Great experience, our server Kim was friendly and very accommodating. The food was top quality as it would be expected from this restaurant chain.

Very disappointed in the food and the service. The server was nice, but we had to grab his attention so we could order our drinks and get our bill. The food was ok, just not what I expected. I guess I expected more for the price I paid.

In store isn t as terrible as online I order via Uber eats ordered about 80$ worth of food everything was cold and the clam chowder soup that cost about 12 $ was given in a dish the size of a petri dish and wasn t even filled tasted nasty as well so maybe they did me a favour.

Favorite place for special occasion. Our server Dave was outstanding!

This is my first online review of any restaurant. I had a mixed experience at the Brantford location tonight and I walked away regretting my decision to go there for supper. This wasnt my first time at this location but it will likely be my last. We asked to speak to the manager because we had a concern and she barely said anything to us when she came to our table. Her lack of interaction with us spoke volumes. Poor leadership on the part of management. The staff handled it a lot better than she did. There were a few other things that contributed to my displeasure tonight but not worth the time explaining here. Ill spend my money elsewhere.

Arrived at 9ish Evening out to Dinner with GF. We were seated with in 5mins. Hostess was friendly. Our server was excellent, with great customer service & and patience. Dinner was excellent. Apps & main corse made perfectly. I never actually had a bad meal at this location. ( Brantford ).. Good service always.. Thx u to our server & the hostess. GF left her purse behind. Our server turned it into management & when GF called to see if she had left it, Hostess answered & confirmed the purse was there. It was returned just the way she had left it. All possessions inside. Thx u Brantford Red Lobster Excellent customer service. 5 evening. Thx u again. Parking: There is parking all around the restaurant. 50 or so cars I would think, if not more, can park. Kid-friendliness: Red Lobster has always been child friendly. Does offer child menu options. Wheelchair accessibility: Front doors are large. The open button is within reach. Maneuvering is good. Staff will most likely know where the best table would be..

Went this past Sunday at 5.00 no bake potatoes bring the meal and say no potatoes ready do u want something would u not ask before food comes out plated then will wail ate meal no potato got free dessert had the baked shrimp it looked terrible not impressed waitress ok that s about it hey can u not have potatoes ready at 500 food service time !!!!!

Food was excellent as always, and for a Wednesday evening i it was super busy. I think the waitress was new she had too many tables on the go couldnt keep up ,but she had help from to of their regular waitresses that have been there many years ,nice to see them working as a team good job ladies. Parking: Restaurant was very busy just not alot of parking left this particular evening.

The absolute worst service I have ever experienced! I am not sure what is going on with restaurants and the servers but this was unreal ! Waited 10 min to even be acknowledged by a server - I was treating my sister for her birthday and I let the server know that .. nothing was done for it ! Food was not delivered by our server and it was luke warm at best - no refills ever offered on drinks, not once did she ever check on our food to see if all was ok no refills on buns - table across from us was visited by their server 5 times before we seen ours even a third time - no dessert offered she just picked up plates and just said how many takeout containers needed ??? Seen the manager on duty walk by and look at us but never stopped by at all I should have never left any kind of tip but I did will never be back !! For the prices Red Lobster charges this is unacceptable - completely ruined our entire evening !!

My husband and I recently visited Red Lobster in Brantford and had a very enjoyable experience Our server Michelle was pleasant and Informative. The restaurant has a very relaxing and calming atmosphere. The food was 10 out of 10 it did not disappoint. We will definitely return.

Tonight, my family had the worst experience at the Brantford Red Lobster location. As frequent customers, weve always enjoyed our visits, but this incident will likely be our last. We ordered the all-you-can-eat shrimp meals, along with other dishes for our family members. However, after our first refill, we were denied further service by Supervisor Nandita, who wrongly assumed we were sharing the shrimp amongst ourselves. Despite explaining that my sister had only tried one or two shrimps, Nandita refused to listen and denied us another refill. We left our food right there and then, paid the check and left. This was the worst experience of my life, and Im shocked that someone with her poor management skills is overseeing a prominent franchise like Red Lobster.

Extremely disappointing experience at Red Lobster! My wife and I ordered fish and bottomless shrimp, and when we shared a few bites, the supervisor, Nandita, abruptly told us that sharing was not allowed and refused to serve us more. Despite clarifying that we only tasted a few shrimp, her attitude remained dismissive and rude. When I mentioned writing a negative review, she responded with a nonchalant go ahead, as if they didnt care. This was our first and last visit to Red Lobster due to the unacceptable behavior of the staff. @Team Red Lobster, your staff urgently needs training in customer service and ethics.

