The great service and fast drlivery

We have been ordering from Robbies for a couple years. Every Thursday or Friday we get a pizza and wings. Last night we ordered a large 4 topping pizza well done. The total was $32...I near fell over. When it arrived I was shocked to see a very basic pizza. Hardly any sauce minimal toppings. GOOD BYE ROBBIES!

Just ordered Robbys for the first time. Ordered online. Delivery said 60 minutes, which seemed fair considering I ordered two pizzas and it is Saturday. Not one was it here earlier, it was so certain.

As always on of the many hidden gems this Stephen King novel of a town has hidden in plain sight tucked away here in Eagle Place. Good undercarriage, ask for thin. Its yum. 7.4

Ordered two pizza. One of the pizzas was good, the second was missing two toppings and very over cooked. It was hard to swallow, the cheese was leathery. This pizza went into the garbage. I attempted to communicate with the shop to see if they would offer correcting the bad pizza, however havent heard back. There are much better pizzerias in town. Give this one a hard pass!

Robbys has great overall value compared to the larger chain pizza restaurants in addition also tastes better. Bonus for Not tasting like cardboard.

Their prices and quality of food are unbeatable.

My new favorite place!! Excellent pizza, made well, toppings right to the crust, and I really love the taste of their tomato sauce base and pepperoni. Decent price too, especially compared to other places. My Moms been saying how good they are for years and she wasnt kidding. Food delivered hot & fresh, and the delivery man was so lovely, very friendly and nice too. Looking forward to ordering again for sure. Ps, I used the good ol fashioned method too lol.. I called and placed order, didnt use an app.

I was very disappointed with the wings. Frozen, for sure, dry and tasteless, and they had no salt to go. When wings are in the name of the place, they should be better than you can make at home. They were awful, I thought. Never again.

I waited 7 minutes before getting an order. And the most disgusting part. There were FLYS COMING OUT OF THE OPEN ROOF AREA. disgusting. If the food wasnt good. I would give and -2/10 but. Food is decent. 2.5/10 wouldnt recommend. -D Kid-friendliness: Fun kitchen to watch. And vending machines. Including 25¢ gum/bounce ball.

Went in late at night, people are usually mad to be getting an order but the lady was very nice and helped us throughout the order and told us the deal they have (L pizza 3 toppings, 3 pop cans), there was nice music playing and it felt very homey, 10/10 will go again

We came from mississauga today on the way to falls...had this pizza a year ago on a visit to brandtford. Great young family man made our pizza while we chatted about life... very down to earth business with excellent product.. .right to the edge of the crust was full of our choices!!! Love it!!!

Did a pick up order of a large pizza a medium dill pizza (seriously, try this) and some wings. It was only 15 minutes on a Friday night! Super affordable, super kind person working there, will definitely be back. Vegetarian options: Great veggies and great quality.

Not that good

Pizza is very good would 100% recommend. But do not order online, call or go in person. During online ordering it requires you to select and pay for extra toppings even though it says 3 are included with the special.

Very hot outside & i sat in the sun almost one hour, the signs say there open, store hours start at 11am but those idiots inside still had the front doors locked. those idiots just lost a good customer & i have yet to try there slop witch i am ok with as i just had much better pizza elsewhere. idiots.

A bit of a price gouge...but Robbys IS one of the two only good pizza places in town. When food is so mediocre in Brantford, no wonder they will charge this much for mid tier cuisine. 4 star review is generous imo considering the quality of phone service. Not to mention, their online app order prices are different from their real prices (42.99 for combo #1 on skip, $36.99 on their page). Buyer beware! Thats against Skip ToS by the way. :) Youll enjoy it, but youll pay. I live nearby and I order pizza every 2 weeks, but they only get my order once a year. Theres a price for everyone and everything, I suppose. Cant win em all

staff is very friendly and present top notch customer service . the pizza tasted amazing and apple turn overs were amazing ! i enjoyed their pickled spears and hot bbq wings . i travel to brantford for business during the week and i make sure to stop by because it s well worth it !

Order pizza at 920pm didn t show up till 11:15pm when I checked the pizza and wings they were freezing cold. When I told the delivery guy we didn t want to cold pizza. He gave us attitude and asked why wouldn t I cancel it instead of him wasting his gas to get here. Completely unacceptable to be spoken like that when you were two hours late. Never again will I order from here and I hope you do the same. Lost our business

Ordered a pizza initially for pick up, which we decided to change to delivery. Which we were told was not a problem. After we switch the order it took 2 hours to get the pizza, which was cold upon arrival, and the wings were soggy. We decided to just cancel the order since they were going to still make us pay full price for the soggy cold food that took 2 hours to get, and the delivery driver decided to tell us to fuck off . When we called the store to inform the manager of the way the driver spoke to us, they proceeded to tell us it wasn t their problem . Absolutely will never be ordering from them again. Terrible service. Such a bad way to ruin a customers view of you. I will be making sure to tell all of our friends in the area to steer clear. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I absolutely loved the pizza from Robbys ! The crust was perfectly crispy and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The customer service was also fantastic, with friendly staff who made sure my order was just right. I will definitely be coming back for more delicious pizza!

