It was my first time at this restaurant. The food was amazing. I tried veg dinner thali and it was delicious and at a reasonable price. The service was great and quick. Overall it was a great experience for me.
Food was so awesome and mouthwatering.. and specially I want to thank owner of restaurant a very kind and generous person as I have ordered food online and mixed up with wrong order placed . The owner called me to re confirm my order and didn’t evan asked for remaining balance money. Much recommended restaurant and food and lovely people.
Shoutout to Zaaika Indian Cuisine , Our family favorite and the only place we have consistently loved! ❤️ If you haven't tried them out you should! Great people, great food and a great price! $85 with plenty left over for lunch tommorow!! We spent $75 on 4 combos at A&W lastnight and this was a way better way to spend our money. We happily drive all the way across town for this place! Pictured- Butter chicken x2, Saffron rice x2, Garlic Naan, Onion bhaji (my absolute favorite), Chicken pakora, and Veggie pakora with a side of plain chicken and white rice for our little one.
What an awesome place! I didn't even know of this place until now but it's very nice. The owner and staff were super friendly. I had butter chicken with rice. I'm definitely getting it there again! My new go to Indian food place hands down!
I hate driving and I drive an hour and a half for this food. The people are lovely, prices are great, portions are huge and flavour is perfect. If u have never eaten here u are missing out. Much love ! Also they should jar the butter chicken sauce it’s so good!!!!
I ordered cauliflower pakora and two samosas. Total was $10+tax and there was quite a lot of food, enough to fill one person. The pakora was very well fried and tasty, and the samosas are huge. The absolute joy of the meal was the bright green sauce I had. No idea what it was but it was so good I will be back in the future for another meal.
This is the best indian cuisine ive had in ontario. We had vegetarian thali and mango lassi which was really good. The veg maratha sabzi was to die for really unique and creamy. Sadly its really underrated and deserves way more popularity.
Incredibly friendly staff and the food was fresh and delicious. We tried a variety of dishes and all of them were beyond satisfying. The whole family enjoyed them. If you are seafood eater they have many options here as well.
A very peaceful place to enjoy the delicious foood. Absolutely authentic Indian food. It s my favourite forever.

We have done catering twice from this restaurant and must say the food is very delicious and fresh and their prices are very reasonable with enough quantity . I hope they continue the same . Today we got vegetarian thali and it was very comforting . Would keep visiting this place .

I recently dined at Zaaika and loved their chicken fried rice and beef devil. The rice was flavorful with tender chicken, and the beef devil had the perfect spice level. With ample seating capacity and a warm ambiance, the experience was fantastic. Highly recommend these dishes at Zaika! ---
Best Indian food in town. No contest
Best Indian restaurant in Brantford. Great food and amazing service. Very clean place with nice ambiance.Must visit. Food
I recently dined at Zaika and had an exceptional experience. The highlight was the Veg Maratha Curry, a perfect blend of aromatic spices and fresh vegetables, cooked to perfection. The currys heat and creaminess balanced beautifully, making each bite a delight. The rest of the menu impressed with a variety of well-crafted dishes. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. Zaika is a must-visit for its outstanding food and excellent service. Highly recommended!
Best value for Thali . Lunch on Monday at best

Zaaika offers an exceptional dining experience with its warm ambiance and attentive staff. The menu features delicious, authentic dishes like butter chicken and paneer tikka, all made with fresh ingredients and beautifully presented. The service is impeccable, with knowledgeable and accommodating staff. I highly recommend Zaaika for anyone seeking top-quality Indian cuisine in a welcoming setting. Looking forward to my next visit!
Amazing Lunch Special Thali for $12.95!!! You choose your currie and daal w rice, salad, raita, desert. The Chef came from a Toronto Indian restaurant 4 years ago - the food is AMAZING! Lunch goes 11:30 - 3:00. Their food is very good, and menu choices are a step up in variety and sophistication from standard Indian restaurant menus. Vindaloo, Jalfrezi, Masala - yeah! Lunch special is delicious with many options and at a great price. I go there often.
