Pizza Hut in Brockville

Horrible service, got my order very wrong and refused to fix it.

Terrible service at this location. It is ONLY Brockville - they put NO cheese on their pizzas even if you get extra cheese also have no gift cards????? Worst Pizza Hut I ve ever been to.

My husband went in to pickup an online order, the cashier refused to give him his order unless he tipped him $5, saying that it can t be taken off the machine it s mandatory. Will never order again.

Would not let me order online proceeded to call the Pizza Hut Canada phone number told me order online or order somewhere else but the website would not seem to work. Absolutely terrible customer service but good pizza.

We stopped in for take out but there was no one at the counter. We were told by an employee who was on break to ring the bell and they would serve us. We were the only ones in the place the tables were dirty, floor was sticky at least the bathrooms were clean. The only good thing about this experience was the pizza.

Two large pies for take out from Brockville Parkdale .. disappointing to say the least ..toppings were very lacking and barely any cheese. Eating mainly crust pie s. Very greasy. The only good thing it was hot. Never again pizza hut has gone downhill and off the cliff.

This Brockville location operates with unsafe food handling practices and fails to adhere to food safety standards!! Poor hygiene standards in food preparation: The cashier that took multiple customers cash, proceeded to handle the food without washing her hands. When asked whether she washed her hands before touching the food she was placing in the takeout boxes, she clearly avoided the question of washing her hands by saying she was only handling the cutter! The countertop where they place the food is filthy yet has a sign that says contactless pick up! Food-borne illness can have serious consequences to some of your patrons Pizza hut! Management needs to step up their hygiene practices, clean their restaurant and train their staff in food safety! It is the most disgustingly dirtiest Pizza Hut I have ever visited.

Food was excellent. I dont normally enjoy the chicken Alfredo yet got it for someone special. It tasted different but better than any other pizza hut I have had. I did not go in so I can not say anything about the service or atmosphere. Parking: Small parking lot.

Ordered the $10 Medium Pizza of the Day on Saturday (Veggie Lovers). Pizza had a crispy crust, was cheesy and came with a good serving of toppings (green peppers, mushrooms, tomatoes). Well cooked and tasty, little oily.

I inquired about a special for medium pizzas and was told that special is only available to order on line. If your in the place of buisness then the whole menu should be available including specials. Parking: Whenever I stop here there are always vehicles parked near the entrance that never move. Employee vehicles????

Delivery driver was great but man the pizza is so disappointing and bad. No sauce whatsoever barely any cheese and it was extremely dry with barely any toppings. Straight up like eating cardboard. Not worth buying even at a discount. Many other better Pizza Hut locations and way better pizza options in town.

This is the second time I ve gotten the triple treat box, and the chicken boneless bites had very little sauce or nothing. RIP OFF!! Like how hard is it to put a descent amount on?!

We ordered a pizza and wings they sent the wrong pizza then we tried to call and got put on hold for over a 1/2 an hour to where we gave up and hung up the phone try calling back got put on hold again try it again got put on hold again never got through to them so Im not very happy with their customer service right now

The staff is very nice but that dont excuse the store mixing up our order, not answering the phone. Our issue was first for approx. 2 hours we called the store continually from the car to place a larger order in advance but no one would answer the phone. Travelling from Niagara Falls to a party in Brockville we ended up having to go directly to the store to place our order for 4 pizzas. When we ordered at the counter in person who took out order made a mistake and put out order down for delivery. So we waited 40 mins only to learn they had the pizzas sitting for 20 mins in the back waiting for the delivery person. By the time we inquired about the 40 mins delay the manager did apologize and offered a complimentary brownie but disappeared into the back and he didnt return. The person at the cash said since we had our pizzas now even though we waited in the store for 40 mins the brownie was no longer being offered. By the time we left the store the 4 pizzas were luke-warm at best. They were definitely not understaffed because there were minimum 5 people plus the manager in the back that we could see from the cash. Very disappointing experience.

Went to Pizza Hut for lunch with my family yesterday and was pretty disappointed. The girl who served us, while extremely pleasant and friendly, was wearing flip flops that seemed a bit out of place in the food service industry. we immediately noticed the entire place was pretty filthy, dirty floors, tables, windows - I actually had to ask for a cloth with sanitizer on it so I could clean my own table before eating. When I used the bathroom there was fecal matter in the toilet and it was very dirty in there. The high chair I used for my son also needed a good wiping down. The place just doesn t seem like a good place to go and sit and eat. It s more of a quick takeout place, which is a shame cause I don t feel this way about other Pizza Hut restaurants. The person cooking our food was also very friendly and accommodating, however the food was greasy and unappealing for the price we paid 52$ for 2 pizzas, boneless bites, brownies and bread sticks. Over all I don t think I ll be back, much better places to spend 50$ on and too pricey to be doing that regularly just for lunch. With Covid cleaning procedures should really be followed more carefully.

It started with Pizza Hut not answering their direct line. I ordered at the place when I got into Brockville and asked for my order to be ready in half an hour. Upon returning my pizza wasnt ready and I had to wait another 10 minutes. The gentleman ahead of me didnt have any luck with the restaurant answering their direct line either, so he had ordered through the call service. They had no record of his order when he got there. The girl at the front was very nice but she had track pants, no socks and her street runners with a Pizza Hut t-shirt on as her uniform. Not very sanitary. The place looked dirty and disorganized. The reason the direct line wasnt being answered was because the owner was on the phone and not answering the beeps. Great way to loose money ! Anyway at nearly $30 for just a lrg pizza, Id spend my money somewhere else.

