Good food fast service

We had such a lovely experience this morning at stacked after a scenic ride to Renfrew! Food portions were huge and absolutely fo die for! Tina was our server and she was an angel! She learned my little guys name and even brought him a pre breakfast snack (which for toddlers are essential).

Its uncomfortably cold. Potatoes are frozen not fresh.

Today was our first time trying Stacked. We got the banana berry crepes for takeout and they were amazing! We couldn t eat everything at once and even later in the day, they still tasted perfect.

Hannah was an amazing server!! Eggs Benedict was filling and nicely seasoned!

i visit 3 times in your restaurant with my family and i like the food and service the food is very awesome and delicious . and the service is very good and atmosphere is very confertable and quit .

The Food and service was more like the old time diner atmosphere. Which is incredible. Also important , the price was definitely right Food

Quality of service is #1, choices on the menu was unbelievable, the taste and quality of the breakfast was excellent. With every opportunity I get,I goal is to try everything on the menu. Food

The food is OK, although you will pay extra for a tiny plastic up of maple syrup to avoid the terrible corn syrup available at every table. The small container is not enough to spread over two pancakes but will get you by on crepes if you arent a big syrup kinda person. All drinks are overpriced in what seems to be a clear effort to make the meal pricing seem more reasonable.

My partner and I went in for breakfast and had a great experience!! I had a full breakfast with French toast and my girlfriend had the same thing but with waffles! Great portion, yummy food and a really nice server. Def would come back, great first experience here

Food here is 10/10 but grading today Philly burger Burger made like a Philly minus the Philly meat. Absolutely NO Philly meat on this burger at all. I want people to know its literally a burger only with Philly toppings with cold BBQ on it. If you think your getting Philly meat in the burger or on it. (Not the case) Staff confirmed just a hamburger patty. I let them know it my opinion, but that is false advertising

The food and service at stacked is great but. There needs to he a mandatory cleanliness check on some of the servers working. It was almost impossible to get through our food as many normal people find it hard to eat with disgusting smells around them. We heard many others complaining about it and it was almost unbearable and I couldn t eat most of my food because of it. Something needs to be done about this

Absolutely delish. First time coming here. Menu was very generous with lots of options!! Everyone said their food tasted great. No coffee cup went empty the entire time we were there because they came around with coffee often. Great experience!

$33.78 FOR Two people,breakfast bacon 2 eggs toast $6.99? Each and 1pancake as a side .plus 2 cups of tea. Bacon and hash brown potatoes dripping in grease,pancake fairly rubbery . Not recommended for anyone with heart condition Excessive charges for mediocre food.!

Best fresh food I tried in Brockville! I enjoyed everything in my meal everytime I had breakfast or brunch. A lot of options to choose and try. I am vegetarian so I only tried veg dishes but loved all of them like Cinnamon pancakes, Chocolate banana pancakes, Banana bread, Avovado toast, fries, topical mango smoothie. The staff and management is very friendly. Must try if you are in Brockville!

We went out for a late brunch because none of us had tried Stacked before we really wanted to give it a try. We had an amazing experience! The service was fantastic, efficient, and super kind, and the food was phenomenal! We LOVED the bacon especially. We will definitely be returning soon, especially to this location

Food was good, service and atmosphere as well. Do not come during certain hours in morning as its super busy and hard to get seated. Overall second visit was better than first so will see if it continues to improve

Two of us walked into the establishment at 1:30. There maybe only three tables in use in the establishment and one of which was paying. We say down at a table and removed out jackets when a server came over to say the section was closed and told us we could sit in the very next booth beside the one we had just sat down at. So we moved, then a server came to give us a menu. She proceeded to say next time we come please wait to be seated. Hmm ok nobody in the place but wow. Then she took our drink order and I ordered a water with Lemon. Sorry no lemon she replied. Strike three we left. Ended up at your competitors place where we sat where we wanted. Just walked in and sat down and guess what? Water with lemon, no problem. Thank you Sunset!!!

This is the first restaurant I have been to in 4 years, I have celiac disease, I was very nervous about cross contamination and getting sick, the French thats was delicious, and perfectly fine, I will definitely be back. Thank you for giving me a great place to eat!!!!!

Food tasted salty not good at all

I have frequent this breakfast house about 7 times in the last 2 months. The food is okay. Service is great to average depending on who is serving you. Long wait at the front door. Many servers passed by, going to the tables ignoring the front door, avoiding eye contact, or any type of acknowledgment. Once seated service was okay. Coffee served promptly, ordered Steak and eggs. Blue rare with a side of hollandaise sauce. Meal came at a good pace. However, Steak came at best medium to medium well. Server took about 5 minutes to do her check. I pointed out my overcooked steak was not blue rare. She said there was no way for her to do a blue rare steak. She offered another steak. I declined, the restaurant had gotten busy, and it would have taken too long and without the hope of being cooked properly. My table was totally avoided until I flagged the server for the check. Besides my first cup of decaffeinated coffee, I did not get offered anymore refills. I got my bill. I left no tip. No manager or supervisor visit the table. Nor any other type of compensation was done. I ordered the same meal in 3 occasions, my steak was properly cooked the second visit. On the first time I ordered, and cooked wrong, promptly a discount was provided without asking. The staff apathy towards the customers at the door is palpable and must be addressed. I have visited this store 8 times since it opened for business. In all other occasions, the food was good, yet the service would have been great, if it wasnt for the door wait.

