As soon as we came in, we had a strong smell of old French fries oil. The food was not good, the restaurant not clean and the washrooms disgusting.

Ordered 2 of the Buffalo chicken poutine, at the drive thru, today, when we went to eat them, there was so much gravy it spilt all over us, aswell as coming threw the bag, hardly any chicken, in both or fries in the one. Not to mention we sat there for awhile, plus burger was cold. Use to be my favorite spot, not anymore

Best Burgers ever

Harveys is a hit or miss. During my last visit, there were only 2 people in the restaurant other than me and my wife. However, the clerk took forever to take our order. I get that the drive thru is important, but God damn is my money not worth the same!? The food was mediocre but fair priced. Id say be careful when ordering through Door Dash, Uber eats, or any other service as they tend to mess your order in one way or another and always seem to miss my apple pies. The place is always clean and cozy, though. With free parking and an access ramp. Parking: Shares a parking lot with other local businesses, not usually crowded. Wheelchair accessibility: There is an access ramp right in front of the restaurant.

Just had the best Harvey s I ve ever had at this location. The fries were hot, even though I ordered online and usually at any other place you get the fries lukewarm at best but these were nice and hot and the burger was built by an architect, crispy bacon great ratios and very neat and put together and most importantly really tasty. Apparently there were some newer crew members working when the order was picked up so I hope they get their props. Thanks!

Newly renovated. Quick. Effecient. Put down fresh food for me when I came in (245pm post night shift) Was served by the new manager who was kind, personable and attentive, didnt cut corners and was very good at her job. Very presently surprised with this visit. Buffalo chicken and onion rings were delicious.

My boyfriend and I frequent the Harvey s in Brockville and it is usually pretty good. However, tonight when we went there was a weird flaky substance on the bottom of his hamburger bun that we have never seen before, he had to spit it out because it was not chewable but we were not mad or upset. When we brought the burger back the three guys at the front thought it was weird as well and they had never seen it before, they offered to make us a new one, they were all amazing. It was only until the female manager came over and accused us of being wrong and that all the buns are like that . Her coworker picked up a fresh bun right after and said oh this one actually doesn t have that . I usually never write reviews but every single time we come to this Harvey s this female manager is always rude and has a terrible attitude towards everyone including the rest of the staff. I honestly feel like leaving every time I walk in and she s there because the experience is never pleasant when she s serving us or around in general. Not to mention I really needed to go pee and I was not able to because the bathroom was literally a disaster.

Kid Taking My Order messed it up. Was too Busy Talking to co-worker. When I said Just Refund me He Was all pissy. When I said that to Manager Tara She said Dont talk to Her Employees Like that. Like she Really owns the Place lol. I said just refund me she kept defending the Kid. Original Charge was $15.69 Refunded $14.56 Then told Me To Never Come Back. Screw You I will never be Back.

Went into Harveys in Brockville last night for a late supper, its hard to find good food at a late hour. Was greeted by the GM very friendly food was great fries were a little cold so I asked for some hotter fries and she was more then happy to put down fresh fries for me and even brought them out to me well I enjoyed my amazing burger. Great burgers

I had an excellent experience at Harveys recently. The staff exhibited a friendly and humble demeanor, making our visit enjoyable. Overall, excellent service which gave us a positive experience.

I am an understanding person when it comes to the fast food industry and dealing with staff shortages and call ins. My hope is that your reason for having so little staff is that someone called in and you didn t just staff it this way for a Saturday afternoon. When we walked in you had one staff in the kitchen, one in drive and one up front. The staff taking our order seems relatively new still, doesn t move very fast and shouldn t be working alone yet. It s hard to know if the woman she went to the back to have help her with something she didn t know how to do was going to ever actually come help with the long line that was growing. I m not sure if this woman is a manger or not but priorities need to be looked at better. The front cash shouldn t be piling on orders in to the kitchen if no one is dressing the and packing the orders. Piling orders from front cash then delays the orders for drive thru getting out. Also if someone s food is ready to be dressed and sent out don t then make it a priority to help in the kitchen to pile up more food. I understand it s under a heat lamp but it s not a perfect system. Food still gets cold. We don t come very often but majority of our visits are positive. Today you let down a lot of customers. Your line up was so long we watched people walk out once they realized it wasn t moving. We received no apology for the wait or communication about why things were taking longer. Do better! This all could have been avoided if you were staffed better or your staff were trained more.

Now I remember why I never ever go to Harvey s restaurant in Brockville. I was given a gift card and treated two friends for lunch on 12/21/2023. We ordered via the drive through. I ordered 2 angus burgers one hamburger one order of fries one order of frings one blueberry shake one Oreo shake. One angus burger to have onions pickles and tomatoes, the second angus burger the works. The hamburger was also ordered with the works. We received one angus burger not two, no frings, no pickles on the angus burger. The two loaded burgers had 3 toppings on each. $38+ later we drove home. To make the situation even more frustrating, the burgers were tasteless the fries were cold, soggy and minimal. Now I will remember to NEVER go to Harvey s Brockville again, gift card or not.

