the wrong ingredients refusal to remake unless paid for new pizza as well boycotting because of this, I was a regular and so was my family. It was a small pizza

I cant speak for all locations but this location in Brockville is amazing. The pizza is by far the best I have had. Always fresh, always hot and very tasty. Whatever they are doing at this location keep I hope they keep it. Absolutely phenomenal.

Best pizza in Brockville by far! Their family offers make it convenient to dine there when you have a large family like me. Delivery is always quick and on point. Did I mention the pizza is freaking amazing yet!? Parking: Malls parking lot is available for free and rarely packed. Ive been able to park by the entrance every time I visit. Wheelchair accessibility: There is a ramp on the side leading to the commerce in the area.

We had come here last year and it was the first time and the pizza was phenomenal So we decided to come back on our road trip to Ottawa and again delicious and the customer service from Dylan was fabulous, he got us pizza in impeccable timing, went above and beyond gave us take out plates and was super friendly and breeze to check out from. Thanks for an awesome experience

This is the 2nd time our group has used Gariel Pizza in Brockville. We have had to feed anywhere from 20 to 40 guys with pizza and wings and every single one loved the food that is never left overs. Now the service....EXCEPTIONAL right from ordering it to the delivery. Bring it right in and help with setting it up. JOB WELL DONE and will see you on the next event.

Their gluten free pizza is one of the best. I normally hate gluten free but get one here and you will slowly begin to hate it less. Other dishes I have had from here are always equally delicious. They do sometimes have a hard time reading the instructions to not go to the front door when delivering but honestly that s pretty minor compared to all they do right.

Dinner was incredible!!

Usually never have a complaint. Today we received a burnt pizza:( I must add within 48 hours the owner of this Gabriels contacted me. I was given a complimentary pizza and an apology. Kudos to the owner for responding quickly and Thank you!! I am pleasantly surprised.

Their fresh pizza is good anytime i have ordered it but their slices are garbage (went around noon) and the front cashier guy was rude/rushy everytime I was there.

I often order Pizza at Gabriels restaurant and i never had a bad experience until tonight. I ordered online for a chicken Greek salad and a Poutine. I realized too late it was almost 10pm so i wanted to call them back to cancel the order since the restaurant was closing. Unfortunately I could not since it was past the time(i found out afterwards i was going to get my order anyway ) . The person who made the delivery was condescending with me on the phone. On the note it clearly said where to deliver but he was expecting me to go outside( I work at the desk ) to take my order while complaining about me calling way too late. On top of all that, my salad didnt have chicken or dressing that should come with it yet i was charged the full amount of that order. I understand the restaurant closing but the guy who delivered didnt need to be rude and the extra i paid but didnt receive could just be removed.

best pizza in town but my problem is with the pizza perks program,,, i ordered a large with three toppings with my points since i had 180 points over what was needed for this order and at checkout i had to pay for the large pizza so over to gabriels brockville i went and they said they had no control over the awards program and i had to pay for the pizza so i paid and when i got home the points were gone for thr large pizza that i just paid for,,, other than the pizza perks this place is excellent,,,

I chanced upon this establishment after a round of golf at the Brockville Country Club 3 yrs back. Man the pizza was unbelievable. I live in Trenton and have relatives in Alexandria. I visit alot so I can stop and enjoy my favorite pizza. THXs for being there.

Ordered the BBQ chicken for delivery last night at the hotel. First off Ive never had a pizza arrive that hot . Pizza itself was very good but the crust which we ordered regular, was top notch. 50 years of pizza and cant remember crust that good! Well worth the money

However I have gotten some burnt pizzas from them over the years, and because I think that theyre an expensive pizza shop, I very rarely buy anything there right now.

Great pizza, hit and miss for weather they make what you ask for or not though. It seems they get it right about 50% of the time in my experience. Though the quality of the food is very high. Id go for pickup though if you want it hot and not soggy. Pizza heats up very well.

This pizza wasnt for me or my family.

My family wasnt impressed with the pizza as it was very greasy we tried three different types including veggie and all were the same. Also very expensive.

What a waste of time. Not only was I stuck on hold for over 10+ minutes, I was also told that they were not willingly to deliver less then 13 minutes away in the next town. Obviously this branch is not as willing or able to provide the service it implies.

Best pizza in town. Their crust is incredible and you can taste the quality of their ingredients. Yes, it is a little pricey compared to others in town, but you get what you pay for. An incredibly delicious pizza, cooked perfectly, and great customer service as well.

The pizza was as delicious as it was beautiful! It weighed about 5 pounds! This was our first time trying Gabriels Pizza since we relocated to Brockville and we will definitely be ordering again! Love the taste of there sauce on thier pizza and there is alot of toppings to choose. They arent as skimpy as most pizza restaurants are on their pizzas definitely not, instead great quality of great ingredients. Always hot when it gets to the door. Great delivery services to boot. OMG...this is the worst pizza ever... we used to order from Gabriel in Ottawa and thought it would be the same quality in Brockville but its not...the Large Pizza was cold and soggy when it arrived and we ordered thin crust... the lasagna we ordered had no sauce of any kind ... just pepperoni and cheese on top and watery noodles underneath, to get a new one sent you have to go through their call centre and you can never speak to someone from the restaurant, we were on hold for 15 minutes...truly a painful experience, they did deliver a second lasagna 1 hour later after the phone call and it was so bad... watery sauce and tasteless... our bill was $55. with tip for garbage food...do not go here... The delivery guy was really nice and apologetic, no call from the restaurant. I gave it one star because of the delivery guy...Rita Harper

Very bad pizza, terrible service and rude staff. Dont even go by positive reviews, we fell prey in to it. Didnt make pizza the way want. Whole pizza was in bad shape and burnt. When asked they said thats the pizza, really? Table was dirty, chairs are amazingly dirty, stinky and old. We had to use paper tissue from counter to sit on chairs. Restroom didnt have paper napkins. Flies hoovering around in restaurant. Big no no to this place. We got stuck because we were traveling in tour bus and didnt have other choices for this stop in stipulated time.

Took 20 minutes for the place the find my location when I was 7 minutes away. Pizza was stuck to the bottom of the box, hair was cooked into the pizza, and it was stiff and hard like cardboard. Absolutely disgusting.

need to hire drivers who know where theyre going...delivery guy called me and asked why I wasnt answering...he was at the wrong address and when I told him where he should be he seemed confused...I feel it should have been free or at least discounted...their pizza is not bad but their delivery sucks

Went to try Gabrielle pizza....never got the chance as was immediately disgusted with the service....was greeted with Ill be with u in a moment.....looked at menu...hard to understand menu?? Waited looking around for help to notice her folding pizza boxes and not helping customer.....was disgusted and walked out!! Never even got chance to try your pizza....hope it doesnt suck as much as your service does!! Will not return! Franchise dead to me!
