Best place to get a poutine!! Can never go wrong with a classic poutine!
Diner atmosphere with friendly service and comfortable booths. Music wasn’t too loud. Place was empty 4 pm on a Saturday. I ordered the Fatless Burger Partner had breaded shrimp. Arrived quickly and warm. Burger was tiny and very salty. Comparable to a teen burger but not as good. It was obviously not char grilled. Partners shrimp nothing amazing. Sides of fries were ok. The meal was just ok. We left feeling that was a lot of money for what was received. It’s unfortunate things have gotten so expensive our dining out adventures have been drastically reduced. Would we go back …no. It’s about value for money spent. I wish them luck.
Dined in ..the restaurant is bright and welcoming.. I was greeted and seated right away..Our waitress was very friendly and knew the menu well.. I had the steak and barley soup to start, and that in itself was a meal! It has been a long time since I’ve been to a restaurant with soup that good. I followed it with the steak meal. My steak was cooked exactly as I wanted it.! All in all a very pleasant experience and the food was outstanding I will definitely be back!
Took 1.5 hrs to get food. When I did finally receive food, it was cold. Nice looking place but very cold. Sat by front door and the door doesn't close properly.

Clean, bright place with friendly, fast service and good food. We have enjoyed Fat Les's Waterfront patio on Blockhouse Island for many years and were excited that this location opened for year-round dining. The owner and staff are very friendly.
Excellent food. Superb service. Nicely renovated restaurant bright and very comfortable. Definitely worth the drive from Kemptville to Brockville. We will be back. THANKS