Great food and amazing customer service.!
Great food , amazing hospitality. The owner went out of the way to prepare food for my family even after they were closed in the afternoon. Appreciate the gesture. Will always remember and recommend this place. Vegetarian options: Dal Makhani
I recently dined at Zaaika and was thoroughly impressed! The Indian cuisine was exquisite, offering a delightful array of flavors and spices. However, what truly elevated the experience was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. I highly recommend for anyone craving delicious Indian food served with a smile!
Absolutely delightful experience at Zaaika! From the warm ambiance to the flavorful dishes, every moment was a culinary adventure. The staff especially Prateek was incredibly attentive, ensuring every need was met. Highly recommend trying their punjabi dishes its simply divine!

We recently ordered several party platters of food from Zaaika. The service and quality of the food was outstanding. So delicious! And the staff are wonderful. Highly recommended. Vegetarian options: Excellent vegan options!
It was freezing! No heat! We all wore our coats while eating dinner! Dietary restrictions: If you have a nut allergy- please be careful! Lots of food is made with nuts! Food : 3/5 |
Catering: awesome food, authentic taste, ziaka is perfect for food taste and quality, Parteek Anand is a man behind the super service. Dine In: Yummy food, we ordered Andhra chicken, chicken rogan josh, paneer makhni & maratha veg kabab, all were super delicious and service was also very good. Highly Recommended place for foodies.
Best Indian restaurant in Brantford. Amazing food , excellent service and very clean place. Portions sizes of food were huge at very reasonable prices. If you want to eat real authentic food Zaaika is the place to go.
The food was absolutely amazing! Our server was very charming. We dined in and we were very happy with the Goat korma and Biryani chicken, veg samosa papadums
Been a patron for a while now and cannot say enough about this awesome place! The food is authentic and delicious, and staff are super friendly and accommodating.
Ive ordered a Thali to go. Everyone can see how the presentation is going. The dish was really salty. I threw out all of the food, which was a complete waste of money. I will not recommend anyone to come to your restaurant . Learn how to cook as well as how to present food. Must try briyani bar instead of this place.
I had ordered chicken biryani and vegetable biryani. I didnt like the taste at all. After seeing good review i thought of visiting it but felt opposite. The staffs were really friendly and professional though.
We always buy food from here. Pretty regular customers but the last we ordered we got food that was gone bad. It tasted like leftovers from many days ago. You just lost me as a customer forever.
We came home and ordered 4 garlic naans, fish pakora and butter chicken from this restaurant...when we received our food it was all cold and tasteless... garlic naan were like rubber..kids cant even chew them...in fish pakora there was barely any fish inside and it was all cold and soggy...butter chicken was tasteless..when i called them to complain..i spoke with someone name prateek and he said they dont have any driver to deliver replacement garlic naan or can give me chicken biryani instead of garlic naan but no driver available for delivery...guyz. stay away from this restaurant...and dont waste your hard earned money.. Pics attached of fish and garlic naan
Extraordinary. Meets an elite by which you judge all other restaurants. The manager is really good and the staff is always ready ti help. The atmosphere is lovely and the menu offers a wide variety of cuisines which are both delicious and beautifully presented. To name a few I had veg biryani, veg thali and samosa s. They were all exquisite.
Best Indian restaurant in Brantford. Excellent service and friendly staff. Food is always consistent with authentic taste and flavours. Biryanis and samosas are to die for. I would highly recommend.
Best Indian food in Brantford! Staff is genuine and thankful for your business! For is always ready, hot, and accurate when you pick it up! Parking: Not a lot of parking
The service, food and cost is great.
No words to express but I love the food
Chicken vindaloo - fantastic, hot and authentic
Amazing food, if you go at lunch the veg and non-veg lunch deals are WELL worth it. Anytime in working in the area im sure to swing by and get some tikka or some butter chicken. Photo below is the chickpeas and butter chicken lunch deal, as you can see its massive! It also came with a few big pieces of naan and some rice pudding like desert They also have a big tandoori oven in the restaurant witch is cool and THE NANN BREAD IS AMAZING! Fresh and great flavour!
