I had some issues with my skip order but with the extra effort of the Dennys team they went the extra mile and fixed my whole order . They are very sweet and have great customer service

Awesome experience! Free birthday meals, great food (the French toast is fantastic!), friendly staff, and a really nice environment for visiting with your family and friends. You can actually hear each other speak. (Some restaurants are just too loud.) Our waitress, Aksa, was amazing! Id highly recommend giving this restaurant a visit. It has new management now too, which seems to be a perfect fit.

Clean restaurant, clean washrooms AND yummy pancakes. I had the 9 grain pancake slam and hubby had the berry waffle. Things were hot and good!

Best French toast ever ! we had the berry stuffed french toast So delish ! Our server Kuldeep was such a joy .Big smile ,made sure we had everything and were enjoying our meal .Had a very wonderful experience ! kudos to him and the chef ! First time eating at this location but We will be back for sure ! Update ..Had another amazing meal there .This time Lovenish was our waiter and he too was just a joy to have serve us ..Great service ,great food ,clean restaurant , such a pleasure to eat there .The chef is phenomenal! Nov.23 2024 ..another delicious meal ..Their chef really knows their stuff .This time I had dinner .I had the bbq brisket skillet ! It was soooo good .Tonight the place was packed and I mean packed .We got there just after a huge hockey team showed up .The servers were put to the test and they passed with flying colors .Even though I had just barely decided on what I wanted when our server came to the table she was super sweet and apologetic about the wait which honestly I did not find I waited at all but that is how awesome I have found the staff to be . They all deserve a giant pat on the back for how well they handled so many people showing up at the same time .This is fast becoming my favorite place to come and really enjoy a meal and I can have a super delicious breakfast at night if I want it .Love love love this place and no Im not a bot or someone who works there etc I just think credit should be given were credit is due and they truely have an awesome staff ,delicious food ,and such a welcoming atmosphere !! 11 out of 10 !!

Seated right away, food was great, they let me customize a standard order to swap the dinner item in for a breakfast item. Friendly staff, manager checked in on us. They even brought in a face painter for the kids for Halloween. Kid-friendliness: Had have painter for the kids for Halloween so definitely kid friendly.

For the past 8 months my family and I try and stop in for brunch after church. Aska G. has been our server every time (we request her if we don t get her). She is an absolutely wonderful person and provides exceptional service. We look forward to seeing her every week. Ive been to this Dennys a few times for breakfast and have always enjoyed the food and service but today was above and beyond. Our server Aksa was superb! Very attentive and gave excellent suggestions and service. We will definitely be making Dennys a regular stop for breakfast! Great portions and value. Always friendly service, the girls are great to accommodate our dietary restriction and do so with a smile. They now know how we take our coffee and it s so nice. They always have great recommendations. The Pumpkin Pecan Slam is a winner. I had never been to a Denny s before as I was worried it was too franchise-ish, but this new team is really great!!!! Definitely try them out and if you beeen and didn t like it before . If you give them another chance, you wouldn t be disappointed.

We went with our 2 little ones for my wifes birthday, and they took great care of us through the chaos of our little ones, and the food was great too. We will be back!

I picked up a 10oz steak and eggs dinner and it was amazing! This was the best and most tender steak I ve ever eaten. It was cooked perfectly to my specifications. The ingredients added to my omelette were fresh and also cooked to perfection. The service is also unbeatable. Everyone, including the cook in the back was smiling and friendly. This is my new go to spot.

I was tired after work and I almost never order takeout but decided to get uber eats and try something I didn t have to cook. I also had a coupon so the cost would be minor. There were a lot of options that weren t too healthy, some that were, and in the end I decided on a breakfast-food dinner. I ordered a BOGO grand slam Saturday night. The order came and it was less than desirable; the hash browns weren t crispy and the portion was so small. I contacted uber eats and then I called the restaurant directly. Explained the situation, how it frustrated me, and the man that answered the phone put the manager on, who was very apologetic. He said he would credit the cost and also add a credit for a future meal and even offered for me to come in Sunday for a meal on the house (unfortunately I could not make it). The regional manager called shortly after to get more details on the incident. I ordered a meal this morning (appetizer plate) and everything was delicious. I would very much recommend the bacon cheddar tots. I would like to extend my appreciation to the management of this establishment for their willingness to rectify a situation where I was dissatisfied. The quality of customer service in Brantford has absolutely plummeted since Covid and it s not uncommon for local businesses to lash out at bad criticism from customers rather than try to remedy whatever the issue was. In the future, if someone asks me about going to this Denny s, I will tell them the food is good and if it isn t, the staff would probably fix the issue without confrontation. Times are tough for many of us and small courtesies really do go a long way. It doesn t go unnoticed.

Just the sweetest waiter, I wish I got her name! I called about 45 minutes before our arrival and they were so nice and accommodating to a group of very particular senior americans. The food was great, came out quick and then the waiter came around at the end to pass out donuts on the house. We had a very long trip and I think some folks were a bit grumpy so it was a great end to our first night.

