Great food, we had the special of the day pork and chicken schnitzel and it was 10/10. Also tried the beef dip and fish and chips both also on point. Wait staff very friendly and attentive. Kid-friendliness: Kids menu is well priced

Vegetarian options: The Sunny Mediterranean Wrap was decent, and all the sides are vegetarian. Dietary restrictions: Staff are very accommodating and understanding of dietary needs, however in terms of gluten free, limited options are available. Parking: depending if you come on a weekend or not, parking will cost you on the side of the street so it can be difficult to find a spot as downtown tends to be busier. Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly! The atmosphere was very engaging and interesting with lots of sports merch and decor everywhere. The meal options are also kid friendly.

Went here with family after church and was pleasantly surprised. The food was hot and didnt take too long, the server was lovely and friendly, and the food itself was very good. I ordered the beef dip and it was excellent - I would definitely return just to have that again. Great location too!

Came in on St. Paddys Day with some friends who live in Brockville. We had a lovely time! Food, music and staff were all fantastic.

The band, The Shiners were fabulous. Amandas service was great as usual.

This place has gone seriously downhill over the past couple of years, both in terms of food quality and service. Tuesday wings night used to be a special treat. Now, all wings are deep-fried and over-cooked with just a hint/partial-dipping of whatever flavour you ordered (jerk, hot sauce, etc.) Complacency seems to be the new directive here. There are better options elsewhere in town.

The Keystorm Pub is a fantastic place have a beer. Imo its the best bar in Eastern Ontario.

I went there with a group of 10 people. If you go to this restaurant and eat inside, be prepared for the blue haze and smell of grease. The exhaust/ventilation either has issues or cannot keep up. Had wings that came breaded and the breading was a little on the overdone side. I also asked for a side of sour cream but I think I got a blue cheese one because it was rather lumpy. Loved the deep fried pickles and the sauce that came with it. The Topo Chico hard seltzer Margarita is absolutely not worth it. The restaurant should sell the Jose Cuervo Sparkling Classic Margarita which is way better. Ill go again with friends because it can handle big groups but personally, I wont go there for myself. Our server was great though. Very polite and efficient.

Almost good. The potato and bacon soup was terrible. The steak sandwich could be improved. The whole place needs a deep clean and some fresh paint. The building is really nice, but needs some freshening up. There were flies hovering around. Our server was charming but inept. Its one of those places that a couple of days of cleaning and training and having the menu cheered up, could make it really awesome. Would I go back? No, not as it is now, unless there was music and I did not order food.

Don t often leave reviews but the people here were awesome! Super friendly, accommodating. Their home made burger was great, their fish and chips had a large chunk of well made fish. Will go back if I pass through town again.

Great pub on the coast of the St. Lawrence seaway. Atmosphere good, food is good and service was good. You will enjoy your stay.

What a hidden jem in Brockville. The head waitress AMANDA truly has everything well under control. The food portions were nice and the kitchen has great presentation as well as dedication to the dish i experienced.

The Fish and chips were way over cooked. The batter was rock hard and the fish was so dried-out it was like a piece of wood. Decor is run-down and bathrooms (in the basement) are dirty and old. Gave it 3 stars because others in my party enjoyed their meals. But clearly this place is better suited for its main purpose; drinking, and not caring where you pee.

I was here with 3 others, it was my recommendation as I thought the last time I was there was an ok experience. Our food came 1.5 hours after we ordered it, our appetizer NEVER came and when we got our bill it was on there!! The food was ok, we had 2x wings, beef sandwhich and a taco salad so really nothing that exciting. I can honestly say that I wont go back again.

My husband ordered the Steak Sandwich and I ordered the Beef Dip (I had initially asked for the Mediterranean Veggie Wrap, but it was unavailable). The food was really boring, lacking flavour and just overall sub-par. The beer selection on tap wasnt very exciting either: Coors Light, Canadian, etc. This place might be alright for the locals, but these guys really need to step up their game.

Mixed feelings ..went on a Friday it was very busy but nice evening to sit on patio. Our server was great very friendly and attentive. I wasn t impressed with beer choices just basic cheap drafts. My partner had the breaded shrimp which were quite good however the accompanying salad was limp and bland. I had the burger but was disappointed because the bun was stale and the burger came with no condiments?? Add the over cooked beef it was very dry to say the least. The fries were awesome however. They then charged a dollar for a side of mayo lol seriously the nickel and dimming costumers is so tacky. Especially when spending $20 plus for a hamburger.

Our waitress was great but unfortunately the food and cleanliness needed some attention. My cajun chicken wrap was drenched in sauce and onions. It was prepared more like a chicken salad sandwich. All I could taste was the sauce and onions. My husbands Chicken bacon club was also drenched in mayo. It was dripping as he was eating it. We felt that the restaurant needed a little TLC, dusting, cleaning etc. This place has so much potential,. A great location, lots of character and some history. A little elbow grease would go a long way and a revisit to their menu.

Its actually a very nice place to go to good food nachos or amazing the wings they had a special on them onion rings are really good I actually I recommend it and they have cute and friendly waitresses

Lovely way to finish up on a Friday at one of your local pubs. Service was slow to start. My pulled pork was very good, Jacky s Mediterranean wrap, which she has had in the past was a bit oily. We had hardly finished our beers after dinner and we were asked if we wanted to bill! Not do you want another beer or some dessert. The staff didnt seem very happy on this occasion or that bothered about service! Not the best this time!

