Best PANZEROTTI in all of Brantford deep fried ....only place to buy the difference is the reason not baked trust and enjoy once you experience youll know why a true gem of Brantford one of Brantfords oldest pizza shops my thoughts are why havent expanded yet i would love just to see doughballs pizza sauce and cheese in bowl messy but fun.

Just always been an awesome place to go. Great food and it s always been like that. I ve been going for over 20 years.

We wanted to try a new pizza place outside our norm. Very disappointed, out of 5 of us who ate it, 4 of us thought it was absolutely disgusting. Toppings fell right off the pizza. The crust was so hard, sauce tasted weird. Im not too sure if this is the norm for this place, but we definitely wont be returning.

Disgusting! An oily glob of dough.Cut it in half and you get globs of chewy cheese and 3 layers of nasty pepperoni.Plus you get a little cup of thin Hunts sauce out of a can.Waste of hard earned money!!!

I just had the most wonderful experience on the phone this evening. I placed an order about 552 on a beautiful Saturday evening, and the lady who, on the other end of the phone, was very cheerful, understanding to my order.

In LOVE with the panzarottis since I first had one when I was 6. I order Gigis once every couple of months. Service is fast. Staff are friendly.

Vegetarian options: Yeah they have a lot of vegetarian options my husband mostly just gets that and he gets it on his pizza or a panzarotti those are the best 2 things that we get that we order all the time Dietary restrictions: Im not quite sure because obviously you could probably order stuff without cheese but I feel like everythings deep fried while I get the ponza and pizzas so theres always cheese on it Im not sure if they have any of alternative options so that I cant speak on Kid-friendliness: Its a family owned owned place so its like a mother Father shop their kids were there its just a small little place I brought my granddaughter in with me 1 day they were very friendly I dont know what else to say its mostly for Taking out ordering out in my eyes like to me its a lot easier just to order my order and go and pick they do do delivery but Ive never used that option I just picked it up cause I pretty much live around the corner so but totally recommend

Busy pizza store vibe /atmosphere food was terrible (pasta) pizza was terrible only ate 1 piece and its only because I was starving. The only good thing we got was wings that my son had and they were just ok nothing special. Parking is out front on a busy street and no wheelchair accessible

Great Panzo! Just dont be turned off of the inside. Yes, it has been here for a long time so its old and unconventional. I think thats why it sooo good! New isnt always better ;) Parking: Kinda hard to find a spot to park that wont anger people. Not really supposed to park on the road sooooo..... be fast ;)

My first time ordering from gigi pizza there signature panzorotti is super good and different the dough or breading was super good everything was delicious but there mirana sauce was good but tasted waterey i wish the sauce was a little thicker. But overall the panzorotti was super good and there small panzorotti was huge so iyou definitely get your moneys worth of for the panzorotti. I really enoyed there panzorotti alot and was very delicious and tasty. I recommend any one who goes there try there panzorotti you will love it. The customer service there is pretty awesome.

They give you one time on the phone, then continually add more time. If you order something small and simple, expect it to take well over an hour any time if the day. This place is obviously dishonest, I can only imagine what other ways they rip off customers. If I was told Id have to wait for over an hour then I would have come then and been fine, not waiting around in their tiny waiting area. Dont waste your time and money here, just go to Little Caesars, its cheaper and equal quality.

Been eating here since I was a wee kid, my dad use to get this awesome food now my kids eat here and now my grandkids. Panzers are everyones favorite, but pizza is also amazing they are not stingy on the cheese.

well on the 21st of February at 7:46 I ordered a panzarotti it arrived here fairly quickly however it was completely submerged inside with fryer Grease I had to place it on paper towel after having grease run all along my kitchen floor all along the kitchen table and all over my pants my dinner is ruined I tried calling at 11:45 at night and no one answered the phone and yet on Google it says its open

Best panzerottis. Yes, theyre greasy, yes they have literally stacks of pepperoni in them, and yes there is lots of delicious crust. Legendary with people who grew up in Brantford. If I want to have a healthy meal I dont generally choose gigis or any delivery pizza.

