Enjoyed a lovely few hours after a Bulldogs game ... Rachele Marie gave us top-notch service. The French Onion soup was delicious. Coors Lite on tap $7 for 21 oz... Good times!

Warning if you get takeout they care less about how they prepare your food, dine in experience the pizzas are good. I love boston pizza, and for the price you pay you think you would get a good pizza but past few times, i get undercooked pizzas, i got one with hardly any cheese on it and looks like a child threw it together so i got one with extra cheese and then there was no sauce. Staff are very nice but like when you pay for premium pizza you expect premium pizza

The service at Boston Pizza was impeccable, with staff who clearly understand the importance of attentive and courteous care. However, the food fell short of matching that same standard. My burger, unfortunately, had more lettuce than meat a cardinal sin for any true burger enthusiast. It s a disappointment when the quality doesn t align with the service, but perhaps it s a reminder to keep our expectations in check.

Im dumbfounded about how abysmal my service was today. My girlfriend and I did not even catch the name of our service because she didnt even touch our table once. We had the spaghetti and meatballs, and the chicken linguine. Both meals were ice cold, so I can only assume that our server left the food in the window for at least 10+ minutes. Absolutely will never be coming back to this Boston Pizza location.

This is my second visit where a asked for double sauce on my pizza and didnt get it. Not only didnt I get it, it had almost no sauce. Only small traces on a few of the slices. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise. They seem to have changed their sauce. It never used to have onions, at least not that I could tell. I dont like onions. Now, theres LARGE chunks of onions, and considering there was almost no sauce, there was somehow a lot of onions. Eastside Marios made that same change a few years ago, and I havent been back there. I also ordered all-meat wings. They were good, but now worth $19.99+tax+tip for 9 or 10 chunks of chicken. Unfortunately, Im now done with Boston Pizza, too. Why pay outrageous prices for food I wont enjoy, and tip for it.

I tried the bacon burger and it was amazing, I loved the sauce. We also got pizza, kids spaghetti and the kids chicken fingers. It was all great and highly recommend this restaurant. Great service and great people

My friend went here, and the waitress thought it was appropriate to comment on how much they ordered. i find that to be honestly disgusting, you need to train your staff better, maybe have some sensitivity training. disgusting!!!!!! incredibly disappointed

Went here for dinner with a few friends and two of us ordered individual pizzas and instead we were provided KID SIZED PIZZAS. It is quite evident that Boston Pizza has vastly shrunk the size of their individual pizzas and their prices have only gone up. We will not be going to Boston Pizza again.

Worst pizza ever! Ordered a small delux individual pizza, they put a slab of ham on,no sauce and a piece of green pepper, awful! The waitress was excellent though

Lots of great food choices. Pizza is primo. Service has always been great. Usually get the same waitress who is friendly, pleasant and attentive.

Great place and great people. The food is good, and the management that I dealt with really care about their customers.

Im not sure if theres any non dary cheese, as I am lactose intolerant. Maybe I should ask. All in all, it is a great place, food and service are really good. The servers work really hard to keep customers satisfied, even when the place really busy. Parking: Its a big plaza, so parking is available at any time, unless the bulldogs are playing. Kid-friendliness: There are kids meals on their coloring menus, its seems to be a family-friendly place. Wheelchair accessibility: There is an automatic wheelchair button at the front doors, but usually, people are polite enough to open the doors for others.

Way too expensive it doesnt matter what minimum wage went two two Im not paying $19 for a chicken sandwich and get a grip

We were visiting Brantford for a hockey tournament and came here for a team lunch. The staff were amazingly accommodating, with positive friendly attitudes and quick service for a larger group. Highly recommend this location! We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and the wonderful staff. Thank you!

What an amazing place to Dine with friends! The service was super friendly. Food was great! We tried the appetizer platter as suggested by the servers, it was well worth it. We also ordered The memphis burger, Thai chicken wrap and kids meals! BPs is our go-to place to enjoy time with friends and have a good meal.

I took my fiance and my 4 year old daughter here tonight and for as busy as it was, our waiter Won went above and beyond on service for us! Made my daughter laugh and feel very welcomed ! I get it. V-Day is a busy day and the demand is crazy....but the dough was unbaked. Dietary restrictions: Had vegan cheese and plant base crumble.

Server was friendly. food was ice cold and we didnt receive part of our order manager spoke to us said there would be a discount but was never applied. Overall pretty bad.

