Pizza showed up smashed to one side of the box . Called to complain and driver showed back up to yell and accused us of the pizza problem. Called company back and was told the driver called and said everything was good, nothing about this delivery was good I wish we could give 0 stars!!! Never ordering from here again!!!! Maybe your buddy shouldn’t be your delivery guy!!
Out go to place for pizza and wings in Brantford. The pizza and wings make up for the service and atmosphere. Crust has a good crisp and yeast taste. Lots of toppings and cheese. The wings are always a good size, crispy and sauced well. The pizza guy can be grouchy sometimes or really friendly. You never know what you'll get. The place also looks like it hasn't changed since 1985.
Pizza is good but needs more sauce even after asking for extra sauce. The wings have good flavor plenty of sauce but I got non breaded they definitely aren't jumbo when naked and are not fresh they're previously frozen you can tell by the red bone telltale sign of being frozen. The website is kinda false advertising says 10 jumbo wings I got 13 regular size and I'm pretty sure the fee for using credit card is $1 to $2. Not a cheap place. $55 for a square 1 topping and 1lb of wings
They have great wings! And the pizza isn't to bad, but it's not my fave. I'd give the pizza a 6 out of 10. The price was a little on the higher side for the pizza quality. The wings are always very large in size and lots of sauce! Im a sauce on the side kind of guy.... The wings are worth every penny
We've tried a lot of places and this is by far the best pizza in town that we have found. The thick crust is delicious. Gotta ask for extra sauce and then it's perfect.
Meatsauce is so close to being a 5 star pizza. It ticks all the boxes and gets very close in my books to a perfect slice. Firm undercarriage with very little flop but maintains a soft and fluffy rise thst is not to dense. The sauce to cheese ratio is just a little off being that I like my za with a little bit more sauce. However that being said this is not a dry pizza. The oil from the cheese offsets the sauce being a little light. The cheese is just the way it should be stringy with a mild squeak. (You know the kind you get with cheese curds). The pepperoni and other toppings were high quality nothing burried under the cheese which in my books is an absolute no no. Meatsauce is definitely doing it right. Over all this is an exceptional pie. If you want to change things up from your regular pizza joint this place is 100% worth a try. My daughter is the hardest pizza critic there is. She has tried them all with me and there are only 2 other places in town she will eat pizza from. So when she gave this pizza an 8.5 out of ten that means it's good. The price point is also great 2 large 3 toppings for $27.99. My wallet can appreciate that. Everyone eats for under $40 beautiful. Thanks Meatsauce.
Pan or deep dish pizza is fantastic here, wings are huge and delicious too. Can't complain about the 2 for 1 pricing!
The pizza was acceptable. A little thick in the crust, a little doughy but not bad by any means. The sauce is made in house and that shows, you can taste some quality in it. The wings we ordered blew me away. The best wings I've ever had delivered. Big, meaty chicken wings with a nice medium sauce slathered on, no fault there. I was thoroughly impressed with them. The garlic bread was okay. More of a cheesy bread than a garlic bread but it worked. The salad was not great, lettuce was a bit wilted. Overall, not a bad delivery place. You get a lot of food for your buck and I was definitely satisfied, especially at this price point. Go for it, you won't be dissappointed.

We used to visit meatsauce once a week for years - until we realized they ve been making up prices as they go and overcharging us. And if confronted there would always be an excuses as to why the price advertised isn t what I had to pay for the food. Which is a shame as I always made sure I tipped, even if ordering take out, because we like to support small local business. However I can t support somebody s that s going to charge me whatever they want every single time. Which is a shame, as we love their food. The pizza is good, wings fantastic, best I ve had, cheesy bread great too. It s a shame they can t figure out their prices and keep them consistent. Seems like I m not the only one with this complaint either.

This was my go to place for the longest time and when they came out with the wings it put them over the top. B U T They spiraled down really fsst and the wings became terrible. I didnt want to base my opinion on 1 order so i ordered a few more times. I called each time i wasnt happy but the guy just didnt care then one day I we Nt in and ordered and found out why they were lousy. He was pre deep frying them because when i ordered he cooked them within 2-3 minutes. Would not recommend, it wS also my go to pizza place for 14 years.
Went in for a slice at lunch, asked for a bbq sauce on the side to dip. Got my order and realized that he had gave me ketchup instead of bbq sauce (tasted it too to make sure, it was definitely ketchup) When I went back up to the counter to show him he insisted it was barbecue cause and even showed me the bottle he used which did say barbecue sauce. Also the pizza is below Mid. No flavour, most plain sauce I ve ever had. Very disappointed
Went in for a slice. Lady was courteous and said if I could wait 15 minutes she will have a fresh pizza ready. She preceded to count money from the delivery driver and put it in the til. Then she went and started making the pizza grabbing a tray with dough on it and started putting sauce and cheese on it. she didn t wash her hands or use gloves after handling the money. I told her never mind to the pizza slice. Sorry but I won t be back. Isn t hand washing common sense?

