Hello, a place where you know what you ate the day before by looking at the floor. Seriously, cleanliness is far from their strength. The older lady was really, really nice. Decent food for certain dishes. For me once is enough!!!!

The service is extremely long, we are a group and the plates arrived at 9 p.m....and the food is expensive for what they serve us...not a restaurant that I recommend. I had a honey brie starter and it was 4 croutons with very thin slices of brie, the croutons were soft! Disgusting!

I went to this restaurant for lunch this weekend. It was the first time and I liked it, my girlfriend did too. A lunch with potatoes that arent fried in the fryer is a big plus for me. I noticed that the bacon was fresh cooked on the griddle rather than bacon cooked in the oven and then reheated. In the field, its called cooked to order and thats the best in kitchen service. It requires more work for the chef but it tastes much better for the customer. The service was perfect. We didnt lack anything.

I went for the first time for lunch this Saturday morning, because I had several errands to do. Plenty of parking well received. I ordered 2 plain crepes and coffee. MY coffee was included. Reasonable price! I would have liked to have a piece of orange or other small fruit with my pancakes! Note on weekdays early rises until 11:00 is worth it attractive price!

We came yesterday to celebrate my mothers 50th birthday! We had a great atmosphere. 1 waitress out of the two who served us was a gem the other her attitude and arrogance left something to be desired.. otherwise the Food was ok for me personally my tartare just tasted like mustard and my Nacho was too simple chips and cheese nothing else Otherwise overall my mother was extremely happy

Its really valuable that they dont have staff to properly serve groups of people who get together as a family...we were A Group of 30+ people, and we hadnt all eaten together! The wait between the coffee (several) and the main meal was too long, and we forgot to ask that they bring the roties right in the middle of the main plate! The lack of staff affects everyone...and it shows!

A big thank you to all the staff! We were a fairly large group and everything went efficiently! Well eaten, smiles and humor were present. There was a super nice DJ and room to dance! A magnificent place to spend a lovely evening in good company. I recommend it to you! Its not gourmet food but simple and delicious whether its a salad meal, fish, hamburger steak, ribs. Everyone loved it! that s why I give it a 6/5

This place feels like it is the dancing hall of a nursing home. Nothing wrong with that if thats what you are looking for.

Trust me , don t think of going. It took 1 hr to receive the food and for food, worst food I ever eaten. The food contain sugar instead of salt.

For a first time experience at this restaurant, not impressed if we compare with the others around. Being attentive to customer requests (asked for toast without butter, well no! Arrived with butter! Asked for no creton on the plate, Well no too! Plate arrived with creton!) is also a form of advertising, especially if your customers are their first visit! For the moment I am not going back!

Tasteless food and coffee. Lousy service. Accessing the toilet, you either have to pass by the service corridor (where waitresses are taking plates and dealing with toasts...) or go through a two steps platform... no a great layout. Tables are so close to each other, I feared several rine as they pass behind my back with plates and coffee pots. Will never go back there. Once was one too many.

I went to the New Years Eve party, the food was not great, the soup must have been carrot soup, it tasted of fat, question mark, the salmon was overcooked and the rice was mushy, the portions of meat were small for the price, the quality was poor. was not there as long as the music and the atmosphere was great Parking: very limited especially for special evening

Worst restaurant of my life The food was disgusting and cold. I took the Gigi pasta, a safe bet that I told myself... It tasted like food poisoning (5 people tasted my plate and everyone spit it out!) The slowness of the service was everything simply ridiculous. My sangria tasted like juice. The only thing that was drinkable were the little cherries at the bottom of the pitcher.. I pass my turn to talk about the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. Respect yourself and NEVER go there! If youre looking for me in the next few hours, Im probably going to vomit! Ah yes.. Its the first time in my life that I havent tipped and that Im seriously thinking about leaving without paying... The atmosphere was nice because I was with people I like, the music was great !

Abyss lack of sugar I asked for maple syrup and they told me yes But it wasnt maple syrup and the worst Ive ever tasted I took a real smooty, it was made with strawberry, thats not what a smooty is... Disappointment after disappointment. I had to sort my fries because one in two fries was not cooked. Cold soup with the end of a carrot inside, bad service with a waitress who talks more than anything else. Dont even try to ask for condiments, the waitress wont come but she will prefer to talk with other customers. I strongly advise against it

A local restaurant that is worth a visit.

Most disappointing experience on all levels. We were a group of around thirty people. A server for the whole group. Hot goats cheese starter whose goat cheese was cold on completely charred, black bread. I returned it and they brought me cold goat cheese. Salad without dressing. My partner never had his salad. Not once did the waiter come back to see if everything was to our liking. We ordered alcohol which arrived more than half an hour later. You had to chase the waiter. Fettuccine alfredo not edible. There was a strong smell of wet laundry in the back of the restaurant where we were, just enough to whet the appetite. The last people in the group were served an hour and a half after the first people, who had been served almost 3 hours after our arrival. Service far too long. Like a bad dream that never ended. Everyone I was with was greatly disappointed. I do not recommend this restaurant.

Very bad food, overcooked and cheap, a frozen dinner would taste better!! Way too expensive for what you get, i will never go back!! Service was slow as hell, took hours to get served to worst meal i ever ate. Stay away from this place at all cost, its a rip off!!!

It took more than 30 minutes at our table for someone to come and say hello and another 10 minutes to come and take our order.

