Just ordered wings, spinach dip, Caesar wrap with poutine and broccoli soup. Needless to say the fries were cold, I got breaded instead of classic wings and pita is not crisp. Not a happy customer today! Thanks for the cold food and waste of money.
Our family came in for dinner on a busy Friday night. Our daughter has a tree nut allergy and our server Leandra did a great job answering all our questions regarding the menu. We will definitely come back as we all had a great experience. Thanks again Leandra :)
We had dinner at Kelsey’s and had a great experience! We ordered beef nachos and chicken bites, both were delicious and had generous portions. Enough to take home leftovers!! Our server, Sarah, provided excellent service, and the food arrived quickly. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming. I highly recommend Kelsey’s for an amazing and relaxed meal!
Online order was ready when expected. Unfortunately the Fries were over cooked, dry and hollow. The fish and burger were delicious. I have had very good experiences with Kelsey's in the past. I was disappointed this time.
Updated review: We decided to try Kelsey's again and it was a good experience overall. Our server was attentive and he came to check on us often and quick to refill drinks. The vegan mushroom burger was awesome paired along the the beet and goat cheese salad. The chicken fried chicken I think was double fried and didn't seem to fresh and the loaded baked potato was missing bacon. Likely wouldn't choose this dish again but overall we enjoyed our meals. January 2023 Average experience, nothing fantastic but not awful either. We were seated with everyone else in the bar area for dinner, I understand it is easier for the waitresses to have everyone grouped but it would have been nice to be a little more spaced apart from the bar when trying to enjoy dinner. Service was very impersonal. The waitress never introduced herself and to check in on us she just looked at us from across the bar and gave us a thumbs up instead of asking if everything was alright or if we needed anything. Drinks were good. The quality of the steak seemed very subpar. It was cooked good but it had absolutely no flavour and looked old when it was cut. I had to put a lot of salt on it to taste anything and even then it was lacking. The honey buns appetizer was undercooked and the cheese inside was still cold. The fries had obviously been under a heat lamp for quite some time. It was okay but for $100 for two I'm not so sure the service or quality was there.
Decided to try this place for dinner. We were seated in a both near the bar. The bartender was actually our server . She did a fantastic job. The food was great , had the chicken Parmesan. The portions were a great size and we would definitely go back here. I will say this is one of the best restaurant meals I have had in a long time I eat out daily.
Not a great experience. We haven't been to Kelseys for at least 10 years. The last time we we're here we had steak, this evening we had steak and it was of the same caliber as 10 years ago. We ordered medium rare steak, they were cooked improperly. The steak came with a side of granulated mashed potatoes, extremely soft carrots and broccoli. The service was great but aside from that, no thanks. We thought with the new look maybe it would be a different experience, we were wrong, Some things never change. Sorry but we are done with Kelseys for good this time.
Sat in at a booth. The waitress was friendly and efficient and brought us waters immediately. The food was hot and fresh, well made. We were surprised at the quality. The tenders and Fish Sandwich were both great. Excellent onion rings. We will definitely be back.

Dining room is packed with a festive atmosphere. Emanuel has been very friendly and has provided good service. Food was piping hot and the Taquitos were delicious! I am really glad I tried them :) Dessert is Butterfinger ice cream cake and a Messy cookie sandwich. YUM! We will be back :)

I love giving restaurants food trucks all food service industry the best rate I can. Unfortunately Kelseys really disappointed in our takeout order. We waited approximately 30 minutes for a meal which we ordered in the restaurant for takeout thank you God we check the bags . We were missing a meal we therefore wait another 30 minutes theres not much sense trying to write our frustration but this is a picture of the dip that was almost $16 for a heaping tablespoon. I even opened it inside and questioned is this the amount were supposed to get. They said yes unfortunately that is the amount. You can see the bottom of the dish it didnt even cover the bottom

I have always enjoyed having a good meal and a drink at the Brockville Kelseys because the staff (all) are exceptionally friendly and they make sure that I m satisfied all night that when I m there. Parking: Sometimes a little further away from the bar but it s not too far.

We had a wonderful experience at Kelsey s brockville, the only thing more appetizing than our food was the view of our waiter James. The meat on his shoulders made the meals seem underwhelming, but they were delicious nonetheless!

I had a really disappointing experience at Kelseys recently. From the moment we walked in, it felt like we were being treated as second-class customers. Despite arriving 20-30 minutes before another table, they were served their food well before us. The manager was more focused on chatting with that table about Google reviews than actually ensuring everyone in the restaurant was having a good experience. She kept checking on them every 10 minutes, while we were lucky to get checked on twice the entire time we were there. Mind you, we were only a table of three, so it s not like we were a large group that required extra time or attention. It was clear that the manager was targeting younger, tech-savvy customers to write good reviews, as she was handing out coupons left and right to those who left positive feedback online. Because we are older and less techy, we didn t receive any such offer, which made us feel undervalued and ignored. To make matters worse, the wait for our food was excessively long, and when it finally arrived, the dishes were dirty and the food was poorly put together. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I won t be returning anytime soon.

