Second time with terrible service. First time asked if had side onion rings she said no so had to spend close to $30 for onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Second time ordered mozzarella sticks (July 23) came to $11.79 gave a $20 and proceeded to wait until my order was ready said here you go um.. where s my change? She says oh ya got my change still tipped her and she didn t say thank you nothing. This is the last time I spend over $60 a week on food.

Save your money on the garlic parm fries. Expected the fries to be garlic parm crusted crispy fries but what I got for $10.95 was a sample (yes a whole 22 individual standard garden variety French fries with garlic sauce spattered over top). Stupidly priced wings were nothing to write home about. 2nd and last time customer. 1 star for the large choice is sauces.

Ordered 6 different flavours of wings . One of them was good that was honey garlic the rest never tasted like anything really . Had ketchup , bland , hot weren t even like a medium at most places, all dressed bland, blues cheese honey horrible, dill pickle not good either and the amount we got for $150 was not good either . Wings were a decent size so that s why 3 star. Sauce them up try again in another year

Literally worst place for wings took them half and hour to realize my order of SIX wings didn t send to the back there were 3 other people in the restaurant so not even busy ????? Ending up leaving when she came and told me that 35 minutes later my food still hadn t been made when she said he already put it in first and last time I come here save yourself some TIME go to pipers or something

This has been my new go to for wings. Great atmosphere, fast service, and the food is delicious. Wings come super saucy and there are so many flavours to choose from. Been there with 3 other people and they all feel the same way.

I use to order from here about once a week. Its been a while so I ordered and was very disappointed. Got a wrap and poutine and I use to be able to eat just the poutine and be full. This order was a tiny box and fries JUST covered the bottom of the container. Im sorry but where is that $15 in value....? I got maybe half a potato of fries... for $15...!! Complete highway robbery !

i got wings but i could barely eat them i was too distracted. That girl zoe behind the counter ate and left no crumbs. Tbh id go again just to say hi to her. honestly you should come here just to FIND HER and say hi, get at least 50 wings then leave WITHOUT eating. you dont need those wings, leave it for the employees. go up to the bar and say this is for zoe then leave like 20 bucks and dip. This is advice. This will improve your experience. 10/10 would travel over 10km for.

a few days ago I stopped by for a bite to eat and some drinks with some friends. The wings I had were good but the real stand out was the bartender Zoe! She was very nice, funny, and even recommended a drink to me that was great. 5 stars! Would come back just for the exilent service and staff!

Food is okay but to go for drinks and watch sports and enjoy the staff is the best part. The front of house manager, Amanda is awesome and always makes us feel welcome and included. She is always on top of things if we need drink refills and makes sure our table is clean at all times! Always a great time.

Theres a lot of options to choose from in wing flavours. The staff is extremely friendly and prompt to bring dinner and drinks. Its a quiet little restaurant pub. The dill sauce is to die for.

Zoey has to be one of the best waitresses Ive had in Canada

Used to frequent here for lunch when I worked nearby. It was always surprisingly dead around lunch, but didn t bother me cause it resulted in quick service and lunch. Loved the amount of options for wing sauce, I am Canadian and spicy gar par has always been my go too.

I ordered wings here and when they came they didnt seem cooked through, I called and spoke to someone who informed me that they are precooked then frozen and they cook them again from frozen as per order. This is the epitimy of failure for a wing joint. Freshness is key I wont order again.

Arrived to the restaurant on time to pick up my order and ended up waiting 15 minutes. Restaurant was NOT busy at that time and the waiter was chatting with 2 other customers for so long, after they had paid. Waiter was too busy having a whole conversation with the customers and didnt even acknowledge I was waiting when I already knew my food was sitting on the shelf ready to go. She assumed I was one of those food delivery people picking up the food and she said Are you from Skip? Foods not ready. Once she was done she checked the order and gave it to me and did not apologize at all. I order from here often but wont be coming again. Rude service and would not recommend.

Two orders wings order Calimari. Calimari over cooked! Wings were cool, not hot. I waited for the order so it didnt sit. Disappointed this time. Last Calimari was perfect.

Ordered my food 3 hrs before pickup and arrived at restaurant at 710 at pick up time waited 50 minutes in the restaurant waiting for my food. It was ridiculous and all I got was sorry no discount. I will never be going here again hopefully the Paris location will be more organized, very disappointing after posting my review I did receive a phone call from the owner who did apologize and it was much appreciated. This was his first night of ownership for his business

A good place for a great meal

i absolutely LOVE my experiences there. every time i come in i always want a cold one and hannah provides. she goes above AND beyond to get me my cold ones. she even plays guess who with me when i am sad. i know that i can count on hannah to bring me the best stuf. also i LOVE the boneless wings and i love that i can season my fries. i do recommend mango chipotle seasoning on fries, which of course, hannah suggested.

