It s amazing, great service and the chicken wings are to die for and I would highly recommend the fizzy peach drink it s delicious. My kid order this and was very happy with what she got lol

Every so often we get to visit BP. This tine was with family during a visit to Brookville. Service was quick and food tasted great. Wasnt very busy this day either. If you want treat pasta or pizza, boston pizza has what you need.

We ordered a salad that was not dressed before being served . After telling server the salad was not dressed we were charged 1.40 for salad dressing. Server was not very attentive ( maybe restaurant was under staffed ) Our experience at this establishment was way to long and in unsatisfying!!

The mild wings were rolled in Buffalo ranch on one plate. The server checked in once and never asked one member of the party if she wanted a refill. A man who was bussing the table beside us, grabbed my plate before I was finished eating. No water came to the table. The food is not as pictured on the menu. The food came to the table as if it was waiting for the past 20 minutes. Nothing was hot. All this review was typed as we were waiting to leave and having asked for the machine. 15 minutes later they show up with the debit machine

While visiting from ottawa we had dinner at Brockville location server was great BUT I order the half rack of ribs and ribs were great in color, did not taste good and actually tasted boiled really turned off by them ribs should have color

Terrible food and service. Ordered a Club House sandwich, no bacon, hardly any chicken, lettuce or cheese. A McChicken sandwich from McDonald s would probably be more filling. - Really. Just a thick, dry bun with hardly anything inside the sandwich. A total ripoff. My family will never eat there again. Waitress smelled like cigarettes, at least exhale and wash your hands after your smoke break. Geeeez. never even came back to offer us another drink or ask how anything was. No wonder the place was empty. This place is a joke. Avoid this place.

Not the most attentive staff but what surprised me was how mediocre the pizza is. Any given delivery would taste better and cost less.

Wednesday evening with my grandchildren. Wait time between starter and rest of meal 45 mins. All food was inferior quality. Fried items were over cooked and tough. Other items like fries were lukewarm. My wife was served a piece of celery with what appeared to be rot on one end. My chicken wings and salad were the worst I have had in a long time. Really poor attention to quality and the basics of restaurant cookery. On my never go back list

Quick and friendly service on a busy Friday night. Food is good. Large portions for salad. Couldn t finish it and I shared it with someone.

I ll keep this quick , Went in with my family, we were seated, waitress took our drink and food order right away as we were in a little of a rush, Watched a table across from us be cleaned , new family sits down roughly 10 mins after we ordered , They still received their drinks before we did I let it go 40 mins later they have their food and half eaten and we still have nothing but empty drinks at this point .. Waitress finally comes back and I ask you politely to explain how this is possible and she tell me the kitchen is backed up Ok I get that but explain how the family next to us with more people in the group arrived 10mins after we ordered and they are have finished their meal, I never got an answer or our dinner I paid for our drinks and left The manager didn t even have the respect to come out and talk to us Never again will I drop a penny here Work to hard for my money for this type of service Try and support local and this is what you get

Food is expensive and mediocre at best. Not even close to the best pizza in town. The restaurant is clean although usually packed and very noisy. especially with childrens groups in my experience. The bar however is much more welcoming.

Service was good, dishes were warm, not hot. Spoon would stand up in coffee.

Had their fried chicken sandwich, cooked as well as could be but the quality of the chicken was terrible to start with. Very rubbery texture. Quotient order that item again. Great service, clean restaurant.

Dry chicken and small portion false advertising I wanted to order the chicken mushroom pasta it says with grilled chicken and they tried charging me for a chicken breast cause I told them it says grilled chicken and they said it would be the diced chicken which was not grilled and I offered also asking if they need workers to work in the kitchen since I used to manage Boston pizza and she didn t really give me a answer so I ll send my cv again..

WAITRESS WAS A GEM

Bought the dill chicken bowl Paying $24 for a bowl is way too over priced..I wouldnt have minded as much but -grilled chicken was very -it was supposed to come with quinoa, but instead came with rice (no note left, rice is also less expensive and less nutritious) -the dill sauce tastes nasty, like they used store bought sweet tarter sauce and put in a pinch of dill, couldnt even put it in the contents of the meal. Not only was it false advertising (looks like nothing on the website) and didnt receive the meal with listed ingredients as shown when ordering but it also tasted awful. Your food quality is decreasing and your prices are increasing.

The waitress had no interest in serving us as we were about to leave at 8 08 pm (they close at 9.00)the same waitress turned away a party of 18 she told them there wasnt enough time to serve them. Im just passing thru town so I dont know when Ill come back to town bit if I do I wont be eating at this Boston pizza

On our way back on the road we stopped at Boston Pizza in Brockville. Its still so good. And as usual I take my spaghetti meatballs. No need to see the menu. Sitting on the terrace, beautiful sunny day. Very pleasant. Good service and atmosphere.

