We ordered a dinner for 3 and were impressed with the food quality and service.

Such a great find! We were looking for a Vietnamese or Thai restaurant when we found Sai Thai. Dishes are delicious. We got pad thai, green curry and general thai. Paul the owner is friendly and nice. We ll definitely be back.

Hidden gem. Excellent Thai food. Beware of the spice chart on the wall. I went to a 5 and it had a good kick. Can only imagine what a 10 would be like.

I just tried Sai Thai Kitchen for the first time. Ordered the chicken pad thai. It was fantastic! Large pieces of chicken, really saucy noodles, ver flavourful and spiced just right. Definitely will be going back. Best Pad Thai Ive had in Brantford. I highly recommend.

I got the Pad Thai and I was genuinly impressed. I have eaten lots of Pad Thai in some of the best restaurants even in Toronto and Id say the flavour on this was perfect. I got medium spicy and I like hot food and still found it spicy lol Proceed on spicy with caution!

It has a great atmosphere, the service is excellent, there are lots of different options on the menu, and the food tastes delicious every time! Gave this place a second chance. Wasnt super impressed. What was supposed to be a basil and bamboo shoot dish had very little of either, and instead was largely overcooked veg. Pad thai had no sourness to it at all, it was kind of bland.

My work bought this for us for lunch today, so atleast it didnt cost anything. Had the general Tai chicken, the chicken was extremely dry and chewy. The sauce was horrible, Iike soy sauce with some chili flakes so it had some heat, was like water. Only ate about 4 bites so I didnt look rude.

We really enjoyed the peanut sauce and the beef was amazing We each got a pad thai (one chicken and one pork) and I have to say this is probably the best pad Thai in Brantford! I got the spice level at 2 and it was a perfect balance between the sweet and slight spice. Great texture on the noodles and wow caramelized onion with green onion took it to the next level for me! Fantastic! We also split the 18a Won ton with egg noodle soup. Broth was great one of the best won ton soups Ive had in Brantford. Noodles were perfect (not soggy at all) and it had a generous portion of meat/vegetables. Although we were so hungry/excited to eat we forgot to take pictures of the soup. My bad We got takeout from here the next night as well so Id definitely recommend giving it a try. Some of the best food in Brantford for sure and the staff were very friendly as well. Parking: Plaza is not very busy so you have your pick for parking.

Ive been here a few times now, and the food is basically a perfect rendition of Canadian Thai. When people say best Thai in Brantford, theyre not only right about that, but its as good as the best places in Hamilton as well. Theyve done some nice things to spruce up the dining area with plants and such. Ive also found the service to be well above average. Always looking forward to the next opportunity to eat here.

I tried the shrimp pad thai today and lemme tell ya... worth the buzz. They arent kidding with the spice level though. Went with a level 3 based on others experience; I couldve had a 4 or 5 but that wouldve been my max! And for reference, I like hot so long as its flavourful and not just painful. We ordered takeout and everyone was very happy with their order. The service was great, too! Food was hot and ready when they said it would be! Youve got a new fan!!!!! I will return!

We tried Tom yam and chicken curry. Both dishes were nice , just a little too sweet, like in top of coconut nature sweetness that really like, they added extra sugar.. . The rest was all. Nice and fast services

Super delicious Thai food. Best in Brantford for sure and the most consistent. Had the khao soi and pad Thai dishes and they were full body flavoured and with good portions. Could have had more meat but flavour was on point. If you re a fan of spice you ll love how they ask what spice level you d like. The spice is actual spice and not your typical franks red hot sauce/ simple pepper at white/ caucasian restaurants. A level 4 is a good place to start! Definitely our go to Thai restaurant in Brantford.

Had the Shrimp pad thai recently. It was excellent, the spices/ sauce were incorporated into the noodles which is not always the case with other Asian restaurants. Be patient when ordering for take out, its worth the wait.

I had visited Sai Thai Kitchen 5 years ago and had a great experience. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. My family had a TERRIBLE experience there today. One of our meals was served fairly quickly, but the remaining three meals were not delivered to the table until an unbelievable 40 minutes later. When we were finally all eating, the food was pretty flavorless compared to other thai restaurants Ive visited. The wait staff never once returned to the table to check in to see if we needed anything or how our meals were. When we visited the restroom they were filthy, the door didnt close on one stall and the other was out of toilet paper. When we were paying for our meals, the server FINALLY asked how everything was. I told her how we felt about our experience and the state of the bathrooms. She dismissively said sorry. I asked if the restaurant had changed ownership in the last few years and she informed that it had. This made a lot of sense since this restaurant has taken a serious nose dive.

