My husband and I went for a late lunch. The food was great . Our server was very nice. Really enjoyed our time at Kelseys. Definitely recommend . WELe am planning to go soon to celebrate my son completing his HEO course. Vegetarian options: I am vegan and had the plant based burger which was very nice with the angry fries and onion rings. Very good!!

First time at this location Tina was our server..Excellent service and food! I Would recommend the burgers.

Worst meal at a Kelseys ever. Fries were stone cold, steak was tough and full of grissle, pasta served in a thin, flavourless sauce with anemic tomatoes. We will not be going back here ever. Food

My family went to this place and got put in the bar area to be served on. The service was really slow. The only reason we went here was because it was with a CAA discount. I think if they didnt have that. I will not be going here. The kids meal was overpriced and too big of portions. The kids meal seems to be for adults. They also missed up on all of our order.

Me and my team came here after a long day of moving, the food was great, the drinks were great but most importantly our server Ireland made our night, not only was she on the ball with all our orders, Ireland was honestly one of the best servers weve all experienced, funny, bubbly, and made us very comfortable!

Service was HORRIBLE!! right when i walked in took decades to being us to a table even tough it was empty. Once we were seated are extra plates were extremely dirty. After forever the server gave us our food which tasted rushed and soggy. Our server every five minutes would leave, go outside, and smoke half a pack of cigarettes behind the electrical box. Then would come back in and not wash her hands. Do NOT recommend to anyone

Timely service at a CRAZY time with a ton of customers. Having a day, and a wine and dinner certainly helped.

Ordered the seafood pasta and balsamic chicken. Service was quick and food tasted great. Split the butterfinger ice cream and that topped off the evening. Definitely will return.

went there this saturday with 2 of my hockey buddies and was amazed with two employees. Taylor and Patrick where absolute fabulous. not only did they make our visit great with amazing service but went above and beyond to make our visit there fantastic. it got extremely busy and even with the place being packed they where on point with drinks, food and service. im very impressed at their effort and abilities to maintain focus. i would highly recommend this location to anyone that wants great service. thank you so much for everything guys, you two are absolute gems and will def be returning soon. :)

Had a hockey team lunch in August and the service was incredible. Alex, Tina and Matt did a wonderful job taking care of our group of approximately 50 people. They were extremely efficient and friendly.

Kelseys is always a hit but it s the staff that makes it special, especially Ireland. Every time we come in she remembers me and my husband and even our drink order! Shes super efficient and personable, i always request her if possible. Great job kelseys!

I normally dont leave reviews but I went out for dinner with my partner and his family and we truly had such a wonderful time here. I ordered the chicken fingers and I really liked them, I am very happy I did which was recommend by my server Ireland. I hope that when I go back I will have Ireland as my server again she was so helpful with the options and my partners Halal restrictions which can be hard to ask for as a customer but she made the experience feel very comfortable for us.

My family and I have been coming here for years. We bring our employees. Also we love the staff and the management. They are loved throughout the community.

After an 7 hour drive home, we were looking for a nice meal. The restaurant was packed, so when the meals were slow, we understood. This place truly is an excellent place of choice for a whole chunk of everything, the wonderful food especially burgers and their steaks. I always have high expectations for my beef an they always make sure that it reaches that point and ensures a great meal that looks good yet also tastes amazing. Fpue Cheese Spinach Dip! And you HAVE to have the deep fried pita chips with it. Tried the cajun chicken fajita and would absolutely have it again. Honey Peach Tea Lemonade is my go to drink. Atmosphere is great and our server was on her game and knowledgeable. I cant wait until the next visit.

Such an amazing experience! We came here for a late lunch a couple days ago. We had Maya as our server and she was very polite and accommodating with our sons meal and bringing it out early to keep him busy. At the end of our meal, she got very busy but still was very polite and calm when talking to us. We will be back thanks to her!

went in yesterday and i ordered the bacon wrapped steak. the steak, Broccoli and mashed potatoes portions were sooo tiny i am not usually one to complain but this is absolutely ridiculous. $25 for this is way too much my 4 year old brother eats more food than this. i told the waiter and they offered to get me a new steak. another girl came by and seen i wasn t eating my mashed potatoes and broccoli i told her the portion size were very small and i usually always order this and it s never looked like this before. she s told me that head office says this is the portion it s supposed to be. they did end up replacing my whole meal and still let me keep the other one which is nice but seriously i order this all the time and i am in shock how small it was. on top of all of that by the time my replacement came out my boyfriend had finished his food soo he just got to watch me eat mine overall you need to do better $70 in total for our meal was a complete rip off.

Friday july 19 2024 at 930pm. Salad was mushy like they got it out of the dishwasher. Asked for a cake for my girlfriend since it was her birthday but did not receive it. Girlfriends order was completely messed up. If it wasnt paying by gift card I would not have paid for this disaster. Spoke to manager was asked if I wanted my concerns relayed to the general manger. I mean seriously? From top to bottom this has to be the worse experience at a Kelseys I have ever had. Will not be returning. Good day.

I love this place. I come all the time. It s a great atmosphere with amazing staff. Brooklin makes VERY good Cesars and she knows her wine. Always fast service from the whole crew. I love the different sports that I can watch in many TV s. Vegetarian options: All of the salads are great! Happy hour appies for $10 are great too! The wings and bites are great!!! Try their hot honey wings.

I didnt enjoy my food the Alfredo sauce was runny after I asked for more there was nothing there. My friend had shrimp Alfredo she didnt like hers either and had dirahea before getting home. She was pretty sure it was the shrimp. The service was mediocre waiting times. Wouldnt go again.

Brandon was an excellent server as he just got on shift after being off for 2 weeks. Other servers walked by us for 10 minutes when Brandon came to our rescue and got us beverages right away, even brewing fresh coffee for us. He was very good at his job as we waited for nothing. Just want to give a big shout out to keleys today they went above and beyond any expectation....We ordered from skip for lunch and when we opened the bag my husbands chicken wings were not there I called the restaurant and they took ownership of the mistake and replaced them immediately..not only did they replace the chicken wings with fresh chicken wings but they replaced the whole order and even through in our favourite spinach dip and a special little treat which none of this was what we were expecting ...They also went out of their way to deliver it to us... Well done Kelseys... This is what we recommend kelseys to everyone and will continue to support them ..

I ordered takeout and the food was exceptional. Best Buffalo Chicken Sandwich in Brantford. The website made it quick and easy to order and it was ready and waiting for me when I arrived. I ve never once been disappointed by food or the service.

We went on Family Day our 9month old and had a great time! Alex was a great server and told us about the little kids in her family and was so kind!

My wifes review was deleted...she was admittedly unhappy. So I will add one. We were both disappointed...this time. All previous dining experiences have been much better. The ambiance was good, not too loud despite being busy. Im not going to critique the food aside from it was subpar from my past experience at Kelseys.

Best wings I ve had from any Kelsey s. Service was decent. Atmosphere was pretty busy with a lot of little kids running around in the bar area. I generally like to sit in the bar area because it s quieter. Kids are usually seated with family in the dining room. Kid-friendliness: Kid-friendliness is great in the dining room, not in the bar area. That should be reserved for adults.

Was here recently with my boyfriend and we had an amazing time. Ireland was super friendly and gave us a great dining experience. I work in the customer service industry as well so truly understand the value of amazing service being provided on a consistent level. Brooklin T. truly delivers on the promise of client first service. She always greets us with a smile as soon as we walk in and to be honest we hardly ever tell her what we want as she remembers exactly what we always order. she takes the time to talk and always checks in on us during our visit.
