Very rude. They will not allow Tesla chargers to use the restrooms. Best to keep going to Cornwall and go to the Tim Hortons there.

So lazy they closed the skip app at 9:06pm and there store before 10pm what a joke was ordering till they did this unexpectedly

Ordered a meal deal but dont like hpe little food comes in it. Loved that it cane with a small sundae and the service was great!

Nice clean restaurant. The food is what you expect from DQ. They were very under-staffed to handle to crowd the had (two staff on counter, one in kitchen, line up of 6 people in restaurant).

Im disappointed in June it closes at 9:00 p.m.

they all seem to be caught up into he drive through that they dont pay attention to the actual customers.

Worst DQ experience ever. They put out the fries 10 minutes ahead of the rest of the order. They were stone cold. The milkshake cup was covered in sloped milkshake and was just a sticky gross mess.

In and out quickly, food is always the same as expected, yummy chicken strip.

I noticed that they seemed to be a bit short-staffed. My order was mistakenly placed incorrectly on three occasions, but the staff were doing their utmost to keep up with the demands of what was clearly a very busy day. I would certainly consider returning if I am in the area again.

Four of us went Wednesday night had 4 ice cream 3 of 4 threw them in the garbage the icecream was off in consistency something was definitely not right Under staffing also tryed 2 tell someone but got avoided I threw them out and left Also bathroom key for mens washroom being handled then back to food by worker not cool Get a buzzer so everyone isnt handling same key

I ordered at Chicken Burger at drive through on Feb 28/24. I didnt eat until I got home. What a surprise. It was the worse burger ever. Cold You could tell it was sitting for awhile it was so dry and discusting. Threw it out. I wouldnt even give that to my dog.You definatley dont get what you pay for . I will never return to this place again and will let others know. How disappointing.

Food not fresh and a 15 min wait in line not fun

My fiancé and I had an ice cream craving and after watching a TikTok of DQs secret menu we hopped in the car right away. We really noticed how great the team worked together and when we ordered cupcake in a cup off the secret menu. staff hadnt heard of it before, so we went with our regular order.. To our surprise the team tried to put one together for us to share, It was Fantastic! Thank you so much !

Honestly, just avoid this location at all costs. I previously had a bad experience here about a year ago, and finally decided to return for the first time to order an ice cream cake. The first staff member grabbed an order form for us but then had to take an order on the drive thru. No big deal. She never came back and countless staff just kept looking at us, unwilling to assist us. We spent about 20 minutes in an empty restaurant waiting for assistance before going to Cowans Dairy. We walked out of Cowans with a super awesome cake and great customer service.

Terrible service time literally got our blizzard after five minutes and by the time we got our three sandwiches the blizzard that is supposed to be thick enough you can turn it upside down was literally liquid.

You expect your feet to stick to the floor at a strip club. Not at a restaurant. Food was mediocre. But the price was decent. EDIT: I don t know how being repulsed by all the junk on the floor and the mediocre food translates to having a good time. Cost: You lost another star.

Ordered a *medium* chocolate sundae for my son... paid over $7 for literally one scoop of soft serve w some chocolate sauce and peanuts. Absolutely a rip off. It was a portion for a 5 yr old!! My son and I will not be back!! I can go somewhere else and get two quality double scoop ice cream cones for that price!!!

While standing at the counter waiting to be served I notice three employees at the driver-through (no one in the in or at the driver through) and one in the kitchen. Not one person acknowledged me or came to the counter, after 8 minutes I left the store. Hope the employee enjoyed the ice cream that they were tasting and then through in the bin! All I wanted was an ice cream. 2020 - All things considered, (covid-19) service is quite good. Only the drive through is open.

These folks need to learn to turn OFF their Open sign when they are closed. It s always on. They are always closed early. Guess the staff want to get home.

You can t really go wrong with DQ soft serve. I also find the students working the drive through are always really friendly.

There was a woman serving at the counter that walked away when people were deciding what they wanted and didn t come back(despite the line of people). The guy that finally decided to take our order messed up all the orders ahead of us and a few after us. He also didn t give the cups for our drinks. I m not sure if he s new or should maybe work in another part of the store. It took a VERY long time to get our food. It seems that all the attention was being payed to the drive through and barely any payed to the lobby. If I were the manager I d be pretty concerned about how the way the store is run.

BROCKVILLE Wow, has Dairy Queen ever gone down Hill I went in a couple of days back and I saw a new assistant manager and its the same one that I stopped at Walmart and asked for a receipt and he got upset and threatened me and my co-worker. We had to call a manager. I cant believe that Dairy Queen would allow such a person to work around young employers or the public unsupervised and to be placed with such responsibilities n trust very disappointing.

Soft ice cream at DQ is always creamy, and none of those ice particles you get from other soft serve facilities. Although the staff seemed to be unfamiliar with what orders consisted of. Service seemed slow, distracted and cumbersome. My cone was to be medium sized, but was very generous, seemed somewhat over- sized (not a complaint whatsoever !) Drink cups had to be asked for, as forgotten.

Stopped to get ice cream cake for daughters b day. Got the one with cookie dough, sad to say she did not like it. She wanted the original one Food

The lady who took our order was very friendly and fast with our order. The establishment was very clean. The food was hot and delicious.

Ordered two small strawberry cheesecake blizzards and one small Reese s pieces cookie dough blizzard. Both of the strawberry blizzards came with one singular cheesecake chunk and the other blizzard had two chunks of cookie dough. Super unimpressed and a waste of money.

