Medium pepperoni pizza poorly prepared. Very little tomato sauce. Very disappointed. Don't think I'll be back.
Typical of what you would expect from Little Ceasars. The food is usually pretty fresh, but the quality is on the lower end. The staff are super friendly at this location, though. Great option if you need something quick, or are feeding a group on a budget.
Service is incredibly fast. They usually have basic items ready to go for a quick bite, like their medium pepperoni pizza. The staff is friendly and attentive. Food was fresh and delivered on a timely manner. Sadly no dine in at this location.
Do not order anything online through little caesars. I ordered stuffed crust, got regular crust and response was I made the mistake. Once order is filled you have no proof of your order and they say online is right. I have been a full supporter for more than 30 years. Brockville store is the worst ever and I have bought there twice and very upset with pizza and customer service. Not there problem, customer is always wrong.
Little Caesars restaurant in Brockville is amazing. This is one of the best restaurants in the area period. Great food and wonderful service. The staff are extremely friendly and get your order out fast. It is a take out restaurant and they do not have dine in service. There is always plenty of free parking. The restaurant was not too busy when I visited. At most times the food service is pretty fast. The restaurant is clean and beautiful inside. OVERALL I GIVE THIS RESTAURANT AN 7 OUT OF TEN. I was able to visit the restaurant recently to pick up a deep dish pizza for a weekend get together. If you are in the mood for some excellent food and a fun filled atmosphere you should visit this restaurant. I ate the regular pizza slices and the thin crust pizza and liked it all. I really enjoy this restaurant I hope you do too.
We get Pizza here at least once a month. The staff are friendly. We went late one night. They were closing but the guy took our order anyway. Their pizzas are always great. And the price is right. Will continue to go once a month. 🙂
The only reason to go here is you want fast food pizza. If you have to wait why not spend a few bucks more and get a real pizza. This was my reasoning when I finally decide to try this pizza. Ordered a pizza and was given a beeper and told to wait outside or in my car. Waited over 20 minutes in my car right out front, staring at the beeper willing it to go off. Noticing all sorts of people coming and going. Went in and the clerk says you the Chicago. I told him the beeper never activated and asked him how long it has been sitting for, he responds oh at least 10 minutes. I ask him what are they going to do to make this right, he just shrugged. Asked for my money back, at least they did that. Left the pizza there, probably taste like shyte anyways. Never again.
Well. Tonight was my first experience at this location. I have eaten from this chain in other locations maybe hundreds of times. I can never say that I had a flawless experience before tonight. Customer service was excellent. Food was astronomically good for Little Caesars. This is the first time I’ve ever had their pizza where the crust had flavor. If every experience is like this they will make a lot of money from me.

This is the worst establishment of this hole food chain. never anything hit and ready, tryed ordering online and wouldnt accept two different debit cards, when I called I got hung up on then when I recalled they stated they had nothing fresh, and had no idea what there hot and ready deals are. Vary disappointed in these businesses probably be another year before I attempt this establishment again as this happened a year ago aswell
I always used to go to Pizza Hut but one evening I went to Little Caesars and they are now my favorite of all Pizza places. They are always hot, never greasy and the service is fantastic.
Went to the little ceasers in brockville and ordered 50 plus dollars in food and didnt get half my stuff. Paid online and when i got there they said i didnt order drinks and made me pay twice for 4 drinks. Not very impressed with service.
Meh... Its ok. Theres never anything ready though, you always have to wait for food to be made lol. Usually pretty tasty though considering.

Worst pizza I ve ever had. Little Caesar s is barely a shadow of what they once used to be. Literally any other pizza place (including Pizza Pizza) is better. Avoid at all costs.

