Kudos to Brockville McDonalds My hubby and I were going through the drive thu and seen a family with a birthday banner and bringing a cake in Great staff this evening 12/15/24 5:15 pm

Average service. Normal fair like all other Mcdonalds. Cleaned often.

I was in the drive thru and I was talking to one of the workers and at first the service was alright but then she got annoyed at me if I asked a question twice by accident. I recently got into a car crash and it messed with my brain and her behaviour did not help. Then when I pulled up Bianca filthy looked my children in the back. DO NOT COME HERE!!

Please clean your bathroom

I have a bunch of points I wanted to redeem, but the drive thru attendant said my code was invalid . I just went through yesterday and had no issues. Asked her to scan it instead of typing it in, she says my scanner s not charged, I don t know what to tell you ?? Too lazy to plug the scanner in and scan my code, I left and went to Tim Hortons instead.

Yet again... 3rd time. Simple order, 2 filets, 2 fries. Get home and shorted on an order of fries. Photo attached. Whovever is filling the counter orders needs to dbl check their orders. This time just fries but last few its been orders of nuggets , burgers leaving someone without a meal. Mgmt needs to talk to the staff from tonight. Pretty sure you can trace from the slip the culprit. And not worth going back to get filled. 2 stars sorry Parking: Dangerous 1 drive through closed so cars blocking parking or driving in wrong directions. Pure chaos

The coffee is always good here.

Im from Montreal and this McDs was like traveling back to the 2000s. Place was clean, staff was polite, smiling and attentive and the food was fresh and prepared with care. I dont think I experienced something like this in the last 15 years living in a big city.

Very slow service. Forgot the straws, shorted the order.

Absolutely fantastic staff, mostly adults unlike Toronto where all employees are kids. Many thanks to kindness and understanding of the staff.

Been a regular here for 4 years however this is the third time over the past few months that my burrito combo was shorted the Salsa packets. Store confirmed I dont have to ask for them so some work needed checking orders as Ive seen other comments here about items missing.

Super slow location with motivated staff.

Ive eaten there a couple of times in the past and enjoyed the food and the inside tables towards the back of the restaurant with comfy chair seating and they have a large clean washroom.... Now Im not up to l to date on the burgers for current recommendation, however I love love their chocolate milkshakes!! Whenever Im close by, I will request to go through the drive thru ( **even though its a bit tricky to maneuver your vehicle around the corner to the windows,) to get a milkshake. Ive never had a bad experience with their icecream. Good place for kids too. This one on Parkdale is always busy, especially on Saturdays. I give it a 4 out if 5 stars.

I love fast food and McDonalds has always been my favourite.

It was 3:56 am date 24 august in the morning i am truck driver. I parked my truck on the road and went on to pick a coffee as i always do but the girl rejected to serve me as she said you just cant walk thru in the drive thru and order like i explained i have big long hual truck i cant bring it drive thru but she closed down the window on me. The girl on window was ready to serve but the girl working inside came and said its against the rules you just cant walk thru i mean this is the first mcd location who said this

Dirty washroom. Napkin rations, only 2 for 4 people. Drinks felt quite diluted. Food was OK.

I went for drive thru. It wasnt busy since they have double lanes. Since it was mobile order, it was quick to pass by. Staff greeted friendly. Ensured everything was given prior to leaving. Order was received right. I recommend this location.

Its a McDonalds, theyre all pretty much the same, but the service here was great! I love ordering from he touch screens. Lots of parking too!

I order through the app and they prepare the food really fast. There was no mistake on the order. The burger and fries were more salty than other McDonalds. The restaurant was clean. Kid-friendliness: There is a kid playing area in the restaurant with an eating section there also.

Everytime I order extra sauce, I never get it, feel ripped off everytime I pay for something and dont receive what I pay for. I think Im done with McDonalds from this point on.

Have not been back for a few years, because of bad experiences. Went over the last couple of weeks, as a couple and with the grandkids and we have been pleasantly surprised by how much nicer and cleaner this location is now. It even smells cleaner than before. Met the owner today and she went above and beyond to help us with something we needed help with and had a nice chat at the same time. Looking forward to going again soon!

