel as gross after.

I ve been to other locations and they re pretty good however when I went to this location they had an ant problem... friendly staff but food hygiene is up for questions.

My favorite teriyaki twist w steak protein your choice of how you want your bowls wraps soups etc etc. Tex mex soup was also good Budda good try them all at one point will not be disappointed. I learned in store special 2 for 1 bowl or (wrap?). Great product great staff.

We ordered at the wrong location and didn t realize till we went into the Brantford location. After calling the Ancaster location they told us that they could not refund as it was not in their hands . Kishan at the Brantford location was super respectful and nice about the misunderstanding and gave us our order without a hastle! This location is always so nice!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would! It was my first time here, and from the moment I walked in I was pleasantly greeted, offered ideas and suggestions, and I felt very looked-after. I ordered the Buddha Satay Bowl and the gentleman working there offered me a sample of the peanut satay sauce first, to make sure I would enjoy it and I did! He explained to me about their new vitamins, and offered me a little healthy dessert-treat to take home. The bowl is incredibly fresh and tasty, I loved my experience, the cold pressed juice (Reset) is out of this world fresh, and I will be 100% be back, and recommend to all of my friends!!! What a great, happy, positive, and wonderful restaurant and team. Thank you! :)

Grabbed a Buddha Satay bowl for the wife and she said it was cold, the veggies were hard as a rock and there was no sauce on it. Disappointed as she s a huge fan!!

So we just stopped in at Freshii in Brantford on Henry Street on thier opening day. The staff was friendly and helpful. They even took the time to speak with us to make sure that we were satisfied with the food and service. Food was delicious and fresh. Freshii also has a great selection with healthy options. It has great portions at a great price. We will definitely be returning again.

These guys are amazing. I have been here a few times now and it is always consistently great. And the staff are very friendly and caring. I feel like a valued customer. Never had I been to a freshii before until this one in Brantford had opened. So delicious, fresh and healthy. This definitely sticks within my calorie intake and keeps me on track when I want to eat out. I will definitely be visiting more then I should.

Visited the store today (I usually place an online order). I was served by Parth who was very kind and friendly. He made my order quickly and accurately. We had the Buddha Satay Bowl with Chicken X2 and the Teriyaki Twist bowl with Steak. Everything was great!!

First time I ordered from here. I just did this via skip the dishes. Looking forward to trying things out from here and as a compliment they gave me this coconut fruit thing with chai seeds and peanut butter bite ball things for energy. Very yummy! Wonderful! In the very short time its been opened, my boyfriend and I have been multiple times! Fantastic options for a healthy takeout meal with lots of options for vegetarians/vegans. I order from the brantford location on Henry Street. Today i ordered the Mediterranean bowl with yogurt dressing in it, chicken breast and crispy wontons. It is amazing, i love all the fresh ingredients, and the nice big portions. I was given a free Coconut Chia Pudding that has strawberries and mangos on top. I am very happy about that. My food was ready very quickly and very fresh.

I was in today for the first time and had the oaxaca bowl and added steak and egg. IT WAS FANTASTIC. I was a little worried about the spicy yogurt but it wasn t to spicy and the flavour was soooo good. I also had the strawberry banana shake and that tasted so fresh. Staff was friendly and thanked me for coming. I ll be back!

Not long ago, Freshii opened its doors at the Brantford location just like the breeze of fresh air. Great healthy food and nice clean environment. Loved it! My bowl was HUGE!!!! I usually order food at least once a week from my regular, the last place has started to disagree with my husband s stomach. It s also delicious but probably getting too spicy for him. Lots of options here. I love veggies with a little bit of meat and he loves taco s, win win! The price is super reasonable. Put a plain wrap as an add on, I like a little bread with my bowl.

AMAZING fresh lunch! Food was awesome. We had the tacos for 2 special. We chose 3 Steak & Queso tacos, 3 Street Corn Chicken Tacos and a Cobb Salad. Not one single complaint. The menu is vast and the food fresh and delicious! Service was above and beyond! They fill the tacos and the salad was overflowing too. No need to ask for extra. We are taking 3 tacos home! We will definitely return again and again

Psome dear friends brought supper out to share with me, as I recuperated from surgery. We decided to try the chicken with avocado, black beans, and tomato s bowl. Let me tell you, it was like a party in my mouth! I ve never tasted anything more delicious in my life! All the ingredients looked and tasted fresh, it was yummy just to look at. I ve actually requested this twice, since. This is my new, favorite restaurant, and will be there many, many more tomes! I dont normally write reviews but I had to make an exception here. First off, this is my first experience with a Freshii restaurant. I would consider this fast food, but the quality and nutritional levels are definitely waaay above what youd expect from a fast-food place. I am completely impressed. If youre health conscious, this is an island paradise in an ocean of deep fryers - if you take my meaning. 14 bucks got me a very generous portion of food. If Im gonna spend that kind of money on lunch, Id rather this over something like McDs. Im full and I dont feel bad about what I ate afterwards. I ordered a Tex-mex bowl with chicken. So glad this healthy choice has popped up close to my work.

Absolutely not worth it, I ordered a smokehouse burrito. First I would like to say it was really small for the price, It was bland and the steak that was on it was god awful processed beef atleast thats what it looked like, taste was awful and rubbery.

It was fresh and really good. No complaints here. The smoothe was excellent. Burrito was very delicious. Would recommend going here for something fresh and quick.
