Food was good , I went to get a pizza, my kid had to use the washroom and they denied him causing him to have a problem. No human decency left in this country with this type of people around. Food

Don t order anything over the call. The person who takes and order takes wrong orders and then they pin it on you that you ordered it. Called them right after coming back home that i got wrong order but they denied. They should learn what customer service is.

Need to changes price menu on line...family combo price $32.99... Then when we picked up our pizza family combo price was $42.99 at restaurant..We told our server the price difference but she didnt say or explain anything ...

Pizza arrived half uncooked. When I called them they said next order will have a discount. But didnt offer to replace large pizza. Never calling then again.

My recent visit to BigBox Pizza left me thoroughly impressed, particularly with their Chicken Sauce Extra Large Pizza. New to Brantford and tried a bunch of pizza shops in the west brant area including Marias. So far this is the best pizza Ive tried out of all them. Sauce isnt too acidic, dough is fresh and soft and good quality toppings. I highly recommend!

Do all pizza shops dont give even a single dipping sauce with pizza? As far as i remember pizzaville do give a dipping sauce with pizza....if you need more you can order. But this pizza shop seems to be a bankrupt one as they dont give even one dipping sauce with a $20 pizza. Such a cheap management.

We were in the area yesterday and decided to try big box pizza! We ordered the XL walk in special with two toppings + 1lb of wedges! It was one of the best pizza I ve had in a long time. Well done, not too thick & just the perfect amount of toppings! Wedges had a nice seasoning taste to them, and they were nice and crispy. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

By far the best pizza in Brantford. Topping are plenty and distributed evenly. Every bite is soooo good. Pick up prices are really good. Highly recommend this location and Paris. You will not be disappointed

I wish, I could give 0 zero stars. We ordered a Thick crust cheese pizza and that s we got nothing as customized, not even close to that. Their staff and manager are rude and shameless. Rather than saying sorry they kept arguing, to us!. Customers service is horrible and I won t give them my business back. Such a bad experience and intolerable attitude. SHAME ON THEM.

Worst place to order. No sense how to talk to customers and their pizza tasted burned plus the pizza fell down and they tried to give us that same pizza. Taking my business somewhere else. They need to educate themselves about health and safety. Everyone should be careful to order!.

Your online ordering system seems like it s compromised/involved in an email leak.. I ordered a pizza using my email and immediately started getting bombarded with coinbase spam emails. Just FYI contact your ordering system provider.

I ordered pizza yesterday for work. I believe it was the owner who delivered the pizza. Not only was it amazing (it always is, we order from the Paris location often), but it came super fast. The driver was incredibly polite and courteous. Thanks for making our day !

I purchased 2 chicken slices, they were very good! The sauce was very tasty and crust was just the right crispiness and soft on the inside. Responded well to heating up later for dinner as well! I like how they had herbs, chilies, parm and hot sauces available to top it up. Lady at check out was very pleasant

Last time I ordered on phone they told me 30 to 35 minutes for delivery after that time I called them and enquired about my order then they said still 30 minutes it s ridiculous I had the appointment that time then I cancelled my order. And today I called them again to place the order then they denied to take my order without any genuine reason its totally worst location and even they don t know how to deal with the customers. I never recommend to anyone.

great experience. 2 large pizzas for the first time. had them deliver. the gentleman on the phone was very nice, told us 45 minutes delivery. pizza showed up exactly 30 minutes later, piping hot. pizza had loads of cheese and toppings cooked perfectly. this is my new favorite pizza place.

Extremely rude and disrespectful owner. Last time we ordered a pizza and didnt pickup on time but soon after receiving the reminder call I went and picked up the pizza. Now My wife called again to place and order the owner claimed that you owe an amount from last time you didnt picked up. When she told him that we already paid for that he just yelled at her and refused to take the order. He even dont realize that we are their regulat customer. Sir you should learn to respect your customer. We have receipt and proof for that day we dont owe any amount to you. Your staff should be competent enough to update the system and dont make fraud to the customers.

Last time I had big box it was amazing, but prices went up and stopped ordering from there. I tried it again tonight and my pizza wasnt fully cooked, it was wet dough, so gross. I hate to leave negative comments, but this was too much not to say anything.

Always feel safe with my dairy allergy, they happily agree to use the clean cutter and havent had any issues! Pizza and wings are large and in charge. Delicious and satisfying. If Im in Brantford or Paris this is my go to.

We just moved to Brantford and tried Big Box because its close to home. The pizza is amazing!!!!! The thick crust we requested is the perfect amount. We ordered double cheese and they were generous with it. Crust is crispy, sauce is great. We will definitely order again!!!

If you need to feed your whole family this is the place because it is very affordable and they have very good options and prices here, the best thing here are the prices, they are phenomenal. It costs around 20 dollars for a whole party pizza just one feeds about 5+ people! I believe something everyone should try from here is the wings, they are just crazy good. You wont regret coming here. The best thing is that you can get it at any time of day. I ordered extra large pizza half cheese and half Indian style paneer but half cheese was okay but another side paneer was worst. Toppings and taste was pathetic. It was extra spicy. My kids thrown all over the pizza in garbage that was worst pizza I eaten in my life.

Looked and smelled so good I ate a slice before the photo! Thin bottom and crispy crust, if the slices were bigger you could fold the slice. Muah! A little doughy near the crust so when I return I will get it well done. Other than that, it was the most amazing pizza I have had in a long time. You have to try it!

Absolute Master-Class. Dough was fluffy and toothsome, sauce was fruity and flavourful, topping-distribution was consistent throughout, and the cheese really brought it home. Dont know where they source their Mozzarella, but theyre doing it right. On a whim I ordered their hottest hot sauce option for dipping, and it blew my mind. Many suicide hot sauces lean way too heavily on vinegar and capsaicin, hot for hots sake, but this sauce was incredible - fruity and warm, hearty and tasty, and just about at my heat tolerance. Cannot recommend this restaurant and their fine pizza chefs enough. 6/5 stars.

I certainly was impressed with the size of the pizza however the quality was a bit sub par. Super thin crust and the toppings were less than spectacular. Perhaps spectacular shouldn t be an expectation at a discount place, but I still feel it fell short. Pizza also seemed undercooked even with the crust so thin. I will say that this pizza does make for pretty good next day leftover pizza. It was much better.

The 5$ Slice deal is Very Cheesy, but not overly greasy, Crust is in the middle of thin and thick in just the right ratio. The pepperoni is not spicy and very flavorful. Good tangy sause an around good pie. I have to say the portion size it huge for 5$. I really feel like Im getting my moneys worth.

Great pizza at a FANTASTIC price. Great for families as the # of toppings are for the total order (could get a 1 topping pizza for the kids and 3-4 toppings for the adults).

Food is pretty good, pizza is pretty consistent too. prices are comparable to other places. Didnt like how all the employees ether had their noses sticking out of their masks or had no mask on at all (during covid) wait was longer than they said as well. Wish I could give half stars, 3.5 would have been my rating but, foods good enough for the bump up instead of down. Also, every person who came into the store while I was waiting had problems. Ether Big Box gave the wrong pizza to someone and had to remake it for the guy standing here or didnt have someones order at all. Very disorganized. Edit: of course after I say how good their food is and how consistent is, this order was nasty.
