The Wonton soup is extremely well made and flavourful

Does not look like the picture. Its very dirty and the food is prepared elsewhere then stored in old icecream containers then microwaved. The cleaning supplies were on the prep counter right beside where they assemble the food.

Little mom and pop type of place selling delicous vietnamese cuisine. So far Ive gotten the assorted bahn mi, taro bubble tea, and chicken with Vermicelli noodles and egg rolls and it was all very good. My new favorite spot.

Poor communication is understandable. Extremely rude and hung up on me when we tried to pick up the food for the first time. Place is hidden while google map didn t reflect when it was, so hard to find. Price is not cheap compared to lots of Vietnamese restaurants. I just moved to this city from Hamilton. Never come back to get yelled by this women.

Food and price was great service can is average for the 2 times i been there And the atmosphere definitely needs improvement... only 2 wooden chairs to sit down , place seems crazy old

Best Banh Mi. Don t let this hole in the wall fool you, the food is delicious and hits the spot every time. Prices are a little more expensive than your typical Banh Mi, but it beats driving out of town for one. Her sandwiches honestly beat a lot of ones I had growing up in Toronto too. Definitely a gem. I can see why a lot of people in Brantford steer clear from this place, because they re not used to shops like this; and that s honestly a shame. If you re up to it, definitely grab a Banh Mi! My bfs fav is #6 (BBQ Chicken) and I like the classic #1 (Assorted) :)

This is a legit Vietnamese hole in the wall. Best won ton soup I found in Ontario. Best spring rolls, closest to what my mom makes. Hubby says the meatball sandwich is the best sandwich he ever had. Sauce is on the sweet side, I order mine sans sauce. Take out only, great prices and no washrooms. Best way to eat them is to place them right side up in the middle oven rack first on a baking tray, then, set on low broil for 4 mins = perfect crunch (make sure to remove cucumbers and cilantro before baking). Note of warning, the sandwiches are very inconsistent. One day they may be fantastic with freshly cooked ingredients, the next day you purchase another sandwich, it could be dry and cilantro is forgotten.

The food here is delicious! The sandwiches are a bit small, but its a good sign that it leaves you wanting more. A little bit pricey but where else can I get a great banh mi in Brantford? Just keep in mind that it is cash only.

Absolutely delicious banh mi sandwiches! I ordered the grilled pork, BBQ pork, assorted and chicken. All were very fresh and extremely delicious. I also ordered the BBQ pork chop with beef on rice. It tasted amazing I was given an extra delicious pork/egg cake on the side which was full of umami flavour. You can tell the food here is made with love and is extremely authentic and fresh. The lady who served me was was also very friendly and kind!

Their banh mi sandwiches as well as ice coffee were both really good and reasonably priced. Better than what you would find in Toronto. It initially didn t look busy so I was worried the food wouldn t be fresh. But while waiting for my order, there were people coming in for the food. I found the bread was nicely fresh and toasted to give the outside baguette a nice warm crunch. It also had all the ingredients I would expect in a banh mi sandwich to enjoy. I m happy I gave it a try and will definitely come back next time I m in the area.

I couldnt figure out what to eat for a quick lunch snack, and Banh Mi popped into my mind - I was surprised Brantford had a restaurant selling them! Stopped in - and less than 5 min later I was enjoying a very well made sandwich! I enjoyed this very much, almost as much as a 3am Banh Mi in Ho Chi Minh City! Well Done! Ill definatetly be back!

Their Banh Mi is great! Just as good as you can get in the GTA. I know because Im from Toronto! Support this little mom and pop, they deserve it!

I got the assorted sandwich and it was kind of a disappointment. While the cost was quite cheap and it tasted ok, it didnt wow me. The place doesnt look like a typical food joint. Lots of bags of rice around, a microwave that is used heavily, and a t.v. that the lady seems to be glued to. The lady microwaved the food before making my sandwich. I dont appreciate the use of the microwave, which seems to be quite commonly used as stated by other people in other reviews. I prefer food made and cooked fresh, not microwaved.

We had the pork ball sandwiches and the grilled pork salad rolls. They were absolutely delicious. Staff was great. They only take cash, but there is an rbc next door if you need an atm.

Hidden treasure! This restaurant doesnt look like much, but the food is absolutely DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. Customer service is almost nonexistent, and timelines for orders are very inconsistent, but the food and prices make up for it. I would recommend calling your order in for pickup because the wait time is often more than a few minutes. Removed 1 star because cash only.

Picked up a couple of sandwiches, and the value is there. The items are fresh, and super tasty. Perfect for an inexpensive lunch, no dine-in available. Highly recommended!

Unprofessional and microwaved tough meat in non sanitary conditions where only one glove was worn while the other hand handling the tv remove was inside touching the bun.

Food and prices are good. Not a place to dine in, but it is good for takeout or a cheap and tasty lunch.

Really good food and probably the most authentic in Brantford, but be warned -the woman who runs this place has no idea how to interact with customers. I used to be a regular here, but had the nerve to ask for a second sauce (and offered to pay for it!) and I got severely reprimanded for it, complete with eye rolling and annoyed sounds the entire time. She really made me feel like a piece of garbage for asking. Its quite a shame, as the food is really good.

Had passed by a few times but hadnt had the chance to try it yet, decided to give it a shot a few weeks back and my god was I missing out. Ridiculously low priced for the quality of food, Ive eaten there four or five times in just that few weeks and cant get enough. Possibly the best spring rolls Ive found in all of Ontario, their wonton and BBQ beef is to die for. Definitely will be returning again, and again. Highly recommended if you want cheap, delicious takeout.

Food was ok. The restaurant was little more than a counter and some toaster ovens, everything was microwaved and then put in the toaster oven. The prices were cheap, the staff were very friendly, but be aware, there is no seating available, take out only.

Heard about how good the food was at this place so I had to try it out...... I was not disappointed..... Couldnt decide between the bbq chicken or pork so I got both. Highly recommend this hidden gem.

Good sandwiches.

This is my local go to place for Vietnamese sandwiches. The prices are very reasonable and the quality is up there with Torontos Vietnamese sandwich establishments that I used to frequent. Perhaps it has to do with the fact that their food is pre-prepared in the GTA. I definitely recommend either the grilled pork or chicken sandwiches. If you want a little more food, you can opt for their noodles dishes. They also offer house made spring rolls that are little in the greasy side but still delicious and my favorite avocado milkshakes.

Not a big place, but really tasty food, if you like Banh Mi sandwiches. The spring rolls and other dishes are great too. And the prices are very affordable! My wife and I often pop over on nights we dont feel like cooking. Probably our most visited place in Brantford.
