This place is a total rip off. Ordered a cold cut sub and the meat is sliced so thin, you don’t even taste it. Huge scam, save your money and get a real sub at the new place downtown on King Street.

A employee kuber (spelling not sure) showed a kind act as i was traveling and i had stopped to use the the bathroom i ended up placing my phone there and forgetting it i had relised this when i was on the highway going back home wich takes 4 hours i called him from my wifes phone worried it might get stolen or lost but after i called kuber he was kind enough to keep it safe and return it to me
I ordered a 6" tuna sub for delivery and got 0.1g of tuna. It looks like the tuna accidentally fell on a veggies sub. There was one single clump of tuna about the size of a pinky fingernail on the entire sub.
My sub was made wrong but I didn't notice til I was in the car. I went back to get it remade to how I ordered it. I was then told it was my fault and questioned as to why I didn't notice the mistake. How rude to treat your customers that way. Then I was questioned again by a different person about why I ordered it wrong. I never complained to them or blamed anyone. I just asked for a new sub.
The three gentlemen that were working the night shift on May 15th, Were exceptional. Not only did they make sure I left a happy customer, they also were very generous with the condiments placed on our subs. Helped me out with my coupons, gave me lots of napkins, and made sure I knew to hold the bag from the bottom, so that it didn’t spill out everywhere on me. Thank you 3 men very much!
Ordered on the app and used curbside pickup. Ordered with more levels. Sandwiche was made correctly. Turned out very well. Gut who brought to vehicle seemed nice and happy.

Had an excellent sub called The Big Veggie, plenty of flavour. As this is the only Subway in Brockville it gets very busy at lunch time as it is close to the High school. Very friendly service and lots of hands on deck to minimize your wait.

She literally thrown the food after the payment with bad gesture, when I politely ask her to give due respect also she didn t apologise for her behaviour instead said I just slided the food and to the top, she was not wearing her name badge. Zzz First teach them about customer service and allow them to serve the customer. Please go to a different subway where you could be treated well !

Here s a wild idea, don t have 1 curbside pickup spot and then give me attitude when I park to the left of it cause the 1 curbside pickup spot is full. Won t be going back to this location again and I ll make sure I leave that feedback with subway corporate.

Ordered a group plater. Order was wrong. When I went to pick up it wasnt ready. They had the wrong date. They pointed the finger at me that I was wrong. Horrible place. Subway hasnt been the same anywhere since new owners have went in. Inwill avoid all subways from now on.
I dont know why. But Subway never has meatballs. Its been a staple of their menu since inception. I go to subway for meatball subs. When they dont have i dont wamt something else. What business doesnt have one of their main items at dinner time They should juat take it off menu as they never have

Normally Subway is on point and I have no problems. Today I got a cold cut on Italian herb and cheese and the whole sub was disgusting. I normally love extra pickles and I had to take them out. Something smelt old so not sure if the cheese was expired or the bread was or it had a new ingredient in it but I was very disappointed.
March 15th at 1pm, staff was great. Fast, steady and organized service. Staff seemed happy to help and serve you. Fast service aswell.
Decent professional service but regularly pay for 6 inch subs and receive 5 inches when pre ordering. Hopefully other customers are getting the 7 inch for price of 6. Food quantity is poor, extra of a vegetable topping means normal amount. Best to request less dressing to help avoid being drenched in sauce.

Ordered my food online before coming to the store to pick it up wen it said it was ready I ordered my food online ahead of time to be able to take advantage of your skip the line, my order was supposed to be ready for 12:20 and upon arrival I waited after 2 costumer to finish with there orders before asked them about it and they said they will start it right now but I was supposed to be ready for 12:20 the line was getting there food before me and I waited an extra 20min for my order I was late for work thanks to them, I wont be coming back and I will let everyone of my family know to go to this beautiful sub shop in Prescott instead. Need to provide proper training to employees. I had worst sub. Employees don t know that they have to pre heat meat or patty if frozen. My sub was cold even though I told toasted. Veggie were uneven. Ruin everything.

Subway sandwiches were as expected, but my visit to their bathroom was nasty. I always think to myself that the same people that manage the toilets also manage the food I am about to eat. Not encouraging from the state of the washroom. I notified the cashier that they needed attention. There was a good size line during the lunch rush, and the staff were capable and polite.
Lost an iPhone and the gentleman who works there went out of his way to send us the iPhone back by mail. Absolutely terrific person. I work in the construction industry and was working night shift last week, I came here with a coworker late at night as nothing else Is ever open that late. Thank god for subway! Although this was my first time coming to this specific subway, as I was only in town for work that week, they were fantastic as most 24h subways are. The staff was very warming and welcoming, cracking jokes with us. The food was fresh and well made, and the service speedy!
Great service and subs. The cookies could use more time in the oven. Lady who made my sandwich was quite friendly and added a lot of everything just the way I like it. Didnt appreciate being asked for a tip when I paid for a second drink. Drinks are also super expensive. I recommend walking to the dollar store and save a few dollars on drinks. Open 24 hours! Kid-friendliness: They offer milk as a drink, and kids can customize their own sub.

