New owners and closed I was told today. I m so upset. This place I have been going to for years and years!! You will be so missed. Thank you for the years of great food and service

Love their Pho! But my fave is their fresh spring rolls with shrimp. And their peanut sauce is really excellent. I treat myself weekly. Price is right, too.

Best pho in town.

We ordered pork Vermicelli The pork came in big fillet sizes. Noodles had absolutely 0 taste. Our green tea came in mugs. Not what you expect from a pho house and I ve eaten Pho for 20 years.

Definitely one of my favourite places to eat in Brantford. Absolutely the best Pho Ive ever had. My husband and I go almost every week. My favourite order is fresh rolls with shrimp and rare beef pho. And the sizzling plate is an absolute must try. The family who run the restaurant are amazing. If you havent been yet, please do yourself a favour and go. Youll be so glad you did.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!! the owners are the cutest little ladies you ll ever meet, they make everything fresh, it feels like you re a part of the family when you stop there to eat! I would recommend this vietnamese place to ANYONE who likes their food, and to those who have never tried it before. Love these ladies so much! And their cooking will make you feel full for a great price, everything is so flavourful and cooked to perfection.

A fabulous little shop with beautiful orchids and brilliant food. I had the Chicken vermicelli, and it was terrific. Fresh tastes with the crispness of perfectly cooked lemongrass chicken topped with two perfect-sized spring rolls. This little hole in the wall was a brilliant find.

Family owned and operated. Best dollar to food ratio I ve ever had. The crispy meat rolls are my favourite and would recommend to anyone.

Delicious food. I was craving soup and I got the wonton soup and my boyfriend got pho. Would definitely go back and get the wonton soup again. Price was really great too.

So I have been coming here for like 15 yrs my niece introduced me to the place and its been my go to ever since .the service is unbeatable and so is the food.we are always on the lookout for great places to eat and if you are also this is it.......best around from here to Toronto. Me my wife and my daughter went to this place we order food and suddenly there was this lady came to us and said that we are not allowed sharing our food to one another because of the Covid I have no idea why she said that we leave in a same house eating same food.. this thing happened last year 2022.. I recommend don t go to this place terrible

Always pleasant and friendly staff The food is always prompt and fresh. We love the Pho and the fresh spring rolls! It s always a treat to come here. Vegetarian options: Loads of vegetarian options. Dietary restrictions: My husband has a peanut allergy, and they always accommodate our food. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly environment. The owners have their kids there too. Always welcoming and kind.

This place was amazing! Its a small family run business, with the entire family helping out. I had some of the best spring rolls of my life! The food was delicious and served quickly. Ill definitely be returning here again soon.

Have to say, this place use to have the best chicken saute....but this time it was not good..chicken was minimal and rubbery. It had only 3 pcs of pineapple. But the most upsetting thing was I specifically advised no mushrooms due to allergy and found a mushroom. Had to throw dinner out. So disappointed. I will go back because I give every place another chance , hope next time is better

A wonderful family owned restaurant! Ive been coming here for over 10 years and the quality of food and service has remained as high quality as when I had my first meal. The food is always fresh and absolutely delicious. If Youre looking to try a new restaurant I recommend this as my top eatery in Brantford.

Everything here is great, (the beef pho, sizzling plate, red curry and hot&sour tom yum being some of my/the familys favs) but the fresh spring rolls are the crowning jewel of this place for sure, other than the fantastic service of course! I know that theyre only a side dish item but I have straight up never had better fresh spring rolls in my life. I now live in mississauga and try time and time again to find somewhere thatll match up and nowhere comes even close. The peanut sauce that they come with too is just- Wow. Cures a hangover in no time. So good.

Gotta say, this is probably the best pho Ive had in my life, anywhere. The green curry is also amazing, and the fresh spring rolls are too. The people working there are such pleasant and lovely individuals. I always leave this place satisfied, and glad I came. Id give them ten stars if I could.

Our favourite local spot! The sweetest family-run business. So kind, always fast and efficient, and the food is incredible. Our favourites are the rare beef Pho and the pork vermicelli bowl (which is the best we ve had).