Long time customer of Kelseys in Brockville. Unfortunately, I have been disappointed in our latest visits, long waits for the food, messed up orders and inaccurate pricing. I used to love going but now will drive to Kingston to go to Montanas. Hope things improve. Parking: Two Handi-Able parking spots right up near the entrance.

We were there for dinner 3 of us. First they were out of ALL CHICKEN so then my friend had to order ribs and chicken wings thought chicken wings were chicken but I guess not, the service was super slow. Not to mention by the time we got our appetizer with our dinner (even though we wanted it before) it was cold. There was maybe 6 tables and 5 servers. After 3 dinners, 1 appetizers, 6 drinks and almost 2 hours later it was $170 Save your money and go somewhere else.
Nous avons pris le « tuesday deal » 55$ pour 1 entrée à partager, 2 assiettes et 1 dessert à partager. Tout sur le menu a l air excellent, le rapport qualité-prix est impressionnant. Les assiettes sont grosses et pleines. Nous avons aussi pris des cocktails bien garnis et délicieux. Le cheesecake au chocolat blanc est décadent. Je recommande à 110%
Sat on the patio which was great, ordered chicken fried chicken (which we have eaten before) and the menu showed a white chicken gravy. When we received it the gravy was a Brown gravy (ok fine no biggie) but it was incredibly spicy to the point our meals were maybe half eaten. We have eaten at this location before and although it wasnt the best food we thought we were give it another chance, the waitress was great and super apologetic. Lesson learned with a $90 bill as a prize.

Very loud- we got wings/ garlic parm bites and nachos and they were alright. Toppings seemed canned and when they arrived to the table they were maybe luke warm. Definitely not what we were expecting Our server checked on us maybe once throughout the meal.
Sarna did a great job! Sat outside on a beautiful night and enjoyed the after 8pm happy hour deals.

We went to Kelsey s to celebrate last day of school and we loved the food. Fiona was our server and she was very friendly, knowledgeable and provided our drinks and food quickly. Our food was hot and came out exactly how we ordered. Keep up the good work. We will be back again.
The chicken fried chicken that my wife had was great and very filling, as was my buffalo chicken burger. Portions were more than enough. The only negative was that my fries were slightly over done, but that was a first for this location. The host was fast and polite, and our server was friendly.

Visiting someone in hospital. Awesome experience after a long day yesterday with both food and service. All boxes ticked! Food was perfectly prepared, server extremely attentive and all was super tasty. Decided to come back today, ordered the same things and was completely different. Chicken bites not tossed, lots of tiny little batter pieces and nachos super bland and not nicely layered. Too bad is so incredibly inconsistent. Yesterdays team needs to train today s.
We were lucky enough to be served by a new waitress by the name of Sarnia. She was friendly, attentive and professional. She made our entire dining experience truly enjoyable. I wish her the best of luck and hope to be served by her again.

Although the staff is super nice and helpful, every time I come I am very disappointed by the food. The first time I ordered it was chicken wings. I have never eaten such dry wings in my entire life, very disappointed. Second time I ordered the smash buger quesadilla. once again super disappointed, false advertising, nothing like the picture
This mushroom bacon burger was delicious. The baked potato was cold and hard. My spouse had the French fries and they were awesome. Tge seats in the booth were comfortable.

Have been there a couple times and the table was wobbly... even with coasters under the leg. Im also not a huge fan of the really bright lights in the bar area. But the prices arent outrageous compared to other places in the area and the spinach dip is awesome! Our server Hannah was quick placing our app and patient with us taking time to decide on dinner!

We were attending a wedding show in Brockville and decided to go to Kelseys for supper that evening. My wife had the chicken wings with barbecue sauce on the side, and I had the chicken bites with honey garlic sauce on the side. I found my chicken bites extremely greasy, dripping grease all over but I ate them anyways. So when we arrived home, exactly 4 hours later they decided they didnt want to be inside me. After that horrible experience in the bathroom I felt much better. Could be a coincidence but I really think that there was something about the chicken bites, maybe they sat out too long before cooking or were not cooked enough. Both my wife and I were completely fine the next day.

We go to this location often and have gotten a different range of service from staff here but I would like to mention our last experience was with a waitress named Alex. She was AWESOME! On Que with everything and super friendly. If I could I would give her alone a 5 star rating. The food was good too. Hubby loves the fajitas and is the go to every time.

The food was good and the waitress was great. She had suggested that we try a different entree and it was very tasty. Not something I would have ordered normally but I really enjoyed it and was glad for her guidance. The area we were in had two families with young children and the group should be proud of them. They were very well behaved and Im glad that we were seated there. The waitress was attentive to the children and Im sure they were trying to make her proud of them. She was complimenting them on their good manners. It was nice to see families enjoying the restaurant. Smart girl and invested parents made for a pleasant dining experience all the way around.