Good prices excellent food

Went with a group of 15 so basically tried everything on the menu. Extremely disappointed even with very basic meals (smoked meat, burgers, lasagnas). Thankfully Sharon Nite was performing and salvaged our family gathering. Service was slow and bad. Feels like unexperienced owners and waitress but they actually have experience!?! With better staff the place would be raking in the dough so it s quite a shame. We will definitely go back to see Sharon perform but will pay the cover charge and not attempt to order food.

I can only speak for the lunches, since Ive never been there outside of the morning. Good lunch, at a good price. Nothing to knock me out of my chair, but nothing unpleasant either. Solid 4 stars.

Very bad food. My shrimp gratinated starter: soft shrimp in margarine. The fried squid starter: too much oil with rubber. Hamburger steak, I tell myself that its playing safe... ishhh 2 cups of brown sauce in which the meat and muddy vegetables floated. Smoked meat wet bread, greasy fries without seasoning. Really, I know its not expensive, but it should have been somewhat edible. The service was great by our server, you shouldnt ask the other waitress who passes by for water: its not her section. Good choice of wine at affordable prices. Beautiful atmosphere with the singer and line dancing. Moral: if you go there, drink, and definitely dont eat.

I arrived at 6:00 p.m. it was 9:15 p.m. I was there for dinner. Really lousy service. Ive only had one drink since I arrived, that makes no sense. I will never set foot here again.

Place that serves good food at a good price but lacks cleanliness. Old, dusty coffee machines that havent been used for a long time and full trash cans lying around near the tables... Old, dirty carpets. Would benefit from renovating and cleaning the place...

We celebrated my brother-in-law on a Saturday at the end of April. We really liked the place and the atmosphere. A singer is on site throughout the evening and there is a dance floor where people enjoy it a lot! The only problem in my opinion is that the music is too loud. We have to shout to hear our table neighbors. The food is delicious and offers good portions at very reasonable prices. We will go back there for sure.

I went for lunch there for the first time since they moved from the old place they were at (near the marcado). Beautiful place and much bigger! My lunch was excellent with a very tasty Brazilian coffee. I love their breakfast sausages. I really like their potatoes, although a little different from before in their shape, before, they were in slices not fried and now they are small cubes well grilled but the same delicious taste. It would be nice if they made both kinds of potatoes for people who have different tastes and who prefer sliced on the plate, but they are delicious and thats one of the reasons why I like going to this place for lunch. ! Ill come back :)

Went to this restaurant for my husbands 50th birthday and it was quite disappointing.. Took 2.5 hrs to get our food. The portion sizes were way to small and far too expensive for what we got. The owners were missing staff and it showed that they had no clue what they were doing... I really was soooo disappointed. Eat there at your own risk...

The onion soup tasted like the wine, the salmon and the shrimp were overcooked. My Farwest poutine was inedible. Safe Irish Coffee. No replacement or discount offered by the server. Worst dining experience in the last five years without a doubt.

The food was delicious just as I had been told

We sat down in a group of about 30, they had sat down 2 other groups of approximately the same amount of people, and they still weren t at max capacity. The waiters were respectful and nice, however the service was extremely slow. My table and another in our group were entirely forgotten about, only taking our order 1 hour after we were seated, by the time we had or entrees 1 hour after we ordered our food, the rest of our group were practically finished their main course. When our main course finally arrived, we were worried that the cake to celebrate the event would arrive before we were even done eating. On another point, the food. The food was basically frozen food cooked to seem fancy. The mozzarella sticks were bricks barely coated in bread crumbs and drenched in excess oil. The mac and cheese that I ordered was basically cream noodles topped with melted cheese. Overall the mood was ruined by the horrendous service we received, being made slightly better by our waiter, and the dancing.

For breakfast, good value for money. As was written in one of the comments, nothing to throw down. Only downside, I hope the kitchen is cleaner than the toilets...all were dirty. I believe that it hasnt been renovated since before at Erics (it was Otoole???, anyway!) For the next owners, dont hesitate to renovate the bathrooms, it will help customers to go back there.

The atmosphere is superb on Friday Saturday if you like music and line dancing, on Sunday very often a show which is very good. Food for dinner is good, the service is very good.

I expected more with a name like that. The food is simple, nothing more, the waiters have difficulty remembering the invoices (what to whom?). The music and the singer were not bad except that the sound of the devices was not good. Its a shame because the singer has a voice. Lots of elderly people. I have nothing against people of a certain age (I too hope to go through this, because otherwise it would mean that I died before!), but they would benefit from attracting a slightly younger clientele, without necessarily go into the early twenties. Otherwise, the idea is good. They could also attract artists looking to break through. Its just a suggestion. Otherwise we still had a good time as a family.

The loud music, sort of DJ karaoke with dance floor, starts around 6 p.m. and hadnt taken a break when I left around 9:15 p.m. The music is exactly what you would expect for the crowd in their 60s on average. Arrived at 5:30 p.m., food at 8 p.m., at 9 p.m. I asked for the bill before dessert and coffee. The food is very ordinary and I remain polite, for a menu that costs more than $50 with taxes and service without drinks per adult. The service: about one person for a large group, was very slow.

The only good thing (even though I dont like the style of music) is the person who makes people dance

Went to lunch. We enter the waitress passes in front of us twice does not greet us. Do we even have to go to the bar and ask to be seated. Incredibly slow and almost disinterested service. Very average quality food to stay polite. The bathrooms are a disaster. In terms of atmosphere, it is definitely targeted for people aged 65 and over, be advised.
