Delicious burritos. The staff does such a fantastic job. The toppings are always fresh and the place is clean. Ive never had a bad burrito here. Every time I try a different spot I miss Guac. They cannot do better it is so tasty. ETA: November 2024. The last few visits to Guac have been disappointing. I think they have new ownership and it shows. The beans are dried out at the bottom of the container. Not tasty. Rice is crunchy because it has sat so long and the containers are very empty. Its too bad because it was my favorite burrito place. The service is fine. The fresh ingredients are no longer the draw.

Great selections to pick from, foods always hot n fresh. Great value for serving.

Disappointing burrito Stingy on chicken for the price and a bit dry and flavourless even with the sauce added. Hubby got a $16 burrito bowl and also thought the portion was small compared to other Guac locations. Veggies were fresh and service was pretty quick, but we probably won t be back.

I was soooo disappointed yesterday when I went to Guac to get a salad that Ive been CRAVING for months-- since I live out of town, it is very rare that Im in Brantford-- but when I am, my go to was always Guac since they are supposed to be fresh. I ordered a salad-- the base was supposed to be lettuce-- the person making my order put the smallest amount of lettuce imaginable in the bottom of the bowl-- I didnt realize until I went to eat my salad. The lettuce that was there was not good-- the stems were browning-- seems like it was the last of the lettuce. They did not ask if I wanted Guac on my salad-- to be fair, I did forget to ask-- the amount of onions that they put on was minimal since he didnt want to re-stock, even though the girl who was making a different order went under the counter and grabbed a huge container of onions. When i got home, it was a big soupy mess of chicken, toppings and barley any lettuce. Not sure why I paid almost 15$ for that... it was not enjoyable at all. Super sad-- Maybe it was just the time of the day-- I will try Guac again, but next time will be more observant of what is going into my salad

We came here for the first time today at 1:45pm for take out. We ordered 2 burritos and 2 taco salads, and 2 drinks. The meat was just okay, but we were impressed with the fresh veggie toppings, generous toppings in the salads, and the place was pretty clean. The staff was fast and friendly.

Ordered the taco buffet from the Brantford location. The service was amazing. The quality and amount of food was unbelievable. Great idea with lots of options so you can tailor the order to your needs. Highly recommend this location. Dietary restrictions: Can pick and choose your options!

Vegan Friendly but no vegan cheese!

Every time (about 2 times) Ive been there, the workers were kind and helpful. Any ways the burritoe are litrelly the best Ive ever tasted, the service is kind and helpful.

Very good service and one of best food for mexican taste

I tried Guac because it was Taco Tuesday and I had a 20 min lunch break from work just down the road. The tacos on this special day are a good price but a little small. However they have a great flavor. Also hats off to the staff for dealing with a Kevin (male karen) who was demanding 3 different special pricing at the same time and when the staff tried to explain otherwise, the customer pointed out since their isnt a legal disclaimer on their posters they he should get what he wants. This went on for way too long until staff finally gave in. But did so with as much positive energy as they could muster. To the customer restaurants decide their prices not you, no matter what posters say: grow up. To the staff all I can do is say this patient and service focused staff deserve your buisness their food is worth it and so is their service despite how they are sometimes treated.

If your looking for a good burrito then this is your place.

The employees were very kind and helpful as it was our first time here! We got 3 soft tacos, chicken burrito, and Chipotle steak burrito. The store front is clean and has a good amount of seating. The toppings were fresh and delicious! Only rating a 4 star because the washroom wasnt very clean.

Portions are huge, great value. Most of the other restaurants in town that offer the same thing are cheap on the toppings, they are almost counting the corn kernels. Not at Guac. Very generous with their toppings. Never been disappointed here, will be back for sure.

After the gym I was really hungry. I decided to take a risk and treat myself with a wrap.The food was fresh and good pricing. Had a great chat with owner who passionate about delivering fresh food and using high quality ingredients . Highly recommended if you are an active individual who care about eating nutritional dense food.

My son, wife and I enjoyed an early dinner at Mexi Grill. The food was great, service was excellent and we left with full, happy bellies. The black beans were a bit undercooked, and the guac was a bit on the limey side (hence the 4 star rating), but we were quite satisfied overall. Vegetarian options: Lots Dietary restrictions: Vegan, veggie, gluten free, spice, they tailor quite well. Kid-friendliness: The server was very patient while our young son was choosing his toppings.

