Authentic Chinese hot pot buffet restaurant.
Highly recommended, the broth/ soupe was epic. The variety is good, and most importantly, they are fresh and affordable. Considering that the place isn't very big, they still managed to give us a spot for 1 and half hours. I would most certainly return there!
Best place I’ve ever tried for hot pot because it’s cheaper than the other hot pot restaurants in Montreal, it’s almost 40$ / person (tips included) There’s a wide variety of options and I couldn’t try them all even if I wanted (but that means I’ll come back!) I wish the pot could be bigger especially when you’re 2 eating with the separator because when it’s boiling and someone’s eating very spicy, it gets mixed easily with the other broth less spicy. The service was fast and the atmosphere was great as the room was really big! The only thing I will warn you about is to not choose the seats by the windows because it’s cold in the winter ! We were so cold that we had to eat with our winter coat
Elegant and grand space. Food was acceptable, the meat was frozen but there were a lot of options, eg. frog legs, reticulum, omasum, chicken gizzard. I really enjoyed the selection of the broths and the quality. The vegetables were often cut too thick and inconsistent but had a nice pattern. Other food, like the fried chicken, fried dough sticks, fried tofu, were really poor in quality. They let you have self-service to make your own sauce, which I found interesting. There's not enough leg room at the tables, but partially understandable because there needs to be room to house the burner internals.
Nice place and good service but the food isn’t as good as we expected. Most meat we had are frozen and the sauces table was a bit messy.
Will be back! LARGE variety of food (including meats) and I got to try all sorts of new-to-me things (reticulum, lotus roots, etc). Would be a great outing for a group. Everything was fresh, portions were plentiful (pics show maybe half of my order) and the service was very friendly. Lessons learned: My 2 section pot boiled over, which left my non-spicy side VERY spicy. If you really must have a milder broth option, consider separate pots.
Food always feels fresh! Great choices as well. We went on a Monday and there was only one waitress and it got kind of busy so service got understandably slower. Kind of wanted to help her out because the lamb wasnt coming out fast enough for a table of 7. Haha always liked their creamy corn soup base! But it becomes clumpy near the end because so much lamb is cooked in there! overall great experience as always :) Strongly recommended for hot pot joint!
Pros: great selection of vegetables and meats. Soup base tastes good. Must try the spicy beef and fish tofu. The beef and lamb are fresh and thin. I like them a lot! Cons: Service is below the average. We dined about two hours but no one came to change our plates. I saw only two or three waiters for the entire restaurant. I think it’s an issue with the management team. The noodles were sticky together. The price is really tricky. It’s an all you can eat hot pot, but you need to pay for your pot, like $1.99 to $5.99? There are some items you need to pay extra. There are items that you can only order once, and they cost for the second order. We end up with $166 for four adults and two kids (free). It’s a good place to have hotpot, but it’s not a place I would like or go frequently.
The food is very good! A bit expansive and the service a bit slow but its a good place to eat with friends and family if you are not in a hurry! The ordering process is a bit confusing since you don’t know how big a portion is so you can’t decide how many orders to make! The waiter sometimes are not sure if they bring you the food yet or not! I did enjoy this place except for the price and slow service! I will come back again perhaps when they less busy!
We had dinner for a 30th birthday, and we were so well received by the establishment! The food was super good, the domestic alcohols were surprising. There was some confusion, but all the price was right so it was quickly ignored! Thank you Fondue de Pekin for welcoming us so well! (With extra balloons!)
Excellent
Food poisoning
This place has amazing service
Very good service with good food, I highly recommend this calm and respectful restaurant
three good
Very good service
Excellent! Fresh and delicious food and a very large choice. Good service. Slightly cacophonous but friendly atmosphere. Family atmosphere.
It was okay without more.... I dont think Ill go back...
Clean place, without any character or atmosphere, a little dull I would say Service ok, but a little slow. Good variety in the dishes. Be careful because some dishes are frozen and require more cooking. Too salty for my taste. Several defective heating plates, which makes the experience less pleasant. Choice of dessert non-existent.
The food was amazing it was fresh and the broth was so tasty the atmosphere is so nice feels like ur in Japan the hosts are so welcoming and gentle would definitely recommend
Great place, excellent, good price and fast service. I recommend.
Luckily, McDonalds isnt too far away...
Beautiful place! Good food and quick service. The atmosphere is good, but the place is a little shabby.
The experience is very average, a bit unprogressive!
Food not very exceptional (well perhaps due to my personal taste but good) service very little present, everything is done online but the portions that we receive are enormous and are not specified. In short, quite mediocre restaurant.
