Great funky food

My wife and I went for our anniversary, and everything was fantastic. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and the service was top notch. Looking forward to our next visit.

Honestly best food Ive ever eaten, I would drive all the way from Niagara Falls again for this food. Nicest staff and such a cool looking place inside, dont miss out on this place!

The best service I ve ever received!!! Karen and Stef were absolutely great hosts. Amazing food, interesting vibe and atmosphere of the restaurant. We were 2 senior and 2 adults and one child but all together were shouting the best night ever Dietary restrictions: I don t eat Carbs but they had some recipes that includes veggies and protein. Kid-friendliness: My 8 years old son he went to thank them for their delicious food and Stef he came to see my son and spend almost half an hour to talk to him. There are lots of game to play with. They are so friendly and welcoming.

Best sea scallops!! Cooked to perfection. Loved doing trivia while waiting for food. Lighted magnifying glass helps old folks. All the decor nostalgic , fun and makes you smile

The appetizer was great, and the service was wonderful and personal. Unfortunately, the main dinner courses were disappointing. For example, a single piece of fish with only one small amount of side? Suggest at least two sides so that the plates dont look empty or even have some parsley for appearances? Also, a more homemade flavour or recipe would be good. Thank you again for your personal welcome, however. We might come back on a less busy day in the future when the Eclipse guests are not overwhelming Brockville. Good luck! Parking: We arrived early enough to find a street parking spot.

Karen and Stef are the owners and they work the front and the kitchen. SUPPORT THIS PLACE! Canadian Dream. Tough go through Covid and pulling out. The Seafood pasta had a lobster tail in it and was top notch! Love you guys. We were driving the 401 from Montreal and Kingston has nothing as good as this. It was great and a hoot!

Incredible food! We have been living in the area for 3 years and went to The Noshery for the first time tonight. I really wish we had gone earlier. Every plate leaving the kitchen looked amazing. I like my veggies al dente and my steak blue and, for the first time in 3 years, enjoyed my meal the way I wanted. The shrimp apple was also perfectly cooked and delicious. My husbands salmon and Mac and cheese was also amazing. Great food, eclectic decor (nerdy and fun) and perfect service! Highly recommend and super happy to know where we can get a brilliantly cooked steak and more.

I ate here last weekend with some friends and everything was great. The steaks were perfectly cooked, and I really enjoyed the loaded baked potato. Desserts were delicious and the portion sizes were very generous. The staff was friendly and the place had a fun vibe with the Star Wars action figures and old movie posters on the wall. Will definitely look to go back the next time I m in Brockville. I d suggest making a reservation. There isn t really parking for the restaurant itself but we easily found parking behind the restaurant in the municipal lot, and it was free on weekends.

The owners reply to the review about not enough vegan options at a steak house forced me to give them 5 stars. Other than that, I have eaten here a few times steaks always great.

The local owners serves the tables and are very personable and friendly. They will make sure you are happy with your dining experience. The eclectic decor and supporting audio will attract the older and retro crowd. Try it once and youll keep going back.

A great restaurant! Awesome classic cocktails, super friendly service and great food. The best steakhouse in the Brockville (maybe Ottawa) area. I have been here at least 3 times, the steak and seafood are always cooked to perfection, the bar is well stocked and their bar tending skills match their skill in the kitchen. Make sure you make a reservation a couple days in advance because its a busy spot and will only get busier.

The Noshery catered an event that I recently hosted at my home. I was beyond thrilled with the quality and price of the food. The presentation was professional and appealing and they were kind enough to make separate plates for the dietary restrictions identified. Thank you so much to Karen and Stef for making it happen! Highly recommend for your party or event - you will not be disappointed!!!!

Fish was dry and over seasoned, loaded potatoes was a little cold. Green beans where chewy and stems were not removed. Chicken parmigiana was bland.

Very disappointed 1. While the waitress insists she tells everyone there is a 4 dollar charge for the stuffed all dressed potato, 4 of us at the table never heard her. Trust me the people I was with would have noticed. Furthermore, we were in the restaurant for 2 hours and never heard her tell anyone else until AFTER her conversation with us 2. Steak was undercooked. Asked for medium steak was rare 3. Asked to replace veggies on my plate with a side of caprese salad. While I expected an up charge, I was charged the price of the appetizer caprese. Which was super small and the tomatoes were paper thin. So much so that I couldn t cut them with a nice. They would simply squish. 4. I ordered a dessert that I didn t care for. Waitress asked if I wanted a take out counter, when I said no, she never even asked why. When I mentioned I didn t like it (almond extract after taste) she said that s too bad, and not in a nice or concerned way either. Of course it was kept on the bill. Given all these reasons, we will not be back.

I have wanted to try this restaurant since moving to the area. My partner has known the owner/chef since he was born. Sadly, I was very disappointed.