Unfortunately not very good. Ordered pizza but there was very little meat (asked for ham), barely any sauce and too doughy. Ravioli was ok, but underseasoned.

So I havent had a panterati in years. I knew years ago gigis use to be the best in Branford. So I got a large panterati with a few toppings. Pepperoni onion green olives pepper Pineapple hot peppers and extra cheese. So after I got done eat my panterati. The first half of my panterati only had cheese in it. The second half had a small clump of pepperoni and a tiny bit of onion. No olives or pepper 2 pieces of pineapple one of the pieces seems like its side out forever and a half a slice of a hot pepper. I have no idea what the point was putting a 1/2 a slice in but Hey they did for some strange reason. So this cost me almost $30 for some dough and cheese. Worse panterati I have ever had definitely do not recommend and wont be going back

Not quite the quality there once was in their wings and the wedges are terrible compared to what they once were but if youre going for a delicious nice Deep Fried Panzerotti they still cant be beat.

This place went down hill. Customer service was always bad but had decent panzerotti so I put up with the horrible Customers service. Foods not even good anymore. Dont go save yourself from the disappointment.

Well, well. I heard this place used to be a Brantford staple for many! That being said I have been informed on some very rude customer service and food quality that matches just that...bottom of the barrel. I ignored the advice as I like to try things for myself...bad move. The food was hot garbage, but that wasnt the worst part...I was yelled at on the phone and hung up on! Not sure who they think they are as they are supposed to be in the service industry. Honestly to have food that bad and still hang up on people is just brutal! I have just heard of 2 other stories today about how rude the customer service is. Please close your doors, perhaps the industry has gotten the best of your has been establishment.

I have been here for about 5 years and like to try new places that remind me of back home in Oakville. Tried the panzerotti and only thing that was good was the crust. First off their was a hair in it which I can look past because stuff happens from time to time, but it looked like someone just dropped a 100 pepperonis out of a package inside and hoped they would spread themselves out. So essentially just biting mouthfuls of pepperoni each time and the ones in the middle of the pepperoni stack didn t seem cooked at all. Order for 3 people was ready within 30 mins which was perfect especially since this was around dinner time but food quality was a miss. Will try Gigi s again but not anytime soon and not the panzerotti.

I used to like Gigis Pizza. Got a pizza tonight. Half of the pizza crust was burnt and the other burnt part they cut off so there was no crust and it was super thick. If I could post a picture of what they sold me I would.

Not great food or service. Was picking up an order and there was someone else with the same name for pick up, they gave me the wrong order so I went back in and the kid argued with me HE SAID ASHLEY!! Like I commited a crime or something lol. It was a simple misunderstanding I wasnt even rude or upset and still tipped. My panzerotti was gross. They layer the pepperoni in there in very thick clumps (see picture below) its sooo over powering and the picture below was an after thought, some of the clumps were thicker. They also charge chicken as 2 toppings but barley put any in there. Like at all. Very meh food. Not great but not awful. Probably wont eat here again.

Ive never ordered anything here except the panzerottis, its what they are known for. They are the *biggest* you will find, probably ever. They are deep fried to golden perfection. They have thick, delicious dough and are full of tons of cheese plus whatever else you want in them. They come with a cup of delicious dipping sauce. Only problem is, if you dont eat them right away they tend to get a bit moist on the underside, so if youre not a Brantford local, eat it in your car for the best experience. Or bring some paper towels.

Read this carefully LoL. I have bought food from here for 30+ years. I used to try all foods & have never been dissatisfied. For the past 16 years I only purchase panzerrottis. The large size is what I buy. For sure tell the person taking your order that youd like 2 large sauces in total. I buy 3 just in case. The small price you pay me for an extra sauce I see pennies LoL. If youve never had a Gigis panzerrotti. Add it to your bucket list.