Very disappointed in this location tonight! The spicy perogy pizza is my all-time favorite pizza. I ordered one for pick up today. I told the girl on the phone that I did not need the extra sour cream on the side simply because I dont use it so I dont want to waste it. She decided to order it with no sour cream at all which is the base of this pizza! I didnt notice till I was back home and taking a bite, it was so disgustingly dry! I called in to let them know, the girl on the phone admitted that she took the order and thought I said I didnt want any sour cream, nope not how I ordered it! I asked if I could talk to a manager and was told they were all insanely busy and also that she wasnt sure someone could bring me a new one.. ummm ok... after saying a few times that this should not be on me as it was not my fault she got a manager on the phone. Her tone right away was so off putting, like how dare I inconvenience her with this issue when she is busy. Reluctantly I said Ill just come pick up a new one, although not impressed at all! When I arrived the manager that had spoken to me brought it out, I let her know that she was very off putting on the phone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. I am a manger in the same industry, and I told her this but she didnt seem to care what I had to say and too focused on being in the right. Also if this happened to one of my customers I would have sent them with something else on top of the corrected food item, even a coupon for something off the next order, just to show our apologies.. but nothing, I didnt even get an apology!

Big party, I called 2 weeks before to tell them there would be 50+ people. They didnt put on extra staff, they had 1 server doing the whole side. She did the best she could, but as the only one, you get the picture. Food came out as quick as possible. Cant blame the staff when management doesnt schedule extra in an off time. (3 pm on a Friday) We didnt expect 50+ meals at the same time, but we did expect some extra help on the front end to get drinks served and refilled while the kitchen was doing their best. Especially when I called early to let them know we were going to be there.

The servers were extremely nice! However went with my wife , mother and my daughter whos 6 I ordered a steak and apps , apps came out they were good , after the apps were done a server came over and said Im sorry your steak is still frozen we didnt know so I had to pick something else almost 30 minuets after ordering After I ordered my daughters meal was brought out stone cold burger and fries, my French onion soup also cold the cheese wasnt even melted ontop , my wifes tacos also cold , everything had just been sitting out while they tried to figure out what to do about the frozen steak , my replacement meal came out ..... cold , my soup came back boiled and bubbling as if they tossed it the microwave for 5 minuets. Maybe it was a one off day and I was just unlucky but I wont be going back.

Dinner with my daughters at Boston Pizza was great! Our server was friendly, professional and courteous! She was attentive to our needs and was there to fill them all! Atmosphere was warm and welcoming with clean tables and resturant. Food was good but could be lots more beef on the nachos I ordered. My buddy took me out for lunch, he had French onion soup and a Caesar salad and I had pasta Tuesday special, smokey mountain spaghetti and meatballs. Saw some of the servers from back in the day. Service and food were it was a really hot day though!

Boston Pizza provided pizza and pasta for a special night at Assumption College. The pizza and pasta were amazing. The delivery was prompt and friendly. We really appreciate Boston Pizza Brantford. We highly recommend this establishment.

A few weeks back after work I came in and ordered a game day special and when I got home the pizza was Burt and one of the toppings was missing so I immediately called back but the place had closed so I left a google review hoping someone would reach out to me but I have not gotten a response from anybody. I dont get to Brantford ofter and when I do to visit family I wont buy from Boston Pizza again

Pasta tuesday!!!

Decent food, great service! My steak was very salty but the family enjoyed the jambalaya. Cesar salad had more dressing than lettuce. Have been to multiple BPs and this was nothing special but our server was great. Ladies washroom was gross and musty when I went hopefully it was just a one day thing. Would come again though if I were ever in the area.

Soup had 1 noodle in it and absolutely no flavor never even got a refill on drinks .the worst service ever and the worst food .!I will never go back there again .no wonder the place was empty.

Took a woman on a first date there. Service was great. Just had a couple drinks and appetizers. Whoever did the hiring there did a great job. Extremely attractive women working there. All of them friendly and courteous.

We were missing something from our order tonight and had a very small portion of something else. $ 80.00 is a lot to spend on a meal and im not one to complain. The service was spectacular. Our waitress was such an amazing soul full of personality and beauty. The atmosphere was warm and kind. We were greeted with pleasure! The problem was the food on this trip. It didn t compare to the Boston Pizza in Bowmanville though. It was like night and day in comparison.

Pasta Tuesday

I haven t been in a Boston Pizza in many years, I really enjoyed the food. We live in Hamilton but were in Brantford as my son was at Laurier today and we decided to have a late lunch before heading home. My son had pizza and I had chicken Parm with garlic bread with cheese, spaghetti with fries. So much food that my son ate my fries and 1/2 my garlic bread

Vegetarian options: Ok Food

I ordered a takeout pizza, small cheese pizza with thin crust and it was 17$ which is way too much. The girls working there was mean and racist. I ordered the pizza takeout and payed, but when they said it needed 15 minutes instead of waiting in the car I went with my friend inside and told them I wanted to eat the pizza inside the restaurant although the restaurant was very empty and many servers were not doing anything, they said I can t eat here or open the box of pizza inside because I already paid which does not make sense at all. They gave me looks which I have never experienced and I had a closed canned coffee and they said many times I can not open it here although I did not and it was just aside. I was not arguing with them at all but they were mean. I think it was because I was wearing a head scarf and they were racist or maybe something but I have never experienced such thing in my life although I was smiling at them and was nice to them. I went out and ate outside and payed more than 17$ for literally a very small pizza

My favourite Boston pizza to visit. Customer service is always amazing. They are quick to greet you and seat you. They offer customizations to menu items so you can add or remove toppings or sauces as you please (which is great for picky eaters like me or kids). Always have sports running on the numerous TVs if thats your thing. Drink prices are reasonable. Daily drink specials are always good. Service staff know the menu well and can offer suggestions or deals. Great atmosphere. Has a bar like setting on one half and family dining setting on the other so it serves everyones needs. Great place to go!