I travel frequently and can say with confidence that the Noshery is my favourite steakhouse in Canada. It is a down to earth, come as you are environment with great quality steak and outstanding, personable service. You can come alone and make friends or come for special occasions, either way you re guaranteed an amazing meal and a friendly environment. If you like mushrooms, nosh it up and you will not be disappointed. And yes, you can play trivial pursuit while sipping wine and taking in Mario and Star Wars memorabilia. Pull of the 401 - it s worth it.

My husband and I went last Friday July 7th for the first time with our friends that recommended this restaurant. We were very pleased with the service and the meal was excellent. Filet mignon cooked perfectly medium/rare and Chicken parmigiana pasta was a very good helping for my Husband. I ve passed this place many times but have not gone in . So happy friends told us about it. Quirky interior and love the trivia cards at the tables . Thank you

My wife and I decided to try this restaurant as it had an interesting description on line. I am glad we did!! Food was excellent, service was awesome and the atmosphere was terrific. I would definitely return and suggest to others. Would recommend to make a reservation though as they are popular and do not overcrowd their guests.

The server was great, food was good but found it pricey. Would return but limit the visits as its as expensive as some of the higher end steak houses.

Ribeye steak was phenomenal and service was excellent. Dessert (cheesecake) was also top notch (and a nice big slice, good for sharing). Price of the steak is reasonable considering the excellent quality, but its overpriced in that you have to pay $10-14 extra for pretty basic side dishes. Server (who I think is also co-owner) was great with recommendations and general friendly/helpful/patient disposition. Really nice to go to a place that has high-end food but doesnt feel high-brow.

The is a great restaurant in downtown Brockville. The food, I had steak, it was absolutely delicious, one of the best steak Ive had. Our server was great, funny wonderful. If you like Star Wars, or Mario, you need to stop in. It was tastefully decorated with pic and memorabilia.

Six of us had dinner before the the show at the Brockville Arts Centre last week and the dinner was delicious. Wonderful service and great good and great atmosphere. Definitely a restaurant to have dinner.

This place is so charming and the food is amazing! I had the crab stuffed haddock and their caprese salad - both dishes were delicious!

Food was melt in our mouth delicious! My wife had the top sirloin with a loaded baked potato and I had the t bone stake medium rare with a garden salad. I drank a grapefruit radler from Perth Brewery, it was very good! It had a nice grapefruit flavour and wasnt bitter at all. For dessert we split, well I ate it all, an apple crumble with ice cream.

Was there to celebrate our 53 anniversary along with my daughters and son in-laws 21st . Service was excellent . Food was good portions were good. Highly recommend. Steaks were all excellent well marbled very good flavour. I ordered my steak Blue and to my liking was a little over cooked BUT I AM USED TO MY BLUE. KNOCK THE HORNS OFF AND DRIVE IT BY THE FIRE. Excellent evening out well worth going to RESERVATIONS ADVISED.

Fantastic service and food. After entering we were greeted and sat instantly. The server provided us with menus and we ordered drinks. After a few minutes we ordered food, it was the appropriate amount of time. After our delicious meal the Chef came out to greet us and thank us. The hospitality at this establishment was flooring a must go to when traveling thru Brockville.

Sunday evening dinner.. was quiet this evening.. thats great for us.. But I was told its the first time this summer it has been and well after the excellent meal I know why.. Had a wedge salad to start.. Honestly was the the best Ive ever had, they served it with a wonderful sun-dried tomato dressing.. which was bursting with flavor.. excellent.. And everything was fresh.. real bacon, chunks not bits.. wonderful.. then on to steak.. personally I like a good sear and dam near raw inside which really is impossible on a 12oz ribeye.. but it was excellent.. more impressive were the veggies, fresh well cooked not boiled to death.. and seasoned excellent.. some carrot, broccoli and green beans all spectacular.. baked potato.. ahhh Was late and we were pretty full or Id love to have checked out their desserts.. ok I have a reason to return.. well another

Love this restaurant! Husband and wife, owned and operated. I had the seafood linguini and got a whole lobster tail with my meal. The sauce was much lighter than I was expecting but exactly what I was hoping for. For the craft beer lovers, they have Perth brewery on tap and a large selection of beer in cans. We all enjoyed our meal and the hospitality. I will definitely be eating there again.

Dined tonight with friends. Great service and food at this husband and wife run restaurant, great varied menu with big portions. On this night they took limited rez only (as they were short staffed) so that every diner could still get great food and service.

Terrific! They were booked the last time we were in Brockville, so this time we got in. Calm, small, quiet, quirky, great atmosphere, and service. Food was divine! The skillet is sooooo delicious and served HOT! the BLT is the best I have had anywhere. Oh and this place is a shrine to all things Star Wars. Very cool.

I don t know how this place doesn t have strictly 5 stars. I have travelled around the world and tonight I had one of my best meals I ve ever had at this restaurant. The service, vibe, and atmosphere is absolutely unremarkable. The food- exquisite. The chef (and owner) took time to come out and chat and it was an absolute pleasure. We will be coming back tomorrow for breakfast and for further meals. 100% Recommend!!!