Wife wanted Thai, and this place had very good reviews. We were not disappointed. Mango salad was so fresh and tasty. Tom Yum was very good, but I ordered 4 on hotness scale. Should have gone with 2 or 3 but I ate every bit with no damage done. Forget the name of soup my wife had but she loved it. Tom something with coconut milk. She loved her Pad Thai with shrimp. We will return if in the area.

Sai Thai has the best Laos / Thai food I ve ever had at a restaurant and I ve tried restaurants all over Canada. The food is delicious and tastes very authentic. I rarely get a chance to visit my grandma and when I m craving Lao/Thai food, this is my go to. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the staff is awesome. The owner even came out to make sure we were enjoying our food. They are also very flexible when it comes to allergies and swapping out certain ingredients. Thanks for the awesome service!

You walk in and everyone makes you feel like family here. The environment is just great! Granted we order the same thing everytime we re there, but we love the food. My husband is obessed with the udon noodle soup. Great food, atmosphere and at a great price. Vegetarian options: The majority of main dishes on their menu has the option of shrimp, chicken, beef or vegetables. I always enjoy their vegetables: 1 because im a vegetarian (my husband is for meat all the way ) 2 they have a variety of vegetables, carrots, celery, leafy greens, onions, broccoli, etc. you definitely wont go hungry with their veggie dishes.

Food is amazing. We have family from the Toronto/Pickering area who love Sai Thais food more than any theyve had in their area. Not only tasty, but it is consistently high quality -- we always expect the best and, in the last three years, have never been disappointed. They have a comfortable, licensed dining room, as well as take-out and delivery. Free parking. Food can be ordered in advance for a scheduled pickup. One of our favourite spots in Brantford.

Below is surprisingly from two years ago. As an update 2022.04 I have to say this establishments cuisine is prime! Mt guests were impressed at the flavor and quality. Two observations are that be conservative with the slice/heat from 1 to 10 you ask for, my guests loved the dishes but confided that if had they ordered they instead of 3 they would have ordered 5 to 7 which would have been to much. If you go spicey level of 3 or above I highly recommend the eggplant or other cooling cold salad as a regathering pint of regroup to move in amd enjoy the heat and flavor. THE DISHES ARE PREMIUM! I just hope these restaurateurs dont become arrogant and non-customer UN-friendly like Blessings Chinese/Japanese eatery that wont even answer their phone during their open hours. 2020 review follows --> Ordered spring rolls plus 4 dishes two of chicken, one of pork, one of beef, plus a rice dish. They were good and would recommend. Admittedly this was my first time ordering from there, I think I need to experience the freshness of eating there at the source to get a better picture.

Sai Thai kitchen was a good experience. I had the Pad Thai with chicken medium spicy. Was hotter than I Expected. Was very good even with it being a bit hotter. Also had the general Thai chicken, was very very good and tasty. I really love fresh spring rolls but didnt have the opportunity to try it. Next time. The gentleman who answered the phone was very polite and very personable even with a slight language barrier. The order was placed without issue. Really like this place, first time eating here* by here I mean take out lol * :) Highly recommend anyone who likes Thai food to give Sai Thai Kitchen a shot! They were a bit busy with takeout orders, but our meal arrived hot and spiced to our liking. Would recommend going. And for those who order spice, level 10 spice is a whole tablespoon of chili powder. 5 is half a tablespoon with all the steps in between.

We just visited this Thai restaurant and we loved the food. We ordered pad Thai and spicy chicken, both were very good! Well cooked, enough spice and good portions all made it authentic. Definitely we will come back again to try other items in menu.

Excellent service and excellent food. I went with my husbands cousin and we shared everything we ordered (Spring Rolls, Crab Wontons, Pad Woon Sen with Chicken, and Pineapple Curry with Shrimp). We ordered it medium spicy and it was delicious, but could have handled stronger. The great thing about this restaurant is that it has 10 levels of heat you can choose from. We did a five and would probably go about an eight next time. I can bring my husband here and, since he has a sensitive stomach, he can order a one or a two and I can order spicier. Its a win win! While we were there, we spoke with a couple who go once a week and have never been disappointed.

