Oh man stay away. Mashed potatoes were cold, "buttered seasonal vegetabes" were not buttered, cooked or even warmed, they were just 4 cold carrot slices, 4 cold pepper slices, 4 cold broccoli's. Chicken cordon was served with the worst, purely fatty piece of "maple" bacon I've ever seen. My wife's was the same but also had a random noodle in between the chicken that we assume is from the sauce, but we also feel like may have been poured from leftover food from another table?? while waiting for our meal they tried to serve us someone else's meals and then we watched 4 plates from other tables get served, tasted, then appear to be sent back. Our waitress said she would be right back with cutlery after serving us our meals but then spent so much time at the other end of the establishment while we waited with our food in front of us we asked another waitress for cutlery. Our waitress eventually came back with more beers, to which my wife didn't have any of hers as the glass it was served it was clearly not clean surrounding the broken part of the mug it was served in as if they knew it was broken and didn't want to cut themselves while cleaning the glass. We went here to watch the Leafs game, to which they switched from HD to SD halfway through on all their widescreen TVs to make the picture worse? even their big TV display was lagging and not good. Man this was a disaster, This place screams bad management as soo much went wrong. BTW I paid for 3 beers, $36, yikes!
Terrible, I would give less then 1 star if possible. I was served raw vegetables; unseasoned, no butter, literally less effort than a veggie tray and you want 23 dollars? My chicken has a random noodle and sauce on it (from someone else's meal? Like what is that?!) and absolutely cold potatoes. What is happening here? Bacon served raw, cold pink and white. If I kept eating, I would've been sick for sure. My beer glass was broken, sharp and unclean. I will NEVER eat here again!!!!
I would rate this lower than a one star if I could. I was at this location on Saturday with a group of 10 and it was the worst dining experience of my/our life. The manager assigned a brand new waitress to our table and should never have done that. We weren't ordering anything complicated and she couldn't handle her duties. After half the party ordered drinks which were brought fairly quickly, she took the remainder of the drink orders and brought all but one then disappeared for about 10-15 minutes. She came back with the last drink and finally was able to take orders. We asked for the kids's foods to be brought first since we were already seated for at least half an hour and they were impatient. One of the kids meals was put on a dirty plate and their food was cold (pasta and fries). The food started coming out but they lost all control on who ordered what. They brought food to our table that we didn't order and then after 8 of the guests were served the waitresses ended up giving the rest of the food to the table behind us. One of our wing orders was delivered to the wrong guest at our table mistakenly. Then the last order of wings took very very very long to come. When it finally came out it was the wrong order and they said they would remake the proper order. It then took another 20 minutes so I asked for the manager and he said he would go track it down and never returned. Everyone else was almost done their food and my order still never showed up. The waitress was never anywhere to be seen and we had to bother 2 other waitresses to address other concerns like dirty plates, more drinks, water etc. The manager was so timid and clueless and should not have that job. My wings came at the 1.5 hr mark and I couldnt even eat them since the rest of our guests were done. On insistence I had the bills all adjusted for their lack of service and incompetence. When all orders were paid I asked our waitress (time 3 of asking anyone) for lids to my wings she said sure no problem and walked behind the bar to chat with another waitress. It was absurdity. I had to yet again find another waitress for the lids (#4). Those two should be FIRED!!!!!!! Never going back here. P.S. to the other waitresses who helped us they were amazing and we felt terrible for them.
Food is great, restaurant atmosphere is good. Our waitress Chelsea was top notch! She was attentive, kind, funny and made sure we had everything we needed for a great experience. Will definitely be back!
Is it possible to rate lower? Probably the worst experience we have had. I made a reservation for a group of 40, 2 days prior to the day we wanted to dine. When I arrived ahead of the rest of the group I was greeted by the manager/owner who accused me of only booking for 25, which was not the case. The wait staff were doing their best to accommodate our group but they were understaffed. As a result it took over 2 hours to receive our food and when we did it was cold. When we mentioned it, the manager got angry at us. When we asked for the checks and if he was going to do anything to make it up to us, the manger became confrontational with one of the members of our party. He threatened to call the police because he was told to calm down. He lied to the other members of our group saying that we showed up with more people than what we reserved. The customer service at this restaurant was the worst I’ve ever witnessed. We all recognize that large groups are harder to service, but he did NOTHING to help his wait staff. The restaurant was not busy as this was a Friday afternoon at 130. He didn’t offer to refill drinks or bring food to the table. He appeared as if he didn’t want our business. Take your business elsewhere!
The food was decent but the fries were cold with no flavour to it. Took 30 minutes for a drink and a hour for the food but we were a hockey team with 30 people they did a good job for the staff available. The manager over booked the restaurant when they were short staff and didn’t help with any drinks or food. The restaurant did amazing for the amount of people they had working. Overall I would come back with a smaller croud.
Phenomenal food! I love their bee stinger flatbread. Perfect balance of sweet and savoury. Service was quite disappointing. They didn’t seem understaffed but our server hardly came in to check if we wanted anything else or if everything was going well.
Waitress was very kind and thoughtful. Food was good and enjoyed by everyone. Drinks were going down well and tasty in to of it. Kids were welcomed and well taken care of as well. Bathrooms could be cleaner. But other than that we had a pleasant time and sure will be back.
Went with a party of 10. Mixture of ages. Had reservations and table was ready when we arrived. Food and service was spot on. Pleasantly surprised with the prices. Definitely will be a return patron. Kid-friendliness: Had 2, 8 and 12 year old kids in our group and server was great with them. No issues sharing food.