I havent had DQ for years and was really looking forward to it. It was terrible. We ordered chicken fingers with onion rings and a mushroom triple burger, also with onion rings. The half order of onion rings that we did receive were undercooked and clearly sat under a heatlamp for hours. They forgot an order of onion rings and forgot the dipping sauce. After $30.69, I requested a receipt... 3 times. It was all disgusting.

We stopped in Brockville for some icecream on a road trip and the young girl working the pick up window offered my dogs some ice cream too - and they loved it! The ice cream and blizzards were awesome. Service was quick and friendly and to the girl working the window - Thank you for making our experience at Brockvilles Dairy Queen amazing and one we wont forget! 7:00pm(ish) on June 30th was when we went threw.

I presume this is where the ill-mannered high school bebes go when they are turned down everywhere else within a 50km radius for summer employment? Anyhow enjoy your ice cream here but dont expect quality service. * Anyone who knows my reviews knows that service has to be pretty low level for anything less then 4 stars * We wont be back at this location again, went almost daily for 3 weeks straight after work for a cold drink. 6 bucks a day 20 days a month this hundred and twenty bucks will be happy elsewhere. I go frequently and buy a Turtles blizzard and today my Turtles blizzard had no pecans. Seems like it was a Rolo? I took it back up and the girl who made it said unless you ask for pecans separately thats what you get .First time for this. I accepted her explanation not wanting to dispute it but the menu doesnt state that and it was even more annoying to go back to my table and listen to her telling her coworker that I was a whiner. May have to find somewhere else to spend my money.

The staff here is SO amazing! They had a line in drive thru and inside but they didnt seem stressed and got everyone taken care if in a timely manner with great attitudes. Hope their manager appreciates them. The burgers were good, loved the onion rings and I do not regret trying the Hot Coco and oreo blizzard. Thanks for a great experience!!!

Dairy Queen in Brockville has great food and wonderful workers although I will say that the upkeep and cleaning of the public areas is not 100% The bathroom is never fully cleaned, and even when it appears to be clean it looks like it could use a Reno desperately. The floor area where you sit to eat is the same although it is always clean, it is time for a bit of an update. The kids from the local school also use this restaurant during lunch break, and they can be unruly, so if you are looking for quiet, I would avoid that time as it can be quite loud and busy during the lunch hour. In all it is a good place to eat, or grab take out at least. Staff is friendly, and service is fast, but I dont eat in the restaurant.

Im sorry.i dont usually badmouth anything but today i decided to get my favaurite burger and onion rings....the burger was a swiss mushroom but it basically was a cheese burger with two mushrooms on it...the onion rings on the top of the box were so over cooked i was afraid i would chip a tooth but the two on the bottom were cooked perfectly..very disappointing as i was looking forward to my meal...on a brighter note the staff was friendly

A few weeks ago we ordered 2 4 pc. chicken dinners with ranch dip. the chicken was Ok but the fries tasted like theyd been reheated under the heat lamp. Service was slow and staff was snippy, too. Today we tried again, this time both the fries and the chicken were disgusting. Fries were warm, not hot, and the chicken was over cooked and tough. Certainly not worth the money. We wont be back to this DQ but we will continue to patronize the DQ close to us, in Gananoque, they are the best DQ anywhere.

Great place to work and our drive thru is open till 11pm.and we are open for take out and DINING IN 4 TO A TABLES AND MUST WEAR MASKS TILL SEATED AT TABLE 8 IN LINE FROM DOOR TO CASH AND 32 SEATING ACCEPTED ON DINING TILL 10PM AND DRIVE THROUGH TILL 11PM But come enjoy you favorite treat anytime 6 feet is enforced. But great and quick service. Bathrooms are open for use. Stay safe everyone .

Passing by, while visiting for a cruise with my girlfriend. We wanted to try the place as it was serving more than just ice cream. They forgot to add the honey-mustard dipping sauces with the chicken strips . Come on guys !!!! We had burgers and fries too (the 2 for 5$ cheeseburger lovers). At least the burgers were medium and garnished ! Messed up packaging too of the order in the bag. I didn t ask for much, seriously. I had to open the bag while 10 km away to find out !!!!! Eating dry chicken strips without any sauce is the worse with dry fries. Not doing 500 km again just for that nope Other places do much much better with less. Time to train the team !!!! Frankly, need more organization. You owe me sauces, people !!!! My girlfriend was disappointed too

Ok the food and service were great. But I must say that the music is beyond loud in the customer area. We have been here probably 4 times now and its always beyond loud. Maybe its a tactic to chase us out? The only reason we stop here enroute to Montreal is because fuel puts us in thus range from Toronto. Maybe time to change.

Super super slow, just waited 20 minutes in the drive through for one burger and a mini blizzard, even though there were only 2 cars ahead of me. Food was okay. Staff is extremely rude, rushed us to order then was rude when we went to pay. Extremely disappointing as DQ is a favorite place of mine. Will not be coming back.

I want to mostly say thank you to this location. I was the last customer allowed to walk in to the store front for the day. Not even 5 min after i was out a transport showed up and the driver had his son with him. After not being able to enter nor go threw the drive thru. A employee came out and told them to walk up to the drive threw to order. I tip my hat to them for this. Thank you for being considerate to truckers.

Nice treat

We ordered a cake online on July 24th for August 7th. When we showed up to pick it up, they said they never got our order. The entire interaction led to drive thru delays for everyone. Do not order a cake online - it is probably best to call the store.

The slowest drive thru ever! Food is cold and every $$$. But the ice cream section is great.