Went into the store to get their special for $13.99 and ended up paying $35.00. We decided to change our order and get the $23.99 Combo, however the clerk didnt understand the order right left the original order on and told us after pointing out the mistake, he couldnt give us a refund. Not planning to return any time soon!
I had not eaten Little Caesars before trying it out friends place. Since then I have ordered several times and I have enjoyed the pizza and the wings.
Wait well over the given 10 minute time. In the time waiting they gave out the exact 2 pizzas I ordered to people who had just walked in. When myself and the couple also waiting longer then me pointed out that we were waiting for pizzas they were giving out the girl was very apologetic. However I get home and have under cooked pizzas with raw dough. Very disappointed, very unlikely to go back.

little Ceasars in Brockville will let you place an order on-line. however when the order is done even though you placed the order for delivery, it comes up as a pick up. When you call to cancel because they dont deliver... they will call you and tell you itll be 10 days till the refund shows up on your card. In this day and age if they dont offer delivery in your city, i would think it would tell you from the start. I had to order from another pizza place tonight, and basically paid for my pizza twice. well see how long it takes to get my refund for undelivered food. if you wantr Dominoes I hope you live in a different city, or they develop the brains to fix their site. If you live In Brockville Ontario... Stay away from our Dominoes, Youll be disappointed as I am. i used to go to the Dominoes in Kingston and loved it. However My first experience here in Brockville... poor. dont waste your time. Ill post later to tell you how long it took me to my money back for an order, if the site was decent wouldnt have let me place to begin with. SOOOOOOOOO disappointed with Dominoes right now. Never going to order from them again unless I move to a new city. DONT WASTE YOUR TIM E IN BROCVILLE! Going to YELP now to post a bad review there, then Google. I only gave a 1 star because it wouldnt let me post a zero.

While not an excellent pizza it is very good, extremely consistent, and ther have made an error on the order. Do not expect the hot and to ever be populated, but if you call 10 minutes is always the longest it takes for a pizza.
Tldr Tried to sell a used pizza They sold me the wrong Pizza I went out to my van and opened it up I brought it back into the store and returned it the store put it back in the serving tray and attempted to sell the used Pizza to the next customer this is disgusting and an unacceptable especially considering the pandemic

Terrible service, no resolution for incorrect order. Just called (on Dec 19th, at 5:25pm) to try and fix the order that was made wrong and missing items, got what I assume to be the evening shift manager. She did not give her name, she was incredibly rude and refused to fix the overall expensive order. We were missing items, and had the wrong ingredients on one of our (3) large pizzas- and all she had to say was that she cut the pizzas herself, so she knows theyre right. Not so. Dont bother ordering, at least on the evening shift, because if your order is messed up they will not fix it and youll be out the money lost on poor service and missing items.

Great place to pick up a pizza without having to wait.
It was noon when we went there and none of the hot and ready pizzas were available. The girl who was working didnt have a clue what was going on . She seemed surprised that we were questioning why there werent any hot and ready pizzas availabl. After 20 minutes of waiting for a food we finally got it just to find that it was undercooked.

The service here is great! The pizza while excellent is not unique but the bread is outstanding and the cheese stuffed bread makes the whole visit worth it. You gotta try it!

For a value based chain you cant go wrong, I find it is better quality and price then the other name brand value chains like pizza hut etc. If this place is not to youre liking go to a $30 a pizza mom and pop restaurant, otherwise this place is good for what it is.

Never pizza ready during hot n ready hours. Every time the cashier says itll be about 10 minutes. That is not as advertised.
If every other place is too busy, this is place to go. Not once since the doors have opened have we gotten a pie that even remotely resembles one from any other little Caesars. Pizza is never fresh, Luke warm at best. Which sucks because you go to one of these outside of Brockville the majority of them are great.

Customer service is quick and for the most part friendly. Wife and I enjoy a quick cheap pizza every now and again and Little Ceasers deffinitly delivers on that end.

Fast, budget friendly, hot and consistent quality. Its not gourmet but when Im in a pinch for time and looking for a quick and affordable meal for 4 Little Caesars is my go to. The bacon box is a favorite but honestly any of their pizzas and breads are a hit with the family and kids. I still indulge in my gourmet pizzas but this is a 4 thumbs out of 5
Ive had at least 100 pizzas hear and only one was bad, but even then it was better than pizza pizza.