Maple syrup appeared watered down. Bacon was razor thin. Very little bacon on the plate three slices. Rather disappointed. Any other Denny s we ve been to have been very good.

Ordered a regular poutine today, got 20 fries. Yes; I counted lmao. For something that is nearly $10 I d expect more fries than cheese curds. Also forgot hash brown on my other meal with the same order. Do better.

Been here a couple times after a long shift of work.and its relaxing to have a quick dinner/breakfast as service is chill and the atmosphere of the city itself on the walls is nice.Food is great too from French toast to pancakes to even the burgers.

When we arrived, we were warned that they were very busy (probably because it was Labour Day) and it might take a little extra time to get our food. Since we had a four year old with us, we appreciated the warning but were okay. After placing our orders, the manager brought over a bowl of grapes for the kid. It made her very happy and made the wait quiet. It wasnt actually that much of a wait for the adult food. Everything was tasty and the service was great. Several times, our server came over to make sure we had everything we needed.

My son and I are in town on business and were looking for a simple meal for dinner. Dennys is an easy choice. In this case, it was an outstanding choice! The young gentleman who served us would impress Gordon Ramsay as would the food. We were absolutely delighted to be treated with such attentiveness and kindness while being served meals prepared to a much higher standard than weve experienced elsewhere. A truly memorable experience!

My recent experience at Dennys was not only disappointing due to the quality of the food, but also because of the deeply troubling behavior of the management towards my fiancé, who has a disability. Quality of Food Lets start with the food, which was quite frankly appalling. The dishes we ordered were excessively salty and served cold after a long wait. This was unexpected, given the amount I have spent here in the past, totaling over $400. The inconsistent service and subpar quality of food make it clear that this establishment has a lot of work to do in maintaining its standards. Discriminatory Treatment What is most concerning, however, is the discriminatory treatment my fiancé and I experienced. The manager allowed my fiancé to use their facilities, but then demanded that he leave after just seven minutes. The manager made baseless assumptions, suggesting that my fiancé was both a drug addict and homeless, neither of which is true. This behavior is not only discriminatory, but also a clear violation of our rights as patrons and as human beings. Violation of Rights As human beings, we have the right to be treated with dignity and respect, regardless of our physical appearance or disabilities. Discrimination in any form is unacceptable and is a violation of basic human rights. The Canadian Human Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on disability in places of public accommodation, such as restaurants. By discriminating against my fiancé, Dennys violated these rights, which are protected under federal law. Conclusion I urge Dennys to educate its staff and management on the importance of inclusivity and respect for all patrons. I hope this review serves as a wake-up call for the restaurant to improve its service and to ensure that no other customer experiences such blatant discrimination and disrespect. Until significant changes are made, I will not be returning, and I advise others to reconsider patronizing this establishment.

My go to place to do some morning work! Staff is ALWAYS extremelly nice and helpful. Their food is delicious and the owner is the coolest dude ever! 1000% recommended and the atmosphere is so much better than at any Starbucks

I had the Grilled chicken burger, the chicken was thick and really juicy. It didnt come with any sauce, but I asked and was given a generous side of ranch. My son had the chicken tenders and said they were tender and really good. Our server was very attentive and checked on us plenty to make sure everything was satisfactory. This was our first time at this location and wont be our last.

Went for breakfast yesterday. Was happy to see that they open at 7am, and stay open till 11pm, every day (great hours). However, when I arrived at 7am and I was the only car, didn t see anyone inside, and there was a heavy chain and padlock wrapped around the door handles it looked like the restaurant was permanently closed. The morning sun shining through the entrance windows, showing them covered in handprints and streaks (like they hadn t been cleaned in weeks) also looked sketchy af and suggested the restaurant was shut down. I stuck around until one of the kitchen staff came out to remove the chain I had a coffee, smoothie, chicken tenders, and grand slammwich - all of which I ve previously enjoyed at this and other Dennys restaurants over the years. While the chicken tenders were fine, the grand slammwich was extremely disappointing, to where I couldn t eat it. The bread seemed thinner and/or different than what they ve used before, and wasn t properly toasted so had gone soggy. And the ingredients between the bread also seemed different/cheaper. The hostess/waitress was courteous and prompt, which is fair to expect given that I was still the only customer when I left at 7:30. I remember when this restaurant would be full on weekend mornings, and for good reason - it s Denny s (with their exhaustive menu and a kitchen that would deliver with consistently high quality). But during this most recent visit I can certainly see why it may have lost its popularity.

It was our first visit to Dennys Brantford. The restaurant, so very clean and the food enjoyable with good size portions. We all had to pack up some to go. The new manager Lovemish was kind and friendly. His service was attentive and prompt. We would have given 6 . Service was OK, I asked a runner for water and he just ignored me. The waitress was lovely. My biggest issue with this Denny s was the bathrooms. Somebody had mopped it but the air stagnated in the bathroom and the water on the wet floor wouldnt evaporate. It was very small, unclean and highly uncomfortable.