Pleasant dining experience. I would say it is the best sports bar in Brantford. Nice and clean with TVs all around and a massive screen at the bar to watch your favorite game.

I cant understand how anybody could write a bad review about Shoeless Joes. I go into the Brantford location every week. The food is delicious. The draught beer is ice cold. The staff are all very friendly and lots of fun. I love it there. Its my favourite place. It just seems to me that anybody complaining about the service there must be a real whiner. I highly recommend it.

This restaurant needs to give up the ghost and close. The service is terrible, the food is inedible, and they see nothing wrong with serving beer in a chipped glass. Absolutely a stain on the brantford restaurant scene, do not waste a single dollar at this dump.

We stopped in for Dinner tonight before the movies & The food was fantastic & our server Chelsea was excellent. I had the Full rack ribs & Tenders & chelsea suggested that I try the funnel cake fries for dessert. Awesome job
We had an amazing server who went above and beyond despite how busy the place was. Exceptional despite the poor food and horrible manager. We were there on a night when the Leafs were playing and the manager was not helping out despite being low on wait staff. The big screen tv right where we were seated didn t work. The manager made up an excuse that it wouldn t work because the channel the game was on despite it working on every other tv in the restaurant. Our friend asked him for the remote and managed to just turn the channel and the game came on. The food came out cold, soggy fish taco s and the chicken in the buffalo wraps were way over cooked that the chicken was hard. When it came time to pay we all had gift cards (FlipGive). None of them were working(there were 4 families). He told us we had to call the card company to activate them despite us all having them activated and following the instructions FlipGive provides. He made no effort to help resolve the situation.

Food was good but I would not have ate here if I could not sit outside.. inside smelt like a really dirty mop and the bathroom smelt like sewage the place was was clean to the eye.. but my nose said otherwise. The service was not impressive, especially considering there was only one other person at the bar. I wont be back but I hope you change whatever is causing the smell if you hope to have repeat customers

Just left this establishment 10 minutes the girl who seats you at your table 10 and 10 for service our server -5 button up your shirt and serve the table with the two little kids not the kids who are ordering pops to boost your feed we sat there for 20 minutes, not a single server came to the table. They walked by. They looked at us, but not one. Asked to say anybody help you do you need a water. Do your kids need a drink have you guys ordered? I m gonna be your server, not one but a table got sat in front of us drinks right away coming back for the order yet I m there with a five year-old and a one and a half year-old and I don t even have a glass of water for my children and there was at least 15 table so you can t tell me you were swamped always knew this place was poor but , thought he places change no they don t in this town anyways a father with 2 hungry kids
My family came in a few weekends ago, food was amazing, and excellent service. Our waitress was so kind and went out of her way to make sure me and my fiancé were satisfied! I believe her name was Jess. Will be coming again!