Disgusted with the service and delivery. Shows up at my door with sauce all over my food and dripping from it lost my appetite very disgusting and making up delivery charges way to much never will order from here again!

The food is great, never had a problem with it, but I suggest going to pick the food up. Their delivery drivers are kind of predatory. Ive had them always add $5-10 on top of the bill (I dont mean a delivery charge or a tip) and expecting a tip on top of that. They even refuse to hand over the receipt until you pay.

I Called and ordered 30 wings and wedges for pick up. Was told it was going to be 30 minutes. When I arrived they said another 4 minutes which was fine. I went back in to get my wings and was told they had no more wings. After I drove 30 minutes and waited all they did was refund my order. I didn t get anything on house or anything towards my next purchase. I will never go there again be aware ! They lied and had no customer service about the whole situation.

Never had a deep fried Panzerotti it was interesting. Lots of toppings and big portions. The dough was interesting probably because it was deep fried smelled like beaver tails/elephant ears. Overall very good but personally I prefer the baked ones

Wings sauce is AMAZING. Panz is one of a kind and made well and accurate most days :) I had a few bad orders over my lifetime of eating here and had a horrible, like HORRIBLE customer experience once but since then, its been good. Just DONT call to tell them when they mess up, youll get an ear full. If it werent for the rudeness id give them 5 stars !

WOW. This has got to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. The Gigis panzerotti is a whole new creation. This place has been in Brantford for ages and there is a reason why. The food is amazing. I ordered a large pepperoni panzerotti. What I got was the heavenly deep fried monster(this was a large mind you) that was stuffed to the max with pepperoni and cheese. I was in my deep fried glory. The panzerotti has this amazing crispy outside and light inside(of the crust) tearing off pieces to dip in the sauce they provide with it I shouldve ordered more. I wanted to eat more sauce with every bite. The pepperoni is a perfect complement to the whole thing. The spice/seasoning in the pepperoni is spot on and the massive cheese pull from inside is legendary. I kind of wish there was one bigger then the large. I would gladly do a food challenge video trying to consume it. This place is an experience you must try. There pizzas, pasta and wings look equally amazing and I will be coming back to try more of their menu.

This place used to be amazing for wings and panzerottis.... The last handful of times, i have been nothing but disappointed. I was told to wait an additional 15 mins for my food when i arrived at the time they told me to, and when i got it, my food was lukewarm. My dads potato wedges were cold. My wings barely have any meat on them. My moms panzerotti was cold, along with all the dipping sauces were cold. Its sad that the food has gone down hill over the years, unfortunately, ive come to the decision to stop ordering, because of the repeated disappointment.

tonight we ordered two orders if wings with wedges , a small panzarotti and a large panzarotti. We waited over 45 min for in store pickup. The wedges were completely cold and the large panzarotti was not cooked through all the sauces felt like they were straight out of the fridge and ice cold. Definitely not impressed for spending almost $70.00.

Greatest panzerotti in town as far as I am concerned. Just make sure you get an extra sauce (2 in total) on the side. Staff has always been amazing. I was so hungry I forgot to take a picture. Lol

Really disappointed :( really wanted a good panzerotti and I heard this place was the best. The side tomato sauce isn t sauce it s water down tomato juice and there was no sauce in the panzerotti at all. Barely any toppings inside either just fried bread and V8 juice never again :(

This place might not look the greatest but usually the places that look sketchy are usually the places places to eat. This place is 100% great. They totally give your moneys werth for sure. Hands down the best pizza and panzerotti around. Dont believe the haters.

We used to get Gigis panzerotti and wings for years and stopped because there is too much Dough. We decided to try again. Just no .I asked for a pizza that was not thick . It isnt real thick she said. . It was.and the sauce has no taste the pizza had no taste. The wedges were warm not hot. And the wings were just okay. No more. Sorry Gigis taste your food please.