We ordered a variety of different appetizers and Mains and without mentioning a particular dish, they were all simply delicious!! Most of all the SERVICE & ATTENTION TO DETAIL was first class!! We stopped in for an impromptu celebratory dinner and The Noshery did not disappoint! Best rib eye and fillet mignon we have had in years; better than a lot of steakhouses we have been to. The service was excellent.

If you are in Brockville and only have time for one meal, don t bother looking anywhere else. We had our dog with us so we re not able to enjoy the cute atmosphere of the restaurants dining area, but the takeout was fantastic. The loaded potato skins were a game changer! The caprese salad was amazing. And the Cubano sandwich was great. The only change I would ask would for the bread to be pressed. Everything was super tasty and very well presented!

Really cute vibe and nice staff, but the food was lacklustre and there were maybe 1 or 2 vegetarian options for breakfast. I had a fried egg sandwich which was just two fried eggs on toast with butter. I hope they can expand their menu for a bit more inclusivity (vegetarians and vegans are kind of left out here) and add a bit more taste to their meals.

What a delightful experience! The food was out of this world, the atmosphere was like a galaxy far far away, and the service was warm and welcoming! I highly recommend and was well worth the drive from Ottawa! Also make sure you have the OMG Dip.

As out of towners we stopped here while visiting family. We ordered the breakfast platter for 2 which was great. The portion was generous and the food was tasty. We will visit again next time we are in town.

Wentvther from toronto ..waitres wont even approach us..sign said only locals n need to show id.....was very upset about there behaviour....we stood there for 10 min waitress saw us n completely ignored us....big sign when u enter brockville visitors welcome but why that sign if they not serving the visitors food...complete disrepect..atleast say hi sorry we not serving outsidera etc...or even offer that we can serve u take out something...my god was so disappointed

A hidden jewel. My favourite go to place in Brockville for any meal. If you order a steak you have to Nosh it up . You won t be disappointed. .Karen and Stef are real people and are doing a hell of a good job.

We have never eaten here and never will. Brockville had homeless man recently pass away. He was well-known in the community. Mourners had a vigil for him outside across the street. The Noshery would not turn their outdoor music down as a show of respect for the mourners and to honour one of its community members. Disgusting!

The patio is set up with heaters to keep you warm. Friendly staff and excellent food. You can also purchase food from seed to sausage. The product is frozen.

Truly the best meal I had in Brockville! Their cheese steak was mouthwatering delicious. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who is visiting the town and wants decent food!

We had lunch in their warm, clean, and safe patio area. I had the cheese steak sandwich. It was a delight, with a 6 oz steak, mushrooms, cheese and the sweetest onions I have had in a long time. My wife had the tomato beef soup which was excellent. All of it washed down with Perth Last Duel lager beer. The outdoor setting had us thinking about Paris. A good time.

This is our go to place in Brockville for great food and the best service . Steph sure knows how to get steak right . The Perth craft beers on tap are a really nice touch .

5 stars every time. Karen and Steph have never failed us! Great local business that helped so many with their small grocery store adaptation during the pandemic and always provide delicious meals that never leave my husband and I hungry! Nothing but love for these two and always looking for the next chance to visit!

The place has its own vibe. Crested and run by a nice married couple. They try to source all their food local. The owner sold me a messy fish sandwich. Light 8oz Halibut served on their own fredh.baked bread...(I opted for GF, which was super!). Served with a homemade tarter sauce and fresh toppings. It was fantastic! A small glass of white sav blanc. I chatted to the owner after, with fresh hot coffee. She said during COVID they turned part of their store into a grocery market, whereas people could order products for pickup. For Christmas they are doing dinners!

Too expensive

Amazing food with great friendly service. Nice to go there for a treat yourself kinda meal. Yes its a little expensive but when you eat the food and notice the quality of the ingredients and the care that has gone into making these dishes youll see its worth every cent.

There isnt a nicer place in Brockville to visit for good meal than The Noshery! Try them today! You wont be disappointed!

Stopped in while driving through Brockville to grab a bite to eat to go because were have our dog in the car. There was one customer chatting with the server/owner. It felt as if I was pulling him away from his conversation to ask him for take out. He stated that he doesnt do take away foe dinner. Shame since they clearly have take away containers. Bad vibes

This is a little gem within Brockville. My mom and I like to meet in between Belleville and Montreal for lunch every once and a while so we stopped here a couple weeks ago and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The Mediterranean platter was delicious, the portabello sandwhich even better! The Server was also hella friendly and genuine. Only complaint is that we were sitting above the AC vents on the floor. Overall great experience and would highly recommend it.

My favourite place to eat. Very knowledgable about Celiac, and despite the previous reviewers comments about the potential for intolerance of religious attire, I was in clergy wear and was treated with full respect. Food was soooooo good.