Really good Indian food. When it comes to Indian Food, zaaika is on top of my familys choice in Brantford.
The place feels like an expensive restaurant restaurant but it isnt. Wasnt very busy when we done in but still it took some time to get my order. Never mind the mutton biriyani was good. Huge quantity. Difficult to find street parking
Dried chicken and old stuff reheated.
I had recently ordered the Chicken Samosas from Zaaika and it was quite a feast with the green and red dipping sauce and loved the service provided by them.
Food is amazing- delicious and fresh. My favorite spot for Indian Cuisine in the city. Portions are generous and last me a few meals, great value for a reasonable price. So far I have only ordered take out, but look forward to dining in person soon.
Very friendly staff and the food was awesome! I would definitely order from here again next time were in Brantford. The place looks dated and not super clean looking, but the food more than makes up for that.
Terrible, once i found staple in my food..how? Literally...I was confused.
Visited this place three times and came across mouth watering fish masala and other chicken dishes. Service is amazing. Highly recommended.
Had a very solid experience. The tikka masala was incredible. Would recommend!
A Gastronomic Ode to Zaaikas Indian Cuisine When one ponders the essence of exquisite culinary art, the pursuit of perfection is often sought in distant lands and ancient traditions. Yet, as a humble seeker of wisdom and an ardent connoisseur of the palate, I, Matt, found myself serendipitously wandering into a veritable temple of taste in Brantford, Ontario - Zaaika Indian Cuisine. As the sun reached its zenith, I was presented with a lunch special to rival the banquets of Olympus. With a price below $14, one might question the quality of such a feast. But let me assure you, dear reader, that this bounty transcends the mere notion of value. Like a symphony of harmonious flavors, the lunch special revealed itself in multiple forms: a choice of curry, whether it be fiery or subtle, alongside the earthy embrace of Channa Masala or the soul-warming comfort of lentils. Every morsel contained within it the knowledge of a thousand culinary expeditions, each ingredient a testament to the craft and passion of the chefs. In the spirit of balance and unity, the interplay between the warm, tender naan and the cool, refreshing salad was a delightful dance of contrasts, their flavors a chorus of celebration. The sturdy foundation of the perfectly cooked rice served as a canvas upon which the rich, vibrant hues of the dishes painted a masterful portrait of gastronomic excellence. As the echoes of this culinary concerto began to fade, the denouement appeared in the form of rice pudding. Sweet, delicate, and luscious, it was an ambrosial delight that lulled the senses into a state of contentment and gratitude. In the end, the Zaaika Indian Cuisine lunch special was not merely a meal; it was an experience, a philosophical journey that transported me through time and space, uniting me with the wisdom of the ancients and the warmth of distant lands. As Plato himself sought truth through dialogue, so too does this wondrous repast remind us that wisdom and beauty can be found in the most unexpected places, even in the humble form of a lunch special.
I had dhal makani lunch and the server told me it came with another main course which I had to select. I was served a variety of different foods on one divided container tray. Everything was delicious. I wish this place was in my city because I would eat lunch here every day. Highly recommended!!
Last couple experiences have not been good. This place used to be my favorite Indian restaurant but Im not likely to return anymore
The best biryani in downtown Brantford fulfilled my choice. And spicy if you like spicy just tell them while placing an order.
Good quality food and comes with great quantity!
Best in Brantford :) I have tried most of the veg curries and wraps. Always tasted great. Guaranteed satisfaction
Best Indian food ever in Brantford Owner was soo attentive.. I cannot eat spicy...he made the most delicious dish...I had a mango chicken rofi Cant wait to go back Parking: Anywhere....2 hrs time limit..free
Butter chicken, rice and naan. Did takeout and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Had it mild since I cant handle spice. I would recommend their butter chicken.
I had a wonderful experience at this place. The food was so good and worth the price. I ordered a veg thali and it was delicious.
