My Cesar Salad was soggy but, Half of it was great 😃. But it could have been better. My husband loved his food and my friends sitting beside me. Our friends at the second table enjoyed their entree too.
Our server, Jacinthe, was beyond awesome! My 8 year old son was hangry before even entering the restaurant, and we asked if his food could be expedited faster than the rest of our orders. I always enjoy going to St. Huberts. The atmosphere feels comfortable and there are a lot of tables and booths. My favourite thing to order is the chicken pot pie! There was a waitress who worked there (not sure if she is still there) but her name was Stephanie (i think) and she was super nice!

Very decent St Hubert. All the great classics! Love the chicken wings and the poutine. They slightly messed up my order but made sure that it was fixed very quickly. The ambiance was nothing out of the ordinary however our waitress was excellent! Overall a decent experience, 7/10
Delicious and savory! I ordered via their website and went to pick up the food. The website is very easy to navigate. The pick up process is amazing. The staff is very nice. I only have positive things to say! The menu is diversified and creative! I got a Bangkok Salad with Crispy Chicken Breast Fillets. It was fresh and filled with a mix of fruits and vegetables + chicken... Delicious! My husband got the Piri-piri St-Burger. He also was full and loved his dish. The portions are big. The packaging is impressive. I believe everything is recyclable. I highly recommend 👍🏻
Really disappointed, 46$ before tip for 2 chicken Cesar. Picture shows 2 pieces of bones. Unacceptable, St Hubert degrades in the past couple of years. From "automne" coleslaw that taste nothing, the smallest ribs ever seen, bad service multiple times ans now bones in salad. This is it. Its off the list.
So, the atmosphere of this restaurant is very pleasant. the waiters and waitresses were friendly. However, the wait was long and even though we were warned, it was still annoying. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to have a good evening with friends.

Hello, I had a bad surprise yesterday when I ordered a soup meal. I didnt find any taste, it was Macedonian vegetables boiled in water. A little tomatoes but not enough to color the water and an unseasoned chicken breast also boiled in water. Everything was tasteless and did not have the St-Hubert touch to which I am accustomed, I was left wanting more and if it were not for my previous experiences I would not return to your place. You should check with your chef what went wrong that day or remove this soup from your menu to keep your good name. Please note my opinion. Michèle Bussiere
Visit on a Wednesday around 6:45 p.m. empty restaurant. Good service at the bar. Very small half chicken, this resulflation is frustrating. In short, unacceptable quantity-price ratio. St-Hubert is no longer the safe bet it once was, which is a shame!
Hello St-Hubert Brossard, waiters, waitress and the kitchen of course. Today, October 26, 2024, I had the worst quality/price service and tray of my entire life! The famous platter with 3 choices of meat and 2 side dishes for an unlimited offer, 2 coleslaws offered on the house + 3 glasses of water was a disaster! $109 For one of the smallest chicken legs Ive seen in my life, a tiny overcooked steak, 5 overcooked shrimp, a bowl of dry rice that was probably forgotten under the stove, the fries replaced with poutine and 3 small sauces and of course the 2 vegetable skewers without my 2 crushed buns. Listen friends, I said WITHOUT the buns, NADA, 0 buns for $109!?! Its a steal! First service everything arrived cold so we returned the tray after 40 minutes of waiting. 2nd try of services, its not even a platter anymore but all the meats and side dishes are served individually and not at the same time? As if the cook didnt know how to cook everything to be hot at the same time... However, the plate of chicken thighs with fries and sauce is $14.99 (from what I remember, sorry the price is not on the internet) The famous steak with fries or rice $28.20 A skewer of 5 shrimp 3 small bbq sauce + 2 vegetable skewers + extra cheese and sauce for poutine... 14.99 + 28.20 = $43.19 109 - 43.19 = $65.81 So $65 for 5 shrimp, extra cheese and sauce, 2 vegetable skewers for $65 taxes included!!! Sorry I forgot a shirly temple for children. So sprit and grenadine for $65 Dear manager and owner, I hope that you will improve in terms of quality and price and talk to your employees. I am extremely disappointed with my last take-out order from St-Hubert. I ordered a childrens menu for my daughter, and when I opened the bag at home, I discovered that the milk had expired on June 24. It is unacceptable for a restaurant not to check expiration dates before serving customers. After this experience, I will never buy products from them again. I recommend everyone to be careful and double check your orders if you decide to order here anyway.

Neither more nor less than any other St-Hubert. The chicken hamburger plate is excellent. But as is often the case at St-Hubert, the quantities of food are small for the price. The service was just okay. My son asked if he could have a bun (you know that famous hamburger bun that they give with brisket/fries style meals. But he was refused it since it doesnt come with the burger plate. It seems to me that they could have responded positively to this little request...

The meal was cold, one hour to receive delivery, according to the invoice! Its way too long. The meal was a fish chip that I received with BBQ sauce instead of tartar sauce. Weird! Coleslaw which is normally tasty tasted like plastic. The frying of the fish fillet should be crispy and it was soft and too oily. Very very disappointed.

