Its been a while since we were there last, the combination we was pretty good , still havent tried the whopper yet, be back soon to try

Food was very dry, almost like it was old sitting around. Totally would not go back nor recommend

This is the dirtiest Burger King Ive ever visited. The windows were filthy and floors had black grime built up in most of the corners, and the tables were dirty. It was clear this restaurant hasnt been deep cleaned in many, many months. If the dining area and bathrooms are this dirty, I can only imagine how bad the kitchen is. I spoke to the front counter person about my concerns and they were indifferent and said it wasnt their fault because they were short staffed. I will never be back.

This was the only drive thru in Brockville open after 10, which is so old fashioned considering there is a college in town. What do those students do for late night snacking? Honestly asking because the whole city shuts down by 10pm. Except this glorious, delicious BK! There was a skeleton crew working but the dude at the window was polite and the food was fresh and hot. Which was surprising considering the time of day! I expected old reheated burgers and nasty double-dipped fries but I got fresh food and a smile at the window. I highly recommend this location. The order was correct too, which is nice because the one in Prescott always gets my order wrong. I also want to say, Im giving it a 5 star rating compared to other BKs, Im not comparing it to a 5-star high end restaurant and saying its on par with that kind of experience. Just, for a BK it rates high. I only used the drive thru, so I didnt see what the inside of the building was like. So, I guess this BK drive thru gets 5 stars LOL Dietary restrictions: I wouldnt eat here if you have dietary restrictions. Ive never seen anything on their menu that would indicate an ability to accommodate restrictions of any kind. Kid-friendliness: Its a BK, so its definitely kid friendly. There is a kids menu and easy to clean seating for those spills that happen when you eat out with your kids.

Pretty clean store, fast service, and what can l say about the Whopper!? One of the best burgers around!!

Just ordered a large fry and a large coke for $8.45... and didnt notice until we got on the highway the the fry is barely filled. What a rip off...

Lunchtime and only one cash open.... very slow to order.

Ive been here quite a few times on Wednesdays around 6:30 to 7:00 p.m.; the drive-thru is extremely slow. Going in is a bit quicker, but still quite slow.

Was at the brockville location today well 3 strikes your out burgers were cold and not what we ordered service was not good

We were thrilled to find a fast food place open on New Year s Day while we were driving home. I have not been to a Burger King in ages and I realized a lot of the menu items either changed or maybe they were slightly different since we were in Canada. It was a little long to wait for the food when they didn t seem very busy but I wasn t about to complain. Everything was pretty standard but our food was hot and made correctly. I think the inside could be updated a bit but it was fine. I had chicken nuggets and mozzarella sticks. Both were as good as you could expect.

Havnt been here in long time. Nothing personal against this place but Burger King in general. Have to search for meat. Not even real onion rings. What is that mush inside? Never again

great spicy crispy chicken burger

Ive had this experience with other Burger King restaurants, if youre not there during a meal rush then you usually get a cold burger. My Angry Whopper was cold.

We walked into this Burger King and we were turned away saying that the dining room was closed. Meanwhile the door was not locked and there was a sign on the door with easter hours on it saying they were open till 11. We walked in at 7:45. The sign said they were closed at 11. We left not happy saying out loud that they should have locked the door. We left. A man that worked there came after us saying that they had meant that the bathrooms were closed. Meanwhile when we walked back into the restaurant he said into his radio set that he had told us that the washrooms were closed. The bathrooms were completely blocked off by garbage cans. The bathrooms were closed the entire time we were there which is against provincial laws. One of our members had to use the bathroom really badly so she moved the garbage cans and went to use the bathrooms anyways. The bathrooms were completely disgusting. Looked like they werent cleaned out for 4-5 hours. I highly recommend not going to this restaurant. The staff are rude and lazy and dont follow any of the laws.

I have been there 6 times in last 3 months and every time the burger are Luke warm never going back again how hard is it to serve a hot burger my wife chicken sandwich was the same so I will never return

Why are you charging .50 for onion and lettuce on a Bacon Cheeseburger? Sorry but I would like to know if this is common franchise practice? I am wondering if they even know about this at a corporate level. Not paying that again.

Very few guests, cashier lacks knowledge of menu and procedure, slow service, cold food, disappointing to say the least.