Excellent food. My partner had the butter chicken and it was the best we ve ever tasted and I ordered the Non Veg Thali (inspired by Top Chef episode) and it didn t disappoint. Prices were so reasonable we kept checking the bill figuring it was a mistake. Great taste and big portion sizes. Service was friendly and knowledgeable so ordering was really easy. Will be back! Vegetarian options: Lots of choices!
Decided to try it out based on the previous reviews- and it certainly did not disappoint! Food was excellent all around! We had samosas (as big as softballs!), mixed veggie pakoras, butter chicken, naan, rice and tandoori lamb kebabs. All delicious- but our eyes were certainly bigger than our stomachs! Kebabs are coming home- but everything was hot, fresh and so delicious! Our server was also lovely- quick, efficient and courteous! We will certainly be back- don t sleep on this spot!
Excellent Indian food. The butter chicken was delicious!
So grateful to have found this place! Absolutely fantastic, authentic food.... and we are not usually or easily impressed. Service was over and above helpful, attentive and kind. We asked for recommendations based upon our Vegan diet, and ate decadently at great value. See you soon, you have new regulars! Thank you! Vegetarian options: Vegan Kid-friendliness: Helpful concern for spiciness.
I was sick and ordered daal curry with Jeera rice. Tasted like home (fantastic).
Food is good and fine.
Just delicious food!! My favorite is the Chicken 65 and the Garlic Naan. I would eat here daily if I could! I ve had the Daal in the past and it s simply delicious! You want to eat here! Extensive menu Vegetarian options: An extensive vegetarian menu
Awesome food service provided by Pratik. Food was so delicious.Awesome place and food.
Good was awesome, service was excellent, price was good. Very authentic cooking, and flavors.
Very good food and waiter was very hospitable. Recommend very highly.
Best Indian restaurant in town. Amazing food , excellent service and good atmosphere. Very clean and hygienic place. Samosas and Dal makhni are to die for. Highly recommend.
The food was delicious with great quantity at such reasonable price. The staff was very warm and friendly. Highly recommended for Indian food.
We ordered a Humber of items but the butter chicken was our problem. It smelled putrid and rotten and when we tasted it, we Knew immediately something was wrong. We brought back all the food and got reimbursed for all the food as we didn t feel comfortable continuing to try anything else at that point. The staff were gracious about the issue but I felt it prudent to let people know to be mindful when ordering there.
Its all about the spice! Zaaika was a wonderful surprise for an Indian food lover like me. The vindaloo was spicy hot, but full of flavour. The onion bhajiahs were excellent, and so was the cauliflower bits and garlic naan bread! There was ample parking around the restaurant, and the space inside had a lovely open feeling. I like the fact the tables werent so close together you could listen in on others conversations. The service was terrific, our host was attentive and helpful with menu questions we had. And, for the quality and quantity of food, the prices were terrific. Ill be back! I would highly recommend Zaaikas for fabulous Indian food.
Amazing food. Best Butter chicken we have ever had. Samosas and Dal makhni were delicious. Excellent service, friendly staff and very clean place. Highly recommend.