If youre feeling like some of the best chicken wings in Brantford, stop by. If youre looking for terrific service sitting at the bar and watching a game, then definitely stop by Shoeless Joes. Great neighbourhood spot to stop in for a drink. The staff is excellent and I find always friendly. If you happen to get Ellie as your server, then thats a bonus.

Whenever I go to Shoeless I have a good time and its all thanks to the FOH staff, it doesnt matter who my server is, they are all fantastic. Theyre the reason Ill continue to go back.
Food was good. We enjoyed the chicken wings in hot, the ribs, Philly cheese steak, and the Mac & cheese. All very well prepared and tasty. The service could have been a little better. We were sitting in the back and took a while for us to get our drinks and food. Our order was messed up and when we brought it up, they said oh sorry, we misunderstood. The restaurant is very loud and hard to have a conversation with people on the same table.
Nice place!! The girl to me was fine...however my chicken was as dry and overcooked as could possibly be. I was starving so I ate it. Lol..wont return..but looks like a great place to get smashed! Lmao

Reserved a table for 1pm on Saturday. When we arrived , told that they had given away our table because they were at full capacity. They then kicked another family off a table to accommodate my family. Very noisy and completely under staffed. The only good redeemable part was our waitress called Anika, she made it worth while. Great at her job.
The Buffalo chicken flatbread wasnt as good as I remembered it. It was a bit hard and dry and basic.
Hubby had The Redonkulous Burger and enjoyed it. I ordered the buffalo chicken wrap with Caesar dressing instead of ranch. When it arrived, the server said the cook put the ceasar on the side, but there would be no ranch on the wrap if I just wanted to do it myself. She did offer to have it brought back to the kitchen for them to do it but I opted to do it myself so as to be able to eat with my husband rather than wait for my food a 2nd time. When I opened it up, there was in fact ranch on it. Server took it back to be remade. When it finally came back around, there was so much caesar dressing it was seeping out of the wrap. I had MAYBE 3 bites. Informed the server when she asked how it was and basically she just shrugged it off. Basically I paid $19+tax and tip for french fries. And 2 wraps to be wasted and thrown out.

I don t even know how this manager has a job . 2.5 hour and no food as I watched 3 tables get food before our table of six . The manager cursed several people because of his lack of knowledge on how to run a restaurant . Surety he will blame his staff , which is a crime in itself . In the end did not even get food . Aside from the poor ladies who have to work for a manager who has zero know how to run a place like this . I suggest to go somewhere else .

The food was really good, the only drawback being the limited vegetarian options. Our server was polite and pretty attentive but didnt really have much personality. I like that theres a TV in the booth although we didnt really watch it. Theres no coat hangers at the ends of the booth which was frustrating as I had our baby w us so there wasnt enough space and my coat ended up getting pushed on the floor. Overall we would go back.

I cannot believe how bad our service was! The dip, spinach dip was so overdone the bread and the nachos were so crispy and hard you couldn t even eat it. I had to send it back our server Jade we had to keep waving her down and nobody was in the restaurant we didn t even have napkins to wipe our hands. They didn t take nothing off the bill whatsoever to even make us happy. We got nothing but attitude and you expect me to give you a tip after that if you only knew I m a really good tipper I will never be back and I ll be calling Head Office.
Eaten here a few times, but likely wont again after this evening. Could never quite nail down until tonight why this restaurant has never been busy whenever we stopped in. Servers were friendly but not attentive (thats been consistent) Ordered buffalo cauliflower - $17 for 6 pieces. We ordered and paid for it but want to share the portion size so others arent as surprised as we were. Over $2.80 per piece, and they werent large pieces, so that was disappointing. Mains were delivered after approximately 40 minutes: all sandwiches and fries so nothing complex. Food was lukewarm by the time we got it. Server didnt come by except at food drop off, and drink glasses sat empty throughout main course. With prices increasing everywhere, this wont be on our list for the few times we dine out. Only wish I had taken photos in the event management wanted to follow up.