Nice place good and good concept but the service is a little slow
Its Ben just because we cant give zero stars! Literally the worst restaurant in Brossard! The food is not edible, and only frozen! I wonder how the service is so slow, there is no preparation on their part apart from making the broth which is not great! The meat is frozen from Costco, the rest is vegetables only cut! The only possible option is to never go to this place! It was an unpleasant dining experience from start to finish! But in short, an evening with an unpleasant experience but an experience nonetheless! We would say a big serious joke the tik tok that you see its for the clicks person who loves you will tell you to go give your money to this place!
Good food, super good service, fast, attentive staff. I had a great experience!
Excellent meal with excellent fresh produce, the broths are succulent. It is true that it is not cheap but given the quality of the meal, it is worth every penny spent. But the only reason why I dont give a rating of 5 is the decor and the furnishings which need to be slightly refreshed because the bench coverings have had a hard life. But without hesitation it is a place that we will return to enjoy again!!! Vegetarian options: Lots of possibilities for dishes other than meats or meats.
we reserved and when we arrived they tell us they dont have any places for us while i have a email with confirmation. This place is a joke dont go there
Impeccable service, the staff is kind and attentive! The food is very good, lots of choice! We were very satisfied and will come back! :)
everything was delicious, the impeccable service and the hosts were very kind, I really loved it, it s clear I m going back
I really like Chinese fondue, but I was surprised not to see a basic broth e.g. just beef or red wine... So, I tried the beef and tomato and the curry and I didnt like it. liked it (my boyfriend liked it) so everything I ate tasted like that haha You order on your phone and the service is fast. The portions are huge just be careful not to order too much at first! I dont think Ill go back there, but its a good place to go with friends or colleagues :)
The fondue pan rings keep closing every 2-3 minutes, the food was all frozen, ultra rubbery... No way to understand each other with the waiters... The sauces are ordinary... in short, I wont go back there
The super spicy broth wasnt that spicy. The lamb was good. The iced tea was good too.
We loved our experience. Quality meat, in wide variety. Same thing for vegetables. And support. We will return!
One of my favorite hot pot places in the South shore area. However the place needs renovating. The floors, the chairs and now several cooktops are not working.
We were there for Valentines Day. We wanted to do something different and the concept seemed good to us. But thats all about freezing. There were a lot of things I didnt like and the location of the sauce counter is not convenient to get up and go to the other end to help yourself. Finally we both got sick probably due to food poisoning. The waiter often came to see us. Good service but we wont be back. It wasnt for us.
Nice place to eat without the horrible lines and service. We came for a late lunch on a Sunday with kids, and everything was tasting delicious, the service was amazing, kids loved it too. Definitely will go back whenever I m craving for hot pot.
We went there for lunch and the quality of the food much better than before (two years ago) we are really satisfied.
Unfortunately, very disappointed with my experience and not in my taste palette.
I usually get the curry broth, it goes amazingly well with the lamb slices and dumplings. Theres not as much variety as some other hot pots Ive been to but its worth every penny, especially if you love lamb
Excellent, even crowded everything is excellent Family business, dont stress, they take great care of their customers Failures can happen but we forgive them the experience is excellent.. Weve been a total of ten times Vegetarian options: Lots of choice Fish vegetables etc Kid-friendliness: Formula at will The children are busy and dont find it long so everyone likes it
The food is really good my favourite place hot pot
Super taste I recommend!
Been here for the past few years. Not very busy but fast and friendly service.
Missing staff
This is a hot pot restaurant that I like very much. There are not many people, the items are comprehensive, the taste is good, and the price is cheap.
It is a AYCE hotpot, but they dont bring you the amount of food that you have ordered. Bringing less and smaller portions at a time instead of the amount that I ordered. A few items that I ordered several times were never brought to my table. Overall not impressed, I prefer the self serve concept I can pick how much I want and to for freshness of the items. Broth is very light, not much flavor and refill with hot water.
Bad and bad Clean no taste, the sushi is not cold and the Mayo is lying on the counter
Service is slow to none...
I decided to come here one night after a snowfall and didnt feel like struggling with parking in Chinatown. This place is right off the highway and has a parking lot so it was a huge plus for us. The food was good though I felt like the broth I took (mushroom broth) was a bit tasteless. The rest of the items you can offer were pretty standard though it was very difficult to gauge how much food we got when we placed orders as we didnt want to over eat or have a ton of leftovers. Service was a bit cold and on par with most other Chinese restaurants unfortunately. Overall, its a good place to go when its cold and you want something soothing and dont want to struggle with downtown issues.