Sharon is amazing!! She did such a great job with service and is such a jovial happy person. Will definitely be back and the shrimp your way garlic parm shrimps, island coconut shrimp, grilled shrimp, shrimp linguine we all delicious. And who can forget the biscuits

This was at the brantford location the seating booths they put us in were so tight friends were squished in there , I ordered the ultimate feast and my friend ordered the same , every thing was good except the lobster was mushy tasted under Cooked , disappointing

Made reservations then after waiting 25 minutes asked what the delay was and the girl simply laughed and gave our reservations to the wrong people??? Then who I believe was a female manager did not take any responsibility saying those people stole our reservations and did not even offer us an apology nor a free appetizer for their screw up! First time there and because of this poor service do not recommend this place!

re: service. unfortunately this is not set up to give a negative review. I placed a phone order on Saturday May 11 before 6p.m. to be picked up on MothersDay between 1:30 and 1:40 p.m. The man who took my order told me how much it would cost, however, when I arrived it took 3 people 15 minutes to try and locate my order which turned out to be non existent. I did not have time to place another as I planning to treat my mother to dinner. I left very frustrated and disappointed and when I walked in without it she was disappointed.

First off. Margarita flights!! 3 delicious flavours that just tickle your taste buds. I don t honestly prefer seafood, but they do have some options for those that done eat seafood. Their Cajun chicken Alfredo is to die for!! And the buns, how do you live life without them! Then having the fabulous waitress Sharron serving you for the evening. Not only does she know what she s talking about, but she will also make you laugh and make your evening even more enjoyable! 10/10 need to check it out!!

I don t even like seafood and I LOVE this place !! The Cajun chicken Alfredo is bomb. The biscuits are to die for the margarita flights UNREAL 10/10 and the alotta colada was out of this world. Perfect spot for a girls night too the drinks are so tasty and affordable too !! The staff is super friendly, if you re lucky enough to meet Sharon she is the best waitress I ve ever had super accommodating, funny, and just over all an absolute gem.

Best location! I get steaks here all the time and you can tell they clean their grills very well which I appreciate. Had a great male server, very attentive and the extra biscuits to take home were such a nice touch. As someone who enjoys wine I was so very pleasantly surprised to see Tom Gore on the menu. One of my favourite wines and made dinner even more enjoyable. Overall a great restaurant, highly recommend this location

Slow service and discourteous. Manager is on a power trip. Requested cracking of crabs for my 6 year old. Mgr told us to do it ourselves. We advised that this is something other red lobsters do but was unwilling to accommodate. The waitress was rude to us as well. Would not recommend this place ever. Not kidding friendly.

I had tilapia that was very good, mashed potatoes with crab sauce was very salty. Scallops with bacon was very good. Waitress was very nice and polite.

With the menu change and removing the Lobster Bisque soup. Why?!?! This was a staple menu item which brings alot of people into the restaurant. Very upsetting

The older gentleman was are waiter very kind. Noticed that no one was coming over to take our order. Was thinking better leave. He Apologized and got us a small tray of Frozen shrimp with hot Sauce and Marinara. Said it was on the house. Was happy to see he valued us staying. Great meals. Ordered delivery from Brantford location. At first, I was disappointed the lobster tail was so small it looked like it was missing some flesh when it was pulled out of the shell. What little flesh there was over-cooked and hard. This was described as a premium choice in the create-your-own-feast . That alone would never motivate me to write a review. In the shrimp linguine I found what looks like two pieces of rodent feces. It does not look like anything else I can think of that should be found in this dish. With taxes and delivery the order came to almost $70.

Our server Sharon was amazing! Probably one of the best servers Ive had in a long time. She was fun, professional, and made great recommendations.

I usually only get to go to Red Lobster on my birthday, as I am the only seafood lover in my family therefore, it is absolutely amazing every time!! The buns, well, I couldnt say anything to make them any better! Try them you will not regret it. Today, I had the grilled lobster tail, salmon, shrimp skewer plate with mash. All of it, and I enjoyed every morsel, was delicious. I left extremely full, but extremely satisfied. Already cant wait till next year. Red Lobster helps me look forward to my next birthday lol. My hubby and son had the Cajun chicken Alfredo and they both loved their dish. Our server was Michelle, she was very pleasant and knowledgeable of the menu. My only complaint, the booths are too snug. Sorry, didnt get a pic of the pasta, but it too looked delicious.

Shout out to the staff that worked this past Friday night ( June 16th)!! My dad is going through a very difficult time with his cancer treatment and I had asked if, along with our takeout they could maybe add just a little note to encourage him. They went above and beyond that and not only wrote a really sweet note but blessed him with a delicious dessert as well that he loved! Please pass along all our thanks to the staff! We all had a little cry of happy tears together as it has been a long road and kindness like theres just warmed our hearts, especially his. P.S best fish and chips! Mondays specials all you can eat shrimp

When we did take out on Sunday for Fathers Day, the food was great, and order was correct. The only hitch was the wait time...it said it would be ready for 5:30. I arrived at 5:31 and got a text back order is coming out to you now.... 10 min later I received it. Otherwise, everything was great!

Good food, Service and Value comparatively speaking. Steak was done to perfection, medium rare as ordered! :) Service has always been great for us! :) and Amanda sure didnt disappoint us on this visit.