As always, the friendly staff greeted me warmly and patiently waited for me to decide what I d like to order. Of course, I landed on the Original Cheeseburger w Bacon. I had it topped the only way a burger of that calibre should be: onions, double yellow mustard and double pickles. That s it. I know some ppl add the works and probably feel it s more bang for your buck. But really in this case less is more. Well except for doubling the mustard and pickles. Then more is more. Enjoy.

Very good service! When we arrived, the gentleman who took our order quickly realized that I spoke French and he took the time to answer us in French. Small gesture much appreciated! In addition, the rest of the staff was very nice! The food was good too.

Came though the drive thru late and ordered a chicken sandwich, there was a 5 minute wait on it (no problem!) and a gentleman by the name of Wilson came out to check what we wanted on it and recommended Harv sauce for not only the burger but the poutine as well and even brought out a sample for us! 10/10 recommendation and service from not only Wilson but all the employees on march 13th around 10pm

Chicken burgers are great the service was ok but they are always slow at the drive through window they need to speed up a little waiting 20 minutes or better for your food is a little slow. Over all food was good.

I was the only customer in the store and it was super obvious that I inconvenienced the employees. I stood at the counter for almost ten minutes before being helped, then I was given so much attitude! The food was ok for fast food. With how much time it takes and how much it cost just go next door to Swiss chalet. Employees only wear gloves when preparing food for people in store. I came in around 8:30 this evening. They only had 3 staff in the whole store, so understandably it was a bit held up, that was okay. During my wait for my food, I watched a supervisor named Dan treat who looks to be a brand new employee like complete garbage. Yelling at him infront of customers, ignoring his questions, it got to the point where us as customers were helping this new employee figure out what to do. I m assuming he only treats them this way when his higher ups are off, because this wasn t okay

Went inside to order food, stood in line for about five minutes with no one taking my order, there was only one other person in there. Went to the drive through, only one car in front of me, ordered about 15 minutes ago and I m still waiting for my food while writing this review.

Lazy people

None of the employees that prepared my family s food wore gloves. From the grill to the heater. They only wore a pair after it hit the paper (a bit to late). The most appalling offense to me was when the man that rang us out (without gloves or washing his hands) placed a slice of cheese on my mothers burger. As a putrid garnish for the vile meal.

Chocolate milkshake you can mix yourself. Vanilla milkshake last month came with free bug wing! FREE! Food

Clearly this place has issues based on other reviews. If you re going to release a new item that goes viral on Tiktok maybe make sure you are preparing it fresh for each order. Mine would have been good if the whole dish wasn t stale. Threw it out and will never be back.

We had a lovely lunch with friends at Swiss Chalet at this location.

At 10:46am, waited 10 minutes nobody talked on speaker box so I drove up to the window at 10:56am and honked, employee completed meal for dine in then came and told me nobody had a headset on. I ordered at window and had to tap my card twice to make payment because his screen froze apparently. This is all very inconvenient when on a break from work. Will have to eat my meal very fast possibly not finishing it to make it back to work on time.

The burgers we ordered were mushy and totally undercooked, took 2 bites and thought I was going to puke. Ordered large onion rings - only 6 in the carton. Seriously? COOK THE FOOD LONGER AND AT A PROPER TEMPERATURE! Worse hamburger I ever had anywhere.

Service was impeccable, by a gentleman dressing our burgers. I believe his name was Wilson. He interacted gently with a number of older customers and fun personable with young fella in line. Polite, helpful, manners and one of the friendliest employees I have encountered in the fast food industry in a very long time. We need more folks like him in every industry!

Update: ordered bacon on burger. Overall burger good but something chewy. Uncooked bacon. I survived but yuck on the bacon. Should have asked for cooked bacon Update: Dinner shift tonight. Usually a 5 but the staff on this visit were lazy, dudnt care. 5 minutes standing at counter waiting, alone, to place order. Druve through looked at me, cooks looked at me. Came in on a Tuesday at 5:30pm. Pretty standard dinner time for most. I ordered my food, $19.08 for a burger and frings. I stood at the counter after paying for about 5 minutes. The staff seemed busy walking around doing things, but the kitchen wasn t doing anything, no food waiting under the heat lamps. I went and sat down and waited for another 10 minutes or so. Than the cook from the kitchen came out and offered me a juice or a drink and informed me that he just put my burger on the grill I looked at him and his big glasses confused and he walked back to the kitchen. After what seemed like 5 more minutes I see my burger come up, so I walked up. We put the toppings on my burger, it was ready. But they didn t notice I had onion rings on my order. My apologies we re waiting on your frings I was obviously frustrated at this point, I Just wanted my food. Finally the onion rings were done.. sorry sir, we re just waiting on your fries now they just went down You can t make this up I placed my order at 05:35P according to my receipt. I sat down with my food to eat at 6:03pm by my math that s 28 minutes. 28 minutes to cook each of my food items one at a time, after forgetting to start my order for approximately 15 minutes. On the positive side, the store was very clean.
