Good burger and fries large portions and there is ice cream around the same price as mcdonalds but for actual food.

Best putine ever. This is my first time coming to eat here, we celebreling our 3rd anniversary, and we decide to come to the cruise island. And we stop to get something to eat. The cassier was helpful. I choose chicken Ceasars poutine and my husband get bacon poutine. I love it love it love it. I hope they had one in Ottawa too

My wrap was sogy and there was barely any meat on it. I said no mushrooms and there was a few in it so that makes me think its not clean in the kitchen. My son was happy with his food . They have ice cream now and slushies and Boba . The eating area was clean.

I went today to pick up diner and when we got back home, the pogo was burned. Why would you serve that to a customer, throw it in the garbage and make a new one but dont send your customer away with over cooked or burned food. Not good for business. I did get a new one and the rest of the food was ok.

Employees are too busy to take your order. Rude! Edit: I was there Saturday around 1pm. Stood there forever. Your staff refused to take my order, so I left. Service : 1/5

Every time I order from Karras whether in person, over the phone, or through delivery apps they always ensure everything is hot, fresh, & accurate. I have never had a mix up in food like other fast food spots. My husband loves their Gyros, I love their Philly Cheesestake poutine & my dad loves their double burgers. The fries are always cooked to perfection & the staff are always friendly! This place is my go to for Slush, and now? My go to for their incredible selection of milkshakes. Hands down one of the best spots in Brockville for delicious lunch or dinner items!

We tried it and we loved it. Food was amazing. Actual burgers and actual fries(I had to add salt but that s my preference). The staff was amazingly friendly and more than willing to help as we had no idea what we were doing haha. Great prices and friendly service. Had the combo with poutine, drink, and hot dog. The hot dog tasted just like the steamed ones you get in Montreal which was great. The poutine was also really good and the fries were perfect. My only complaint/ recommendation would be when someone is dining in dont put the lid on the poutine its pointless and only crushes the poutine and melts the curds that much faster!

The food wasn t awful tasting, but the burger patty size was embarrassingly small and it was not very nicely put together. Bun was over microwaved and tough. Not someplace I would come back to.

I ordered a wrap and specified that there would NOT be tomato, biting into a wrap and tasting tomato inside is very upsetting, no one wants to pick out tomato. Please tell your employees to read orders correctly. The bacon on my wrap barely cooked cooked and the meat on my boyfriends burger was SOGGY and UNDERCOOKED.

Karras Burgers and Fries has the old fashioned feel and taste. Poutines and steamies. It smells really good while waiting in line to get your food.

Ive had so many problems getting my order correct here.. but a PINK PATTY is the final straw. Was really hungry, ate most of this in my dimly lit living room , then had a feeling to check my burger...... Hope Im not sick from this later. Its my own fault for going back, but make sure you check your burgers!!!!!

Looking for the best burger in Brockville? Look no further. The Kara s burger has them all beat. Perfect balance of burger to bun to condiments. Leaves them all behind. Forget all the big name burger places. This is the place to go. Did I mention they re great!

GROSS!! Place smelled awful..Staff were rude and unhelpful. Poutine from hell. 25$ for what ?? Cheese tasted abysmal...Burger was tasteless. This cant be the best ff in Brockville. Not even close. Do yourself a favor and go to the Burger King across the street.

I found the staff very friendly and the food was made quickly. The burger was a well made juicy burger, definitely better than fast food. Fries were amazing.

Cheap hot dogs great food and great portions

Our first time here, very disappointed. I thought from all the good reviews that we were in for a treat. Food was fast and hot which was nice. The Smoked meat sandwich was ok . They put the pickles on top of my wrapper so I had to handle them and open my sandwich in the car. We also got a smoked meat poutine which I was excited for. The poutine was completely flavourless. Tasted like a pile of greasy fries. We opted not to finish eating it and go purchase more food elsewhere. Cost a little over 30$. We may give them another shot in the future. Response to owner: Thank you for the response, I have been eating smoke meat in Montreal for years, including Schwarts at least every other month. Never had someone stick my pickles on the wrapper like this. Regarding the grease flavour, generally caused if the fries have been soaking to long or the fryer grease hasnt been changed recently. I guess you were not aware, so I hope it helps. Cheers.

Had a Burger and fries plus a cream soda Dr Pepper. Service was quick,friendly and the food was good.

