The pizza here used to be so good. Now very skimpy on the toppings. Little to no cheese and barley 1 pepperoni per slice. Garlic fingers was just a garlic pizza and the wings quality is not the same it once used to be.
We ordered a pepperoni party square tonight. We barely got one pepperoni round on each slice, and the cheese was so unevenly distributed, that some slices were just sauce. I understand food is expensive, but this was just skimpy. It was disappointing opening the box to find such a sad looking pizza. The taste was actually fantastic, it was perfectly cooked! I’m really hoping this was just a one off.
Haven’t been here for about 3 years because of a bad experience. Not ever going back now. This pizza is sloppy . Pepperoni isn’t cooked bacon is only on a few slices mushrooms are from a can. Crust is not cooked and very greasy with too much sauce . The service was meh! Seems like no one is happy. Too bad used to be one of my regular pizza joints.
Ordered the $31 12" 3 topping pizza with 1lb wings special last night: ground beef, homestyle hot peppers and onion, and hot/honey garlic wings. The pizza was alright, the homestyle hot peppers are always delicious. This was my first time ordering ground beef from them and the amount was so small and sparse I thought they had forgotten to put it on. Called the store to just let them know for the future and was told the ground beef is very small and fine and in the future I should order extra/another handful of ground beef. Managed to pick the pizza apart and find some little ground beef bits while on hold. In the future you should mute or hold your calls because I heard the entire conversation where the lady who answered went to somebody else and said I told them we didn't get meat, he said "We probably did put it on." and then some back and forth about me calling (I won't type it all out, standard stuff about customers complaining) before she came back and said "I'm actually the one who made your pizza and I did put ground beef on it, it's just really fine and small. If you want more you should ask for another handful next time." I wasn't asking for anything and even stated that in the conversation, just calling to let them know because I genuinely thought they forgot to put it on with how small it was. But the attitude and the skimpy portion has kind of turned me off of the place for a while. On a side note, the wings were actually really tasty.
Pizza-Roma is one of my favourite pizza spots in town; however, it's at risk of being bumped off. Their recipe and flavours remind me of Lucian's. The pizzas need a bit more time in the oven to achieve a slightly burnt underside. I'm also concerned for the freshness of the toppings as it looked like they used canned mushrooms. I love mushrooms on my pizza and seeing canned ingredients is a red flag, especially for the price. If Pizza-Roma can address these issues then they'll definitely be undisputed in the pizza scene.
We love love love za. But this one didn’t hit home for us unfortunately. They have wonderful service and super friendly, however the za didn’t “cut” it. We go an original pep with cheese. We found sauce a little light for us. the dough for us wasnt like a pizza dough, more like a bread. Lots of people love it so they’re doing something right. Enjoy peeps.
My all time favourite pizza place in Brantford. The party square is amazing and even great the next day. Slices are available but the are hit or miss. The owner is a great guy and always cheerful. Plenty of parking as well for this clean little establishment. I have been coming here for years. Love it. 🥰

One of my favorite pizza places for many years
We ordered their square pizza last night with double cheese and double pepperoni. It was sloppily put together, the toppings were sliding off, with minimal pepperoni and not cooked fully. Disgusting. I wont be back.

Just came back from here with 2 slices, greasy, barely any pizza sauce and the sauce that s on the pizza is just water. Honestly for a pizza place it s sad. I tried a couple other ones and the same thing, just bad pizza. Literally metro has better pizza. And put some effort into it, especially if you re the owner.

We have had pizza at most places around and thought we would try it out. We were not impressed at all. The pizza was cut like a jigsaw puzzle, the crust is more like bread and the crust would make you think it was in the oven too long but the toppings were very undercooked. They were polite and had a good staff.

Tonight was the first time had horrible service in 15 years. Lured to about closing time and then made us a med when we ordered a large. Did not fix it by making us a large. Iv never posted a review ever in my life but this was ridiculous.
I think I found my best new pizza place in Brantford. Marias Pizza used to be my favourite place to order the ZA from but the last four or five times from Pizza Roma has hit the spot. Isaac did amazing job and made a perfect pizza with the best toppings. Another delicious pizza from Isaac and team.
Honestly food quality is extremely low pizza would be ok if it wasn t rushed and under cooked and the pasta is awful sauce tastes like ragu and the gnocchi was boiled soggy and sticky. No clue how this place gets repeat business don t waste your time!