The food is generally very good. On one occasion, I had reservations for 5 people made several days in advance. We arrived on time and no seats were saved for us. We were told to sit at the bar.
I waited with my mom to be sat at a table for a good 5-10 minutes as the male greeter argued with a large group of people and refused to give them service. The greeter kept saying they couldnt provide the service to satisfy such a large group and they couldnt sit together. I blame both parties, but having a little party of two waiting as your staff stared at us and making us uncomfortable.. if you didnt want our money, just say so.
Burgers were OK not the greatest. The chicken cordon blue was terrible. Asked waitress to take it back and got pesti pasta that was served with the previous days chicken and was hard as a rock. Wouldnt recommend eating there ti my worst enemy . Waitress was great, friendly and accommodating atmosphere was terrific, really disappointed in the food. Stuck with the nachos I guess they cant really be messed up and dont involve any real cooking.
The restaurant and staff deserve 6 stats if I could: We booked a hockey team (U9) dinner reservation for 30+ people. The staff arranged for the team to sit together as well as the parents in a close, but separate area. The orders were taken quickly and served accurately. The servers were patient with the kids and the food was hot and delicious!! I highly recommend the GameDay Nachos! This place knows how the handle the dinner crowds and hockey tournament teams!!
We gave this place a few tries and wont be again. It was dead tonight - three or four tables including ours and 5 people at the bar. Our food came ice cold, never had any sauce...on the Buffalo chicken wrap... And we waited over 20 minutes for anyone to ask if we wanted the bill despite making eye contact and standing with our costs on. Definitely not worth the money, let alone the long wait for food or service.

First time at Shoeless Joes. Plate of fish and chips was not worth the 18.99. Portion of fish was tiny and burnt. It should be golden brown not chocolate brown. Fries were okay. Coleslaw felt like it was bagged. Pop it in a blender to chop it up more or make it more creamier. Not overly attentive staff. Food repeated on me later. Not a good sign. Sorry, I just cant recommend this place.

Its simply not a 5 star restaurant and in terms of stars its probably not even a 4 in the grand scheme of things but will I go back, Yes. Was it good food? Yes. Was it cold beer? Yes. The atmosphere is road house and on par with its direct competitors. If you want good food, a good menu variety and a good Atmosphere then yes, definitely go.

I had lunch yesterday and I got food poisoning here. I have been sick ever since that meal. I go to the bathroom everyday 5 to 10 mins. Please teach your kitchen staff and food safety and workplace sanitation. This is the worse experience I had from eating some place.
Did I just spend 40 minutes with my wife waiting to be served. I had to usher the waitress after waiting so long. How can you be in this business and forget about your guests. Shame on you and your staff. Skipped and went to East Side Mario s for a much different experience.

Quality of food was pretty bad. Ordered nachos for the table with chicken, and cobb salad with grilled chicken on it. The chicken was so overcooked and dry, it was barely edible. I left over half of the chicken for the salad (which I paid extra to add to that salad) and when I told the server about the quality, she barely acknowledged the complaint and did absolutely nothing to resolve it. I was still charged full price. Table checks were slow. We waited 20 mins after our dishes were removed to have our checks delivered to the table.

Waaaaay overpriced, bought chicken tenders here once that came in a pitiful quantity, they were fine, but you could get triple the amount and twice as good ones at Popeyes. Staff are fine, thats the only reason it gets two stars. Would not recommend this place over literally any other chain in Brantford.
This place is so chaotic. We were a group of 7 and they messed up/forgot a number of drink orders and forgot what one person ordered to eat. They were also fairly slow in waiting our table and cooking (it was not a busy night). Some dishes were also falsely advertised (more than typical) and quite overpriced. Wont be coming here again.
Stopped in for dinner. The service was friendly, no wait time for a table on a Sat at dinner time. We were seated immediately. We ordered our drinks and got them right away. We ordered appetizers and main courses. Both came quickly. All of our orders were delicious. We all left very satisfied with our meals. Service was excellent from start to finish. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
Starters and main came at same time food mediocre at best lots of other restaurants to go to that I passed to come here. Haven t been since they reopened now I know why. Server was great, kitchen management poorly run. Not to worry the owners response will be the same for all poor reviews let us know how to improve yet they just don t learn

45 minutes to get a burger and chicken tenders????? 11 tables filled in the whole place. 3 of them got their food before us after being seating after us. Then both our orders were wrong!!!!!!!! Way to go Joe
Our out of town group had a reservation for 5 PM today. We had 1 server for 35 people. Several people didnt receive their meal until the rest of the group was done eating. 3 people received their meal over an hour after the rest of the group were finished eating. One person was offered 1.90 off of their meal for waiting excessively. There were multiple issues that werent addressed by the manager. The manager made excuses for the poor service received ie., its Saturday night. Apparently he is lacking empathy for the problems that were encountered. If we couldnt be acommodated with good service there were other places we couldve patronized. When the reservation was made, its unfortunate that we werent told that our group was going to be a problem for them.
Surprisingly better than we thought. The food was gast, delicious and the menu has a great selection. The waitress was slammed and still did a great job serving! Thanks Jade!

