I had worst experience I ordered loaded fries firstly the employee didn t even ask about the quantity I wanted and then after she prepared the fries which was not cooked properly

The staff was very friendly. The food is bland and my chicken was super dry.

I went 1:02 am last night even they serve me, the tacos was so tasty.

Well food is limited to what u choose, iv had around 7 different visits and changed it up everytime. I think the food is good, figuring out which sauces are what tho . If your trying it for the first time ask for some sauces on the side and dont mess with your natural instinct for the rest . Service is slow usually but when its your turn its all you! I dont feel theres any downside to the service. I feel strongly towards quality and am totally willing to wait and thats how I feel here. Iv waited plenty of times but I have no complaints. Atmosphere is kind of cold I guess, I dont go there to hang out I go for the food and bring it home, definately be back!!

Very disappointed on the google it says closing at 1am and my husband got there at 12.49am but person working there refused to serve him and told him store is close already..he just wanted one quesadilla which I think 10min is enough time to make it. Food was delicious, I really liked thier plant based crumbles and cheese sauce just for $8.90 made me so full, also they added more cheese sauce for no cost. Overall food was really good with excellent customer service, must recommend!

This place tried to scam me for $2 today.. I was paying with cash the lady did the payment on a calculator instead of the cash register..when she gave me back the money I asked for a receipt and she then used the register...obviously there was a price difference of $2....also the tacos where only half full.. buyer beware !!!!!!

Tried this place for takeout for the first time tonight. Uncooked rice ruined the burrito unfortunately. Its a very basic part of a burrito and it was disappointing to bite into.

I contacted Burrito Brothers for a work lunch and they were INCREDIBLE to work with and we had great feedback from the group. We needed a couple special requests and they were so accommodating and easy to communicate with. Food was amazing - we had a mid-size group with everyone choosing different things. It was quick and ready when promised, they thought ahead and wrote names on all the meals for easy distribution and everyone really enjoyed. Cant wait to work together again soon!

Ordered a taco salad, next to no meat in it, it was all ons, tomatoes, and 99% ice burg lettuce, its not that it tasted bad, just a little disappointed on the taco meat.

Ordered on the Uber eats app, the bogo free quesadilla. The cost of two is $34, our final price for bogo free, before tax, was $20. There are up charges in the ordering. We added guacamole, there wasn t any guacamole. There wasn t much cheese. One of the four portions in one quesadilla didn t have protein (chicken) in it. I added the $1.49 chips. They were warmed, and I enjoyed them. I used them to finish the sour cream and salsa dips. By the way, calling it salsa is a stretch, is was a red, slightly spicy, liquid. We also ordered two 10in burritos. Hefty weight to them. I haven t eaten mine yet, as my chips helped fill me a bit after inhaling the quesadilla. I ll get into it soon though. It needs to be pretty good to make this $54 order worth it.

The guy working very rudely shouted Closed . I won t blame him though, the business could at least update their hours online. Is not open as late as they claim online. The lights were closed in the middle of the hour as soon as I opened the front door.

RUN dont walk! This place is amazing! It has become our absolute favorite place. I usually get a vegetarian burrito and the man gets a ground beef one. Everything is amazingly seasoned and truly good the last bite. I LOVE their slaw its so flavourful. And we got their loaded fries and oh Nelly, the fries are golden and crispy and delicious. 11/10 I reccomend to everyone I talk to about food! Thank you burrito brothers ! You make me one happy lady

Big portions thats all...

In town for a few weeks working (power worker) and headed here for burritos with my coworker the two ladies working after 5:00 hands down awesome!! Burritos and supreme fries my buddy got looked amazing my burrito one of the bast ones I ve had comp to a place in Barrie that I love so wanted to say thank you to the ladies working nights you two made us feel like we lived here. Talking to us they didn t have too but they wanted to so so awesome to have just that amidst this Covid stuff ...I m going back tonight getting some supreme fries too

Excellent place for a quick burrito, only been here once but the food was pretty good and had no real complaints. The only thing that i think they could improve on is add more toppings but that is just me. Overall not a bad burrito place.

I love the food here. They use very good ingredients. I really enjoy the tacos and extreme fries. They have all sorts of topping and meats like chicken, pulled beef, fish tacos and ground beef too. My husband really enjoys the burritos and they are a very good size, they do not skimp on the toppings. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Mexican food. I have not had everything they offer but it does look good. Oh and the burrito sauce they use so delicious. They have earned my 5 star rating.

We found this place using Google and searched by the reviews. This place had the best reviews so we decided to try it out for ourselves. The food lived up to the reviews and we were quite pleased. The food was fresh and the home made guacamole was amazing. Had to buy extra on my way out after I had eaten my lunch :) Definately recommend going to this friendly family owned business.