I LOVE Robbie s - been ordering there for years since we moved here - always great service - however just had the best experience I ve ever had from any restaurant. I ordered for delivery- I get the same pizza each time and I always get bbq sauce on top- today they were super busy and they forgot my fav part - the bbq sauce - I called the owner was super kind and offered a credit- i declined and asked if they could maybe have their driver drop me off a couple containers of the sauce and I ll put it on myself- he was more than happy to do so - it took no more than 2 mins and the owner himself dropped off more than enough bbq sauce and complimentary desert as well. They didn t make a deal about it , they didn t brush me off like I was being ridiculous- it made my whole day - i love their food and my order just isn t the same without the sauce on top - would always recommend , they always go above and beyond. We ve ordered pizza for years from here and lately have noticed the quality has gone down hill. Tonight we ordered and noticed a lack of toppings, THICK puffy crust which robbys is not normally known for. Hopefully things change or it will be time for a new pizza spot.

Pizza isn t any good, the wings use to be all we went here for. Until, we ordered 4lb of wings that are normally crispy but came soggy and full of oil. I called to request an exchange and was given a very rude and disrespectful response. Will not return.

Great pizza, best in Burford

I sure wish this was a good review but your ability to cook wings is brutal. I called to let you know that they were still really pink. You told me I you make more just bring them back no problem. Then you dig through the wings to show that they were cooked even though they were really pink. There is bloody tendons they are undercooked. Just an FYI for next time. The fact you made me dig through the rest of the two pounds to prove that they were raw is ridiculous. Customer isn t happy just fix the problem.

I really don t understand the great reviews. It was like all other Brantford pizza that I have had so far. It was way too doughy, cheesy and sweet. The wings were so oily and sweet, not crispy at all. I made a large order to try multiple things and was not impressed with anything. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the service was ok.

Ive been getting pizza here ever since they first opened and Im never disappointed. The staff is friendly and hard-working, the pizza is reasonably-priced and really good. I usually grab a slice when Im in a hurry on the way home and dont usually have to wait over 5 minutes at most. Overall, Ive had no real complaints about my experience here, and Id definitely recommend it.

The slices are delicious, and the staff are really friendly. One of the kitchen staff saw that my toddlers water bottle was nearly empty on a hot day and just gave us a water from the fridge. Ill definitely be going back! EDIT: Since my original review, Ive had the chance to order delivery and get some garlic bread, honey-garlic wings, and a brownie. All of it was fantastic.

When I said my order wouldnt work online the guy hung up on me. I called back and they refused to take my order I will never order from here again

We tried Robbys pizza for the first time and honestly, were quite disappointed. You can always judge a good pizza place by how they handle a simple Pepperoni and Cheese -- It was bland at best. The sauce was too sweet and the pepperoni was too salty. We also ordered fries and they were soft and soggy. Sorry Robbys, Im afraid you wont be my go-to place.

Wow, Okay pizza and wings. Talk to the lady who works there. I ask for a pizza and wings combo. Tells me about a pizza + 2 pound wings combo. With a 2L of pop and garlic dipping sauce. 53 bucks. Too much for me. Ask to make it just 1 pound of wings. 38 bucks. Okay seems reasonable. Delivery guy shows up. No garlic dipping sauce. No pop. Sorry man that wasnt translated over the phone. These people will rip you off when they get a chance.

Robbys is our go to for Pizza and Wings. The wings are large and always come warm. The pizza is excellent .Can t go wrong! Edit. Robby s Still going strong. Forgot I did this review and I still feel compelled to say how good bathe Bundy wings are. Big, Breaded and Saucy!!

Looks sketchy outside, but cool people and delicious pizza on the inside. The sauce has so much flavour. Pricey though, but ut is a neighbourhood establishment, so its cool to support them.

We re new to Brantford, ON, searched for a wing place. Had tried a competitor earlier, but was not impressed from what we were used to. Anyway we ordered from Skip the Dishes , expecting somewhat cold food. Not with this place, they took the time to put the wings in tin foil inside the styrofoam container. Kept wings nice and hot upon delivery (which was very prompt) within 30 minutes. Wings were very good size and very flavourful sauces. Ordered 1 lbs. Honey Garlic and 1 lbs. Mild. Plenty of sauce spread all over them. Wasn t disappointed and this will be our go to place now. And by the reviews the pizza sounds awesome too, have to try it out sometime!

Heard great things about this place. Then I ordered through skip and the pizza came mangled in the box (wasn t even a pizza anymore) and I understand that skip is at fault technically but the least the restaurant could of done is sent us another pizza. We decided to support this family restaurant instead of a chain like dominos. I won t order here again due to the fact that the restaurant only repeated to me on the phone nothing we can do, nothing we can do. Have some decency. Also side note, skip would only refund 50% and we literally have NO EDIBLE food from this order.

Best wings I ve had in Brantford to date; big, saucy and perfectly cooked. Pizza was decent -perfectly cooked and toppings were generous. Quality food at a very reasonable price, I definitely recommend!

Robbys never disappoints! We order at least 3 times a month, theyre willing to make a couple slices plain cheese for the kiddo they are priced well and the ingredients are quality great job keep it up!!

My wife and I have tried many of the pizza places in Brantford. We consistently order from Robbys - plenty of toppings and nice people. Definitely recommend giving it a try the next time you order in.

I am actually really dissapointed. The last time i ordered 2 weeks ago it was okay. The girl that answered the phone was a little rude but the pizza and wings were fantastic. I ordered tonight and same girl was very rude and i ordered the exact same thing to have it 10$ more. She explained very rudely that the prices changed a month ago. I said i understood but she wasnt listening to me when i tried to explain it was cheaper 2 weeks ago she just kept saying prices changed a month ago . this is the 2nd time this girl has been short and rude on the phone with a customer. Not impressed but upset because they really do make great pizza and wings
