Anita Empanadas is a real find! From the moment I entered, the aroma of freshly baked empanadas captivated me. I tried the meat empanada and it was delicious: the dough was crispy and the filling was juicy and full of flavor. I also tried the ham and cheese one, and it was a dream! The atmosphere is very cozy, perfect to enjoy with friends or family. Plus, the staff is super friendly and makes you feel at home. I will definitely be back to try more flavors! If you are looking for authentic Argentine empanadas, Anita is the place!

It seems like they dont want to sell, there isnt good customer service or maybe it wasnt a good day, the food didnt have much flavor, the chicken empanadas and the cheese empanadas...

I recently picked up an order right before closing time, which included 6 empanadas. Unfortunately, 3 of the beef empanadas had a strong smell of unfresh meat, almost plastic-like. It was obvious that either they weren t stored at a safe temperature or had spoiled. The other 3 flavors were fine. I m not a first-time customer, and I m quite disappointed at the inconsistency in quality.

We regularly order empanadas from Anitas house. The restaurant is super cozy (its not very big but its not disturbing) - most people come to take out their order. The welcome is always very pleasant. and the simply delicious empanadas - with lots of options!! my family and I love this place!! I highly recommend!!

A delight! My favorite was the chicken, but the meat and capresse are fantastic too. They are juicy, tasty and the dough that surrounds the filling is soft and delicious. Furthermore, the accompaniments are fresh and natural. From today we became customers!

Best place in grand Montreal área for argentinian empanadas. The capresse one was my fav. There are a lot of vegetarian/vegan options. The alfajores are the best dessert after all the salty delicious taste of empanadas. Great discover for delicious Southamerican food.

Delicious Argentinian food.

Anita, es de esas emprendoras latinas que debemos apoyar. Tiene su venta de empanadas argentinas con una variedad de rellenos únicos y originales. Todo dentro de un local cálido, donde la decoración incluye a su gentilicio y la atención personal se hace presente desde que llegas. No he probado el mate, pero los churros son obligatorios!

I love these empanadas.. i order about every 2 weeks, keep them in the freezer for a delicious lunch. They are consistently good, never had a bad experience with any flavor. I love that they also have some vegan options.

Jai essayé les empanadas à saveur dépinards, le capresse et celui à laubergine et les 3 étaient très savoureux. Laubergine était bonne, celui à lépinard très bon et le capresse incroyablement bon. Le goût du capresse ma fait penser à une bruschetta, cétait excellent. Pour finir lendroit a un petit vibe chaleureux, un vibe de café.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Anitas house and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The empanadas served were simply the best I have ever tasted - every bite was an explosion of flavors delicious. Also, the service was impeccable, courteous and attentive. The warm and welcoming atmosphere of Anitas house really added to the whole experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone who loves delicious food. and quality service. Drove from Laval to try this place out and it was well worth it! Best empanadas Ive ever had. You can tell this place is authentic, they stick to a speciality and they do it better than everyone else. The empanadas are generously stuffed and theyre cooked fresh when you order them. The churros are crispy on the outside and oozing dulche de leche. Amazing place, worth checking out!

Ive never tasted empanadas before, theyre delicious! I definitely recommend this restaurant to those who want to try it. There are around ten different kinds, and also vegan and vegetarian ones. The desserts also look good. Very few tables and quite busy place so arrive early or take out!

Excellent cozy place to be and have great empanadas, milanesa, chorizo, coffee and deserts (Alfajor, churros, etc) all in one place!

I really enjoyed their mushroom empanada. The texture contrasted really well with the pastry and the flavours were amazing. I also tried the beef, the chicken and the tuna ones but they were not as good in my opinion. They were definitely flavourful but a bit dry also. The sauces were a bit disappointing however in my opinion. They didnt have much flavour to them and didnt add much depth to the overall empanadas. Overall, it was still very enjoyable. The prices are reasonable also, only around 23$ for 6 of them which is more than filling. The service was also amazing, I arrived a bit before closing and they still served me politely and with a positive attitude.

We ordered 12 empanadas, the taste is very good, nothing to say! But the portions of pebre are tiny for 12 empanadas .

I gave 5 stars because the sixth is not from Google, but, there you go . Its been a while since Ive tasted empanadas as good as those from Maison dAnita. No loss, everything and there, it is an obligatory restaurant to visit. And I must add the fact that I have training in international cuisine and that all the good and true flavors are there, from A to Z

The empanadas are very tasty. The knife-cut variety of meat is highly recommended. The maizena alfajores are excellent.