The value for what you put out is way to expensive, there s like 5 different fast food restaurants around your joint that are better and cheaper and I chose to give you guys a try and you guys did not measure up. The portions were too small for the amount of money it was too greasy and not enough flavour

Philly sub was full of flavour. Fries were well cooked, but quickly became soggy when covered in gravy. Enjoyed me food, but didnt enjoy the high price that I paid for it.

Really friendly staff , totally patient with me changing my mind a couple of times. The menu is just so large! Food was great, burger tasted like it was made with quality beef. My wife had a chicken wrap, that was real chicken breast and quite tender. Onion rings were super good and likely homemade. Didnt like the fries that much, kind of a burnt aftertaste to them. Which possibly could be an end of the day issue. Prices were quite reasonable given the quality of the food. Would definitely be interested in trying some more things on the menu.

If you re driving through town. You can call ahead. The service is super fast friendly and the food is tasty and a good portion. Especially when you consider the price. I was also impressed with the amount of meat on the burgers. Both the chicken and beef. The slushies they have are also a perk. And their menu is available on their FB if you can t find it here. A great pit stop.

Great food and great prices!

Been here about 5 or 6 times now. Love their poutines. Fat boy is one of the best poutines Ive had. Fries are always crispy even after being covered with sauce sbd gravy (which is a quality that is hard to find from most poutine places). Place is clean, service is friendly. No complaints and highly recommend this place.

First time here. I had steamy hot dogs, small fries and gravy. Everything was top notch. I think the pricing was more than competitive. I don t understand why you won t salt the fries. It s always better in my opinion to salt the fries before they are bagged. The oil makes the salt cling to the fries. It s pretty hard to salt the fries correctly if they are in a bag. I will be back for sure

When carnivores die and go to heaven the place that they end up cant be any better than Karras Burgers and Fries. Not only is it the best comfort food in Brockville but the people are nice and theyre continually improving. They recently changed their sub sandwich buns and I swear I hear angels singing every time I take a bite. Coupled with friendly service you cant miss. Ive literally had almost everything on the menu and Ive never left unhappy. Or hungry.

This place is my go-to 365 days a year. Well, I think theyre closed Christmas. Good food, cooked properly. And a vast menu. Their fries and poutines are legendary.

Chip truck styled food in a permanent location which is definitely a hit in the winter. The Chicken Buffalo wrap was delicious, poutine had just a bit too much gravy, but it was delicious cheesey soup.

Made a pit stop here on our way back to Toronto from Mont Tremblant, and im so glad I did! Great place, good prices! Right off the highway, fast service! The smoked meat burger was surperb!! Will come back again!

Reasonably priced, with a good selection of menu items. Food was pretty good, although their fountain drinks are pretty tiny compared to most places. Definitely worth giving this place a try if you are in Brockville.

Good burgers, good price excellant staff, and they make much more than burgers

Absolutely frustrated with the employees. Tonight they missed items and they had the balls to charge an additional amount after they basically stole over 8 dollars plus delivery... my guy basically hopped in his truck and went down and raised hell about it and the lack of accuracy and that they owed me 2 hot dogs and still I have the receipt. I was a extremely loyal customer of Billy Ks but the lack of care concern and accuracy I suggest people to avoid esp on Skip, Sincerely a very angry, frustrated and sad customer. Last day to ever order is today until I get some sort of resort apology, the man who i talked to was very rude and unreasonable. So stealing from peoples wallets and not giving the order asked and paid for is un-nerving!

My best friend & nephew came in over the weekend and got the chicken ceaser wrap, poutine, chicken burger & cheese burger. I d have to say - some of the best food I ve had in a while. Prices are pretty good & quality is amazing. Staff are friendly. Food was so good what we didn t finish, my nephew was quick to make sure it wasn t wasted. We re from Kingston but next time we re in the area we will be coming to billy ks

I love the food. I grew up in Montreal so this place brings me back every time. My wife and I travel from Kingston to eat there. Sadly, last Friday while heading to Montreal, we stopped there and had to eat in the car and use the restroom at petro canada because you were not permitting indoor dining or the use of the washrooms. We look forward to being able to eat indoors and use the washrooms, if needed.

Was there yesterday,I ordered two hot dogs. And a poutine,the hot dogs did not. Have much toppings,on them and not sure. If the cheese on,the poutine was actually curds.

Okay where do I start, well first of all the people are beyond friendly and same of my friends work there and its almost like family there everytime I come in I get greeted with a big smile from the employees, that and its considerably much cheaper then most places that sell fresh food, from your typical burgers to the most extravagant Subs...(better then subway if you prefer Subs with actual flavour over health) you definitely get what you pay for.