2 hours for a delivery = $38.25 + $7.75 delivery driver tip in cold pizza, wings and potato wedges. When contacting the owner she refused to acknowledge that 2 hours was not even remotely close to the approximate about an hour that was stated when ordering. She also said that she would no longer deliver to me if I canceled my order (I wasnt going to), which honestly is fine because she had already lost my weekly order on the basis of how rude she was on the phone when I said I would like some sort of reimbursement for my cold pizza. I worked hard for that $45 and to be treated as rudely as she treated me when I was just looking for a hot supper indicates that customer service isnt her strong suit.

Service and quality have Plummeted over the last few years . Sauce was so plain no flavor watered down tomato sauce no no no thank you . please gigi do yourself a solid and taste your food its not good and fire that lady that answers the phone she is a nasty human !!!

Thought wed give it a shot again. What a disaster. Asked for 2 flavours of wings as I have done in the past got them mixed.. Asked to have olives in my panzerotti there was 3 no joke, the tomato sauce was very bland and watered down . We were missing a pop and to top it off I got moldy celery. When I called I got passed to 3 people finally speaking to who I believe is the owner what a piece of work she is, i politely explained my issues she immediately got defensive and very rude. Would not give a refund as I explained we wont be ordering here again. She sent a wing meal replacement which again had bad celery in it..get it together, please taste your food and check your veggies before you pack them. Try harder!

Very little cheese this place is subpar to say the least and extremely expensive save your money go anywhere else also the bacon was extremely under cooked almost choked on it because I couldn t chew it in time with the rest of the pizza

Most of the time the pizza is excellent, but sometimes they are in a rush & just throw it together! But if you call them & complain about your order not being right they 100% fix it for you! I just wish they would cook it a little longer!

First time ordering from here. 2 LG pizza for 37$. Crust was super thick and under cooked as well as the toppings on it. Who puts cheese on top of all the toppings??? 90% cheese and 10% toppings....One of the worst places in Brantford Ive ever ordered from. Id rather go to mcdonalds next time!

Ordered the other day, they use to be good but really fell short, the panzerotti was very under cooked, the wings were way over done, the toppings were just heaped together, like they were stuck to one another, mainly the pepperoni, very unhappy with the food we got and will not be going back.

The pizza was sub par. I had ordered a medium pepperoni pizza but for some reason they placed the pepperoni under the cheese. This results in pepperoni being fleshy and chewy rather than being crisp if it were to be on top. However the cheese is quite tasty and the sauce tastes wonderful. Wouldnt really reccomend this place unless youre in a rush and only like cheese pizza.

Finally tried gigis pizza a few days ago.....pizza was very good and delivery was super fast - considering we live in the north end of the city. What I liked is that it was different - not the usual tasting fast food pizza and toppings were generous...we also had the wings and they were delicious -- reasonable priced too.

Best panzzorotti in town. Always had a great food experience. I remember the good old days there in the 90s. Rowbottom, Farrish, Kirby, the Ritchie bros and Mr and Mrs Dona. This family owned pizzeria always treated customers with care.

Probably the best place to get a panzerotti. Didnt know it existed until a few months ago. Always is busy, and never unhappy with the food. I do suggest you get an extra sauce though, you will need it.

I have ordered from here my whole life. Never a complaint until tonight. They put olives in my panzerotti. No one in my house eats them. I called and the lady and she told me she took my order and if it s written in the container I must of said olives. I told her I would not of said that, no one eats them. She apologized. It was shocking to me that she insisted I said olives. Instead of apologizing and stating she must of miss understood since thats what customer service is about or offering a credit. Very disappointing!

My wife and I decided to try this place out for the first time and let me tell ya, we were not fans of Gigis at all. All around disappointment, first it took over an hour and a half to arrive and when it did, it was cold. Second, the panzerottis were made horribly and absolutely soaked and dripping in grease. Finally they were expensive for what we got and the quality of the food. Definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just an overall mediocre experience, the food arrives quicker than expected ( we were expecting an hour) but all of the food was either lukewarm or cold. Also for some reason there was a giant ball of cooked dough shoved in my pizza box with flattened part of all the slices.