Good food for a chain restaurant, service was wonderful, and the efficiency of the kitchen was greats. We had our food quickly. Wheelchair accessibility: No steps to enter, but a long-ish walk (15m) to get to the door from the accessible parking spaces.

Horrible place to go with kids. Server Kayla was rude and laughed in my face when I mentioned that kids meals are usually served before everyone else.

Kayla was great, food was great. For server Kayla, disregard the earlier review about kids being served first. Maybe thats a custom in their house that exists nowhere else; no wonder we have a generation of pretentious kids.

So delicious, servers are polite and fast. Love love the food.

Props to our waiter for being attentionate and providing good service in spite of obvious issues in the kitchen. Food was not great. Dont come unless you have at least 2-3 hours because the food alone will take at least an hour..... even if the place is not busy.

Cant recommend any dishes, first time at Boston Pizza. My wife had Salmon with rice, wasnt impressed and I had pizza which was not the best!

Our service was not good at all ! It didn t look busy in the bar area where we sat & it took 15 minutes standing at the till to pay & leave yet no one came to take our money even though they saw us ! One waitress said ( She ) will be here in a bit as she s making deserts! Well then ( She ) should of helped us ! My pizza wasn t what I ve had in the past so I ate only 2 pieces! Very Disappointed over all . No one was Rude just took wayyy to long to come see if we were done & we re ready for the bill !

Food was so nasty! Tasted like straight up Pizza Hut and so overpriced..$25 for Alfredo pasta that had no flavor with soggy garlic toast. Husband hated his pizza as well, but we re New Yorkers so maybe expected that too much with that. But even the French fries were gross. Will never come back

We stopped in for dinner after a hockey game . The staff, service and food are always amazing.

Got the loaded pepperoni & bacon squarefooter pizza. Looked NOTHING like the photo, it only had bacon on it no pepperoni. It was basically a cheese pizza with bacon bits on it.No crispy edges, whole thing was soggy. It was also ICE cold. Disgusting. Total rip off for almost $40 Also missing the Ferrero Rochers it was supposed to come with. Edit: I was sent a coupon for a free appetizer WITH purchase that expires in a month. As if I would go and purchase more garbage food from this place. What a joke.

We were a group of nine in for a lunch. The food all arrived at the same time, was hot, and exactly what we ordered! Service was very friendly and accommodating!

A very solid location. Fast and nice service. The food came very quickly and tasted fresh and nicely cooked. We have indeed enjoyed the meal.

Comfortable eatery. Boston Pizza is a standard fare. Like your typical burger place you know what you will get at BP. Food is good not great, but it still fun to go. Prices are fair could be a little better based on the portion sizes. Just went back after a few months. Same warm feeling although the prices seemed a little higher. $50 for two salads and bread. No drinks. Ouch.

If you happen to make it for lunch, have the lunch side Royal Hawaiian pizza. Great tasting if you are a cheese lover. No issues with distancing. Enjoy

We just ordered 2 grilled chicken clubs and a Boston burger....the burger was good .but the grilled chicken was awful no taste at all ,chicken was alittle pink still the sauce was watery bacon was raw..the fries were cold and soggy..totally different then the last time we ate there

We were in Brockville location and the waitress was amazing , but the food took closed to 75 to get to us because of being understaffed!! Also, it had hardly any flavor.

The only reason this restaurant doesnt get 1 star is because of the waitress. We ordered no sauce on a chicken sandwich, which came 45 minutes later (to an empty restaurant, we being the only people in the entire dining room)burnt and dripping in sauce despite the waitress requesting it so loud we could hear the conversation in the dining room. Thanks for trying but this kitchen staff needs some serious training if they hope to provide accurate orders in a timely fashion. Wont be going back.

I like it here. The patio is nice, the service is good, the prices are pretty good also. They have good nachos, and chicken sandwiches. But Ive never tried their pizza funny enough. The nachoes are great for two over beers if you are watching the game, but damn it sure is a lot of food it could feed 4-5 ppl easily. Service is great. Its a good time and tables are separate enough that it is nice off a night out for two.

Overpriced mid tier food. If you were thinking about getting the tiny pizzas here for like $30+ , walk a block to Gabriels and get a massive good pizza. Other than that its on the same level as fast food yet priced like some casino resort. Nice staff tho so theres your +1 star I suppose

This review is a little bit screwed as we did not eat. So this is based on customer experience only. We were travelling along the 401, hungry but we do have a small West Highland White dog. Looking for good food, and a patio we tried Boston Pizza first. They have a patio but it took them 10 min to greet me. We politely asked if the dog could sit in the corner outside. let me ask my manner she says its a HARD NO Luckily, Kelseys down the street is fantastic. Of course, the dog had to remain on the other side of the fence/glass patio divider, but they were very accommodating (offering him water) and had great food. Try the nachos at Kelseys!