I read that the reviews are good and I came to this resto when they first opened and returned again recently. I only tried the empanadas at the 2 visits and they are very ordinary. The taste is very mild, lack of seasonings and taste, but at least they are homemade and fresh. 3 stars for that. But I will not be returning.

Little room inside but Argentinian empanadas (baked and not fried therefore), with a wide choice and homemade cuisine. Dessert without much interest. Looking forward to tasting pizzas like those in Buenos Aires!

Wow they have 5 stars for a reason! Their empanadas are so delicious!! The dough is perfectly cooked and super buttery. The filling is generously packed and so flavourful. I had my order delivered and it still came out hot (it was like -30 that evening). I highly recommend the chicken empanadas! Will order again :)

Excellent Argentinian empanadas. The dulce de leche churros are worth rolling around on the floor. Plus the prices are super reasonable. Its very small for eating in and the menu could diversify a little over time. Vegetarian options: Mushroom empanadas, eggplant, spinach, etc.

Ordered the spicy beef empanadas. Very delicious. My mouth is watering as I type this review, thinking about those empanadas. Comes with 2 sauces, which compliment the empanadas well. Very cozy/small seating area so may not have enough space to eat indoors. I also tried the churros which are good.

Best empanadas! Very tasty, fresh and not too fatty, with their accompanying sauces, a delight! Several varieties to try. The lentil, beef and Chorizo stew is also a dish to taste! A little restaurant worth the detour.

Really cute decor. Kind staff. We tried carne piquante empanada, milanesa sandwich, guiso with beef and chorizo, churros. Everything was fresh and tasty. But looooved the empanada and churros. Recommended.

Amazing! Had the Tuna, corn, aubergine, and spinach empanadas. They were all good,(tuna was a bit dry), but the sauces and salsa take them to the next level. The stew was delicious. They have the best alfajores and its worth going here just for that. The pastafrola was okay. Obviously not food low in acrylamide so something to take into consideration. The only frustrating part was that we were over charged. The guy was nice though.

Best empanadas we ever had!! If we had to choose a favourite, it would be the carne picante but all fillings were delicious and best enjoyed piping hot! Service was top notch too. And make sure to order a mate while you wait for your food ;)

I arrived 10 minutes before closing time and I was served with a smile. Im a tough critic and I think depending on your personal taste its hard to go wrong with these empanadas. They provide an under represented Argentinian speciality in Quebec which they deliver with quality. This is a gem with a delightful staff. This is an establishment where spending your hard earned money feels like the right thing to do in order to support them. Keep up the amazing work

By far the best empanadas in the greater Montreal area! The dough is very good and the toppings are of very good quality. Special mention to the cornstarch alfajores too, it looks like a simple dessert, but its not easy to make them well and theirs are exquisite! The space is warm and you can feel the love that this family puts into their business and their food. I love it 12/10!

Fantastic empanadas, vegetarian as well as vegan options. They are clearly identified (letters on the crust), this is practical with large orders. I usually pick up at the store, the empanadas are accompanied by the sauce and salsa. This was not the case with Uber, it needs to be added as an extra.

Excellent meal. My partner being Chilean, her empanadas unfortunately do not beat those from Maison d Anita. The desserts are also delicious. For those who want to sit and eat, be warned that there are only two tables inside and in the summer, two small tables outside. The restaurant operates more by take-out, but the service for those who eat on site is 5 stars. A must-have for those who want a taste of South America!

Found the spot on TikTok, and it definitely lives up to the expectation. Small shop offering what can the best Empanadas in Greater Montreal. Its in Brossard but worth the quick drive. There ia a variety of options (+10 I think), and they also offer a generous Milanese sandwich. 100% recommended!

The empanadas are really superb, the alfajores de maicena too I highly recommend going to visit.

Delicious! The fugazetta was like french onion soup in an empanada, with a little sweet tang from the gorgonzola. Churros were fluffy and crisp and light.

I just discovered these empanadas a few months ago and I cant get enough of them. My favorite are the chicken, the ham and the eggplants. Slightly expensive ($4/each) but they are so good. I just wish that they offer a special price if you buy 6 or 12 at once otherwise it can get quite pricey/ Food

Real authentic argentinian food. Very nice service and chimi churri the best I had so far in Canada. They are very polite and have the patience to explain. Everything made fresh and not microwave heating. They use real good oven. Definitely recommended and will come back every time I can.

It was so good. Everything was so good. Sandwich milanesa was delicious and the carne ragout was good on its own and on the fries The carne picante empanadas were tasty and spiced but not hot. I really enjoyed the tuna empanadas. Order was hot and ready for my pickup time, friendly service. Will deff keep stopping by when in the brossard area.