Granted it s busy, some of the employees need customer service training, namely the kid with the thick eye glasses. Rude, literally tossing the garnishes on the sub, throwing garnishes back, wrapped the subs and threw them down. Was blatantly angry and didn t want to be there. There s many fast food establishments here, I m sure if he hates this one he should find another.

Ive given this place so many chances, but their staff recently dont care at all about order accuracy. Doesnt matter if you order through their app, through SkipTheDishes, or go in person. Ive paid for bacon to be added and never received it multiple times, Ive had the wrong sub order delivered, missing ingredients in every single delivery order, surly service at the counter, and ignored order notes. Generally I like Subway, but I think tonight was the last time going to this location. I often order in the evening, so perhaps the daytime staff are better, but the evening crew do not care whatsoever about order accuracy.

I just ordered a meatball sub and the meatballs were cold and the sub was poorly wrapped! This isnt the first problem Ive had with subway and but it is the last. This used to be a good place to get subs.
Went in for dinner tonight. All staff were excellent, all properly masked and gloves and were very polite. However what appeared to be the general manager was there doing inventory, had no mask on, no gloves on and was touching absolutely everything, all the sauces all the containers, knives, work stations, he wasn t being very nice to the staff at all - and was throwing sauce bottles around and being abrasive. It was a very unpleasant experience because of this. You can just tell that the manager isn t nice to them, and probably a regular occurrence because all the staffs demeanor changed when he walked in. It was very unprofessional for this manager person to treat his staff this way, especially in front of customers. Doesn t look very good, Otherwise the food was good.

This place has gone down hill. Im guess theres no one in charge or there off taking a nap somewhere. One guy making the to go orders and making the subs for people in line. Three other girls just standing behind him talking. He asked for help and they just walked away. Dont waste your time on this place. Both Subways are garbage now.

Placed order online, simple enough. Pick up was simple as well. However you do need to specify if you want extra anything. When I got my sub there was extra of what I ordered but very skimpy on the rest. Ill be asking for extra everything next time.

Worst customer service ever, seems like its ran by high teenagers. Dont have half the stuff, burnt several sandwiches while I was waiting. Couldnt find lids for the soup containers, and waited till after I paid to inform me there was no crackers.
Waited 15 minutes with only one person in front of me and 5 employees on duty but only 2 doing anything, priority is given to electronic orders. I repeated my order 3 times to the young lady but in the end she gave me the wrong sandwich which cost more, rather than give it to me at the lower price he chose to make me reorder and threw it away. Im so done with this place its turned into a trap house environment. Rude children running Subway into the ground

No complaints about food. I m currently 35 weeks pregnant, identified that and was still denied the bathroom. Despite the fact that it s Covid, if someone needs the washroom, you let them use the washroom. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and management at this location.

Horrible food and service. The only good thing about this place is how close it is to other fast food restaurants. Do not waste your time here, youll be at best disappointed, at worst sick. Ive had second hand information from some employees from this restaurant, the cleaning is subpar, and food safety is not existent. If you go here, Im terrible sorry youve wasted your money. Go to Pizza Hut or McDonalds, at least youll get what you ordered there.

Usually you guys are good. But I noticed at night, on the app every sub I recieve is either very poorly made or incorrect. I ordered tonight really late (my apologies) but when I got my sub there was literally next to no lettuce, even though thats the only added thing I wanted on my sub. I also got chipotle sauce which there was very little of, & you guys for sure touched some sort of pepper or something before grabbing my lettuce because the lettuce tasted awful. It was 100% cross-contaminated with something else. I ordered a 12 and could only eat half. I had to sit and peel all of the lettuce off. 3 stars because youve had minimum mess-ups, but night shift that makes subs for app needs to be better. Update: its been 2 months, I re-ordered. My sub had next to no cheese & you forgot the cookies I ordered. :| Probably am not coming back, lowered to 2 stars. Also I had ordered lettuce, spinach green pepper and onion and theres literally minimal amounts on my sub. I called them to try to sort it out and they didnt care, so I called the delivery app who issued a refund. Update #2 & very last: many people had said youre short-staffed so I tried again. & the phone is NEVER answered, order is always wrong still and if I order through the app you guys dont respond so it expires and I dont get my money back for several days. Youve 100% lost my families business now.

Brockville Subway sucks. They are so slow. Dont think you are going to be in and order snd get your quickly. For the amount if people they have working things should move much faster than they do. 4 people in front of me and it took over 30 min to place and receive my order. Never going there again.
We like Subway but this was a busy day ,some of the staff were unorganized and confused about coupons we presented, which meant other staff had to stop what they were doing and help others.