I recently had the pleasure of dining at Zaika Indian Cuisine, and I must say that it was an unforgettable culinary experience that transported my taste buds straight to the vibrant streets of India. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm hospitality and an ambiance that perfectly blended modern elegance with traditional Indian charm. Now, lets talk about the star of the show: the food. Every dish I sampled was a masterpiece of flavors, aromas, and textures that truly exemplified the richness of Indian cuisine. The Butter Chicken, a beloved classic, was nothing short of spectacular. The tender chicken pieces were generously coated in a velvety, aromatic tomato-based sauce that balanced the perfect level of creaminess and spices. Paired with fresh, perfectly baked Naan bread, it was a match made in culinary heaven. The Mutton Curry was a revelation. The succulent pieces of mutton were slow-cooked to perfection, allowing the spices to infuse deeply, resulting in a dish that was both hearty and flavorful. The blend of spices was harmonious, making each bite a delightful explosion of taste. Palak Paneer, a vegetarian delight, showcased the expert balance of flavors at Zaika. The creamy spinach gravy embraced the delicate paneer cubes, creating a dish that was both wholesome and indulgent. It was a wonderful reminder of how well Indian cuisine can cater to various dietary preferences. And how could I forget the Lassi? The cooling and refreshing yogurt-based drink was the perfect accompaniment to the bold flavors of the dishes. It provided a harmonious contrast and left me feeling satisfied and refreshed. What truly stood out beyond the outstanding food was the genuine passion of the staff. Their recommendations were spot-on, and their knowledge of the menus intricacies demonstrated a commitment to preserving the authenticity of Indian cuisine. Zaika Indian Cuisine is more than just a restaurant; its a culinary journey that takes you on an adventure through the diverse flavors of India. Whether youre a seasoned fan of Indian cuisine or a newcomer looking to explore new tastes, Zaika is an absolute must-visit. Prepare yourself for a symphony of flavors that will leave you craving more.
everything is excellent food taste is really like India taste And main thing is quality & quantity I ordered I Thali just in 17 dollers and got enough food Spl Parteek is doing excellent work with friendly service Thanku team Zaika
We loved the food, everything tasted fantastic. Highly recommend the Masala Chai and Kadhai Paneer. We were so happy that finally we got to eat authentic indian food!!! The server was very good. He made sure we enjoyed our food!! Will visit again.
Can you show the halal certificate
Best Indian food Ive had in very long time!!
We were looking for a new place to dine and stumbled across Zaaika this evening and boy we were so glad we did! The food was great (samosa chaat, garlic naan, veg biriani, shrimp korma and butter chicken) and the service was equally enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
Best service and best food in Brantford
The atmosphere and the food was amazing... Especially the lacha parantha and dal makhani.
I love Zaaika! The food was fresh, hot and delicious. I had the chicken tikka masala. As good as any Ive had anywhere in the world. And the portions! Many Indian restaurants - the luncheon combos or specials have very small servings. You may even leave hungry. Not Zaaika! You may not be able to finish your lunch (and be asking for a takeaway carton). The manager and servers are warm and professional. A little downtown gem.
Great food. Good staff
The chicken biryani was amazing. Great portion sizes and friendly service.
A small revamp for the interior can help make it nicer, food and service was good. But just expensive
Real flavor. Good value and portions. Clean with attentive staff. Order in or take out. This place is worth the stop. Tandoori chicken, vindaloo, wraps, and I have enjoyed a bunch of vegetarian options as well when my brother visits with his family. Vegetarian options: Lots of great options Parking: Free on street at location. Lots close by as well Kid-friendliness: My kids love the food. My oldest really was impressed by how nice the interior is. He mentioned he would like to have dinner with his friends there soon, so they can try it.
The most delicious food and wonderful service at incredibly reasonable prices. We were totally blown away by this place. The onion bhaji were better than any other restaurants that Ive had and the chili paneer may be literally my favourite dish that Ive ever eaten... period. Everything in our thali plates was divine and HUGE portions for the price. Were over an hour away and well be back for this excellent place, wishing all success and prosperity to the very kind owners!
Awesome food and friendly service
Finally got a chance to try this place...food was really good. Happy to see more authentic food coming to town. Prices are fair.
Exceptional flavors and warm hospitality define this Indian food haven. From aromatic curries to mouthwatering kebabs, every dish is a culinary masterpiece. The attentive staff and cozy ambiance enhance the overall dining experience. A must-visit place for anyone craving authentic Indian cuisine.
I had a take out subji. I chose this after watching other reviews but the sabji was not good at all. Sorry to say this but I will not go back again.
I have been there a few times but I believe the management has changed. I did not like the food at all this time. There was no flavour and the rotis were thick n cold. Do not recommend.
Good food Real flavour and Taste Food
Agree with shivam and kush, this was disappointingly bad. No flavour, lack of spice, and generally worse for the wear. Will not come here again. Food
Very nice, friendly, and courteous server. Amazing daal makhni. Although didnt like mango Lassi Food : 4/5
great food with comfortable atmosphere
Always delicious, love the Tikka Masala and Biryani.