The have no pluggins if u need to charge ur phone and the wifi sucks wont allow u to call out on apps like text now and the toys in the happy meals arent really toys anymore and the playgrounds suck compared to the old days but hey i guess in this day and age what can u expect from macdonalds

Stopped for a bite on the way to Ottawa. Kids loved the inside playground. Good stretch for them before getting back into the car.

Cold fries consistently. Careless staff

We ordered two small combos which come with a small drink. Without asking us the young lady automatically upgraded our drink to med. This cost 2 seniors on a fixed income an extra 60 cents on the meal. I know it isnt much but we budget to allow ourselves one meal out/mth. That money would have contributed to something else. Watch and check your bill.

Have never had a good experience here. Staff are always rude, food is always messed up and cold. Not to mention the young lady working in drive thru hanging out the window to use a vape in someone s car ahead of me. Very disappointing.

Zero Stars. Zero Stars. Zero Stars. We are travelling from out of province and wanted to sit down and eat. But the service was the worst I have ever received. We were there 10-15 minutes before close and they refused to let us eat inside. They told us even if we were still eating our food at closing time they would not let us finish and kick us out. Very bad behaviour they don t know how to talk with customers managers are very rude with their staff. They guys always target to new comers especially students and doing racism with them stay away from them.

Tried to get the McRib but stopped serving at 11!. Bring something back on a limited time than only serve it on a limited time! Wow!!!

The food is expensive. Its not cleaned properly. And anytime we go with the kids the play area is closed or just closing. Just this week we walk in and the woman that was cleaning said 5 minutes left of play and it closes for cleaning. It was just before 7 pm. She proceed to lock the door and go in to do almost nothing with a rag. The entire reason we went there was for the play area. Waste of money and time.. There are cheaper and more flavorful burger places in town.

843pm on a Wed night, took 20 min for a big Mac and small fry, also the bottom bun was in the middle of the Mac and the center one on the bottom. There were only a total of 3 orders on the screen and we were dining in.

I will not give a review for the service because there is no service at this McDonald s and I m not gonna stop here with my complaint or review. I am also going to phone their head, office, McDonald s Canada, and make a complaint about that particular franchise and that s what everyone should do so that they will all be fired and rehired good people good staff. I feel that the employers are responsible for the staff if they re not treated properly then that s going to show with the customers.

Horrible this blonde older lady was giving me trouble about refills saying they don t do refill she is rude multiple customers have complained about her she was yelling at this woman and her kids same day I was there cuz the kid cup broke open at bottom so she used her water cup with permission and the lady yelled at her and even swore at her and the manager was being rude also she s crosseyed very rude stuck up for the blonde older lady when all the woman did was pour the broken kid cup into her water cup and a worker said she could no one says u can t do refill now all sudden they say so didn t have to be that rude I hope hat manager is fired she was swearing and mouthing at this woman with her little kids there and she told the manager she was recording her and the manager kept going being rude fire her

they over complicated the ordering process and did not get our simple order correct

By very far the dirtiest McDonald s I ever visited with my kids. Men bathroom were filthy with urine on the floors in front of each bowl and the kids par all tables were sticky and very obvious haven t been cleaned in more then a day, floors from corners to corners were greasy and dirty. I usually don t complain but I can assure you this place was very very very dirty.

Saw the owners son get special treatment after treating everyone around him like trash including co-workers and customers alike. When I asked a manager what was up I was told that is the owners son and I should try not to get served by them next time.

When you order a Big Mac and A Kids Meal and realize the meat patty is the same. Not a great deal for the money you pay.

service was good but the fries look like they were reheated in the fryer and they were ice cold and very hard 2/3 burgers were good but the other one was really bad. the manager should refrain from speaking bad about staff infront on customers.

I like using the McDonalds App to order food for curbside pickup. It is quick and convenient.

I haven t had any real issues with the service in the last few years, prior years is a different story but the hours are all over the place. Sometimes closed at 10, 11, later? I went at 10:30 and the drive thru was closed despite the hours being until 11. I ve heard the issue is due to staffing but make it easier for the staff and change the hours to close earlier so it s consistent. Edit: Mobile orders are never correct from this place so be sure to double check and good luck getting a refund.