We waited about ten minutes for someone to take our request. Plus 25-30 minutes for food. The salad was old and faded, the rice was dry and cold. The fries were okay but the taco dish was weird. There was a lack of sauce, the cod tacos were dry and without toppings. We never go back again.

There was a magician. Yes yes, a real one. At first, I was skeptical... I saw this cleanly dressed man in a jacket and tie walking from table to table without knowing if he was a waiter or a real estate developer. And then he came to our table. He did his magic trick for us, still impressive. Made us laugh, as a bonus. It was good. It s a change, different. We dont expect anyone to come see us for a card trick, but at least he does it either before being served or after. And then, it maintains the human contact that we have all lost. Thank you for the thought and this St-Hubert contract!

I was given a gift card last Christmas and wanted to use it for a very special occasion. Im not in the habit of bitching about a company except that the service I received from Lise last night was unacceptable. For example, I showed her an email I received from her company giving me a small gift and she even threw my phone in front of her on the table. When billing and as the amount to be paid was higher than the card, she asked me if I wanted to leave her a tip and I could continue... very surprising a service from a person of this generation. This person is out of place. I still left her a tip but she didnt deserve it.
Dont get caught... They refuse gift cards that are more than a year old even though on their own site they mention that the gift cards are still valid...... Not strong for a Quebec company.

This is an institution in Quebec. It is a roasted chicken restaurant, but people go there to celebrate their birthdays and other special occasions. The food is good, there are good options for kids. Little vegetarian options (expected from a rotisserie).
Dear St-Hubert BBQ, I arrive at the reception of your restaurant at 7:50 p.m. on a Saturday evening. The girl at the reception asks me how many of us there are. I respond kindly 5 people please, she looks at me with big eyes... but sir hes going to have a wait... I look at her and say wait???? Half the restaurant is empty... she says yes yes sir... you will have to wait at least 30 minutes. Seriously, crappy service... Im now sitting at Scores and the restaurant is at capacity with impeccable service. Thank you St-Hubert bbq for reminding me to never go eat at your place again two bad experiences during my last two visits to your place. Finished St-Hubert for my family

St-hubert has always been one of our favorite. The chicken, bbq sauce and the coleslaw were the reason why we chose St-Hubert. But unfortunately the very important part of our meal, the coleslaw, is no longer eatable. No vinegar, no salt, no taste. I m wondering if anybody could look into this because for sure the coleslaw was a big part of why we loved our meals. Thanks

The piri piri chicken is very good, its just spicy enough to enhance the taste and not to set your mouth on fire. The ribs are very good too. I recommend. But it s still best to eat in moderation.

The order took 45min to arrive. $45 in the garbage.

I think that many Quebecers have known St-Hubert for years. However, we no longer find the family spirit and the affordable side that we loved so much! All the dishes are expensive, too expensive... And dishes other than roast chicken dont interest us! Prices have exploded for the same chicken. Who wants to pay almost 25 dollars (excluding tax, excluding tip) for a thigh or a breast? Please tell us about the experience prior to the buyout. We dont want a high-end St-Hubert, we want a family, friendly and affordable experience. Today, at lunchtime, the clientele (well, what little there is) is almost exclusively of the golden age. This should alarm you about your pricing policy... This pushes us to go elsewhere just to have a good plate of roti chicken.

Good Morning Five of my family members went to dine at the St. Hubert BBQ on Taschereau. The waitress was rather dull, never smiled and hardly came around to see if everything was ok. We were seated in the back of the restaurant in a round booth. Unfortunately, I forgot to take the bill to get her name. She did not speak English. She wore glasses and has long brown hair. My daughter ordered a meal with chicken breast and when she received her meal and tried to cut into her piece of chicken breast and it was like shoe leather. She decided to send it back and was told it would take too long to make another meal for her. What kind of service is that??? She was offered a chicken breast meal with french fries, I guess those meals are mass produced. She settled. My sister ordered sweet potatoe fries and did not get any surachea mayo sauce and she said that they did not have any. Not sure if the restaurant stopped making it or they just did not have any last night. Maybe you could get your waitresses to smile a bit more or serve a bit better. Without us, there is no job. My family was not happy at all with the service.

I placed an order this afternoon and among the things I ordered, I chose a piece of favorite chocolate cake. According to the description on the site, the cake is topped with pretzel balls and salted caramel popcorn. Topped with a cream sugar sauce and chocolate coulis. I was surprised to receive a piece of chocolate cake without toppings for which I paid $9.50. When I called the restaurant to inform them of the error, the customer service was horrible. She doesnt even know how to apologize for the mistake. The lady who answered did not apologize to me for the mistake. She seemed disinterested with an air of ok, what do you want us to do as if I disturbed her by calling. Small suggestion: When you train your employees, teach them customer service. This is a big part of the catering industry. We are all human and sometimes we make mistakes. But you still have to show politeness and courtesy to customers.