Has ten out of customer service I had messed up on my online order and ordered twice by accident not even two minutes later I got a call asking if I had made a mistake anyways they handled the refund quickly even saying it could take three to five days to come through but I got lucky with a immediate transaction 10/10

Went there for dinner with my wife last night. First time trying this place as in the past the reviews I had read were not that good. Apparently new owners took over with in the last year. the server Amanda was very good and efficient and friendly. Food was good, came quick was hot and good. The only thing that I can say the hot dog bun did not taste the freshest - it was still good - fries were not. Overall the food was really good. The only complaint that we have is my wife wanted a coffee and they dont serve any hot beverages which seemed a bit odd. Overall good food good prices good service and from what we read good weekly specials, We will be back

Stopped in for lunch. Very clean and well laid out place. We had spicy wings and found them tasty but lots of batter. Fries were ok, onion rings really good and wait staff was excellent. Looking forward to going back to try something else on the large menu.

I am a regular here. The wings are very pricey but I still come once a week at least because the wings are delicious. However the owners need to be on the same page. On the website it says specials and for the past 3 weeks when I spoke to the one guy I was able to get that special. Then if you speak to the lady she says no you can still get that special but it doesn t come with fries and is only for online through skip the dishes. Which doesn t make it a special anymore even though they say it is a special. So myself and my sister have ordered for years and we know that every time we will be told something different depending who we talk to. I was ordering 7 lbs of wings so I think I should be able to get the order of fries with it that is advertised online and that the one guy gives you when you talk to him he says it s a regular special. Then the other lady says it does not come with fries the maverick then it shouldn t be advertised that way also other locations do include the fries with that. You would think they would treat a customer better who comes so regularly. So I won t be returning to this location until the owners and staff can treat customers better and all be on the same page.

Great Wings and Service

Wings are okay... I mean they were cooked great and they were breaded really good ... But the sauces were weak .. the honey blues shouldve had a strong blue cheese taste with a sweetness from the honey.... Instead it felt kinda neutered.... I dont blame the franchise owner as much as i do the head office for making these guys use these sauces.

I used to love Wild Wing in Barrie... this location in Brantford puts way too much sauce on the wings! Sounds like an impossible thing right? Until you try them here and understand...

Wings were very expensive, but very good. I got 3 orders of wings for myself, with fries, and they lasted me 2 meals. So portions were good, since 2 orders of wings with fries often lasts me only 1 meal. Would come back for the great quality wings.

Good food, but the server there I believe her name is Amber shes always drunk when shes working and very rude to the customers. Ive seen her pull hard liquor from her bag and drink it right at work. I would hands down never return somewhere because of the way someone treats the customers, even if the food is delicious.

We got wings, fries, deep fried mushrooms and calamari rings. Pretty disappointed Wings were good, the fries tasted old and everything else was nothing special. For the price I should have gotten pizza pizza wings and pizza instead.

The food was just... meh, Mediocre, which is worse because its unmemorable. Id rather eat something I hate over something thats just okay youll eat and when youre full, you wont want to keep eating like how you do when something is really good.

I was a long time patron of the Wild Wing on Lynden Road, used to go at least every other week. Management must have changed along the way as this place now has really declined. We ordered 2 pounds of wings the other day, and when leaving the store noticed they were very light in weight. Out of curiosity having a food scale nearby decided to weigh the portions. One of the containers (hot wings) weighed 9 ounces and the other container of wings weight 11 ounces. In total this is only 20 ounces, just barely over a pound for what should be 2 pounds of wings. Two pounds is 32 ounces not 20!! When calling in about this, the girl on the phone was apologetic and kind. She contacted her manager, who called us back who then pointed out that these are SERVINGS not POUNDS.. If you actually want a POUND of wings, go somewhere else like Wing Master.. Not only are the flavors better, they have bigger meatier wings and actual ONE POUND PORTIONS. Theyre menu is misleading, and the wings are very small, but the flavor was ok.. Also to note the LG onion rings had 9 onion rings in the container. If you want great flavor and good value, go to Wing Master!! This place sadly is now a rip off.

Delicious wings! Seems pricey at first but the portions are huge. You could easily split one serving with someone if you re not too hungry. Staff was friendly and food came out fast.

Went here a couples times with the girlfriend for some wings and they never disappointed. They have a huge selection of wing sauces to put on your wings and two styles of wings, boneless and with bone. They got a decent selection of beer as well to go with your favourite wings. No real complaints at all with the place, the food is good and its got a warm cozy feeling to it.

I like their food, lately they have seemed a little overwhelmed by business. Hopefully things return to normal.

DO NOT waste your money, the service is terrible. Even a calm approach and multiple phone calls, staff will not get the manager to call me back. The wings are the size of your pinky. It post about delivery , they do not have delivery.

I tried to order take out for snowy football Sunday but was literally impossible to do so. Phone number for the restaurant doesn t work.. same number listed on google & on their website. It rings & rings & then disconnects. I tried about 5 times over 30 min... no luck. Online can only order delivery through skip the dishes but they don t deliver to my area & ever still, would only let you order single or double wing size. Was looking forward to trying it but got Shoeless Joes instead. Restaurant should resolve this problem, especially as covid restrictions increase.