My wifes chicken sandwich was extremely overdone, like a dark thick piece of leather. Youd think someone would realize something was wrong. I guess whoever made the sandwich wasnt paying attention or didnt care. She took the sandwich back, and to avoid receiving another charred chicken, she asked for a Big Mac instead. You would think if a customer has a valid issue with their order the staff would want to remedy it right away. Nope it took a long time to get the replacement sandwich. There was no sense of urgency at all. My wifes fries were cold by the time she returned from the front counter. As we were leaving, my daughter wanted to try the new McFlurry. I ordered it and a couple apple pies. The kiosk I used didnt give me a receipt (Im guessing it was out of paper). We waited for about 15 minutes to get our desserts. The apple pies were cold, and McFlurry cup was just over half full and looked like whoever made it simply did not care. Already frustrated and ready to get back on the road, we took our desserts and left. The lack of attention and subpar service and products were troubling. Do better!

Not opened when advertised

I would have ranked it higher if my McDonalds app gave me as good a deal as my husbands! My grandson enjoyed the indoor playground. Kid-friendliness: Indoor playground is fun. Staff member handed out an activity pack.

They good area for kids to play.

The fact that I have to wait 13 minutes for a god damned ice cream cone is horrible, not too mention the fact that the owner kicked me out while I was waiting for my ice cream cone saying I was just hanging out there. Oh btw I work there too so that s nice to know that s how they treat staff.

Be really nice if the only 24hours McDonalds in town was ACTUALLY OPEN 24 HOURS!!! Nothing more annoying then to drive 15 minutes at 230am to find out its not open.... why is there 24 hours signs all over the place IF ITS NOT OPEN 24 HOURS!!!!

The actual place is nice and has a very nice and tall play area for kids. No shoes in the play area obviously. We did a quick stop during our drive from Toronto to Montréal and it was very helpful location wise. Kid-friendliness: Nice play area in the park. Food is allowed on the side there as well.

staff can be heard fussing about customers and orders, and complaining about people coming in 15-20 minutes prior to 10pm, despite online saying they close at 11pm. can hear how are people still getting in, i swear to god and it s literally 10 can i go home now? as well as various other things, loud enough for customers to hear too. we wouldn t have come 10 minutes before close, but it s not our fault that online states a different closing time. very unprofessional to be complaining to that extent. orders were wrong as well. sorry y all had a hard night but it s not our fault.

Good, fresh food. There are plenty of empty seats. The service was okay - two items were kissing from our order. The bathrooms, however, were not so clean and had an unpleasant smell.

Missing 3 cheese burgers when I got home im so mad

Food order was wrong for everyone, 4 people. Had to go back up to re order rest of food we didnt get. Milkshakes were small when ordered medium and charged for medium. Wait time horrible. Cashier really couldnt understand us. Over charged for sure since she didnt put things as a meal as we specified.

Brought grandkids here for a late lunch. Food service was fast..sadly a child dropped their drink in play area and staff walked over spill, past it , and beside it several times never placing the wet floor sign over it or wiping it up. Eventually I got tired of seeing this and placed the wet floor sign over it myself to prevent children or caregivers from slipping and falling. Not impressed by the lack of concern for the children or adults in the area by staff

Was not impressed with the portions for a poutine over $5

I went to this location yesterday and got a 2-pack of the mini donuts. I got back to the car and noticed that one of the donuts was completely FROZEN. I went back in and asked for a manager, assuming it was an accident. The girl who claimed she was the manager did not even offer an apology, was not surprised, and acted like it was completely normal. She told me yeah we only had one so she must have gone to the back and grabbed one from the freezer. Did you want a different one?. Without a grunt of acknowledgement for how wrong this was, I then said dont give a customer frozen food and the manager gave me an annoyed oookay, smirked, and said nothing else. Ive worked at McDonalds twice in my life and NEVER would this have been acceptable or met with anything less than the most sincere apology. If this didnt even elicit surprise from the manager, I dont even want to know what else they do at this location. I tried calling the location today to speak with the store manager and you cant even get through when you call.