Food was gross..got chicken fingers and Spicy salmon bowl. Avocado was hard as a rock, couldn t eat it. Left 80-90%of food on plates, barely touched and wasted $60 Told waitress food wasn t good and she didn t care or offer to do anything just gave us cheque. Not returning

We decided to try this restaurant tonight, myself and two others. It was the worst food we have ever had!! The tortellini was dry and tasteless the fish tacos and chicken sliders were stone cold. They have soup on the menu but it is unavailable. The beer tasted like vinegar. The waitress was very apologetic and offered us new dishes she also said she would tell the assistant manager who never came over to our table. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!

The food was good and the service was great. My wifes Salad was huge and my hamburger was good The only recommendation would be to put more fries with the hamburger. Potatoes are cheap and everyone remembers leaving a restaurant full the same as leaving hungry.

Worst experience ever! Made reservations for 25-26 people, had 22 show up. Only ones in the restaurant when we ordered, still waited just under 2 hours for our food. We had to go out and search for someone to find where our food was. In that same time people came, ate and left. When we got the food, some was good and some was horrible. Several things sent back and a few people ended up not eating because of how long it took. A person in the group asked to speak to the manager, who came to us hostile. We asked for some sort of compensation for the really bad experience and he said no. That we should support him because he is a struggling restaurant. If we didn t pay our full bill he would call the cops. He escalated everything quickly with threats, volume and tone to which he approached us. We settled on a 20% discount. He told us never to come back (no worries there!). Then when everything was settled he made a point to come back and aggressively and condescendingly say thank you for supporting our business . I feel like the people in our party just wanted to be heard and he escalated everything instantly to the point where we were trying to calm him down and asking him not to yell at us. 100% do not recommend.
The service was welcoming and had grate advice. The food was amazingand hit the spot. You have a TV at your both to whach your games on top of the big ones around the room. It was a lovely evening and will go the again.

We were in the area for my childrens sports event. A large group of us decided to take our children there and one of the moms made sure to call and make a reservation. When we arrived, we were the only group in the restaurant. Our food took an hour and a half to get to us and a majority of it was wrong. One of the parents in our group asked to speak to the manager since we were disappointed in the service we received. The manager came to our table and was very hostile and not like us asking for a discount. He proceeded to tell us he would call the cops on us for not paying our bill when we never stated in our conversation that we were not paying our bills. We were upset with the whole experience and will not be going back at any point.
Cannot stress enough how bad the service was. We ordered drinks and water which we did not get for 40 minutes. When we finished we waiting 30 minutes for our waiter only to find she left without telling us or asking us if we needed a bill.
Good food and good service. What more do you need? The place was clean and they have many different TVs so you can watch what you want. Id go back.
Awesome sports bar, our waitress was one of the best we have ever had. The patio is great and if the game is on this a great place to be.
Really speedy service when we stopped in for a quick dessert before our movie. The virgin Moscow mule is very strong, but do delicious! Friendly staff. Will be back for a proper visit soon. :)

