Incompetent service, ungarnished pizza, with average taste.

Great service nice people

Visited this location at about 12:15 on April 6th. The tables were a bit messy, but the food was typical for Pizza Pizza. I must say, I have worked in the food industry and I do have some concern about this location which might influence my decision to go to a Pizza Pizza in the future. A lady returned a slice of pizza after she had it in front of her at her table, as it was not what she asked for. I watched the worker then try to give that slice to another patron as it was the kind that they ordered. Thankfully the customer was paying attention and advised that they wanted a fresh one. The worker then put it back on the counter, presumably to put it back in the case or to give to someone else. I made a point of explaining that it should go in the garbage and after telling him a few times, he finally disposed of it. I question this locations business practices.

It is a good little pizza pizza. Its tucked away in a plaza beside the Petro-Can so its easy to miss. Staff were friendly, service was quick. Food was good. Its a chain store, so you generally know what youre going to get. Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian and vegan options! My wife loves the vegetarian chorizo. As a meat-eater, I tried some and its not bad! Ill stick to the real thing, but Ive tried MUCH worse!

very very rude delivery man. he was actually being SO mean that i thought he was going to say just kidding or something, but he never did & it was just awkward. i felt unsafe knowing this guy was in my home it didn t feel like i had a delivery guy in my house it felt like i had a weird stranger in my house. i wanted him to leave asap. do not order from here it was a very bad experience that makes me terrified to order delivery from anywhere at this point.

Service was okay but the food was not found a massive hair in my pizza it was under the cheese I pulled the slice up and the hair literally pulled the cheese off the other slice

Gluten free pizza. Wonderful option for those of us who suffer from celiac disease.

New: ordered wings for deliver they driver DAVE drove by never knocked at door and I called pizza pizza and they said they tried to reach me but they never did, I asked about the 6$ from my 11 11 card and they said they put it back in but never did I recommend going to pizza hut or tincaps pizza . Old: They stole my money I paid for wings never received them called them the first time they said sorry and they will send them out right away and after 2 hrs I call a Second time and they say sorry they cant do anything and hanged up, //////// REPLY: oh i did let them know but people need to know the truth about pizza pizza stealing money .

We often order pizzas from here and they are one of the best quality ones in town. Service is great, and the delivery guys are always on time. They also have a larger variety of toppings that most other places around here.

Best of all though, every timey wife has delivered a baby shes always left really backed up to the point where pharmaceuticals dont even work, but you know what works 100% of the time ? Ya you got it ;) long live the 15 minutes pizza !

Brockville Parkdale ave 2539, I stopped by to order food but had to use the loo first,, the bathroom hasnt been cleaned, possibly ever. If these employees are actually having to use this bathroom then I dont think that they should be touching anyones food. The urine on the base of the bowl looks like it has occupied this spot for longer than acceptable. The floor is extremely grungy (built up) without having been cleaned properly in what appears to be months. The sink is very dirty, the mirror looks like someone smeared something all over it, and taps look extremely spotty and look like they havent seen a good cleaning in at least a week or longer. The handicap accessibility switch to the toilet was filthy and the one that lets one enter into the store, was non functional.. The counter staff had such a thick Eurasian accent that the simplest of conversations was more aggravating than one should ever encounter in the restaurant industry. I gave it one star because one cant give less than that. We left hungry and disappointed on New years eve.

Why is it if i call to order, i cant get in touch with the physical store employees and Im directed to somewhere similar to a call centre asking me to confirm my address, only to tell me they dont deliver there? I have never been directed to the building in brockville, only to somewhere else?

Very disappointed with the misrepresentation in ordering. We ordered by phone and when the representative gave us the total it seemed a little high. We asked if that included a delivery fee of $6 and were told yes. The order arrived and when I mentioned to the driver that we were advised that his delivery fee was charged in the total. He told us that he doesnt get this charge, the company does. The driver works solely for tips. So I gave him a 20% tip which amounted to $4.54, plus the company charged a further $1 for using a debir card. Ridiculous to pay out $11.54 on a $21 pizza. Good to know for the future. Pizza Pizza is officially off the list. Will stick to the mom and pop local businesses not out to screw you over with additional hidden charges.

Fast & concise service

My friend ordered me a chicken sandwich and fries a day ago and when it came the buns were burnt and the fries were deep-fried twice, it must ve just been a bad day for whoever was cooking. My friend left a review about it and the manager got in contact with us and gave us new food. It was very good I do recommend.