My girlfriend recommended this restaurant for a healthy dinner last week. I am not from the area, and I havent had too much experience with Thai food, but was open to trying a new dining establishment. We arrived and were warmly greeted by Paul, who sat us at our table. As it was my first time, I took a little longer to decide what I wanted. The menu had a lot of variety, and there were quite a few dishes that interested me. My girlfriend ordered a curry dish (I forgot which one exactly as I was looking at the menu) and Paul asked her the level of spice in her food. She said a 2 out of 10. After some time in contemplating my order, I decided on the Pad Puk. I love vegetables and this dish had quite a few options in terms of customizing meat content. I asked if they served chicken white meat/breast and he said yes, that is what is included. We also decided to order the spring rolls as appetizer. I typically dont eat spring rolls at restaurants as I find for the most part, most restaurant spring rolls are from frozen and are warm at best. But after travelling hours to the location, I said sure, why not. Well, I am very happy we picked the spring rolls. They were absolutely delicious. Piping hot, filled with vegetables and outer coating was crunchy and hot. I was impressed already. Paul came by and chatted with us while we were waiting for our meal. In the meantime a number of in-restaurant diners came in as well and there was an endless amount of patrons coming to pick up take up. That was a great sign of how busy this place was which indicates to me that the food has to be good. When our meals showed up, my girlfriend started eating hers and she said it was quite good. Well, I normally am a very slow eater, but based on how delicious my dinner was, I devoured it in record time. The vegetables were fresh and tasty, the chicken was tender and hot, and the sauce was amazing. I had picked a 5 out of 10 spice wise, and was already sweating buckets. It was so tasty. The flavour of the stir fry sauce was superb, and mixed in with the bowl of rice, it was such a fantastic tasting meal, I already started thinking when I will bring my kids here. It was made exactly as I had indicated (I asked for no onions and no celery and both were left off). The Pad Puk was listed as having seasonal vegetables, but I can confirm it was mushrooms, brocolli, red peppers, green peppers, carrots, cauliflower, and zucchini (I think). Throughout all this, Pauls service was fantastic, and he was serving multiple tables and as I was watching him, he had a smile on his face, and made conversation with his customers. Overall, I really enjoyed the value of the meal. Everything was hot, tasty, fresh and decent portions. I would definitely not hesitate to dine here again and look forward to doing it again soon. Have only tried the pad thai and is was delicious. Will definetely be ordering again and trying new things

Ive had numerous great meals , and a friend with celiac loved the pad Thai! Great service as well.

Been coming here since the pandemic started and keep coming back for the delicious food. In all the times Ive gone they have never once messed my order up, even if ordering 8+ dishes with varied dietary needs.

I was recently in Brantford on business for 5 nights. On my first night in town I ate at Sai Thai. The dinner was outstanding. The food was very flavorful and good portion sizes. Excellent service from the staff. Dinner was so good that I ended up eating dinner here 3 times in 5 days (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday nights). I plan to come back at least a couple more times on my next business trip to Brantford.

This is our go-to place for Thai food in Brantford. The owners are friendly, the food is consistently good.

Really friendly owner, spring rolls were amazing not a hint of grease and very crispy. Pad Thai probably the best Ive eaten. Had an issue tonight with the spiciness. Always get a 4 and I find it pleasantly tingly but maybe they have a new chef as tonight my mouth was on fire and sadly that made it not quite as delicious. Even my son who really likes spice said his was too much tonight. Wont stop me ordering again but I will dial it back to maybe a 2.

Fantastic Thai food. We drive from 40 minutes away for food from Sai Thai. I love spicy food and this is the only place that hits the mark for a genuine thai spice with our food. Fast and friendly service; would recommend no questions asked. 10/10

Mushroom basil fried rice with shrimp was tasty although the shrimp as overcooked. I was a bit disappointed with the pad thai, it was flavourful, but the sauce was not to my liking.

The restaurant has a very calm atmosphere. The service was fast and friendly. But the food was to die for. It was flavourful, generous and very fresh. I had the chicken pad Thai and my spouse had the shrimp pad Thai with spring rolls to start with. I think we found our new favourite Thai restaurant. Thank you for the great experience.
