One hour and forty five minutes to get pizza delivered Only to receive a sloppy, cold pizza that tastes disgusting. I tossed it in the garbage and ordered from another pizza place.

Chef took more than expected time to bake the pizzas but they were really made well and perfect. It was 10:30pm and store looked too busy with delivery orders.

I ordered my pizza online as usual, went to pick it up and the place was a zoo. They were not taking customers in the order they were coming into the store. The one guy in the back started calling out orders that were coming right out of the oven. Yet, all of the other orders that were done already on the warmer were sitting there waiting to get picked up. The place was completely disorganized, And once given my pizzas I went home to eat them, not even my pizza!!! I

My friend and I went out for lunch together and decided to get some Domino s, because who doesn t love pizza? We got a medium pepperoni pizza with garlic dipping sauce. The total was $16. The pizza was fresh out the oven and tasted delicious. Employee was kind and gave us an extra box since we needed a smaller one to take home.

No bathroom. We went with our kids and there is a sitting area but not a bathroom. Perhaps they need to put one in the future. There s also no garbage can in the store. To be honest, I don t know why they have a sitting area if they have no bathroom and no garbage can.

Easy to order online. Friendly staff and tasty pizza. Only wish they offered a healthy salad option.

ordered a pizza for a certain time. went to go get it said they didn t have anything under my name or yet the track said it was put through, and cooked. really unhappy. place used to be great before they switched staff

This pizza was well made with an abundance of toppings. I Order from Dominos once a week and find the pizzas and sides to be a great value.

They have new toppings which is great to see. I tried the spinach and roasted red peppers and it was a great change. The people at this location were super friendly and kind and it made it such a great stop on my road trip.

10/10 amazing service from this dominoes. i ordered the brooklyn pepperoni pizza last night. it was absolutely fantastic (cooked by Tyrell -an amazing chef & delivered by mike.) It was so good that i ordered it again tonight and convinced my brother in law to join in. this is the best pizza i ve ever had. a very talented cook & delivered promptly, a really great experience with Tyrell and Mike. (UPDATE) The garlic cheese sticks & the lava cake was to die for. Thank you so much!!

I placed an order very late (12:46 am, yes, I agree, employees are tired and want to go home). But none the less, I m within my right to place an order at this time as per the business hours and policy. When I pulled up to pick up my order at 12:56 am, an employee came to the door and locked it before I even got out of my car. Everyone looked away when I came to the door. This is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous. I did not expect this kind of disrespect from Domino s.

Ordered tonight, took 55 minutes from the time it left the store to go a 6 minute drive... Pizza was ice cold, heated it up in the oven, and the dough was still raw even after being heated up!!!! Did get a full refund but still very disappointed that Im going to bed without dinner!

$3.99 medium pizza deal with a buck per pizza going to sick kids. Way to go!!! Initiatives like this will always get my support.

Ordered 2 large thin crust pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce and cheese, basically got two giant overcooked dry soda crackers with a little melted cheese and a couple of slices of pepperoni. Paid $30.75 and could have made 10 better pizzas at home with some tortillas, tomato sauce, cheese and sliced ham for under $15 from a local grocery store. I know because I have for my grand kids. If there was a way I could give negative stars as a rating I would. Complete rip-off. If you are looking for good pizza Id recommend Gabriel Pizza. Kind of pricy but good quality.

Recently ordered delivery from there website and left instructions for the driver to knock on apartment door and leave food to minimize contact during pandemic. Looked online at the tracker and noticed that my order said delivered even though I hadn t received it. I called the store to inquire and was basically interrogated if I was sure because the delivery person was already back and to go look around my apartment complex, shocker nothing there. I was then put on hold for 5 minutes for whoever I spoke to finally agree to re-make my order, but instead of leaving it there he had to make sure to tell me not to write any instructions because there too confusing and hard to understand. At the end of the night I got my order and the delivery man was super nice and understanding. But whoever is there customer service representative either needs to take a class or get another job.

Live a block away took your drive 20 minutes to drive a block everytime, drove past turned around twice, parked outside my driveway and called me. At the 25 minute mark after the page said your order has left, if its your online ordering system fix it. I left instructions that I dont have a porch light. I work across the street we order regular and its there within 5 minutes after leaving the store. I leave negative 5 star rating but I have to leave 1

I am celiac and it is always risky ordering food from fast food chains. I have ordered their gluten free pizza many times and they are the only food chain in brockville I trust. Not only have they NOT made me sick but the GF pizza actually tastes good!

Not enough cheese! Ive got cheesed on double cheese. It is a hit-and-miss. Put on cheese!!! With proper cheese - it is real good. Sloppy placed toppings, not enough cheese - thats a nogo!

Normally everything is great. But the past few times, the person who answers the phone cant speak English. My orders have been messed up. Im at the point where im going somewhere else. Its pretty bad when you order a pepperoni pizza and only get cheese.

The last two pizzas Ive had from this place have been terrible. The first one had an entire jar of sauce on it. Tonight the pizza was more than half an hour later than they said it was going to be and Roger the driver gave me some lame excuse about not knowing how to get to my house. Ive worked delivery for two companies. Who doesnt use a GPS. The pizza was colder than a rock too. Loved Dominos when I lived in Toronto. Totally different experience here.

guy on the phone took 10 minutes to understand i was ordering a medium pizza with 2 garlic dips, asked me 3 or 4 times what i wanted, couldnt seem to write down my phone number when he asked for it, and when my deliver arrived i was given the wrong sauce, called back to ask for the proper sauce, was put on hold for 5 minutes and told they wont deliver the correct sauce. disappointing as usual.

My girlfriend had a piazza delivered to her from this location. When it arrived, she realized it wasnt cut! She called the store back to complain, and all they said was oh sorry, we forgot to cut it and hung up on her! Great customer service, Dominos. Avoid ordering from this location, because if they mess up your order, theyll basically just tell you to f-- off and wont attempt to solve the problem. I have contacted corporate regarding this and am currently waiting to hear back.

I always use their app to order my pizzas and since you get a free pizza every 10 pizza prders, why wouldnt you sign up? I order, go get it, thats it. There are a lot of staff in this small restaurant, and Ive never had a rude employee. Ignore that comment that says to go to pizza pizza. Pizza pizza is literally the lowest kind of quality you can get. Its garbage. Dominos is the best in terms of what you get for what you pay for. Pizza nova would be at the top I would say.

Great food but poor atmosphere; incompetent, rude and quite arrogant manager. They make a mistake and it all of a sudden becomes an all out war of whos fault it is and refuse to deliver their mistake so I had to leave my house and come pickup my food in which I only got partially refunded for.. + it would help if all of their drivers could at the very least speak English. Would not recommend this place as it stands now. Way different now than when they first opened. What a shame...

Fantastic staff that work behind the counter. My family and ai always get the best service and food. The delivery drivers seem a little grumpy, but I won t hold that against them. Keep up the good work guys.