Ordering poutine without having sauce with it is really ordinary. I dont know if its just me, but every time I order it I get an error in my order . Lets say that since its my st-hub that delivers, Im no longer angry with st hub, I prefer to call elsewhere....

Very ordinary service. White wine served without a bucket of ice and without tasting. Starter of already frozen cheese sticks. We were never served wine. Main meal served cold with sauces in take-out containers. We were not charged for one of the meals, but still a very disappointing evening and meal.

Made a drive-thru order for one club sandwich. It wasn t out after 30 minutes. Was the only car at first in the drive-thru at 8:25pm, when I left there were 5 cars also waiting an eternity. I asked the manager for my money back, his response was it doesn t work like that. After waiting for a half hour, I m not going to pay for or eat a cold $20 club sandwich, no sorry. You lost a longtime loyal customer and I in return took my business to your competition Benny & Co. If you as the manager are on site and you have no clue that your drive-thru orders are not out in 30 minutes, you have a major problem. Major! Also I counted close to 10 staff in your takeout bay, each one were wandering around aimlessly with no concern that the orders weren t getting out the door. Maybe you and your staff need a refresher course in basic customer service 101. The lights were on but nobody was home. Super disappointed.

After 15 minutes of fooling around in the empty restaurant entrance, we were finally seated. Too bad we had to go find the hostess at the back of the restaurant to finally be welcomed. How long would we have waited otherwise? In fact, a few people left due to the lack of service before even being seated. After another 15 minutes of fooling around at our table during which the waitress showed up once to give dirty utensils to the next table, we decided to go to dinner with a competitor, who offered us much better service. Go to this St-Hubert if good service is not part of your expectations and you have the patience of a saint.

Only the vibe of the place is worth mentioning... service is slow, my car needs 45 minutes to fully charge, and my orders and drinks take as much times... without the fast charge fo ev...I wont stay there...
Zero would be fairer. I havent ordered for a long time because they are incapable of making what we order. I dont want credit, I dont want my order stolen again...Ive been waiting for an hour already. This time I ordered a club sandwich with the toast, browned but not burnt, and well-cooked fries. Received BLACK bread and half-cooked fries, all cold. Too many chances given, now its over

Never pay from the app. Terrible service at head office. We write 30 minutes for delivery and 1 hour after the delivery man leaves still nothing. No way to be refunded before 10 days. The delivery man rings the bell, never arrives at the door. I finally received my meal delivered 2 hours after placing my order. * Update the owner of St-Hubert in Brossard called me regarding the situation. He fixed it to my satisfaction with professionalism*

Unfortunately the St-Hubert from before is a beautiful memory. The taste, portion, choice is nothing like it. Its sad to see it at this point. Ridiculously reduced portions and what about the classic Exstase cake which no longer has the same flavor and texture. Goodbye good St-Hubert!
I wish the waitress would come back and ask us if we wanted more coleslaw we were a group and lets say I didnt get a big bowl. The waitress did not come to offer us a coffee which was included in the menu

Avoid at all costs! Rough and unwelcoming staff. They refuse to make changes to the dishes: impossible to add, remove or modify something, even if you pay extra! Find another St-Hubert than this one so you can at least have a slightly pleasant experience.

Service not very good. Ok it is understaffed, but the employees are not very polite. The meals are made very expensive for what we have on our plates, at least please offer us good service. The manager is not very accommodating either. In addition, we had a reservation for more than 1 month for my boys 1st birthday (with wheelchair) We didnt have enough room for our group, they were 3 places short and forced us to squeeze in from the emergency exit door even though it was their mistake for not having enough room for us. 2h40 before receiving our plate, yet our reservation was at 5:30pm since we had 2 young children. Manager not very receptive and very long before responding to my complaint with a simple we apologize for the lack of employee. Its not the point of the lack of employees, the point is the attitude of the employees.

The chicken was obviously not fresh off the grill. I guess ordering at 6pm for delivery was a bad idea. My guess is ordering at 4 or 5pm might have resulted in a better meal. Note: not the delivery guys fault.

2022/12/11 I was there to pick up the online order at 6 p.m. The duos that were there were the worst service I have experienced. Waited 30 minutes and they were not at all concerned with my expectations. Very cold and no sense of service. If upper management sees this comment, please take action because you will lose a lot of customers
We made an online Pre-Order at 3 p.m. scheduled for 6 p.m. for childrens meals. Seeing that the order had still not come out at 6 p.m., we called at 6:15 p.m., 6:45 p.m. and 7:15 p.m. In addition to the 10 minute wait on the phone each time to be told that it would arrive in a few minutes. The food arrived 1.5 hours late, cold. We would have preferred honesty in order to see other options rather than being fooled. A real lack of respect for their customers never again Saint-Hubert Brossard.