Such a nice little place. Great food and good size. The first time I went they made me buy a drink and I instantly thought Im never coming back. But then as soon as I got my food which was a great size for the price and had a bit of it I was sold! Great little place! Whenever we have a hankering for a bowl of pho, this is where we go! We usually also have an order of spring rolls and some of their delicious tea. Good value, tasty and filling! Staff are friendly and helpful.

If you want filling and hearty pho then come here. The prices are very reasonable, the family that works here is very friendly, the portions are generous. We love that the pho is so soothing and full of flavours, it definitely makes you feel so much better if you are recovering from a cold or bad day. Lots of popular Thai and Vietnamese food options. Simple food is awesome especially when it tastes delicious and is filling without hurting your wallet. The decor might be a bit simple and dated but thats ok, you are there for the food!

This is my GO TO for all foods Vietnamese. The food is flavourful, consistent and the staff is super friendly. They have been around for some time so they have a large number of regular patrons, me being one of them! The owners are so sweet and friendly. Glad I found this gem.

The fresh rolls are amazing and portions are very fair. I find the soup a little thin though like it s not the real stewed bone broth. The stir fried noodle dishes are good but not great. Everything tastes good. Definitely eating this food again when I can t get to my fave place (in Hamilton).

Id give this place a 6/10. The flavours were not too bad. Having said that the dishes were watery way more then I would like or expect them to be. My experience eating Thai food varies from Toronto to Brampton and other parts of Ontario. The Pad Thai was less flavourful then Im use to, it lack lime but had peanuts chopped up. Out of all my experiences with pad Thai this was on the lower end of enjoyment. The fresh spring rolls didnt have any carrot * which is the norm for any Thai place that I can find that makes them * the peanut sauce was ok, and slightly overpowering. Wasnt a variety of veggies in them mostly lettuce a little red pepper and something else white and bean like that Im not sure what it is. Im use to shaved or thin pieces of carrot/cucumber/red pepper lettuce and those white looking beans I believe. With sweet and sour spicy sauce or peanut sauce. This place said theyd be a bit longer and promised the food would be hot and it was so I give them that.

Have wanted to try this place for a very long time and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and quantity of food for the price. Unlike some other establishments (you know who you are) in town where you have to order rice and any spring rolls separately, they have a great combo that is fully customizable for one low price. Have already been back here twice after just trying the place. You wont be disappointed!

Amazing Pho!

I always go for the grilled chicken pho soup, chicken pad tai and spring rolls. The soup broth is not bad, noodles don t taste cooked enough. Taste just isn t authentic!! I wait almost 20-30 minutes each time. Atmosphere is is not very clean, take family owned to the next level. There s a playpen in front of the desk and EVERY single time I m there there s a baby (maybe 1 1/2 years) in it. Probably in there al the time. I was waiting again for my order and saw the kitchen lady cutting vegetables on their freezer! When I paid with my debit a worker stood behind me watching me pay. Seriously?!

Hairs in my takeout food - I got takeout yesterday and my salad contained multiple short grey hairs. Pretty sure that wasnt part of the included ingredients listed. Too bad the food smelled good. Unfortunately cant recommend anyplace that careless.

BAD REVIEWS ARE NONSENSE. Just to clarify to anyone who thinks that there was hair in their food this is not true. The staff use Lemongrass in their cooking and marinating which looks like small hairs but is not, same goes for Bok Choy or Celery. I have been eating here with my family for 10 years and never had a problem. Staff wear hair nets and are very clean. Family run and friendly, the best place in town for Vietnamese food.

The pho broth isn t as flavorful as I ve had in many other restaurants. They added sesame oil to the top almost like a garnish and it overpowered and made it greasy. They do not provide jasmine tea at the table which I found strange as well. If you want to order tea it is $4.50 . The server was nice and friendly.

My favourite pho ever!! Family owned and run. Always so much love and care out into every dish. Great to order to go or eat in. They have 2 adorable children there sometimes too. Just a humble little dining room but cant express enough how good the food is. And well priced for huge portions!