I rarely give negative reviews but this one is deserved. The place was filthy, from floors, tables, bathrooms and all. We ordered food foe the four of us, we were given the food in boxes even though we said we would eat inside the restaurant. They had no utensils and didnt seem to care. Never again.

Great pizza

Ordered two medium pizzas from the Brockville, Ontario location. One Supreme Lovers and one Meat Lovers, both thin crust. This was the worst pizza I have ever tried to eat. The whole pizza was so thin you could slide it under the door. They were both over cooked and hard. I had to add my own cheese to make it edible. Spent about $65.00 including tip which will never ever happen again.

We were from out of town and hesitates stopping here because of the low star rating but I can tell you its not what I expected; they have friendly staff, fast service and the small dining room is very clean. 5 stars for us.

I have probably ordered take out medium pan veggie lovers pizza for almost 7-8 times from last couple of months. The quality of pizza from last 2 times is deteriorated compared to what I was getting before. Dough: the thickness of dough is so thick I felt like I am only eating dough other than cheese and veggies. I strongly feels like they have been using either large size dough for medium orders or not being able to get the accurate thickness. Also, the excessive amount of oil on the pizza is completely unnecessary.

Do not go here. They frequently avoid using masks, especially in the kitchen area. I took a video of one of their delivery guys in the kitchen area with no Mask or any protection. I posted this on Facebook then received the most vile and rude response from one of the employees. I asked who owned the franchise and the Supervisor refused to provide. I will keep re-posting on Facebook. Maybe corrective action will be taken as well as a dismissal. I now give 100% of my business to Thousand Islands Restaurant and Pizzeria. Best Pizza in Brockville, George and Nick great guys. EVERYONE wears a mask (note, call really early to place order).

Extremely oily and not fully cooked pizza, only burnt cheese. I haven t seen such thick pizza and a base so oily that the pizza box had a big amount of oil underneath.

Tonight is one Made a call to place an order and I was put on hold for 10mins for the next available Rep, so I had to do it on line. All good with email communication. 5:20 pickup time. Walk in on to pay and pick up and nothing in my name, five minutes trying to find out why, find out that someone before me with a similar name got it. Now to stand around for another 20+ minutes for a new order. Great pizza staff needs to get things running smoother.

The restaurant seems more designed for orders to go or quick/casual stop ins than other pizza huts Ive been to. But this also led to it feeling modern and clean, and the food quality was far above average for recent Pizza Hut meals Ive had. Happy New Year!

Pepperoni was very spicy compared to any other pizzas we have ordered from other places. The store was disgusting very dirty will never go to the pizza hut in Brockville again.

Big selection of toppings with imaginative combinations. The crust is excellent as well! Order placement on their website is fairly intuitive and you can track the status of your order - even the live progress of the delivery driver on the map.

Man no cheese.. like I get the price has gone up by what like 3$ but damn Id still like to have cheese in my first 3 bites. Called 4 times first on hold then hung up then no answer and the lady had told me it was made to standard..yet there was no cheese in the center of the pizza...tried to explain this and unprofessionally said they could do nothing. Actually anoying and if that is the pizza hut standards they are lower then low. Wish I could upload the picture with my comment. Not impressed nor will we order from there again. Yuck. Sad. I posted my pizza in the photo section Im sure youll be able to pick it out of the bunch if you look.

Chicken wings and cinnaparts are delivered half cooked more often than they are fully cooked. Multiple emails to both the restaurant and the main customer service email have yielded no responses even after a month. I would rather wait the extra 10 minutes and not have to finish cooking the food I paid to have cooked. This negligence not only by the kitchen staff but the management as well is extremely dissapointing as Pizza Hut was my go to pizza place at work. Save your money and support a local restaurant.

Made a telephone call to see if there was a buffet locally. It was answered by the answering service (because the store was too busy to take the call). I was told yes they have a buffet. We parked our big B-train rig (very difficult) and walked to the pizza hut store. Once in we learned the was no buffet and there were no other customers in the store. We left and continued driving to East Side Marios in Kingston. That is the second pizza hut Ive walked out of in two weeks.

The food is fine, but the service is certainly sub par. Horrible leadership/management consistently produces late food/wrong orders. Delivery drivers have abysmal manners for the most part and demand a tip in the same sentence. Trying to phone in an order is as slow as driving to just go order and pick up in the store. The wings are the only thing this location gets right. Usually hot and piping when they arrive. So, get wings here, pizza somewhere else.

Ordered a large cheese for 5 kids , plus a med meet and med supreme . Was given a med cheese and supreme and large meet. When I told them that there was an error I was told oh well what can ya do. I told her that a med cheese would not feed 5 kids. I was started at until I asked if there was any way to fix this. I was then told no and asked if I wanted to order another one. I had to if I wanted all my kids to have enough . This was a treat for us and the error put us over budget. NO EFFORT was made to fix the mistake.

Srted by calling the number 3 times with no answer,followed by an under cooked pizza,and bread sticks with no parmesan cheese,normally the bread sticks are very good. Went to the pizza place to place the order, service fast within 10 minutes but undercooked. Never had this experience before.

Just went into the Pizza Hut in Brockville and the bigot behind the counter (Candice?) tried telling my Daughter and I that 2 topping special is the cheese and sauce. This is after we waited to be served and she was rude. We usually eat and there but never again! I guess I was to dark.

Brockville location is poorly run. They always forget something and take forever to fix the order. Delivery guys are not overly friendly.