I like the make the joke that this is crabby joes brothers restaurant. They have nothing to do with each other but the name. Anyway the food here is pretty good but the only issue which almost makes it a 3 star out of 5 is the portion size. I always find my meals to be smaller than what I was expecting.
Terrible portion size with add on for salads! I added salmon: $5.99 for a 2inch square piece on my chicken souvlaki salad It came with literally 1 cocktail appetiser size skewer of 5 minuscule morsels. Very disappointed. We complained to waitress who just apologised and that was that.
Went on a Friday at lunch- only 1 server on staff. Owner/Manager hosting and nothing else. Food was absolutely sub-par Buffalo Cauliflower soggy and inedible, Buttermilk Chicken sandwich was a flattened quarter chicken breast (about 1 oz of meat) on a bun with sauce and some pickles?!? Burger was so dry. Last time we ever come here- the owner/manager clearly does not care about his customers or his staff. This location with it s ambiance, massive 4 screen TV and huge patio (rare for Brantford) has so much potential, but the uncaring and lazy owner/manager is driving it into the ground. I will be surprised if this location stays open much longer. Shoeless Joe s corporate needs to get involved before this location damages the brand further.
If you need special instructions for your food i wouldnt recommend this location. I ordered the bacon pepper jack burger off their website for take out with the instructions of no burger sauce, tomatoes or pickles. Order came with all of it. Called them back and asked to get it replaced, went back and checked the replacement before heading home. It still had pickles on it, and now was missing the onion. Went back inside to return it hoping for a refund, but just left with another burger which I assumed was the properly made burger. Checked it at home for a fourth time and I am going to assume they didnt bother making a new burger just took it to the back added onions left the pickles on and gave it back. A burger is about as easy as it should get for not adding toppings so I wouldnt trust them with any other dish.
Disappointed! Changed menu for the worse. The restaurant was fairly busy with only 2 servers attending to an almost full house. Took 45 mins to get our order and it was cold and soggy. It used to be good. Will not be returning.

Hello everyone, This was my first time eating at Shoeless Joes. Overall I was impressed with the atmosphere and staff here at Shoeless Joes. Typical sports bar feel. A comfortable and casual as well. I ordered the Chicken tenders with spicy BBQ with fries of course. Food was of decent quality and very warm/hot. Has a Creemore Lager beer alongside. Our server, Jennifer was very lovely to us. Not exceptionally over the edge, but did deliver. I would recommend this place overall. Prices were too inflated. Hopefully others will have similar experiences here.

We travelled here from out of town for a hockey tournament. We were excited to see how organized they were when they instructed us to pre-order food for the kids to minimize in-store chaos. Or so we thought.. Food still took more than an hour to arrive and my server forgot about even taking my order for more than 60 minutes. I didn t eat. A member of our group had to go get cutlery for the table, everything was crazy slow, and there were zero table checks to see how people were making out. I ll find some food on the drive back to the hotel, I guess. The experience was so bad that I need to find an alternate before heading home! That pretty much sums it up. And it is NOT due to the restaurant being busy.
We attended this location qith our hockey team. We were told if we pre-ordered our food we would be out in a timely fashion. We sat for 2 hrs while half of our party got food. Some left hungry with no food. We walked in to a fist fight at the bar. We expressed our concerns to the OWNER who told me to go ahead make a review with zero remorse for wasting our time and money! THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER at a shoeless joes or any restaurant ever for that matter!!!! Never eat here!!!
If I could give it 0 stars, I would. We waited for almost 45 minutes for our food (4 adults and 3 kids) - the meals were luke warm, at best - and two of the kids meals didn t arrive until 25 mins later!! I had to go and find cutlery for the table as we sat with food but no forks, took nearly 10 mins waiting at the kitchen entrance to get them. We all ate cold dinners by then and one person at the table couldn t even eat it. We asked to speak to a manager .I ve worked in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and I have never encountered a more unprofessional, rude and ignorant manager ever. We were calmly explaining what had happened (timing and temperature etc) and he immediately got defensive and started lashing out at US. Basically made it seem like he did us a favour by even searing us in his restaurant. It was bizarre. Then, offered to comp my friends meal (because she didn t eat it, it was freezing cold). When we finally got the bill and noticed that he did not discount what he said he would, we asked him about it. After much discussion, he said he would take 50% off. So we left the 50% plus a $10 tip for the server (which we felt was still quite generous considering). He came running out after us and threatening to call the cops and said he changed his mind about the discount. It wasn t even about getting a discount at all, but at this point we also felt like paying for such a horrible experience that no one enjoyed felt criminal. We paid what owed and will never be back. Not sure if SJ is a corporate chain or franchise but this has ruined the entire brand for us. Very disappointing.

