Went to Brandis bar and kitchen a few days ago... Quite a little gem in Brantford I ordered the sweet onion dip and omg it was delicious, Brandi said it is her moms recipe the best dip ever I will definitely be back.. Brandis is very welcoming with professionals who have a passion for doing things properly, so the food is made with care and they strive to make sure you leave satisfied. Dietary restrictions: A variety of gluten-free items and the ability to pivot by removing topping to make youre dish gluten-free Parking: Theres a large parking lot. Kid-friendliness: If theres anything weve learned, its that its not a matter of kid-friendliness; but a matter of your kid being restaurant friendly. That being said, Ive seen many kids at Brandis when Ive been there and its always appropriate for your entire family. Wheelchair accessibility: Theres handicap parking and a wheelchair accessible curb right out front.

We stopped in after being at a horse show all weekend. And my gosh the food was absolutely amazing . Hands down the best mushroom soup I ve ever had . We will definitely be back when we are showing up in this area.

If you have not walked in yet. You should. As soon as you walk in. You are treated like an old time regular. You receive a smile and a hello. Everyone is truly happy to see you. The menu is very well put together. The prices are extremely reasonable food is fresh, and tasty .

It was my husband and Is date night. Thought we would try Brandis since weve never been and reviews looked good. Service was great, wasnt overly busy but we did wait over 40 minutes for our food. I did overhear that she was short staffed. Food was great and hot. I had the grilled chicken wrap with fries and my husband had the mac n cheese. Think we would go again.

Where do I start? 6 of us went on a Saturday at 630 and only two people on service staff! We waited an hour and a half for our food. Only got their attention through an Instagram message cause the server wouldnt give us the time of day. 5 of us got our food and the 6th persons food didnt get put through to the kitchen. Appys came with the entrée. Owner came over to apologize but wouldnt even give the smallest discount. Actions speak lower than words! I would not recommend this place at all! I will never go here again

What a great place to eat. My daughter and I found this restaurant online as she needs to have gluten free food. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff and Brandi are very welcoming and efficient. We ordered the nachos and fish and chips, delicious. You can tell alot of their food is home made. The prices were good as well. We will definately be returning.

I have become a regular at this amazing family owned and operated establishment since I discovered it a few months ago. From dropping in for a quick drink and chat at the bar, to enjoying a lunch or dinner meal, I always feel like part of the family. The food is fresh and homemade, and Brandi frequently gets creative in the kitchen, and masterminds interesting and delicious soups and specials. She (and all the members of team) is accommodating and goes out of her way to make your experience (whether it be dine in or take out) special and memorable. I will continue to support Brandi s and hope it will exist and thrive as one of the go-to places for residents and visitors to Brantford. Afterall, who doesn t love a restaurant that serves Tater Tots ?!?!

It was a full house and service was good. They work very hard. A bit disappointed with the portions for price but it was good otherwise. Menu is a bit limited. Restaurant was nice and clean.

They try really hard. Menu is quite small, ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and the chicken was smaller than the bun. For price and limited menu, the food should much better. Like supporting local. Will try again in a few months and update review.

Ordered Brandies superbowl special with different flavors of wings. My favorite were the creamy dill and Applewood smoked. Wings were big and delicious. Prices are excellent. 3rd time ordering from here. Always a good experience and excellent food. Will definitely be coming back again

My two girlfriends and I tried this relatively new restaurant out for the first time last night and will now be regulars for life! Hands down the tastiest, homemade restaurant meals weve all had in a long time and at a very fair price! The atmosphere is cozy, comfortable, and quieter than larger places like Kelseys. My girlfriends had the fish and chips and I had the Perky Chicken sandwich. They both said it was the BEST fish theyd ever had with just the right amount of batter and a generous filet and my sandwich was equally impressive. For dessert, we shared a deep fried buttertart. That was a mistake! We all want our own next time!! There are no words for how delicious this is!! A MUST try to satisfy your sweet tooth!! Stop by today. Youll be really glad you did!

Hi Everyone Yesterday I went to Brandis for the first time. I have to say my experience was pretty great. I ordered the Chicken Panini and it was really good. With a side poutine and a ceasar for drink. I am very picky with food quality and this Panini was perfect in my opinion. The chicken was nicely done. Tender. It came on a nice soft warm naan bread. And the sauce they make with avocado... wow!! That was the cherrie on top. So delicious! I defenately encourage anyone to go and peak their curiosity. Its a nice place. Not huge wich i kinda like. Atmosphere was nice. From what i could see it feels very clean aswell. I did not use the washrooms... i sat at the bar and i did not notice anything odd. I look for that stuff trust me. Brandi was very cool to talk to. Very friendly. And she wants your feedback. Whatever your critics are. This is very important for her. * Just be kind if you mention something you dont like. Brandis is an amazing little place with friendly staff an inviting atmosphere. The food is absolutely amazing. Anything I have ever ordered was beyond what I expected in both quality and quantity. To make this place even more special she has live music on most Friday and or Saturday nights at a decent hour for old people like me.. I must say I have eaten at Brandis Kitchen and Bar numerous times and I have never been disappointed. I had the BLT for lunch today and it was absolutely delicious. I dont know what they do to their bacon, but it is fabulous. If you havent been, you should try it. Lovely atmosphere, very clean restaurant, pleasant staff, and such a welcoming place.