Excellent! Everything was excellent! Wonderful service, smiling and friendly staff. The restaurant was clean and very busy. The food was amazing! Perfectly cooked eggs and omelets. Even the bathroom was clean. We will most likely be back the next time we come to Brockville!

I had saw this place when i was looking for a breakfast restaurant. This one caught my eye because of its great reviews, and it did not disappoint. Service was lightening fast, and the food was great. Prices were also somewhat reasonable. I recommend this place for anyone who is in the Brockville area

This is by far my absolute favourite place for breakfast! Such an amazing addition to Brockville. I live in Prescott and make the trip to Brockville just to eat here. The food is so good, the bacon is my favourite! Prices are definitely affordable! The customer service is outstanding, they show so much compassion and even remembered me from the last time I was there which was over a month ago! I have nothing but great things to say about this breakfast house, keep up the amazing work!

Food was standard chain restaurant fair, but tasted fine. These guys havent even had their grand opening yet, every table was packed! First time here. The food was great, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Im definitely going back.

I ordered waffles with the chocolate banana caramel topping option, but asked if they could leave out the chocolate, they said yes. Then they came to tell me the kitchen accidentally added the chocolate sauce, and asked if Id like new waffles to which I said yes. When they first brought our food out they had forgotten the caramel, so they briefly sent it back. When my food returned it looked good, but I noticed some brown on my plate. I turned over my waffles to see that they still had chocolate sauce on them, as did my bacon. ALSO, it appeared that the whipped cream was not real whipped cream, but was in fact whipped topping, similar to cool whip.

Spectacular breakfast with lots of choices. Entire family approved. Everything was cooked to perfection.

Went with 4 other people (5 people total) and the bill came to 80 dollars which was $16 each person. Good pricing by far. Staff were real friendly and made sure everybody were doing good, food was good just breakfast sausages could have some flavour. I highly recommend going here for breakfast. On my top 3 good breakfast places in Brockville. Parking: Located at 1000 Islands Mall which parking is shared with stores around so many places to park. Kid-friendliness: Lots of kids were there. They do have kids friendly foods that are not large portions like the express.

Everything was excellent. It was my first time at this restaurant. It was busy when we got there and were asked to wait for 30 mins. We got text after 30 mins. Table was ready and food was served quickly. Our server Nicole checked few times if food was good and was super nice. We will be back next time.

Update: The waitress actually contacted me on Facebook and blamed me for getting in trouble for the service she provided. Which is super creepy and unprofessional. Im sad that the restaurant is shifting blame to her for the majority of the issues being with the restaurant and they should take responsibility for my experience. ---Original review---- Do not eat here. The tables are not properly cleaned. Wait staff are not trained and food is sub par. I was charged 1.59 for a water. The waffles are dry and do not taste like they are freshly made in house. I had to wait 20 minutes for my bill and the server never came to ask us how our meal was going or if we needed anything. I will never come back.

I have been here two times now, once dine in and the second take out. Generally speaking the food is very very good, but both times I have went there were small concerns. The time I ate in, I got breakfast with waffles, the waffles were heavy and doughy instead of light and fluffy and even in some bites I bit painfully into little hard chunks, like batter that was blended improperly. I ended up leaving the waffles on the plate but because the service was great and the rest of the food was more than adequate I didnt say anything. This take out order I did today was a Meatlovers breakfeast and the food is amazing! I am certain I was supposed to get 3 over easy eggs, and for some random reason there was only 2, hardly a big deal but I thought I should mention it. To be honest I only write this review because I tried to call the shop a few times, for no other reason to find out if my assumption that there was supposed to be three eggs was wrong or right, but no one will answer it. Other than these things, the food is great and its worth going back even in these minor circumstances.

The food is delicious, but some may find some of their options are far too sweet. Others feel like the portions are too small for the price. Their smoothies are delicious, however. When it comes to service, it depends on how your waitress is. For example, yesterday we had a young lady who was quite attentive and friendly. But on our previews visit, we had an older lady who wouldnt let us take a bite before asking if everything was OK? Over and over and over again. Overall, its a good place to eat at.

I have been to this location multiple times since it has opened and have been thoroughly impressed. The wait staff are very courteous and efficient. I had a waitress named Chantel and she was great! Strongly recommend.

Amazing food the first time I ate here. The last several times the quality of the food has been subpar. Hashbrowns and peameal bacon tasted as if they were made hours before they were served. Do better.
