I ordered large extra cheese and mushrooms. Did not get extra cheese. Did not get extra mushrooms. But I did get a large pizza for 36.00 bucks...41.00 with tip..$$ Never again Atmosphere : 1/5

The food is very good here. Loved everything I have eaten here.

The poutine is the best in town and I m a poutine connoisseur. It s a Quebec sauce and st Albert s cheese with fresh home cut fries. Yummy. I rate it a 10. The pizza was great to

It s okay, could be better. The middle was kind of soggy and the crust was burnt. Not our usual pizza place but we thought we d try something different.

Still on my second day of food poisoning from their pizza special, called them to make a complaint and I was laughed at. Horrible food here.

on their website if you select 2 topping pizza, it still charges you to add toppings, its cheaper to do 0 topping pizza and manually ad your 2 toppings, place is a scam.

Ordered pork souvlaki platter with no onions, no olives. I received raw chicken instead of pork, the rice was hard and there were finely chopped onions and olives throughout my salad. The manager gave no apology and even argued with me saying the chicken was definitely cooked. Ive ordered too many times with too many issues that Im now leaving this review to cover the many disappointing experiences Ive had. Ive been delivered raw chicken from tatas on more than one occasion. Brockville is the only location weve ever ordered from.

Tatas was our dinner stop on the way from Quebec to Toronto. Ordered online before arriving to Brockville and everything was made fresh and on time. Online ordering is very easy/fast and user friendly. The food was very tasty - we had 2 kinds of pizza, chicken strips and mozza sticks. Generous amount of toppings on the pizza. Friendly and courteous staff.

Great pizza, threy make it how you want it. My only issue is there is no longer a tata s that delivers inside the heart of kingston anymore.

We were in Brockville, one night, on our way elsewhere. Ordered a pizza ... Greek ... was to take an hour ... called 1 1/4 later ... they were swamped ... pizza was coming ... delivery fella told us they actually ran out of dough! .... That s a good sign ... obviously a popular place! Pizza was well worth the wait!! Absolutely delicious! The flavours ... the crust ... Yum!!,,

Always great pizza. And we love their deal where you buy one medium pizza at the regular price and get a second one for $10. We just freeze the second one and have it another time.

Have had dinner two nights in a row from Tata s. Both times the food was amazing and hot. Delivery is prompt and both delivery people were very polite, well turned out and prompt. A 10 out of 10 for sure!!!!!!!!!!!

Italian poutine was bomb as always, but pizza sub horribly over cooked. Not the same since new owners. Kingston location ten times better

Decent pizza but the crust was a bit burned for my liking. Assorted sub was tasty and the wings were ok.

It was fine for a quick take out.

Took fetuccini Alfredo with chicken. Pasta are overcooked, they break into small pieces as I try to roll then. Chicken breast is industrial made, very salty and watery. Alfredo sauce taste not much, probably done with a powder base.

Fast, efficient, and courteous staff. Never had a problem with anything I have ordered and thats usually at least twice a month.

Ordered a medium for delivery over the weekend when a friend and I passed through Brockville and stayed the night. Pizza came fairly fast and hot. This pizza is perfection for me! Thinner crust, cooked perfectly and not loaded with too much sauce! Delicious!!!!

Was great food, so glad we tried them. Kudos to the staff for service and great food. Number 1, give them a try if you havent yet.

I had the shrimp with french fries and the shrimp was crispy but the fries was not the greatest tasting, they must of used old potatoes which is fine but they were to old , not a fan

The fried chicken hoagie is a precious secret on the menu. This sandwich is to die for! Simple ingredients but so fresh and mouthwatering! You won t be disappointed!

Ordered from here once (chicken souvlaki pita) and immediately after eating I had to visit the bathroom. I m almost certain I watched them throw my chicken in the microwave to reheat it so it was likely old chicken. I d give 0 stars if it was an option.

I ordered 2 large pizza today. It wasnt cooked it was doughy. Couldnt cut it with a knife very disappointed. Payed out 40.00 ingredients just fell off when you picked it up. I phoned in the girl said Im sorry Didnt agree to fix the problem. Unexceptinable.. will be bring ingredients

Ordered the slouvaki for my wife and I. Nothing about the meal was good. Rice was stuck together and burnt from the bottom of the pan. Vegetables in salad were wilted and not fresh. The meat was dry and tough. Save your money and don t eat here.

Best panzerottis around, meat sauce is delicious. Found most recent one though was quite a higher dough to toppings ratio, but overall still a must stop at location

The pizza here was all right. It was a thicker Pizza with a good amount of cheese and pepperoni. I wasnt the biggest fan that the pepperoni was placed underneath the cheese, making it somewhat soggy compared to crispy pepperoni on top. I would definitely say to negate the garlic sauce as it is Heinz pre-packaged one that I am not a fan of, but the ranch was much better.

Excellent selection. Great prices for the amount and quality. Open late so you can get really good food later in the evening. Clubhouse is crispy and full, pasta is firm and lots of sauce with a great amount of cheese. Mozzarella sticks and deep fried pickles are delicious. Definetly worth a try!

The poutine and fries I ordered were undercooked severely and tasted terrible. Also ordered the mozzarella burger and was given the regular burger. Wouldnt feed it to my dog.

Pizza is good.. got a pack of mozzarella sticks 8.19$ (not including tax) only got 5 sticks and no marinara sauce just bare bones. Over priced yea but at least the pizza was good. JUST GET THE PIZZA.

The pizza is wonderful and not expensive. And as they are directly across from the High School they get a huge lunch crowd. To their total credit they do not skimp on quality - - that would be easy to do for other lesser places.

I am a regular Tatas costumer, and have been since their days in the William Street location. In the last 2 months we have ordered 5 seperation times from the establishment, the exact same order each time. The bill always has a different total, ranging as much as $8 difference each time, our last order we received cold food, the wrong fries, and a completely different product than usual for one of the meals. Above this, we paid $5 more than usual. When we called to speak to management we were told they would provide us a one time free fry for all of this inconvenience. When I asked how they expected their employees to honour this the next time, I was informed they have a book FULL of order discrepancies that they keep by the cash to honour. What kind of treatment is this to your loyal customers. Im very disappointed with this local establishments decline.

I give up on this place. they used to have great food, but since they moved the quality has gone way down. last night was the last straw. ordered steak subs, fries and coleslaw. the steak subs were definitely just roast beef cold cuts...and the bbq sauce was horrible, and the french fries were cold and under cooked...never again.

Best poutine in town by far and for a great price. Very friendly staff and knows the meaning of well done when a customer requests it. No matter where I am Tatas Brockville is my poutine comparitive. Havent found one that Dan beat it yet !!!!! (- Deadpool Hat)

Wonderful selection, super service provided via the phone and in person. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We love the Bacon Sub, spaghetti, pizza, poutine and burgers. If I need to ask for changes they are always quick to say No problem!