Great prices, good food but dirty facilities

The reviews that are posted failed to mention that the music would be at deafening decibels! Could not carry a conversation at dinner. I put in ear plugs and the music was still exceptionally loud. Asked server if they could turn it down, they did which helped. Poutine was delicious! Pulled pork was mediocre, wings were Cajun and incredibly salty. Wont be return customers, but it was not awful.

Dinner tonight in home town, my friend had beef dip sandwich with fries beef was fantastic, I had the bacon cheeseburger one of the thickest cheeseburgers ive ever had! Love the gravy too.

We had dinner and then breakfast there this week. Food was good and the the Servers were personable and fun. Had a small problem with my breakfast. I pointed out to our Server to simply let the cook know as an FYI only, nothing else needed. She apologized and still gave us a discount (not needed but appreciated). I d go back, thanks Keystorm.

This was my first visit to the Keystorm since moving to Brockville, but I will for sure be making this place a regular destination. Im writing this review from a table in the restaurant to give a HUGE shout out to AMANDA! I have a 7 year old girl, and twin 3 year old boys, and she has them eating out of her hand!!! She is an absolute delight, and if you have the absolute pleasure of having her as your server, your outting will be a pleasurable and memorable one!! Great atmosphere and totally worth stepping in!

Sat down, ordered, and a hearty plate of fish and chips was at my table in just a few minutes. Never had such a meal served so quickly. Highly reccomended!

Kevin served my group of 6, he was very friendly and even made a special breakfast for my 4yr son. The food was great, it took a little while to get it but worth the wait. Portion size was a little small for my liking, but it was very affordable so I was ok with it

I was a customer here on an admittedly busy Saturday night. We were seated at the last table and I was given a broken bar chair to sit on (missing a cross support, very wobbly to the point of falling off). I immediately requested to my group that we go somewhere else. But since the server told us there was l a mere 30 minute wait for food, they wanted to stay. 20 minutes later, she finally returned to take our orders. After 45 minutes waiting, we desired to ask how much longer, but the server was clearly avoiding us. When we finally waved her down and asked her to cancel the food if it wasnt ready yet, she said it was being plated RIGHT NOW. Alright. 15 minutes later and we wanted to leave again. Server, once again, wouldnt come near our table. Finally she brought out the food, apologizing (flatly) for the wait. We ate our food over the next 20 minutes and watched our server avoid us some more. One of our party of four realized they had been served the incorrect salad. 30 minutes after being served the food and we hadnt been checked up on. Plenty of socializing by our server with other guests and employees, though. We sat finished (except for the untouched salad) for another 15 minutes, desperate for the bill so that we could leave. I can understand the difficulty of being a server in a busy restautant (I was too at one point) but the passive aggressiveness that the server exhibited when she realized we were dissatisfied was completely unprofessional. If she happens to read this review (she will recognize this story), I just want to tell her that I dont blame her for the wait or the lack of seating. However, if she wants to make more consistent tips by offering a basic quality of service, I would recommend that she lose the egotistic attitude towards guests and be more honest and communicate better. I wouldnt have minded the extended wait if I didnt feel like our table was invisible. Perhaps the other servers offer a better experience at this restaurant. However, I will be avoiding this place from now on. NOT recommended for anyone on any sort of schedule. TL;DR: The server treated us like garbage. Watching her laugh and chat with her coworkers while we sat with empty glasses was frustrating. I dont even remember the quality of the food because of how upset I was that our evening was ruined. If you want to be ignored by your server and be told fantasy wait times for your food, this is the pub for you.

Back to the Keystone Pub in Brockville Ontario on Sunday for lunch. I was hoping that the food would be as good as the first time we were there. No worries, mate. Cod and chips with baby greens salad, vinnegrette dressing, coleslaw that was brilliant, tartar sauce that is made in-house, cod with a light crisp batter and never - enough fries. I mean that every single thing in my plate was very good. That is awesome!!! Sorry. No pictures.

Dan Thompson and the Keystorm Pub staff, I am new to Brockville, I was just on your patio and am positively speechless! Absolutely incredible. I should admit I am not impressed easily but the fresh strawberry daiquiri (yes, fresh strawberries!) and my half nachos were by far the best I ve ever had. I applaud you! Service was very friendly and I respect that it took longer as the servers were exercising more caution and Covid measures than are even required. Social distancing was also respected. Plates were removed with gloves, name and number were taken in case of outbreak. Very admirable as some could complain about these procedures and the extra time they take. But in these times we must exercise patience for safety measures. Well done!! I ll definitely be back. The keypad is sanitized after every use, I saw this for myself. Did I mention FRESH strawberry daiquiris?! Kudos to Amanda and the Keystorm staff!! If you are concerned with Covid 19 precautions and safety measures, this is definitely the place to enjoy a patio!! I have recently heard people are calling the staff names for working. This is just nasty and you should be ashamed of yourselves! These people are no different than other service staff who have families to take care of. Show kindness or simply be quiet. Let s support local businesses before we lose them.