Aksa was our server and we couldn t have had a better time she was always there to fill our coffee and bring what we needed. Coming back for sure!

My wife and I love dining in here or getting take out for home. The food is a great selection, quality and price. The staff are all friendly and attentive. Been to many Dennys, but this one by far is the best. And their manager Elie customer service is better than anywhere else Ive experienced.

I took my family to Dennys yesterday and was shown a wonderful experience. We were seated quickly and our orders taken just as fast. Unfortunately there was a mix up with my daughters food with her being brought a grilled chicken sandwich when she ordered a crispy chicken sandwich. Luckily we got the opportunity to meet with the General manager who was very professional and polite. He brought my daughter a free bowl of fruit so she would not feel left out at the table. He quickly fixed the order and brought her proper sandwich right away.

We had a wonderful time here again. The food was excellent and the server was very kind.

Kuldeep was amazing, polite and went above and beyond after I mistakenly ordered a French toast slam and meant to have the strawberry stuffed french toast. He went at the back and rearranged the food to make what I actually wanted! Five stars!!!!

My husband and myself went to Dennys on Wayne Gretzky Pkwy/Henri St Brantford because of new management. The service was amazing and quick in spite of them being busy at lunch time (Sunday). The waitress Aska was so friendly as was the manager. They had many staff on hand. Keep up the great staffing. We will certainly come back.

We went to Denny s when we heard they had good milkshakes. Oh my gosh! What amazing service. It was pretty dead which is really sad because the food was fresh to order, the server we had was attentive. Oh and the milkshakes were crazy amazing! Worth the visit! Ate at this establishment for the first time today. We were party of 5, out for breakfast to celebrate a birthday. Staff was friendly, service was fast and the food was excellent. The servers take your order and repeat it back to you to ensure you are getting what you want. Aksa was our server and she spent time getting to know us and making sure we were well taken care of. We attended Dennys today for a Mothers Day treat, and let me tell you, it was delicious! They were so busy, but despite that, they made us feel very welcomed and taken care of ! We also had a patty of 8, which can be a very big handful, but we all enjoyed our experience here today and will definitely be back! Our waitress was named tanisha and she was very nice and friendly! Niel was a phenomenal worker that man never stops ! He cares for his job and it shows!

Went in for Mother s Day breakfast. Right from start the staff was so welcoming. Waited under 5mins to be seated. Neil did a good job accommodating us very promptly. Isha was our server and she was so polite. Got us French fries because breakfast was taking a little longer than usual because it was packed for Mother s Day breakfasts. Fries were on house. Breakfast was made to perfection. Thank you guys for taking care of us.

If you havent tried Dennys after the management change, you are really missing out. Weve gone twice in the last month and everything from the food to the service is top notch. They have just extended their hours to 11pm and theyre open 7 days a week. I used to own a restaurant and had the time to talk to the new, young and energetic managers and they are determined to build a good reputation at their restaurant. Give them a second chance if you were disappointed when they first opened. Youll be pleasantly surprised.

Great experience. I had incredible service. Isha was VERY fast, came by multiple times to check in, was very friendly. The food came out incredibly fast. Had an amazing breakfast experience at dennys our server Aksa was commendable served us with wide smile and open heart. And ofc last but not the least kudos to the kitchen staff for preparing our meals and adding extra tomatoes on my veggie omelette without even asking, I guess chef already knew it ws my fav, lol!!! First time back since new management took over. I must say this was a big change!! We were greeted at the door by Neil and a younger gentleman both with a smile. We were seated immediately and made to feel welcome. There was a small language barrier but side of pickles became a side of peppers. Kinda funny but no problem. Food was delicious. I gave the kitchen a tip to be a little lighter on the salt and it was graciously accepted as that. Everything start to finish was so great. Definitely will be back. We did return 2 months later and were seated right away on a holiday weekend. The restaurant looked busy but Aradhana was very professional. She took our order and made sure our drinks stayed topped up. Our food came out reasonably fast considering they were busy. Everything tasted Delish as usual! Love the new management and atmosphere. Very welcoming and never a rush.

Dont think I could have asked for better service. From the moment my husband and myself walked in we to when we left, we felt very welcomed. Our waiter Kuldeep was ways checking to see if we needed anything, while serving others. The food was a 10/10.

Waitress brought us our bill while we were still eating and then came back with the debit machine while we were still eating. Felt rushed. Won t go back.

Ok. So it s a Denny s. But it s the best Denny s. The service is great, prices are good and food is yummy. What more could I ask for from a Denny s?!

Today was my first time at this Brantford location and l was impressed!! My servers Aksa and kuldeep made our experience outstanding!! I had to complement them on the excellent customer service they delivered to us. The food was tasty and well put to together, compliments to the chefs. Will definitely go back to this location. My experience today at Dannys Brantford was amazing. I was impressed with my servers professionalism and customer service. Aksa and kuldeep was always checking with us if we were doing okay. I ordered the strawberry stuffed french toast and this was delicious. Its now my new favorite on the breakfast list.