This is a great family run restaurant with authentic flavours. I typically order their beef pho or the vermicelli dishes. I have never been disappointed with the order. The owners make you feel like you are part of the family. It is a great place to bring your family to or have lunch with a colleague to catch up. The only reason it gets a 4 instead of a 5 is because the decor is on the dated side.

This place is dynamite. A family owned establishment and has that homey feel as soon as you walk in. The family that run it are amazing people. Cant say enough good things about them. Salt of the earth.

The food is delicious. My husband n I were just passing through, saw the restaurant n decided to try it out. We were very impressed. The staff were very friendly n it seems they are on good terms with all the patrons there n even those who came in for take out. Seems to know everyone by name. The chef even went out of her way to bring us an extra dish for us to try! The food is very good, much better than most of the Vietnamese food we tried at other locations. Will definitely come back.

Great food, and definitely get your moneys worth. However we were just in there eating our Sizzling Plates and at first it didnt seem too warm in the restaurant, but as it got a little warmer we moved one of the 2 floor fans to point in our direction by the window. Then a family of 3 comes in and we hear a conversation between them and the restaurant staff about how people keep coming in and sitting by the hot window and ordering hot food when its so hot outside (35°) and then proceeds to turn both floor fans toward the family instead of spreading the cool air around to the people the staff are apparently so concerned about sitting in the warmer places... The fans/air conditioning aside - we found it extremely disrespectful that the staff took it upon themselves to talk about their customers in a Vietnamese/English mix while theyre standing 15 feet from those customers. We sat where we always sit, and I dont want to assume anything about the situation, but we FELT that because we declined their offer to sit in the spot they suggested instead - that they chose to purposefully make it an unpleasant experience for us. Weve been to this restaurant a lot, its our favorite Thai Restaurant so thats why we were extra disappointed with the staff.

In Brantford to train at the fantastic hospital here. On-call and needed some dinner, so I headed over. Got red curry with chicken. Good flavours. I got at medium spicy which wasnt spicy enough, but definitely very flavorful. Good coconut flavor, not over-powering. Two best parts about the curry. Crisp vegetables and so much variety

Best Tom Yum in Brantford and the next Pad Thai hands down. Its really sad when I see or hear about people going to My Thai. The food their is more expensive, lower quality and its a chain! Viet Thai, on the other hand, serves amazing food in a comfortable atmosphere and is a FAMILY BUSINESS! If you love Thai and Vietnamese food, look no further :)

Honestly this is the BEST Thai food I have ever found. Its a family run business and they are all very hard working and caring of their customers. I have watched the family grow for the past 4 years. The food is AMAZING and prices are too low. I highly recommend the lettuce wraps as they are delicious. Pork is my favorite. Everything you order is super fresh. I drive from Hamilton for those wraps. LoL

Looks like an authentic Vietnamese restaurant and was not disappointed. Didnt try a lot of things because I was not too hungry so just ordered a Pho tai. Taste great. Will go back again and try other stuff. Wait staff are probably owners and family. Friendly and helpful.

Viet Thai turns my frown upside down

Friend and I picked this place because it was stumbling distance from our airbnb and we were exhausted from traveling. We couldnt have picked better. The restaurant has a great style and the service was incredibly friendly. Our food was delicious, great flavours without being drowned in sauce. It was so good we ordered take out to have as a second dinner.

The Pho here is fantastic. Has a depth and flavour complexity. Their fresh Shrimp Rolls are also great. If you re going for flavour and not decor then this is a place you should visit.

Maybe the oldest south east Asian restaurant in town. Survived a big pressure from many newer, fancier restaurants with similar menu. Must have some good reason.

Pad thai was salty and fishy. The slice of beef in the pad thai was undercooked. Pho was too salty. In the backroom, the grandma was singing in Chinese in a loud voice. Very noisy. I would not recommend this place.

Family run establishment, the owners are very nice and super friendly service. The dishes will come as they are ready which is typical of Asian cuisines.
