My son’s outdoor wedding was catered by Brockberry recently. Approximately 70 guests. They catered the dinner, and the next morning brunch. The meal was fabulous. The staff was very professional, attentive, courteous. Everything went very smoothly. Thank you so much for adding to this special day !
Deborah and I hired the Brockberry with only three weeks before our wedding. Josie and the team were amazing, they worked with us on menus and special dietary needs until we had it correct. They offered tables and chairs which worked out great for the amount of people we were allowed during COVID Restrictions. The Food was perfect, the correct amount and on time, the best part on our busy day was that we did not have to wash any dishes, they picked it all up the next morning. Thank you so much for making our day special!
Very nice short term accommodation in Brockville. Suite 2 is spacious and has a fully-equipped kitchen. As an added bonus, the restaurant below has some amazing fried chicken!
Amazing food and has a little shop for fun cooking sauces and such that you don't always see. We ordered their smaller platter for 2, this can feed easily 4 but made for an amazing leftover meal for 2.
Very pleasant staff. Great lunch! A small area to purchase frozen foods and condiments. For a lovely lite lunch this is the place. Had the seafood crepe and salad. Very good and they did not skimp on the seafood. Quick service for a Friday. Moderate $$.
Came with some frienes for a later lunch but still in time for Brunch on the weekend. I had the pulled pork brunch platter which was outstanding. I will come back many times to try everything else. The fries were amazing, and my friend was very happy with the grilled veggie pita. Someone else had the brisket - among the best Ive ever had. Definitely give this place a try!!
I can't praise this establishment enough. Best brisket l've ever had. Great beans, mac n cheese, ribs... We had a group of 5 and everyone was pleased with their meal. Very friendly server. We even met the cook who took us out back to see the smoker. Thanks for a great experience... We'll be sure to visit again.
My wife and I just had dinner there - wow! Julian was quite possibly the best, nicest server ever. The atmosphere was very pleasant. The food was phenomenal!!! I had a 10 oz rib eye with a creamy gorgonzola sauce, marbled mashed potatoes, and garlic green beans along with flash fried salt and pepper calamari with a lemon aioli - absolutely incredible. Even the green beans were prepared perfectly! Seriously, I will be going back, and if you haven't been, I strongly suggest you remedy that.
I have stopped by different times...they are always closed. I stopped by today. October 8 and they are closed due to Thanksgiving...A resturant closed on the holidays...I will not make anymore attempts at eating here.
Had took home some brisket, cheesy cauliflower and a potatoe dish. Phenomenal, great price, absolutely amazing staff, had a fun chat while figuring out what to order.

Nice place to stop for lunch or pick something up to take home. Lots of meal to go selections. Lunch menu is delicious. Friendly staff/owners and clean atmosphere.

World class service, food and ambiance. I will be back and next time I will be checking out the rest of the lovely town of Brockville. There s alot of history there...apparently the first railway tunnel in Canada is there. Thank you from the bus driver of the German group that you so beautifully hosted last night September 26 2019:)

Extremely rude service and awful food. It was the smallest plate of calamari I have ever scene. Complained about it and the server rudely said that it is what it is.
A little bit of a roll of the dice in this one, some meals are amazing and some are total let downs...
Very good food at reasonable price. We had chicken casadias and chicken and broccoli crepe. The salad with poppy seed dressing was excellent, with mandarMa oranges, seeds, nuts and raison.

I was visiting from Nova Scotia and had tthe seafood crepe last week.Pleasant waitress told me itwas one of their most popular dishes with JUMBO shrimp, scallops and crab in it. It contained NONE of the above. Shrimp was baby shrimp, hardly visible. Scallops were actually SKATE FISH which are punch out microscopic donut holes from skate fish wings which is actually from the ray fish family.CRAB was crab flavored pollock. I talked to the waitress who was very friendly and smiled through it all, but I got the feeling that she couldnt care less.I asked to speak to the manager or owner, but she told me that neither were available.I emailed the owner on the business card that the waitress had given me to give her an opportunity to respond but since she didnt, I decided to go public. Lesson Learned: Maritimers should kno better than to order fis in Ontario. Would never eat their again !

We went as a small group of 4 the BBQ was very good as well as the sovlaki wrap the butter milk chicken was not very tasty and the vegetables soup was overpowered with peppers; the young lady who served us was very friendly and helpful

On the sign out front it said feature beef fajitas with BBQ rice grilled Vegetables and pno de galo soup curried I totally got robbed I received beef and fajita bread and all they wanted to do was give me desert for robbing me the waitress didnt even explain to us what she had on feature I read it on the sign out front and overheard the other waitress nor did she come ask us how our food was totally a rip off restaurant hwy robbery well not be back for another rip. R.I.P.
The ribs, pulled pork and brisket were really good; so were the chicken lollipops, but the reason this place gets 5 stars instead of just 4 is the amazing sides that come with the combo. Thank you, spinach dip! Thank you, coleslaw! You just pushed that review over the 4-star bar!

We recently hosted an event at the Brockberry Cafe with about 20 guests in total. Brockberry was a fabulous venue - the food was delicious, the service was excellent. It was a successful evening, thanks to the dedication of Josie and her team. Hats off to Brockberry.

Came to Brockville for a wedding and was underwhelmed with the selection of hotels in the area based on their reviews. Found the Brockberry cafe and decided to give it a shot based on price and location. I WAS NOT DISAPPOINTED!! Staff was incredibly friendly, rooms were clean and comfortable, location was perfect! I had been recommended by a local to try a brockberry cafe so we ordered one to our room. It came quick and was absolutely delicious. I will without a doubt stay at the brockberry everytime I am in brockville.
I was referred by a local motel and had high expectations for Brockberry. I was disappointed with my meal although the soup was very good. We both ordered a gourmet burger for $13 bucks each and it was as tough as nails. The bun was also 2 or 3 days old (not fresh at all). When we brought that to the attention of the waitress she said that these are the buns the owner wants to serve. After we complained about it we received the cold shoulder for the rest of our stay. Our tip reflected our disappointment. If you want a good dinner experience, dont go to Brockberry Cafe!