First time ordered chicken Briyani and Kharai chicken , both dishes were tasty and worth the money.
DO NOT ORDER USING UBER EATS!!! My order was delayed delayed delayed. Absolutely horrible experience. Must be better in the restaurant but dont waste your money using delivery.
I ordered vegetable samosas, butter naan, Chili chicken and mango chutney everything was perfection. The samosas were the best I ve had, fresh, filling was a perfect consistency in the filling and the flakyness of the pastry was out of this world. the Chili chicken was perfectttt, perfectly seasoned, right spice level, beautiful colour. The mango chutney was a taste of heaven as well went good with everything or on its own. I really tasted the love in this food. My boyfriend is Sri Lankan and he even said he thinks he s found his new fave spot in Ontario. Thank you Zaaika s for the delicious food
The best samosas we ve ever had. All the food was amazing! Will be coming back for sure.
We ordered food on diwali , it was so yummy, even white canadians like to very much.
First: they are HALAL. We were so happy and excited about that. It s hard to find halal places in brantford. Food was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasty, we had their butter chicken and kabobs platter and samosas. It tasted very good. The food does take a while to come, thats because you are getting it made fresh right there and then. I think they could work on their interior and atmosphere, everything was very outdated. This place has a lot of potential. Our server was very nice.
Everything Decoration needs to be better. But the food
Awesome experience from restaurant.. great food friendly customer service . My favourite is chicken biriyani
Best Indian food in brantford, their mango beef is super yummy, and the lunch proportions are amazing! Feeds me and my partner for 10$. Also all of the staff are very kind.
Most acentic cultural experience. Food is made homemade, Served fresh.
I was in Brantford for work, and while walking with a coworker to a burrito place on the same street, I noticed the sign for $9.99 roti lunch special , and I couldn t resist. I was confused when I walked in. The place was blasting music, and it was empty. I walked to the threshold of the kitchen and called for assistance. A gentleman took my order, which was a 20 minute wait for food. None of this bothered me, as I understand that the lockdowns has changed everything we took for granted. I ordered the chicken tikka masala wrap, based on a recommendation by the server. It was larger than I expected, and delicious. Just the right amount of spice, and a good temperature. It ended up being two meals for me in one.
Amazing food
I ve eaten here several times and have not been disappointed. The food appears to be more expensive compared to the other eateries in the area however this is compensated by the large portion sizes. Food is made fresh which can sometimes take a little long, but it s worth the wait (45mins max). Authentic Indian food that tastes amazing
Keep deleting bad reviews lol
Great customer service and food
Great food. It is one of the best Indian restaurant in brantford
I always prefer this restaurant over other Indian restaurants in town. Chef also customized the order which was very nice. Food is authentic and delicious. Very hard to find such good Indian restaurant these days.
Tried their biryani and main couse few times and its amazing. They play with flavors and every bite will burst into great ones. It seems they love what they do and it reflects in their cooking.
The food was so good! We had the shrimp pakora for a starter followed up by some lamb saag and chicken badami with peas pulao and garlic naan. We will definitely be back!
The palak paneer with naan is delicious and a weekly purchase! This is my favourite place for healthy comfort foods in Brantford :)
Zaaika Biriyani is best in town
Best Indian food Ive had in long time
Good food. Friendly owner
Wonderful dining experience. The food was delicious and the waiter was delightful. Very knowledgeable and accommodating. Highly recommended.
You have to make sure you sit down when you eat this food as it will buckle you knees its so good. My previous indian food experience was pretty much tiki Masada and butter chicken, but venturing deeper into this menu has rewarded me with a wealth of deeply satisfying meals. Ive gotten food here once or twice a month for the last year or so, and have not been disappointed with anything Ive tried. Im sure brantford has other really great restaraunts, I dont know, I dont care... this place is amazing!
