I ve never had an issue with Taco Bell up until the last two times I ate it , there customer service is friendly, but the food has made me and my family very stomach sick the last two times, and it was at this location. We will not be eating Taco Bell ever again because of it.

This location is Great ! Never have missing items and staff are super friendly I drive out of my way to make Shure I go here, the location on king George is completely garbage from the food to the service ! Definitely make your way to this location of Taco Bell .

Ordered a deluxe box and two tacos somehow it was $32. When I questioned the staff he was certain yet on the website it comes out to $26 for the same order.

Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Staff was very polite and patient to myself and my children who were super indecisive over what they wanted to order. The cashier helped my daughter with opening the door to the locked bathrooms. As a parent with young kids, it is very much appreciated.

They have excellent service food and staff all are amazingly good. I been there with my friend we ordered triple double crunch wrap. It was so delicious. I rate 4.8 out of 5.

I like sitting here whenever I dont have anything else to do. Its chill here, and not as many people here. I like coming here whether Im here to eat or anything else. As someone who likes being alone (or with my friend), it isnt as busy as other places where there are crowds everywhere.

We only come to this location now. Portion sizes are right on and always fresh. The staff are very polite and you can tell they are making an effort to provide a good experience.

The manager was practically begging us to make a good Google review, you shouldn t have to beg for people to write a good google review about your establishment. Food was great as usual. But handing off the food and asking people to do you a favour is a bit off putting.

Honestly Im not sure this place serves food anymore. Its more like really tasty and quite spicy alternatives to food intended primarily for impulsive late night munchy seekers and crunch cravers with over the top uncontrollable labidoes. Idk, you be the judge & tell me how you feel 42 minutes and zero seconds after eating anything off that menu.

Everything I go there the washrooms seem to always be out of order.. several times.ppl I front of me as well as myself.have had to use the facilities and unable to. I spend at least 50.00 a visit I should be able to use the washrooms

The food seemed thrown together and it was slow and there was only 2 people working and it wasnt busy

Waited ten minutes to order them waited almost 40 minutes for a box and another burrito. I was the first customer inside the store but quickly there was roughly 8 other people who were now waiting. They religiously served roughly 10 drive through orders and a handful of mobile orders while I was waiting. Finally got my food and my Chalupa was cold.

Tacos are small but the fries supreme is awesome.

Rude girl at front counter, guy in the back cooking stared at us the whole time, Tables inside were disgusting filthy. Had no rice!!.. brutal experience. Indians everywhere these days. Thanks Trudeau

Every time I come to this location they are out of rice ! Seems there suppliers don t come for weeks but yet they still charge full price or don t even offer a coupon or gift card for items missing ingredients!! Super annoying !!

The staff at the window was so rude when I wanted to see why the deals where not working on the app and the deal could of been redemmed in drive true or walk in.

Portions such as the Chili Cheese burrito was very skimpy, was smaller than a regular soft taco in size when rolled, less the size of a burrito and about half the seasoned meat and cheese as other locations. Ordered a Nacho Supreme and they left off tomatoes for some reason. Service was somewhat slow for late evening.

I got take out but went inside to order. Floors, tables, everything else was clean. I received coupons in the mail so decided to splurge. Food was hot and good for fast.

Terrible customer service.!! Placed an order online for pickup. Firstly prices were marked up by at least $2 on each item on the website compared to in restaurant prices. 2. Reached restaurant to pick up after 20 min and went through drive thru and food wasn t ready and was asked to drive up and wait in parking and come back in drive thru after 10 min. 3. Ordered vegetarian combos and non vegetarian combos, but whole order was put in a same bag with no identification of which were veg and beef tacos and wraps. Had to literally open every item to figure out. 4. No straws for the drinks. Absolutely terrible customer service.!! Your are better off eating something else or pls avoid this Colborne st location. Either the staff are untrained or they really don t care about customer service and the business!! Taco Bell could do lot better by hiring and training better managers and staff.

Very slow service. You set the time at the restaurant to prepare the food. When the time is up, the food should be ready. You cant expect drivers to wait additional time for the food to get prepared. It needs to already be prepared. I dont mind waiting a couple minutes but not super long times.

We were given the incorrect order and the items we did receive were lacking toppings. The beef crunchwrap Supreme, fries Supreme, and nachos supreme all had little to no beef. There were also no chives on anything. Overall not the best experience.