Ordered after 9pm and was told 45 to 60 min, took a little longer and I was worried I wasn t getting my order then it came and they gave us a cheese bread for free and the portions were way bigger than expected! Always get the most wing for the pound in town.
This used to be our go-to! Delicious pizza and wings, specifically the wings!! I called today and ordered a $32.99 combo. I asked to add a pound of wings in lieu of a salad or wedges. All I got was no! When I didn t respond he then explained, rudely, that wedges are $5 and wings are $16. So I asked if I could just pay the difference. He said ok . There was a misunderstanding because he still asked if I wanted wedges or salad. Ok fine so I chose salad. Then he confirmed I wanted the 2nd pound of wings. I confirmed. The order came to $75!! When I said woah, hold on, that s way too expensive I was hung up on!! How do you get $75 from $32+$16!! With taxes, at most, that s $58! I m not sure if it s new owners or what but I didn t recognize the voice on the phone! It s unfortunate because the food really is top notch!
It s not what expect when you think of pizza! It was a large slice mind you. But hardly heated and was a very bland taste for pizza.

One of the better pizza s in town. Great selection of toppings. Price is extremely affordable. Taste is pretty good. We frequented another local Pizzeria until one night we couldn t get through. Our adult Son suggested this place. We haven t ordered pizza from anywhere else since. Definitely a hidden gem.
This pizza was just okay. A lot of reviews didnt care for the customer experience, but I think its just over the phone. The guy seemed normal, although it was hard to hear in the store. Everything was pretty good, but nothing out of the ordinary.

Was charged $5 more than the posted price on the internet. Only ordered because of the price. False advertising is a crime and I will no longer support scam artists. You just lost a potential once a week customer who just moved to town and was looking for a close pizza joint to frequent. You get what you give as they say.
The wings were huge with plenty of sauce. I definitely recommend them.
You cant eat there but food options and combos are good. Not as cheap as it used to be but what is these days. The cheesy garlic bread is pretty nice
Food is good but WATCH YOUR BILL!!!!!!!!!! Just caught them over charging for a delivery. Tried to say we ordered cheesy bread to excuse the difference but no cheesy bread in the order. Pity as I loved the food here.

Just be aware, prices on the website are not up to date and when I asked about it the guy working yelled at me. He seemed pretty busy but still. Also, we werent given our entire order, but I didnt realize it until I was all the way home and couldnt be bothered to drive back across town just for the salad. Would not recommend.
Not good st all. 45-60 minutes became 90 minutes and cold food. The wings were a dark brown, and sauce on the side means I still want the sauce... Just on the side, the delivery kid was a gent and I tipped him. I get its busy for small joints and restaurants during the pandemic but it seems judging by the review from two days ago its a consistent as of late.

Pizza is okay but the wings make up for it. Giant crispy breaded wings and yummy hot sauce. Sometimes there can be a bit of a wait so I recommend pickup over delivery. Will keep coming back for the wings

The crust is thick and rich, the toppings are plentiful and fresh, the pizzas are filling as heck. But if youre going for the first time... order a side of wings... or just order two sides. Im not sure what behemoth chickens those wings came off of but they are HUGE!
Normally have really good service from these guys, but the last few times the person taking the order was out right ignorant. Would not take the time to take our order properly. Ended up rushing us to the point where we couldnt get our full order in. I dont know if its new people taking the orders but they have lost us as a customer because of this attitude.

Great pizza joint. And some of the best wings in town. The pizza is comparable to pizza hut but less greasy/oily. The have excellent deals and usually not long of a wait. I was one time walking home from Metro and i saw the owner running down the street with some fresh ingredients so you know this guy puts his heart into your pizza. On the contrary I did call once 2 hours before closing and the owner yelled at me saying he was closing.

I am from out of town and was heading to a friends place. He suggested today we try this out from someone elses recommendation. Let me tell you how impressed I was. I usually eat a lot and because the wings were so big, and the pizza was so filling, I didnt need to eat so much, so it was great value for my money. I would totally order from here again!

I tried this place for the first time recently and was quite impressed. The pizza was delicious and the toppings tasted fresh. The wings were fairly large (though lots of breading) and sauce was great. Would definitely order from here again.
These are the best wings in town but definitely not worth arguing with the ignorant man taking orders. The cost was way higher than on the website. With delivery, 2 lbs of jumbo wings were $37! Supposed to be $10.99 per lb. I told him this & he said, do u want them or what then hung up on me! He called back actually yelling at me. They need to replace him for sure!
1st time I called they hung up instantly. 2nd time I called they answered with yea hello, HELLO! Not anything like hey what can I get you? When we were trying to discuss what we where going to get we said we where going to call back in a second. They just straight up hung up. Literally the worst costumer service I ve ever had, never even thought it was possible to get that low.

I have tried this place a few times now, for wings. While the service is quick and the portions good, they always have a burnt taste. I dont think they change their oil often enough and it makes for a terrible after taste. The food just tastes dirty and stale, like it does when there is dirty, overused oil in your deep fryer. I get that it might be expensive to change the oil frequently, but I would rather pay more someplace else to have good tasting wings.

Amazing wings!! We get one pound of mild wings (11 LARGE wings) and we have to negotiate for the last wing :) The pizza is also very good. Farely generous with the toppings and the cheese. Great sauce and crust. *dont let the building appearance deter you. Theyre great at what they do.

Were from out of town. Ordered here because it was close to the hotel. The wings are unbelievable. Huge, well cooked, delicious saucy, just amazing...maybe best ever. Prices were good, especially the combos. I wish they had this place in my city. Good pizza, fast service, honest pricing, and maybe the best wings ever.

Love the wings from meat sauce. But Ordered wings tonight was told 45-1 hour I called when it was hour and twenty minute past they told me they had mix up with delivery service on their end. Instead of remaking my wings. Hour ô half later cold wings showed up at my place. Nothing worse then paying $40 bucks for food that went in the garbage.