Got 2 poutine, 2 fries and a Ceasars salad tonight..poutine gravy was awesome, fries could be cooked a bit more BUT the Ceasars salad- was very boring. Do not spend your $9.95 on it, all you get is lettuce and dressing!! No croutons,no bacon bits no parmeasan cheese

We stumbled upon Karra s Burgers (formerly Billy K) and were pleasantly surprised at the amount of options on their menu. This restaurant gives me permanent chip truck vibes and I am here for it! The portions of Fries were massive and the Karra Burger was the BEST - reminding us of a homemade Big Mac. The staff were super friendly, they opened the door for as many patrons as possible while we were there as well as checked on how we were liking our meal even though it is not a sit down restaurant. We will be stopping here again when we pass through Brockville!

Went here today with my boys (was in town for a baseball tournament). Burgers were fantastic. Great fries and onion rings. Great prices. My 11 year old is convinced it s the best burger he has ever had. I m not sure about that but it s pretty damn great.

Great food and prices. Update.. the review was done when this was Billy Ks diner. Karras, although they kept some menu items and they are the same. Prices have all increased and they removed some of the deals. Still good food just cant go as often due to price increases.

Their food is just... Meh... Not that good. Portions & quality not the best either for price. Burger was burnt and not tasty... My chicken cesar w bacon ... Came w no bacon...crutons Or cheese.... I had to go back to get it after the chef claiming he put the bacon ... It was way tooo mushy/soggy. I paid for mush of lettuce and chicken i politely let them know, i said thanks & left... This review. Theres definitely better places around

Stopped in twice now getting regular fries and and regular hamburger so worth the 10$ .I love the fries and the simple burg more then enough food without overeating. It s a busy place so expect a 10 to 15 min wait for your order. Enjoy

Tried it for the first time this week and my fiancé and I went back two days later for more. We were both impressed by how delicious this place is. The pop curd poutine and the gyro is just absolutely delicious! Probably one of the best spots in town! Plus the staff are very kind :) great experience!

Hands down the very best steamies and poutine in Ontario. Visited last night after not coming for a year, it s changed hands and somehow gotten even better. STOP HERE AND EAT!

My Sister and I went here for lunch today. We both wanted a good homemade burger. We sure werent disappointed. Not only did we get a great burger but their fries were great also. The staff was very friendly and efficient and the prices were also very reasonable. We will come back again.

This has happened one too many times already. I have an allergy to cheese and numerous times I have ordered takeout from this place and have cheese on my burger when I ask specifically for NO CHEESE. I get home and my meal is ruined. Not impressed at all.

Billy ks is the best place to eat in tien for fast quality foods, a very large selection of cuisine to suit all ages , the staff are awesome and very well trained ,professionalism and cleanliness is the first thing one notices in this establishment, I have no problem giving Billy ks a five star .

My husband and I have been here numerous times and we have always enjoyed our meals. I am saddened to say that today was not the best meal. I ordered half smoked meat sub and there was 4 tiny slices on the bun. It was in my estimation 1oz of meat in total and could not taste any of it. Not sure if this is normal at this place or i had someone not trained. But i would ask before you order this item.

Pulled off here to get some fast food on the way home from Montréal. I was going to Popeyes til I spotted this independent burger joint. I made the right choice going in. Best fast food burger I ve ever had in Canada, only thing close would be Shake Shack in USA. My Billy Burger was juicy and cheesy and delicious. Prices were very good too. I got to add a steamie (tasty little hot dog with lots of onions) for like $1.25. If you re passing thru Brockville down the 401, make this your stop. Weber s on Hwy 11, eat your heart out.

Delicious gyro pita and fries (albeit very greasy). I recommend ordering in person since it seems to be faster than skip the dishes for pick up.

Good ol steamies and fries. Hasnt had them in awhile as i live in the GTA. Was in Brockville and decided to stop by for a snack for the road. Had 2 steamies fries and a coke. Satisfying, just like i remember them!

Hit or miss kinda place. Been here before where the food was amazing. Other times I go here and the food is just awful. Recently had one of the worst poutines here. just wish they were consistent. 3 star.

Been here a few times, each time amazing. Brought my nanny home a burger and fries..and trust me she knows burgers and fries as she is 84 years old. She said it was the best she ever had.The billy K sauce is the cherry on top.

My little go-to place for burgers and hot dogs (they fry them up like my Canadian Grannie used to make them) when I travel the Canadian side of the St. Lawrence. I recommend their Michigan hot dogs, such a treat.