Absolutely delicious Chana masala roti, portion is very large (dinner portion $9.99). Highly recommend.
Not sure if the butter chicken I ordered today was over 2 days old, or if the ingredients used were expired but something about it was definitely rotten
Food was really good! I came here all the way from Brampton and experienced unbeatable service than 90 percent of restaurants in Brampton..! Must visit place if you like Indian Cuisine
The butter chicken was amazing.
The food was amazing! we really enjoyed all the dishes specially my 4 year old son. Thank you zaaika see u soon
So delicious and fresh. Always pleasant, always hot and always delicious food. Their mutton is outstanding too
Tried this for the first time and wow you cant beat the lunch special. We dined in with friends and service and food was really good. If you like Indian, you wont be disappointed here.
Barely any chicken in the butter chicken roti wrap. Was not tasty at all.
i visited to zaaika indian cuisine for my lunch break. and they are very good from taking orders to serve. especially pratik he is very humble person thanku.
Very tasty food and good service
First time ordering from Zaaika, new resident to Brantford and its close to home! My husband and I really enjoyed our bright colourful dinner, with fresh delishious flavors. Generous size portions and nice presentation even for take out. We loved that the take out included all the wonderful sauces like the Cilantro and Tamarind Chutney. Im not sure what the creamy sweet rice dip/sauce was but always excited to try new things and it was good as well. Order also included Papadums! Its the little things, and this resturant covers it all. Final note, great customer service.
Dont take rude but worst fish fritters i had today. No spice even without salt i can say. Worst siding. Fish covered with thick layer of flour. Worst fish i ever had. Just wastage of money. I tried other food that was good.
Delicious food and great service. First time here - had chicken saag. Will be back.
Simply delicious
We ordered aloo Gobi and vegetable vindaloo from here 2 days back. Would like to mention this place offers one of the worst Indian food in Brantford. Definitely not worth the price. The gravy used in vegetable vindaloo was too tangy and both the curries had a weird sticking taste to the mouth. Would not recommend this place if someone is looking to try authentic Indian food. They provided a complimentary kheer in a small container which tasted decent for which they deserve this one star.
Best Indian food Ive ever had. The flavors were amazing. Great service too.
Great lunch today with my sister food was great and reasonable wish I lived closer
I order very first time. I order vegitarion thali $18.99. Test is so different. dont like it at all. One of item from order was unfresh, very bad smell. Didnt expect. And I order from skip dishes they give me time 87 min for delivery. I talked with team skip. After food arrived in 50 min.
First time in ZAAIKA INDIAN CUISINE and YOU have to go! Do yourself a favor and visit this restaurant. The staff truly cares about your experience and is very welcoming. The food is absolutely amazing everything we tasted melted in our mouths. Absolutely the best Indian meal we ve had in a while. HIGHLY recommend!
Perfection
First time trying curried goat.. amazing!!!
Its a hidden gem. Im not from that area and was very pleased with the quality and service. Strongly recommend
BEST INDIAN CUISINE in town! Been eating their foods very often, like twice a week and the taste of the food stays the same! Everytime I call, they didnt ask for my name cause they know me already Highly Recommended!
Weve ordered from Zaaika more times than I can count. The food is absolutely exceptional and always consistent. Its quickly become one of my favourite spots to eat in town. If you havent tried Zaaika yet I strongly recommend it.
Parteek bro very honest and friendly you are. I lost my phone there and he helped me to find it,
Food was amazing, selection is unparalleled as far as Indian food in brantford. Price is high for less than 4 people who arent going to share.
Fantasic chicken madras and buttered naan. The chicken was quality, tender white chunks and sauce was so aromatic and flavourful. Nice presentation with the large peppers on top. Flakey and tender naan. Can t wait to try other menu options too!
Was visiting Brantford from Waterloo, Ordered their lunch special priced at $10.99, which included 2 curries,1 Naan, small bowl of rice and dessert. Couldnt finish it in 1 go so imagine quantity was good and quality too. Good service
Staff were very friendly and even gave us some extra food with our order. The food overall we really enjoyed, we will definitely return. Thanks!
