Came in the bar burrito to get a delicious burrito and was served by the owner Prachi! She made the burritos perfectly while talking with us and made the whole experience awesome! Thank you bar BURRITO!!

I have been to another location nearby, but I highly recommend to visit this location for delicious mexican food.

the best service i ve received at any bar burrito location from all the brantford ones, paris and even goderich. the lady s working were extremely nice and patient while ordering our food, they also helped us set up the bar burrito app so we are able to collect points. my bf and i walked out thrilled even talking about how awesome the service had been every time we have visited this location. BEST location to visit!

It is the absolute location where you can get the best service and quality of food. I tried the newly launched B-Box with a bowl. I was so full. The quantity was also very appropriate, like for other stores I have to say just put some extra but this guys already put the generous portions. I would highly recommend the crunchy chicken tossed in bang bang style.

Went to bar burrito at the market street. Had the worst experience of my life at any burrito store. I entered and noticed it was an empty store with only the owner and just one worker working. Which was weird but I thought okay. Then we ordered the extreme fries and were customizing the toppings and while we were doing so. The owner decides to let us know that we get only specific toppings to it and are not allowed to customize it, which was weird cause I have done it in other locations and it was perfectly fine. He kept repeating it till I decide to just pack what was ready in front of me and leave. To be honest if they had a specific topping to the fries I expect them to kindly put it up on the menu and let the customer know we were to pay extra if we need any extra toppings. Trust me I wouldn t even give 1 star rating for the behaviour and the experience I received

13$ for pinch of food not going back or coming ever. U given 1-2$/ food its not worth to charge -13$

Very quick service, Ankit was very helpful with suggestions and very nice.

Ordered two burritos and a quesadilla. The woman worker looked at me like I was offending her and just said okay. The man was on the phone ignoring the customers. After making the quesadilla, the woman went on the phone as well and ignored us, not making our burritos. I payed for the quesadilla and left. Very poor customer service. As well, I have been to this location many times over the years and the portions are now halfed for the same price. Very disappointed in this visit and will not be returning to this food chain again.

I ordered on mobile, when I pick up they didn t even make it . and the young lady who were making my bowl, seemed feeding a bird just tiny size of everything . I got my 1/2 of the bowl Will not come back again!!!!!

Cost cutting on food. I nowhere blame employees for it. Its just the owners training them to cost cut. They literary shake off extra rice from the equipment. She literary had 6-7 small pieces of onions on 13$ Largest burrito. Man, Im paying 13$ keep that in mind atleast. I dont like to tell more more every time.

Ive tried this location a couple times. This time was especially bad. I left with only my wifes order and thought about leaving it there. The service took away my appetite. She was so rude and just threw the sour cream & salsa in to the takeout box. I will opt to go somewhere else, other locations have been great. Just threw in the toppings very sparingly as well.

I was craving a burrito for awhile & went to get a $5.99 Monday Mexx burrito. I did not order my usual so I thought I try something new. Do not order the Crunchy Burrito. 1) Crunchy Chicken is not included in the Monday special. 2) mine was horrible hardly NO chicken in it only crunch. My burrito was literally only rice & black beans with every bite (I only ate half). The girl only put 4 pieces of so called crunchy chicken in the burrito. Maybe she is trained only to put 4 pieces in. It was also supposed to be spicy Buffalo -no flavor of any spice very dry burrito. Hardly tasted the cheese, lettuce & very dry only rice & black beans. I gave my husband the other 1/2 of my burrito & he also said there no chicken in this & I said I know & the one little crunchy piece he found he gave to me. Overall Crunchy Buffalo chicken burrito small $10.69 is NOT worth it if it is made like this.

This place used to be decent. Then they started charging extra for hot sauce and half filling their burrito bowls. Seems others have had the same portion issues with their bowls, not sure why this location cheaps out so much compared to other bar burrito locations. With almost every other burrito chain now in Brantford, save your money and dont bother with this one.

MASSIVE burritos! I ordered a chicken and a steak burrito. It was delicious.

This used to be my husband and Is fav burrito place. When the owners are there the food is great ! We recently ordered pick up by calling in first. When my husband got our food home my burrito bowl was missing 5/8 items ! We called back and the girl said she must of not put them in and offered free guac the next time we came in. We dont like to complain but it was just too big of a mistake not to notice.

Now these guys know how to make a burrito. Totally custom to fit your palette. I have been a faithful customer for many years because the owners have a great sense of humour. Plus, the place is always kept so clean which I am a big fan of. Lots of parking, but the parking lot tends to be very busy most of the time. So careful.

The lady with glasses is confused and rude with delivery drivers. Even after telling her the order number 3 times she insisted on repeating the order number and held the bag as if the delivery driver will run away with food. She must learn to respect everyone before doing any public dealing.

One the employees was not wearing mask and the portion size is too less. I bought the bowl which was half empty. I asked about the portion size but she said its normal. Worst experience ever. Pretty good for a burrito place in Brantford. Generous portions, amazing flavours (a bit heavy on the salt), and nice staff. Staff were wearing masks and gloves. Burrito can be rolled more tightly but that is minor.

I love these burritos, but would love if they added cooked peppers as an option. Also, walked in today and the girl serving the food/making the burritos wasn t wearing a face covering. I m just not comfortable going back until I know they are required to wear them.

Disappointing. The closing time is specified as 9:30PM online and on the store doors, but they are always locked before 9:05PM with the OPEN sign still on. Not the first time this has happened.

The last 2 times I have been to this location, I have been denied service because they were closing to clean up the store at 9:10pm, when their store is supposed to be open until 9:30pm. Pro-tip: dont list your close time for 9:30pm if you have no intention of being open until then. Ive worked fast food before - I understand the desire to go home but do the right thing and either change your hours, or stay open until youve listed. Burrito Brothers is the better choice anyways.