We went to Brandis based on reviews. Im guessing that family and friends have reviewed to be supportive. The food was average. The service was awkward, and she took our orders without writing it down. When we received the food, the portions were small for the price and compared to area restaurants. The dill pickle fries were good, as well as the regular fries, but the burgers were dry and bland....and small. She also screwed up the order. Big surprise! Unfortunately, we wont be going to Brandis again.

Found this gem by accident visiting the plaza. My daughter and I couldnt resist the amazing smells coming from the restaurant. Had a delicious meal and discovered Deep Fried Oreos, yummy!! Between the friendly service, great food, and reasonable prices we will definitely be going back!! Will be recommending to everyone I know!

Amazing food the tater tots had an amazing seasoning. I also got the chicken wrap with buffalo sauce and it was incredible. Had a deep fried butter tart for dessert and it s was very good.

To be honest my experience was similar, but Im not going to be a baby about petty things when I chose to visit the restaurant! That being said, I dont think Im the target clientele for this restaurant. My grandparents would probably love it though.

My boyfriend and I decided to try this place on a whim and overall we had a good experience. The atmosphere is homey and welcoming; the food was good but the service was great. Our server made excellent recommendations (get the cauliflower wings over the bites!), and we did not wait long for our meals at all. The best part of the experience was when Brandi herself ran out out to the store to get ice cream for our desserts! We will likely be back.

Our power was out at home for five hours as of 8 pm. Power not to be on till 10 pm. We drove into town and went to Brandis arriving at 8 pm. Were informed restaurant was just closing. We noted we had no power. The owner noted - I will fire up the kitchen and make whatever you order. Our meals were hot, tastey served with compassion warmth and friendship. We look forward two upcoming bookings we have at Brandis. Cannot thank Brandis enough for their hospitality and delicious food- a great place to dine. Been here 3 or 4 times. Safe to say this time was the last. Food always takes at least an hour to come out. I got my food as everyone was already finished eating. When my food did come out it was completely wrong, and I did not eat it. When I asked for compensation the waitress (owner) tried to argue it. Then went to post on Facebook accusing the group of a dine and dash. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional. Do not recommend.

I just experienced Just Wingin It for the first time. I will become a regular as will my family. The atmosphere is comfy and so clean, the service felt like I was being taken care of from my own mother! And the food? So hot delicious and the portions were perfect! There is something about this place that makes me feel it will become a staple in our own community

My husband and I stopped in to have a drink and order takeout to take home to our family. We tried the Buffalo Chicken Dip, Buffalo Chicken Ceasar Wraps and Chicken Bites (which were the perfect crunchy). The food was great. We loved that their were gluten free options to accommodate our families needs and the service was on par. This family run business makes you feel like you are Norm walking into cheers. We highly recommend.

Great Atmosphere and even better food

Got 4lbs of wings, one regular fry and one sweet potato dry. Only complaint was the regular fries were a bit undercooked other than that it was very good! Dry Cajun wings from Brandis is a must try.

Great new restaurant in Brantford! Between our party of 7, we had fish & chips, the homemade cheeseburger, creamy Mac & Cheese, and the Perky Chicken sandwich. We also started with the Buffalo Chicken dip and finished off with some little cheesecakes. All of it was excellent!! The fresh cut fries were fantastic and as my mom said, the coleslaw was to die for . My fav was the fried chicken in the Perky Chicken sandwich. Amazing secret sauce but the chicken could have been on there by itself and I would have been happy! So good! They were also super accommodating with our two young kids, offering up smaller versions of what they had on the menu. We will definitely be back again!

Tried this place for the first time. Had the fish and chips. Tasty and enjoyed the homemade fries. Staff was friendly. Also liked the different choices of fruit juice, love Pineapple juice. Only downside is there wasn t a ton of choice. Liked they try to support local as well.

Came here on the recommendation of a colleague, and admittedly wasn t sure what to expect. Our evening at Brandi s turned into a new date night fave! Intimate restaurant, fast and stellar service, and the food was incredible. Nearly everything is done from scratch, local where possible, and so so accommodating with anything you may need. We had the chicken parm sandwich and the Nashville chicken sandwich, they were definitely made with love and so yummy! 10/10.

I went to Brandis with my son tonight, and we met my friend and her children there. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and home cooked. The portion sizes were perfect. They had many options for children which was fantastic. The desserts were amazing too. Everyone left happy. We will definitely be going back. There are so many menu items we want to try. : ) Tonight the kids had macaroni and cheese with garlic bread that they cannot stop talking about. lol My son got the hamburger and french fries which he loved. He wants to go back for the mac and cheese though. lol I had the cauliflower bites, wings, and sweet potato fries. My friend had a burger and a greek salad. The dessert that was ordered tonight was the deep fried oreos, deep fried butter tart, and cheesecake. The only food left on our plates was the food we couldnt finish because we were so full. lol