Visited just after a power failure ...just cash ... worse .. their tills were down. Ordered a burrito, they wrote down by hand and worked out bill by hand. I usually order food at this location. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. However, it is a little bit challenging to find the entrance at night. Parking: Theres always a spot for parking.

Used too like this place but the other day some rude guy told me off at the register since I complained about getting the wrong meal...I had ordered the other night n got cold food that wasnt what I ordered so I called there that night n complaind so they told me next time u come u can eat free, but when I went back there they told me that since I complained before they wont give me the meal free.... They forgot half my order

When you are not in your hometown but 7 hours away and your wife tells you at 11:00 at night she wants tacos, you find a place to get tacos. Luckily enough this location was literally a 2 minute walk from the hotel we were staying at so we decided to go. We expected the worst as when we got there the lineup for drive-through was around the entire restaurant. It is not a very big location and even though there were a few tables occupied it was spotless. We went in we placed our order and to our surprise within 5 minutes we had our stuff and were on the way out the door despite how busy it was. The crew there ran like a well-oiled machine and nobody was waiting more than a couple of minutes for their food. If restaurants in Ottawa ran this well I would probably go to more of them. This will be a must stop anytime were in Brantford great establishment and absolutely amazing service the staff there is to be commended. Wheelchair accessibility: It does not seem to be on the what did you order selections but we did order Crunchwrap Supremes. Absolutely not the greatest choice for close to midnight cuz you will pay for it the next day, but 100% without a doubt worth every second of it

Ordered 2 of those combos which clearly state they come with bacon cheesy fries and buddy says there is $1.60 up charge for each combo for the bacon cheesy fries and there is noting he can do about it I explained to him that s written on the combo plain as day in the photo I provided and he tries arguing with me saying he don t tink so and he will check it out when he get a chance, so I took a pic of it and went in the building and he says sir der is noting i can do about it.. there very well should have been somting he can do about.

Sadly it is no longer the best taco bell in Brantford, they messed up in so many ways. And we ve even saw mice running around the outside and one went through a hole in the wall.

I used to love Taco Bell when I was a kid going with my mom on special occasions. Paying $18 for 4 tacos and fry supreme that barely had any meat on them feels bad. I can t say I ll visit this store again unfortunately.

Very fast service, and delightful atmosphere

If I could rate a zero I would. The girl at the counter struggled to place our order, while 3 employees stood at the drive thru window watching, but did not offer help. Every single table in the restaurant was dirty. My table was sticky. I got my food, and had rotten lettuce on my tacos. The manager told me its only one spot, its fine. I will never step foot back in that restaurant. She refunded me for half my meal, and walked away. Awful experience.

I just moved to around the corner 2 months ago. I have visited this location 6 times. If you enjoy workers that have the intelligence of 3 year old children this is your place. Every time I have went to order food they have messed up my order with multiple errors, even after specifying the mistake they said in the drive thru they still do exactly what they said they would fix. They are rude and idiotic when you go back to confront them on the many mistakes they make. They also portion their food way less than any other Taco Bell I have ever visited in my life. The person that runs this establishment should hire an entire new staff base or close this restaurant down.

Food was cold, missing sour cream on Fry Supreme ( like always no matter what Taco Bell you go to ) asked for lots of packages of hot sauce and only got 4. My husband and I had 8 tacos and 2 Fry Supremes between to two of us and use 2 pks alone on the Fry Supreme so had to run in side because we went thru the drive thru to eat food that was already cold to begin with. Parking: The side of the building where the drive thru ends , there are no garbage disposal so you have to get out of your vehicle and walk around instead of littering like a litter bug. Which makes absolutely no sense at all. In order to be on the same side as a garbage disposal youd have to trun your vehicle around and drive back to the entrance.

The food at Taco Bell is good. It s a treat for us. I can t complain about the food as it is what it is and it s always hot and what I expected. The staff here are very shy and quiet and not overly friendly. I just chalk that up to shyness really. What I can t understand is how dirty this place is. It s sooo dirty. I don t honestly know how they pass health inspections. It s always quiet when we are there. Plenty of time to clean the place. As the saying goes if you have time to lean you have time to clean. Come on guys!!! Step it up