Tried a slice and pop one day while in the area. Great pepperoni slice. Will definitely go for a full pizza. Nice choice of toppings on menu board. May have found my new pizza spot since moving to Brantford UPDATE: Ok every time I go in to order a slice, pop and dip sauce I get different prices ranging from $5.95 up to $7.20. Why is there no consistency with the pricing for this type of order? Maybe tell the staff how its supposed to be rung in properly if its a combo deal on the register keypad. I dont feel like arguing with staff who shrug their shoulders when I tell them the older gentleman says it $5.95 every single time I get served by him but random prices from any one else on counter. You need to sort this out
They always tell me my order will be delivered in about 45 minutes. Only once did it take that long (bad snowstorm that evening). Otherwise its about 30 minutes. This is our go-to spot for pizza delivery. Good value, good pizza, quick delivery. 5 stars I am reserving for fresh mushrooms instead of canned. My gf however, prefers the canned mushrooms.

Got some slices from them..the young kid who took my order cashed me out and handled my money didnt wash his hands after he handled my money and used the till and grabbed my pizza with his bare hands...they need gloves and hand washing thats how viruses are spread....gross I threw the pizza away..
Normally amazing service. Today we called in an order at 4pm for a 6pm delivery. More than 30 minutes late with no explanation or discount offered. On top of that it was burnt. Maybe next time, if there is a next time, we call the order in a day early?? Too bad ZaZas was closed today.
Been going there for years since my brother worked there. My all time favorite pizza. Slices always hits the mark for me. You know a pizza place is really good when you can have it cold the next day (or reheated) and its still really good.
I dont often order pizza, but the one I got from this place tonight was fantastic. Probably the only pizza Ive ordered double cheese on and actually gotten double cheese. Not to mention that their honestly hot peppers are perfectly done, and ill add that thd service was fantastic. Pleasant and Profesional staff, and it was ready for pickup in just 25 minutes, exactly as they said it would be. Glad I ordered from them tonight.

This place has the worst pizza I have ever had. First of all I came in one night last week. I ordered the 24 slice 3 topping pizza & wings as I was having a birthday party. When I got home I noticed the pizza was Burt on the bottom and the they dont use fresh mushrooms.. They actually used canned mushroom. No other pizza store uses canned mushroom. It had little cheese as well and for over 60.00 plus tax alot of my Italian friends where disappointed with the quality of this pizza. I demand a full replacement credit on my next order and I demand they stop using canned mushrooms

Me and my two boys eat here two times a week the pasta! They have a bunch to choose from and on Tuesday at even cheaper than usual the prices are already really affordable and the pasta is like eating home-cooked food just about anything on their menu though including pizza and the chicken wings are great I highly recommend this place especially if youre looking to get hearty good food for a reasonable price.they have been open during covid even though they dont have as much staff they are still there and keeping up with orders pizza or pasta ready in 20 to 30 minutes me and my boys rely on this place so BIG ups to everybody at pizza Roma this is Chase saying u rock .

do not EVER order a Margarita pizza from here!!! All that we got was a white pizza with sliced cherry tomatoes. My definition of a great Margarita pizza is thin crust ,sauce, boccinci cheese or regular mozzarella, cherry tomatoes and fresh chopped basil. Pizza roma did not come close to measuring up!

Pizza crust and other toppings were good but then there was the canned mushrooms... seriously, canned mushrooms.... People pay for quality and freshness, canned mushrooms are not that at all. Wonder what other corners they cut.. Will not return.
I havent had Pizza Roma for a long time.. Was a toss up between them and Lucianis but they are closed on Mondays.. Was asked to wait by the female employee while she finished her personal phone call.. They were deciding on what she would bring home for dinner and apparently it was going to be burgers from Zanders.. I shouldve hung up then.. Delivery was 25 minutes past the 45 minute time I was advised it would be.. All the food was cold.. Garlic bread and wings were burnt but pizza was ok.. Lots of other places to order from.. Avoid this one..

I recently visited Pizza Roma and ordered a large 3 topping pizza. The young worker who took my order told me it would be 15-20 minutes, pretty standard so far. I was handed my pizza over 35 minutes later and left. Upon arriving at home I opened the box to find the wrong toppings on my pizza. I used to regularly order from Pizza Roma....remember why I stopped!!

Id been looking for a better place than my regular pizza place, so I tried Pizza Roma. It really was terrible pizza, most frozen brands are better. The crust was quite tough, the overall pizza had not much sauce on it and it was dry and flavorless. Sadly I got enough for 2 servings, and am going to have to choke down the rest of it or be out the money. I guess every place has its fans or it wouldnt be around as long as it has been, but it was honestly the worst pizza Ive had in many years, including cheap frozen ones.