Just a perfect little indie food place. Staff are always nice, food tastes great and its cheap enough where you feel like you get what you paid for. Definitely a good go to for any students in the area

Delicious and mouthwatering! I just stopped by for a chicken burrito bowl with extra calamari. The burrito sauce is their secret ingredient just simply delish!!! The only thing is if you are very hungry after a big workout it might be a tiny low on rice and some toppings. I just moved to Brantford, used to the big portion at Burrito boys for a bit cheaper... Still, for taste only they deserve 5 stars I will go back to try the burrito and the fish tacos!!! Yum

Absolutely the best

The new owners are nothing like the original - they dont seem to have nearly as much pride in their food. Dont bother ordering through their website because they wont even look at the order until you walk in the door to pick it up. My last few orders have been missing a topping. Also if you really hate cilantro, dont get the lettuce either, because theyre not very careful about them mixing.

Shredded beef bowl was very good. Love their taco sauce. Tortilla chips on top are a nice touch. Portion size could be bigger for the price. Burrito Boyz gives roughly 30% more for the same price range. Also would love a bigger selection of toppings, but I understand a smaller business has to limit costs/expenses.

I don t normally leave reviews unless it s very good or very bad, in this case it was very good!!!!! I m from Los Angeles California and we have authentic Mexican food there, this place reminded me of a taste of home. I got the shredded beef tacos and they were amazing. So from someone who is used to having authentic tacos I highly recommend this place. On another note the staff was very friendly.

Honestly ever since the original owners left this place has really gone downhill. The prices have gone up and yeah thats normal with time but the portion sizes are so small now not worth it anymore. My order was $18. Like how was this little bit of food $18?

Since moving to Brantford this has become our go-to spot! Was so happy to find a good independent burrito shop in the area. The staff is always very friendly and efficient, and the burritos and tacos are always delicious!

I am writing this review bcz I got an amazing experience of having food from you guys. All the toppings and salsas you add are really fresh. Specially all the sauces and Guacamole ..it was so fresh.. I used to come here all the time and had nothing but good things to say about the food and service. Ever since the new owners came, the food is bland, the portions are small, and the price has gone up! I do not recommend this place to anyone, unless youre really drunk and dont care for the taste or price.

I was a daily customer here for almost 3 years. Food was amazing before and always up to par. Then it was sold to a new owner about a year ago and everything slowly went downhill. Employees overcharging for meals and just not making the food the way it was before. Owner is a nice guy though, just needs to keep some employees in line.

Today we visited Burrito Brothers Inc first time, staff was good and friendly, however we have worst experience with food, we ordered cheese nachos, Not fresh, neither nachos nor cheese, Bad smell and no taste, i wouldnt suggest anybody to order Nachos here.

I would never recommend this restaurant. The quality of the products has declined sharply since the store changed a new boss. I ordered two tacos for takeout. I dont know where the meat is after eating??? Boss, are you selling your mothers beef rolls?

This downtown spot is my favourite place to get a burrito in Brantford. They make their own salsas, and the flavours taste far more fresh and complex than your typical burrito. I especially love their pineapple salsa, which is good on every single burrito flavour!

I got barely any chicken in my burrito. I tasted more lettuce and sauce than I did any chicken. Ever since owners changed theyve been different.

This place has never disappointed me. Always fresh ingredients and always delicious. I seem to be a creature of habit though and for years have stuck to the same order.. Shredded beef burrito with Pico de Gallo, cilantro, cheese, green onions, burrito sauce, lime sour cream and hot sauce. Some day I promise Ill try something different, but for now why mess with perfection :)

Since new owners have taken over the meat is bland, the spice isn t there....,the portion sizes are smaller and the frito chips are stale. I have tried three times since new owners and it hasn t changed. So disappointed it was a go to from our office.

I have been going here for years and always loved it. Maybe there are new owners but the shredded beef in the tacos was way too salty. Also I think there should be a menu for regular tacos and then all the million choices are extra, becomes super confusing. Nachos with chicken were still really good.

I used to like going here the odd time for a burrito, they were always super chintzy with meat portions and guacamole. I also didnt like that their items came from a can (ei. No name) and werent nice and fresh. Also a large burrito with everything was around $13 which I thought was a bit high. Now with the new owners it is way worse than before.

This place I usually enjoy. This visit in particular was different Im not sure why. Ordered taco salad. Over loaded with green onion. Almost a full layer over the beef. Way to much. The beef was in smaller bits but also in chunks and was still pink in the middle. Didnt want to try as unsure if the beef was cooked all the way. Im sad to say but I will not be returning. What happened??????? I used to enjoy this place