Just horrible. Was just shocked at how bad the service was. Our waitress seemed nice to start but when it took over 20 mins to get our soft drinks and then they came without the garnish we requested. It was the first red flag after that the waitress seemed to disappear and it was not busy at all. Even if she dropped something at the table she wouldn t make eye contact and was like running away it was impossible to ask for anything. We were done eating and waiting for her to come so we could ask for the bill for soooooo long that I just went to the front desk/counter to ask someone else. The worst is we have a young son who repeats everything he hears and they sat us right next to the kitchen where we had to hear the employees swearing and speaking badly about the customers and other people. we couldn t get out of there quickly enough .. if the food was good we would have maybe overlooked the horrible experience but it was bland and flavourless. The service was slow. Not putting that on the staff. I could be wrong but it seemed like the servers were spead thin. The food was not that tasty really on the bland side.

We went here on the weekend and ordered a double order of wings and a pasta dish and asked for the pasta to be customized, which they said they could do. When our food came, our pasta wasn t made the way we asked. I wasn t upset it s okay, it was Friday and busy. I did tell the server eventually who took our order because I figured she should know incase it happened with another customer, but instead she told me she already knew that when the food came out and just put a discount on our bill. I was kinda baffled that if you saw it when the food came out, why wouldn t you atleast offer to correct it? I would have much preferred a corrected pasta made the way I wanted over a $5 dollar discount on my bill. Disappointed that after spending close to a $100 bucks, it wasn t even a meal I enjoyed and on top was slapped with a 5 dollar discount like it was a favour done on me.

The service was excellent. We ordered the nacho tray and we didnt know it came with jalapenos (I figured theyd for warn you that it came with these) anyway we told them we couldnt eat spicy foods and they replaced it immediately without question . Definitely recommend

Bought a $50 e-gift card through the Boston Pizza website in June and in September while cashing out the value mysteriously disappeared (apparently not uncommon for CashStar, their gift card provider). The restaurant gave me a $25 gift certificate as compensation so I was already out $25. I wrote to Boston Pizza corporate about the missing gift card and got no response. Went there tonight and had a mediocre $19.99 pizza (unusual because the food is usually good) and a beer and they only deducted the cost of the pizza, saying that the gift certificate cant be applied to the cost of the drinks. What?!?! A gift certificate is the equivalent of cash. Only after I challenged it, the waitress came back and threw a $5 bill on the table and walked off without saying anything. Not impressed and definitely wont bother with their gift cards again.

I am pleased to say that I had an amazing experience thankfully for Bailey paired with Chloe and Eric and your amazing and beautiful manger I have to say Adam went above and beyond to make to experience wonderful to say the least. This Boston pizza is be far the most welcoming and pleasant one I have ever been to across Canada

This place has gone down hill and the so called management (not the owner) is clearly inexperienced in customer satisfaction. I called to bring to their attention how distasteful the Bruschetta Ravioli was and how the raw chunks of large onion totally negated the taste of the dish and the salted caramel cookie was not as it usually is (we order it a lot and know what it should be like). Instead of apologizing and trying to make it right she kept stating it hasn t changed in her 9 years of being there. I said clearly you aren t listening to my concern. If I am calling about it then clearly something has changed. She again went on about the standards blah blah totally dismissing my complaint. This is typical of the younger generation having to always put their own opinion ahead of true facts and customer service. No clue what so ever as to how make the customer happy. No remorse at all that something could have changed or happened. Typical robotic answers and attitude as if nothing can ever go wrong with their products or service. The ONLY reason I dine or take out here is because my wife and daughter enjoy the food but they too now are fed up with the self righteous customer service and management. The prices go up, quality goes down and service is juvenile at best.

I forgot how good Boston Pizza is lol. Fast and efficient service the staff are super friendly and there is lots of room inside. Good pricing and portions are decent. There is something for everyone and its close to the civic center if the kids are playing hockey

I order the dill chicken bowl anytime I come here and I dont know what happened but it was not even close to the same Ive come to know, and not in a good way. I ended up taking half the stuff they put in like cucumbers, wilted spinach and not sure what else it was but I was very disappointed... now everyone else I went with had decent meals but we are talking a burg and chicken fingers which even the worst restaurants cant get wrong... well most anyway. I took my friend here for her birthday tonight. We had our 4 year old daughters with us as well. We had a really nice time! The staff was friendly and the food was excellent. Kid-friendliness: My 4 YO daughter has a hard time in public sometimes but thw staff here have always bee patient with her. I bring her here for mom and daughter date nights!