These are by far the best burritos in town. The steak is so nicely seasoned, as is the rice. They portion them nicely and dont skip on the guacamole. The staff is always friendly, and the ingredients are fresh. Its also spotlessly clean.

staff isn t very friendly, i got a veggie bowl which is pretty basic but i am specific with how i like them done, when asking for the veggies in a certain order i was told they can t do that (put the lettuce in first instead of last .) it s a pretty simple ask and in result i didn t enjoy the bowl because of the bland lettuce on top. also tried the 3 taco deal and the tacos were great it s really just the staff that ruined the experience.

Its a bit Pricey, and the burrito I got was a bit soggy, but the flavour is always amazing, and its so worth it of youre okay to get a bit messy. I do very much recommend them.

Used to be our favorite place for Mexican food. We went for the first time today since the pandemic started. The food was good as usual, although seemed a lot more expensive for the same items. The staff was not very friendly, but the washroom, and restaurant, was so dirty and disgusting, that my husband and I decided that was going to be the last time we go there. If the restaurant can be that filthy visibly to the public, what can it be like where its not visible.

Great spot for a quick bite. Big potions and great tasting Mexican food. My go-to is their large steak burrito which you can load up with fresh toppings and salsas. It can be a little expensive, but, the food is fresh and delicious.

Guac Mexi Grill at this location was s completely different experience. the taste of food over here is wonderful and different from the other locations. the atmosphere is very quiet and friendly.

I placed a large order with Guac for the imaging department at the Brantford General, and our experience was extremely positive. Everyone that I dealt with was beyond friendly and accommodating, and the food was SO, so good. Everything was delivered on time and the order was accurate. We will definitely be ordering from them again, highly recommend!

Virtually no sauce even though I asked for salsa verde, burrito sauce, sour cream, and lime sauce. And no cheese like I asked. Its tough in these times to have to rely on takeout (Skip, or UberEats) when the restaurant cant even get the order right. 90% of it was just black beans and the black goo from the black beans. And it fell apart almost instantly. Mexican potato thing was fine though.

The owner reached out and took care of apologizing for the previous diffcult/incorrect order, and took our feedback very seriously. The order was remade correctly, and we are happy to say it meets our expectations. Thanks!

Food had no taste at all .Im not trying to be mean but it did not taste like anything we were dissapointe because we expected an explosion of flavor and we got nothing at all .

This location has super unprofessional people. They do not know how to talk to customers. Moreover they did not want to accept my coupon coz their employees dont know how to enter coupon in the system. I walked out without getting anything and they didn t care at all.

The prices were modest in compare to the best food and the services they deliver. I definitely recommend this restaurant and will be going back every time I crave mexican food.

This was my first visit and the gentleman behind the counter was so friendly and helpful with his suggestions. The steak and chicken bowl with lime crema was very filling and so delicious. They are generous with toppings and portion size. Cant wait to try other items on the menu!

First time visiting Guac Mexi Grill in Brantford today! The food was DELICIOUS!!! I had the taco trio, one chicken, one beef, one steak. It was so good, everything was so fresh. They are going to get sick of seeing me, LOL Cant wait to go back and try something else. The service was wonderful, very helpful, nice and friendly.

The best Mexican food ever tried.. The Stake Burrito was perfectly cooked and all ingredients were fresh and teastful, also got salad bowl with chicken and guac which was perfect . Its definetly worth a try. Will come back again soon.

First time going and preparer was good and explained the salad bowl to me. You can get burritos, tacos and much more. Many toppings to choose from. You can also get fresh tortilla and salsa. They also have cookies and a mexican desert. Very tasty. Will absolutely go back again.

Honestly the food is really good, but I m disappointed in the experience I just had. I ordered Nachos (that come with queso) and added extra cheese. My nachos came with a sprinkle of cheese, no queso at all. I called and asked if I could come get them remade, he said no. He also said it was the couriers fault? How? They didn t make my food. If queso is an item that is SUPPOSED to be on the nachos why wasn t there any? Super dry, disappointing nachos I spent too much $$$ on. I ll revise my review when they hit me up with a new platter of nachos

I was here for lunch, very clean and friendly staff. I agree with the other guide who questioned the $0.99 charge for guacamole. Just add it into the base price for items. Not blaming the location, it s something head office should fix. If I named my franchise salsa, I wouldn t charge you extra for salsa.

The burritos here are stuffed full, the regular size is a meal and a half. Good value for the money.