Dont expect to be served here in a timely fashion. Staff pays next to no attention to customers who order in the store. Theyre consistently confused and clustered. On many occasions Ive watched customers who ordered far after me get their food before me. They seemingly disregard mobile orders completely. Im a weekly customer at this BK, but its become an unbearable experience over the past year. I wont return

Worst cup of coffee I have ever had in my life. I ordered a medium coffee from the drive-through. I had to wait five minutes for the person to go and get it when I drove away and took a sip. It was cold , very strong and bitter like it was sitting around for three or four hours and the milk they put in didn t even change the colour the coffee was that bad . I can understand slip ups, but not to this degree. I will never step near a Burger King again. I paid $1.90 and threw the coffee out. Would you want to eat in a restaurant like that serves disgusting coffee

99% of the time order is right

We visited this place two days ago, very slow at getting orders, waited more than 15 minutes to get our food, they were not busy, just running around and do nothing! The dinning area was very dirty, disgusting washrooms, flies everywhere It doesnt deserve any star.

The only Burger King location in Canada that refuses to sell the BK Stacker. For years, I bought 2 Original Chicken for $5. Now $11. BK has the worst fries of any chain restaurant.

We were there for some food on Saturday night around 8pm after driving all day from Quebec City. The food was ok but the kids working had blocked the entire hallway to the washrooms with a garbage can blockade (I should have taken a pic, Ive never seen anything like it) so we couldnt access any washroom the entire hour or so we were there, either to wash our hands before eating or to use the washrooms before leaving. We had to go to the gas station across the street. Im pretty sure this is a health and safety violation. It makes me wonder what other corners are being cut that could impact the food. It wasnt busy when we were there and we saw at least 3 different young staff hanging around talking. When we left, a young man had blocked both exit doors with yellow caution signs which we had to push out of the way to get out of the doors. It felt like they were trying to discourage customers from entering the building, despite it being open until 11pm. Next time we are in Brockville we will probably go to the Wendys across the street.

The food was good but it took about 15minutes to get our order with only one car ahead of us but just happy that they were staffed and open...( the one in prescott is always a gamble after 7pm) Also did you notice they put a new big sign up but it looks like the Burger King sign did in the 80s possibly 70s....Either way we got our burger on and there were no complaints on that side of things... Chow for Now-UPDATE-sept 6 visit- The food was delicious like usual but two days later I still regret my decision to use the bathroom..it was the smelliest bathroom Ive ever been in and I used to live in GTA...It smelled exactly how the bathroom in the movie trainspotting ( the worst bathroom in UK ) looked..the mere thought of it turns my stomach..Im pretty sure theres anyway to actually permanently remove the smell short of moving to a new location or gutting the whole bathroom side and chipping at least a few inches of the concrete underneath..So from now on I will take the gamble and will risk Prescott being closed and not eating that night until Im convinced that stench isnt still haunting Brockvilles Burger Kings bathroom

Good spot .

Very poor service. The servers were extremely slow. The waiting line kept getting larger, and the servers were roaming around with no hurry or concern on their faces. The cashier kept roaming around and would come after like 5 or 10 mins to get the next order. Very poor attitude of the workers here. Vegetarian options: Impossible whopper

Very upsetting. They made a mistake and a girl called cassy was trying to avoid a refund. When I let them know about the mistake a girl named Cristina had a very unprofessional reaction. Thanks to the manager who fixed everything

Let me start off by saying the food isnt all that bad but its not great either.. its what you expect from a fast food place like burger king. I ate around 7pm My burger was cold but warm enough to eat. My fries were hot but seemed and tasted old, like they were put in a microwave or something similar. Have you ever saved your fries from fast food and tried to re heat them? Thats what they were like I tried reheating them before and they turned out nasty. When I ate their fries I was like I know that terrible taste then I clued in what it was. The fries are not the worst of this review. I proceeded to the bathroom and almost got sick from the filth. Green mold in the urinal and the fresh mat pad in the urinal was white with black mold. Looks like it hasnt been changed since the place was renovated and must be couple years old at the minimum. If they cant clean a bathroom or change a urinal pad whats happening in the kitchen

Outstanding service

One of the senior employee is worse when it s come to deal with. I am the delivery driver for skip the dishes. He is always rude to delivery drivers and I don t want to put this blame but I feel like he s being racist towards mostly Indian drivers. Just today he asked me to show my phone that I collected the order, I showed him that and still he didn t want to give me the order. No one should ask any one to show their personal phone even if we driver start showing Burger King staff that we already swiped collected order. All other staff are nice accept him. I do like Burger King food and I don t go to Brockville store just because of him. He should learn the skip the dishes system or management should give him proper training. My humble request to the management to train him properly and ask him to be polite to every person walk to that store, doesn t matter if customers or any food delivery driver walks in.

Not a fan of the food bur service was fast and reasonable

This use to be a decent BK to eat at but not anymore. The food has been cold the last 2 times I have been there. My order has been wrong twice. The buns on the burger are not even close to fresh. Burgers were so cold the cheese would not even melt. 100% do not recommend going there. If they spent less money on the renovation and more on quality food and quality control it would be a much better place to eat.