Perfect! Went for the Bottomless Shrimp Fest, great serving sizes on first 2 types of shrimps platter, Walts Favourite and garlic shrimp... Couldnt eat more than just a repeat of Walts Favourite... dont know who Walt is, has good taste though! My friend couldnt finish her second order, they let her take it to go...same for the wine, which was surprisingly good. The service was superb! Thank you

We dined in with Melissa tonight and she was incredible. She gave us the most friendly and easy going service we ve had in many years. She knew the menu well and made our date night a delight. The hostess and servers all seemed very kind but Melissa is truly an extraordinary person.

Our waitress Paige was awesome. Paige was attentive to us and I noticed that the waitresses and waiters help each other out at times serving. Our food was delicious. The only mistake I made was touching the machine on the table as we were charged for a game and have no idea why. Presumed it would ask for prepayment. We had lobster, shrimp, crab, steak, etc. and the biscuits were delicious. Would definitely go back but will not be touching the machine on the table.

Make a reservation, this location is always busy because it is the far superior Red Lobster! Had dinner on a Saturday during endless shrimp event and was not disappointed. The food was hot, delicious, and fast. The server was attentive and made sure to have my order in, well before my plate was empty. By far, the most enjoyable and satisfying dining experience Ive had in a long time.

Went on first date. Unfortunately, the service was not great. Took a long time to take my order. I thought the waiter had actually forgot I was there. It did not getter better when the food arrived. It was so unpleasantly salty my date could not eat it. Sadly, there was no second date. I was embarrassed by this experience.

Recently went to dinner at Red Lobster to celebrate the sale of our home. Food was great, service great.......but...the washroom was absolutely disgusting. Not only was it filthy it was in terrible disrepair....come on Red Lobster clean up your act..theres no excuse for that, your patrons deserve better. Your prices are high and your premises should reflect that

Went to red lobster for our anniversary dinner tonight and it was awesome! It was my first time ever going to red lobster and definitely not my last! The food was delicious especially the cheddar biscuits & the strawberry lemonade was to die for! We both got the endless shrimp and everything we tried was great but our favorite had to be the shrimp linguine alfredo! Our waiter (I believe his name was Dave) was outstanding! He definitely went out of his way to make our visit excellent!

Horrible service. Went there with my husband and 2 toddlers. The food took forever to come. We got 4 biscuits and since the food was taking forever asked for more and the server never brought them. Food came and we were given only 3 cutlery . We were 4. Server said she was gonna come back and bring it and never came. Our drinks were never refilled. I had to ask another server to refill my daughters drinks because our server was nowhere to be found. We were finished our food and were waiting for the bill for 40 mins nobody came. Had to get up and go to the front to let them know that i needed to pay the bill and they went to find the server and gave us the bill. I had some food i wanted to take to go but didnt even have the chance to ask because our server was horrible. Horrible horrible service for a restaurant that s supposed to be good. Spent $170 and coulve probably have gotten better service at a mcdonalds.

After traveling all day from Ottawa the group voted to go to Red Lobster has most of them like seafood and it was essentially right across the street from our hotel. When we got there being a Friday evening we expected to be busy, which it was. We were ushered to a booth which in no Universe would ever fit for average size human beings, none of us are grossly overweight and it was elbow to Elbow with no room at all. We were brought what they call biscuits which were so underdone they actually oozed in the middle. We placed our order three of our party getting the all you can eat shrimp and myself not being a seafood fan, selected the fish and chips. When asked if I could replace the fries with a salad I was told no but I could have a salad for $1.99 extra. When this is food finally came what they called a salad with Romaine lettuce with a few croutons and a ketchup packet worth of dressing. The fish itself much like the biscuits were so underdone the inside was practically liquid and not as warm as the outside. The people on the booth directly beside us were hacking and coughing all over the place mostly in our Direction not that the restaurant can be blamed for that but if you plan on going request a table away from other people if you can. I have been to many Red Lobsters in Ottawa and all of the service was better at this one the food, the experience, and the atmosphere definitely was not. If you have me going to Branford and you stay at the Comfort Inn do yourself a favor and hit Arbys or Taco Bell save yourself the extra money and a lot of the aggravation skip this place

Amazing customer service.

Off to the Red Lobster for our annual get together. We always order the artichoke dip and our absolute favorite, the crab alfredo. Saddened to find out that corporate has removed the crab alfredo item from the menu. Not a good business decision! Never remove a good item assuming you can convince your customers to order/promote something else. Bad judgement, naive thinking. Right up there with how to ruin and tank your business 101. No reason to go back to Red Lobster. I did try to contact corporate, however, I was blocked from submitting my review due to not able to enter a code that is apparently on the bottom of my dinner receipt. Again, it appears corporate doesnt care, doesnt want reviews, isnt customer friendly and has creatively designed their site so that they can avoid any negative reviews. Again, how to tank your business 101 through attitude and egoism.

Their payment terminal is trash. They are on these iPad things on every table. These iPads are showing ads for games the whole time you re there. This is not a good experience. Also their layout is poorly chosen. It s too crowded and felt like there was no privacy. It s a nice interior and concept of a restaurant but has become a hollow shell of itself. The food was good I often gauge what I spend on a meal to what I could have bought at another establishment In this case, its a little more difficult to do that when its seafood.