Walked in at 8:35 this evening (closes at 9pm) I was greeted by a young lady asking me if I was picking up. When I asked if I could sit in the bar she responded with yes but wre closing in half an hour so... when I asked if I could still order food she responded you could but you have about 5 minutes... Must be nice to have so much business that you can turn away a paying customer. Im here for business staying at the hotel next door (for future trips as well) will not be returning, happy to give my business to someone who may appreciate it a little more. Oh and there was still approximately 20 or more customers there as well. Nothing like being greeted with the ol Yeah, you can come in but I really dont want you to feeling.

Service was very slow. We do understand restaurants are understaffed. We waited over 40 minutes for food and one of us ordered soup that was lukewarm and he decided to eat it rather than say anything. We did comment after he was done and we got berated about staff being short everywhere, When we mentioned we did not say anything due to the long wait to get our food in the first place. However the part that bothered us most was the server went back to the kitchen to complain about us and we could hear it. I complained to the manager about that more than anything else but the reception was lukewarm. Just moving to Brockville I will most likely give them another try but do not have high hopes

Came to Brockville for a baseball tournament. Had team dinners at a few restaurants on Parkedale. Boston Pizza was by far the best experience. Pleasant, efficient staff. Quick service for a large group too. Food was delicious!

ordered the Creamy Mushroom & Spinach bake and enjoyed it greatly. However, I also ordered 4 Bottles of soda. This location apparently doesnt carry bottles so they sent 6 cans instead. It may seem petty but 6 cans have less in them (2130ml) than 4 bottles (2360ml) and the bottles are charged more ($6.29 cans / $7.99 bottles), so i called. As i said, it may seem petty over 2/3 of a can or $1.70 and i didnt really expect anything to correct it, just making them aware it isnt equal exchange and that the order contains a phone number to call should part of the order not be able to be completed. Then I get a call back saying not to worry we wont charge you anything extra, but 6 cans actually come to $10.74, have a nice day. If you dont choose the 6 pack and order them individually then thats the price, but not quite sure how to respond to that, so i figured id write a review for once and put it all out there. Apologies for the little rant but feeling like your getting ripped off with rising prices everywhere and then actually being ripped off, if only for a small amount set me off

My husband and I chose Boston Pizza for a casual dinner the other evening. We made an excellent choice. Two servers attended to our zone, and their service was prompt, competent, and friendly. My husband enjoyed his pizza, but would have liked to see a thin crust option on the menu. I ordered the Greek salad with chicken and candied pecans. It was absolutely delicious!! Overall, a great experience.

Changed our waitress mid-ordering, so secondary waitress not as attentive. Food was bigger than I needed. Atmosphere became rather loud when new table of more than 10 arrived, and they were given to our original waitress, with less experience than the rest, me thinks. Lets test the new help and I guess it is to be expected, and she needed to hone her craft.

Overall was great, only thing was appetizer came about 15 minutes after ordering, then main when only half done appetizers.

Went to Boston pizza on Friday night with our hockey team. The waitress handled 13 9 year olds and their parents like a seasoned champ. Food was average - what you expect from BP. Seriously though, I wish i remembered the servers name... Five stars for her.

Do not eat here, the food is really over priced and not good. I am disappointed. I ordered a burger and it came with hardly any fires that where not good Frozen boxed fries and my burger was fake meat un-eatable. I would recommend going to CHUCKS ROADHOUSE instead where the prices are half the prices of Boston Pizza, and way better. They use way better food. I would give this place a 0 out of 5 stars. NEVER GOING THIER AGAIN.

Just a good place all around. Food is top notch and same for the staff. Washrooms are very clean and has nice paper towel dispensers (touch free).

Food was good as usual. Typically the server is great but was lacking this time. An older lady was working the front counter and was not wearing her mask properly, and took about 20 minutes to seat me and my 3 friends in the mostly empty restaurant. Our waitress looked like she hated her life. She wasnt mean or rude or anything, we just all got the sense that she really didnt want to be there. Then when we told her it was our friends birthday, she came out alone with the birthday treat and forgot whose birthday it was. We got a new waitress around the end of our meal and she was a lot better. 7.5 out of 10. Typically my rating for here would be higher, they just had an off night.

I ordered through the skip app and had it delivered like 2 days ago and I had the most disgusting spaghetti I have ever had. It was so over cooked it was literally to a point I puked after a few bites it was awful. The amount of sauce given was very little and no taste. No parm cheese in the box. 3rd time this has happened. Im never ordering from there again ... 3rd strike youre out