Arrived at the Brantford restaurant for our 5:30 reservation. Cold reception by the hostess she seemed annoyed we walked through the door. The bar was busy for an event but the rest of the restaurant was not busy yet. They were setting up for a large table coming in but they were still not at full capacity with once that table arrived. We ordered our drinks:ice tea, coke, wine and a Stella. . The waitress asked if we wanted to spend $1.99 for a larger beer we said yes.The Stella was put in a warm glass mentioned to the waitress she said she knew. Why would she upsell that size of beer knowing they have no frosty glasses and only warm glasses from the dishwasher? Waitress brought the drinks, we then ordered the appetizers. We had to flag down the waitress to put our food order in she was spending all her time at the bar socializing. The manager actually brought our appetizers the spinach dip had maybe a tablespoon of dip spend our very thinly in the cast iron and the nacho appetizer was half burnt. The Kitchen nor the manager seemed to notice this and served it anyway. We mentioned this to the waitress and she picked up the plate really angry. Our food came out the chicken and fingers and fries were perfect, the Rigatoni with chicken breast came out with burnt chicken and both the burgers were cold , the cheese did not even come close to melting on either burger. The waitress never came back to our table she spent her time at the bar, we flagged down the manager and expressed our concerns. He apologized his solution was to remove the appetizer off the bill and lower the charge of the burgers. We reordered the pasta dish brought it home and the chicken was still burnt. I took pictures. As I was packing up the table a glass fell off the table as the waitress never came back to the table to clear anything. The hostess who should have her hair tied back working around food came to clean up the glass was very rude, to which I told her she didn t need to act like that I did not break the glass on purpose. She ignored me again our waitress never came back We had to ask the manager for bill. We are big tippers and do appreciate servers but this experience was a nightmare thus no tip which bothers me. The entertainment of the night was a bar fight and a guy at the bar with no shirt, most likely over served drinks. My husband said the mens restroom was disgusting mess with urine everywhere. The waitress needs training and to understand that just because people are not at the bar they deserve service and attention as well. We have been to this locations on several occasions with mostly positive experiences but this night was beyond horrible will not be returning my I laws were not impressed the bill was still over $125.00. We then took the guys to Burger King they got the burgers right. I have already provided details to your website no need to send me the link. I believe head office needs to visit this location to retrain staff. Over serving alcohol is a big red flag seems the smart serve course needs to be taken again. The only consistency was the cold greeting and the cold burgers.
Not only was the pulled pork sliders and the smokey mac cheese to die for but the interiors were exquisitely decorated. The restaurant is gorgeous. Highly recommended!

Jacquelline is one of the best waitresses. She is always polite energetic and funny. Great conversation. The food at this location has always been delicious and prepared quickly. I would highly recommend this location. Parking: Lots of parking and close to the entrance.
Went for a drink to watch the World Series. All staff there was very accommodating and attentive. Thanks to Brooklynn for finding a tv to put there ball game on during a Raptors game.

We have our favourite dish now: buttermilk dipped fried chicken sandwich with lattice fries. Parking: In a strip mall. Lots of parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Two push button automatic doors and sloped concrete curb entrance. At least one immediately adjacent parking spot to the front entrance.

Warm rootbeer. Stale nacho chips. The Pulled Pork Slider is misleading. Small amount of pork, a burnt hamburger paddy, with disgusting wilted lettuce and something that looks like a tomato. Total was $45 of our hard earned money. And were still hungry, because we hardly ate.

Food was barely warm, tables crowded together and my partner went to the bathroom just before the cheque arrived, he was going to pay but in that less than 5mins he was gone the waitress came and asked me 3x if I was ready to pay the bill so annoyingly I just paid it.
We have been to this place a couple times. Service is good and food is delicious especially the new limited time offerings. We really liked them and hope the management will keep them on the menu. The restaurant is very clean with TVs all around and also at the booths. There is ample parking. Again, very much liked the atmosphere and the quality of food and the service.
Food only looks good, tastes pathetic. Serves half cook food, server was nice though. Disappointed and dissatisfied with everything. The only thing that we really enjoyed was Sangria!

The atmosphere is nice, clean, and pretty however food has no seasoning, and my mashed potatoes came cold, charging $20 for chicken ham Swiss and not tasting swiss or the bacon in the middle is kinda sad. Maybe an off day but will not order the chicken again.