Im giving it 1 star because I cant give it a 0. Absolutely terrible meal, practically inedible. We were a large group but had made a reservation beforehand however the restaurant could not handle our numbers. It took over an hour and a half to serve us all so people were done for an hour before others were even served. Fish and chips was abysmal. A handful of old, cold, dried out fries and fish that was soaked in obviously very old oil it was so dark. Stay away.

They go though wait staff almost weekly. Food is good but I think they must treat staff poorly. I have to explain what I want and where it is on the menu.

We got a old mac and cheese today, it was gross, my infernal burger was not even hot and meat itself tasted funny. We use to love wild wing, but since the new management took over the place has gotten from good to bad (please stop selling freezer burn ice cream)

We went in with a large party and I understand delays with food but, 1.5 hours later and some still didnt have food. Plus people who came in after us received their food before us. Reservations were made way ahead of time and maybe more staff would have been beneficial and more organization .

I have fond memories of getting wings and beer with friends at multiple locations in Barrie... However these wings I had today did not compare... the spicy gar par was drenched in hot sauce soo much so that it took away from the gar par... there was so much hot sauce left in the basket I could have sauced another set of wings... Angels on the moon was also way over sauced and could have done the same... as much as I love this franchise the location here was awful...

Came here for the first time and of course had wings . Had the tradition which is breaded . And they were crisp . Juicy and very tasty. Good atmosphere and service was very good . Kids welcome of course. So I recommend this place for a beer and wings . 101 different flavors to choose from .

Ordered wings, Lg Cesar salad (which we were told was big enough to feed 5 people, but was not!), and nachos with extra cheese. Barely any cheese, toppings were on the bottom and looked like chips were just placed on top, only good thing was the wings. And for the price of the salad $15.00....I expected a lot more. Definitely not worth the price for the amount of food you get.

Ate at this location today. Our food was okay. Our waitress was Jess. We sat down and waited to order while she stood behind the bar playing on her phone. Once she finally emerged to take out order we noticed her outfit was very revealing. You could literally see over half of her butt cheeks while the other half was covered by sheer fabric. Once we did order, my friend ordered a double with two flavours, she proceeded to bring one out and give the other to a patron at the bar who then noticed and told her they weren t his. She then tried to give them to us after he had already touched them. I would like to mention the place was dead so there was no excuse for this. After this ordeal she then left the restaurant(she being the staff in the place the whole time we were there) to run to the convince store and then step out to have a cigarette with the men previously eating at the bar. We were quite appalled by her behaviour and will not be back.

Mixed up order , gave it to someone else. Wanted us to take the order that was returned by someone else. We refused, so they did make us a new order. Said they would give us desert for the mix up! Didnt get our desert as intended and they didnt make put the chicken requested on the salad. Wings and salad still were great, despite the drama .

The beer on tap is sour, owners claim lines are cleaned but something seems wrong. As a franchise its no fault of the owners but the prices of libations are way to high priced for the type of establishment. If your there for the eats do yourself a favour and go there weekdays or Thursday evenings when you can get a service professional that is top notch and knows the meaning of customer service. Had no choice but to go back there again for a group event and the place is filled with waitresses and an owner that I wont comment on... if they have any positive reviews its probably from people recently immigrated from the third world and have no concept of customer service.

Dont give them a weeks notice for a hockey team to show up. We told them 44 were coming. They said no problem. There were 2 waitresses. I waited 1.5 hours from order to serve. If it was to make me buy more beer then that worked. We stopped at a swiss chalet the day before with no notice and the girl there got all our orders and we were all in and out within 2 hours. Disappointed. Wild wing is usually good.

The wings are delicious - a little pricey but very good. The amount of fries that are included for the price is shameful. Fries are so cheap to make this is where you should be making the customer feel like their dollars spent were worth it. Also odd that once you get to 3 or 4 pounds (which most people are going to share) fries are no longer included.

We ordered around $70 worth of food and I was pretty disappointed in everything. I ordered the wings crispy and they came rubbery. We ordered fries, and potatoe skins and both came cold and the potatoes skins were under cooked.

It was a very busy night, with only one server....she waited on ever table and did the bar too....too much for one person but she did well. The food was tasty but the wings were teeny tiny. Too many drunk people so those that just want food and a drink are ignored.

We ordered delivery on a Friday night and were told it would be $7. That seemed expensive but we asked for delivery anyway because my husband didn t want to leave the house. Over one hour later we still hadn t heard anything. Called the restaurant and she said the guy had left already. If it was going to be so long, we should have been told but it was also our responsibility to ask so that s that. Delivery guy shows up, and says delivery is actually $9. The girl apparently misquoted when she said $7 as it s costing the restaurant more than they thought for the new system . Not really our problem so not sure why he said that. Then he actually asked for a tip for delivery. Never ordering delivery from there again which will limit our want to actually eat here. We used to order when they did Skip the Dishes but now I guess charging $9 for delivery makes more sense for them? The wings taste very good but are rather small. Salad was gross and had old wilted lettuce. Chicken quesadilla was very good. If we do ever eat here again it would either be in the restaurant or pick up.