Had an impossible whopper, hard as a rock, absolutely non-edible. Rock solid. Have tried the burger at other locations and it tastes completely different. Improper food storage /handling on this locations part. Would not recommend.

There was a hold up at the drive thru and we waited 10 minutes before vehicles started moving again and once we finally got to the window there was no apology for the wait.

Older lady made me the skinniest most unstae ice-cream cone that immediately toppled upon being passed. She was super sweet and polite about it and promptly replaced it. Super funny and positive experience with food that exceeded expectations and an understanding anticipated laugh to boot

So we went for milkshakes today... Yes the milkshakes are amazing at BK! What is NOT great is the customer service!!! I know everywhere is struggling to find staff, I get it, but if youre working with the public a tiny bit of kindness and looking like you like your job goes a long way! Acknowledging customers, actually speaking to them not just looking at them, were not mind readers! I know times are hard but honestly Ill go elsewhere before Ill deal with ignorant employees like today!

Cant seem to substitute a whopper for a vege burger when using coupons now. Can if you get the impossible burger but it looks too much like real meat to me, I cant eat it.

I got a rodeo burger with those onion rings and BBQ sauce in a meal. It. Was. Amazing. Drive thru was fast, staff were friendly, food looked good when I got it, and my order was correct. 10/10

Missing food and food I got was so over cooked it was burnt and unable to eat it.

My husband and I drove into Brockville Ont Burger King with 15min to spare before they closed at 11p.m . The store was not opened. This isnt the first time this has happened if you advertise your open till 11p.m then stay open till 11 we have now wasted an hour of our night plus gas to be denied the services advertised this is un acceptable the management needs to change this was Aug 26 2022

Very slow Burger King staff forgot straw for drinks food didnt taste like Burger King should they should give gas coupons for how much gas you have to burn while you wait for your order there

They were short staffed and busy along w drive through. The petite blond haired woman who took our order was appreciably calm, fast, and efficient w our various order sustitutes. She made our meal/stay more pleasant. Thank you.

Sept 20/2022 not a good evening for these guys. Really slow inside service, and quite a few unhappy customers. And, for the very first time, the food was below expectations. Surprised at the visit, but it could have been caused by a non-functioning debit machine and a staff shortage. Not to worry; we ll be back.

First time going to Burger King in Brockville the other night and I wasn t pleased with the service. There were about 5 young employees. Before someone took our order, the employees friends (customers) were waiting on their order. The employees and their group of friends stood around for at least 10 minutes talking before someone took our order. While one employee was taking our order, she was also talking with the group of friends at the same time. There was an older lady working in the background and I actually felt bad for her having to work with these young individuals. I m usually not one to complain as I used to work in food chains but I do believe Burger King in Brockville should reconsider who they hire.

Second time the service has been terrible. The onion rings were colder than the ice in the drink. The sandwich had enough ketchup on it to lubricate a fighter jet. And yet the prices keep going up. And the fountain disappears. Again. How many times has it appeared and disappeared since this restaurant opened. Gotta start looking somewhere else. This place is a joke that hates its customers. They dont even try. Lock the doors.

Fast service

Fries were not fresh.. definitely were sitting under the heat lamp. No sauce to go with our three nugget meals in the bag. Drinks were warm! I mean warm with no ice. I realize your under renovation.. dont want to ruin your name before you have the chance to reopen! Worst part is.. you get your food and back to the 401. Dont know the food and drinks are like warm til your already on the road.. I will be calling and speaking to someone. I am sure with the cost of renovations they might want to know about not great food..

Good food decent prices, parking lot poorly designed cause caos when busy.

Renovations look amazing! The seating however in the booths is not very comfortable. But the food was delicious, the staff were friendly and efficient. The store was very clean.

Salt and pepper on the patties would help greatly. The sandwich is good but the meat is bland. If the preparation includes salt and pepper dont cheap out and do it properly. Good fries and staff though.

Forgot my frie again

We ordered several items and when we went and checked the order one item was missing the order was verified by the cashier. The girl that gave it to me said you never ordered that the cashier didn t stand up and say anything she said I am going for a smoke. It turns out they have order to someone else the cheeseburger in the kids meal was a burger and the item was wrapped saying western burger was a whopper

The gravy is to salty, tomatoes and onions need to be sliced thinner. Meat was cooked good. People working there are friendly.

Quick service drive through

Staff treat other staff terribly. Specifically this one staff member whom is probably the oldest women there. I ve seen her two different times and she is very unfriendly toward her coworkers and it saddens me.