I am from Montreal and while driving to Toronto I prefer taking a break at 1000 Islands because the city is so beautiful. This Pizza pizza is right at the exit so I dont need to drive inside the city. Also, the service is fantastic. Friendly staff.

Updated to 2 stars, because you guys used to be great. But I specifically leave delievery instructions to leave on my porch and do NOT call, or ring doorbell, or knock as it wakes my son up and Im left putting him back to sleep while my food goes cold. Every single time you guys dont read these instructions, or dont care. And ring the doorbell no matter what way I write please dont. I even once called the store, and you guys still rang the doorbell. Its midnight and I left instructions saying do not call, knock, text or ring doorbell & guess what happened? You rang the doorbell which woke my son up. Its not your fault hes a light sleeper but why bother having an option to leave instructions when you actively choose to ignore them. Thanks.

Ive been here several times and for the majority never had any complaints. Though the last time I was there this guy was talking on his own personal phone while making the pizzas, so basically spitting on the food. Also he got annoyed by me asking if he could take my order and then didnt wash his hands after taking my order. That same guy refused to put on his mask when what looked to be his boss who asked him to. A great portion of staff are great but I cant tell who prepared what and I dont want that guy anywhere near my food. No trust in that and this happened at the beginning of the pandemic so I wont ever be back.

I really love this place. I have visited here few times and the employees are very friendly and they follow all the guidelines for COVID. The pizza I taste here is completely different and amazing as compared to other stores. I love the delicious cauliflower crust. The service is really slow.. i guess they need to hire more people. 1 small pizza took them 1 hour to make... even though it is made no one is bother to tell you that is ready. You have to go back and ask for your order and then you will get your orders. Crazy will never come back. Unfortunately very bad experience:(

Food is always fresh and hot no matter what time i go there. I really admire the cleanliness being maintained by the owners and the staff. I always have the great experience whenever i order food from this store. My always go to place whenever i crave pizza.

First off if I could rate this any lower then a star I would. I ordered through app put my address In then waited a 1hr to realize as i called it was sent to wrong address then once it was corrected my food was delivered with half my order missing waited 25 mins mpre to get great of my order then spent a nite with Gf puking and running to bathroom with in a he after eating it

Staff very rude on multiple occasions hassling me over my order. When this was brought up to management they used the excuse that theyre training new staff. If you are looking for pizza go to any other chain in town it is well worth it and if you are going for the plant based options make the 45 min drive to a Kingston location you will not regret it

Absolutely amazing pizza ...was traveling on the 401 ravished...phone our order in advance and it was ready on arrival. Perfect pizza and reasonable priced.Staff very friendly and welcoming. Cant wait to visit again.

Very quick and friendly service. I dont eat here often but when I do, they treat the customer right. They also sponsor local sports, which is always a bonus. I would recommend if you are looking for a quick slice of pie that you make a stop here.

I dont eat out often because of my gluten allergy, but i bought two gluten free pizzas here, half of one had no sauce , the other three quarters, and not enough cheese on either, both two meat toppings . Usually I dont complain but i was disappointed. Sorry AJ

We went to Pizza Pizza today in Brockville and placed our order. The guy punched in the order on the screen, which you wonder how often they ever get clean. He then went to the back and started making the pizza without washing his hands. He did wipe them on the side of his pant legs. Another customer came in and the same guy took her order. She paid cash. After he handled her cash, he then went back to finish making our order, again without washing his hands. This is unexceptable in a food serving business. I gave 1 star because it was the only way I knew how to give a review.

Stopped to get some food before heading back onto the 401 with a friend. The store was clean, manager was very nice when he helped serve us and other customers. The pizza was delicious too.

While we were the only two people in the place, it seems that my request for utensils was more trouble than the person behind the counter could be bothered with. The Pizza Hutt express around the corner offers consistently superior service and the quality of their food is far better for around the same price. 15 minutes later with remnants of calzone with carbonara sauce (that costs extra) on my face, we left before I managed to get the plastic knife I asked for. Theyre welcome to keep it - we wont be back.

Its the same as any other Pizza Pizza: pretty good fresh pizza as well as pizza-by-the-slice. They usually have good walk-in deals for cheap one-topping pizzas. The air can get a bit thick with fryer grease, so dont be surprised if your clothes pick up a greasy scent.