Biryani heaven. Great value. Great service. Great atmosphere. Delicious food. Absolutely delicious.
Fantastic person and food (taste and portion) is always great and fresh. If there is anything you want, he will try to accommodate. Been ordering there so many times now. Keep it up Prateek!
Food was delicious. Minor error with takeout, corrected quickly. Vegetarian options: Lots Parking space Plenty of parking Parking options
I was excited to eat here but promptly disappointed. I tried appetizers, by far the worst fritters( mixed pakoda ) and samosa I ever had in my life. Stuffing of samosa tasted raw and the pakodas were burnt. In main course we found hair and talked to the manager about it ,doesnt seem to care about the hygiene or feedback. Would never recommend this place if you want to try Indian cuisine. Dont know how this place is the top rated Indian cuisine in Brantford.
Wow, is the first words that come to my mouth. Really really good Indian food. I tried a lot around Brantford area and this place is by far my favorite. Really great staff as well, a must try!
I was amazed by quantity and quality of food way better then GTA
We dined-in and ordered biriyani, naan, butter chicken etc. The meals were delicious. The portion of the biriyani was big and can feed more than two people for sure. The drawback is the washroom. We went to wash our hands and the entire basement washroom area had a very bad stench, definitely needs a good cleaning.
Delicious authentic Indian food. We get takeout from here on a regular basis and the quality is always consistent. Very friendly staff.
UPDATE... I feel so sorry for my misunderstanding I didnt realize that the butter chicken wrap was a thing and thank you so much for the explanation! We will come back for sure! ...1st review... My boyfriend and I went to this restaurant last week. We were pretty satisfied with the food and the waiter/owner was very friendly. Good service and good food. BUT today I was doing my September accounting and noticed that he charged us with an open food @ 5$ I remember exactly what we had so I definitely dont understand this addition to our bill!!! I am really disappointed about this. People, just be careful before paying!
Just bought gulab jamuns and they were smelling really bad and so over priced. Never coming back. If the restaurant is charging $4 for just 2 pieces of gulab jamun, we atleast expect them to be smelling right.
Best Indian Restaurant in Brantford by far. Favourite place to eat on the weekends
Great place to stop at when you are in Brantford. We visited yesterday with the family. Prices are very reasonable, the food is carefully-prepared, fresh and excellent, staff is friendly, and the quantities are enormous. For about $ 20.00 per person, we exited with more food in doggy bags than we could handle, enough for dinner today as well. The somosas alone are huge. We had Aloog Sag, Vegetable Biranyi, Vindaloo Chicken, nan bread, and more; not sure what the rest of the group ordered. Slight warning: the vindaloo, though they said they would make it medium-spiced, was still alarmingly hot. The menu is huge and there are lots of vegetarian options.
I dont usually write reviews but after we ordered from zaaika, it will more then likely be our last not to say the food was bad, it tasted good but the portions they give for the price they offer is inadequate and quite frankly a joke almost 6 dollars for 3 little pieces of Naan....... the rice cost 6 dollars.... barely enough for two people, once again the food did taste good not to take anything away from that, but again what they charge for necessary sides for Indian food is ridiculous!
wow......just......WOW. Their food tastes like heaven in my mouth. HANDS DOWN.....THE BEST south east asian cousin i have ever had. The daal, shrimp, rice, naan, desert prettymuch every single item was beyond my expectations, was perfect and overall such a great great experience. Especial thanks to Pratik who served us the food and also Darshani. Such amazing people, really friendly and excellent excellent customer service. GUYS...pleaseeee try their samosas yall, best samosas you will have ever. I just can keep on going on and on about how good the food is. All in all. highly highly HIGHLYYYY recommend Zaaika. Thank you guys!!!! God bless

Zaaika is our absolute favourite Indian food restaurant. The food is superbly prepared. The heat of the spices are expertly layered and you can choose the intensity of heat. They offer a lovely selection of dishes which are fresh and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Zaaika.