Major shortage of staff. The restaurant accepts more than it is capable of. Does not take reservations into account, we arrive and are told that there are no tables available. 5 different families waiting in the entrance hall, with reservations made, but no table for us. No service, we waited 1 hour before receiving our meat, after asking the waitress 4 times. When we got there, we were full after having only eaten vegetables, because that was all we had received. $40 for this service. The food was good, for what we ended up receiving. But the service ruins the experience. Big gaps in restaurant management. If you are unable to serve a full restaurant, do not accept reservations and do not accept any more tables.
It was a good experience. I really like the booths. I like the fact that you can order the ingredients for the hotpot and have them delivered to your table. The only inconvenience is that the pots are on a heat circle instead of in a heat hole in the table But its was still nice The sauces dont offer that much variety but the choices of ingredients to pick make up for it.
Delicious excellent value for money, lots of choice of broth!
The food was good but they barely have any heating (54 F). Even the waiters worked in winter coats.
Hope is correct, nothing more. Be careful, many broths are super spicy!
I made a reservation and when I came to the restaurant they made other people sit at our place. They told us to wait 1 hour. This is un respectful. Never eating there again.
It was great.
A superb hotpot place with multiple types of broth offerings and a generous list of quality hotpot ingredients topped with a superb sauce cart to build our own sauces. Its a very fun and delicious experience overall. However, they often seem to run out of slotted spoons to accomodate those who enjoy cooking their food with such tools. The people working there are also effective on service, but initially only seem to be helpful when asked upon rather than helping us figure out the ordering system from the start (for newcomers) and teaching us how the rest of the things work... The ordering system consists of scanning a QR code with our phones to access a table specific menu then ordering from a single phone to make orders easier. It has a learning curve of varying difficulty. This could be solved by just assigning us an ipad in a shockproof/waterproof case. Anyhow once you figure out the ordering system, the rest of the evening is quite fun and most of all very delicious.
The waiter was very slow in serving the food and the portion was very small.
Great food, good hospitality , nice atmosphere to have dinner with family
Excellent service, different concept, perfect for a dinner with family or friends, all at a more than reasonable price.
Excellent evening spent as a couple. The food was excellent. The speed of service for the dishes ordered. Even though the waitress didnt speak much French, she was very courteous and took the time to answer us. I recommend as much for an evening for two as a group of 8, large table and possible to have more than one broth on the table.
Nice atmosphere, good service, the food is good! I remove a few points for several reasons 1- The mushroom broth only had one mushroom in it and tasted like water 2- The hand made noodles are exquisite! But not enough for the demand! 3- No rice? I had been to a Mongolian fondue in Montreal and this one, very popular, gives rice as an option! So I was very disappointed with my children! 4- Only have very few utensil sets for children/toddlers! otherwise overall, I took a super spicy broth for myself and it was really good! The service is great! Service with a smile, polite, fast, friendly.... Nothing negative to say! Nice quiet atmosphere
The beef in corn broth is succulent. The best hot pot I know on the South Shore and Montreal.
It takes quite a long time for food to come but the atmosphere is amazing and most ingredients are great!
If you like Chinese fondues, this is the place to go
Not bad, not mind blowing either, but thats just hot pot. Wish the meat wasnt as frozen and stuck together, made it awkward to take separate pieces.
Wide variety of fresh meats and vegetables. Fast and friendly service. The broths are delicious.
The food is OK, the service is terrible, theres nobody to clear your table when theyre plenty of empty plates. You have to run after the staff in order to have services like asking for tea, water... I am not impressed and wont vome back
Nice place to eat unlimited fondue. Good quality and the price of the menu is affordable for an unlimited fondue. The service can be slightly slower given the size of the restaurant style, but it is well worth it to come and dine at this restaurant. You make your own sauces with the ingredient bar, which means that there are a multitude of ways to make the sauce that suits you to accompany your meal.
Absolutely delicious Welcoming and efficient staff Food quality A1.
The meat and homemade fish paste are nice. The vegetables are sometime not as fresh but edible. Service is a bit slow just because there is only 1 main waiter/waitress and I believe 1 person that gets the food out. The broths are a bit disappointing since they are a bit underseasoned. Overall its just an OK place, still enjoyed it though.
Very well eaten every time
Low food quality, not recommended for people with soft stomachs.
Very good service, good price, good quality
4.5 stars! very good soup bases with many choices! great varieties of selection as well! recommended! better than the choices from downtown Montreal! lost .5 star cuz we didnt get all we ordered! sometime missing!
Fantastic service and food! Post lockdowns performance is PHENOMENAL
The food was good, had a lot of choices. But it was a bit chilly in the restaurant. Also the tea (which didnt taste like tea), was very good and sweet.
Interesting place with a different concept and excellent food.
The food was fresh and I love how everyone has their own individual hot pot. The service tonight, however, was severely lacking due to the restaurant being understaffed on a busy Saturday night (I do sympathize with our waitresses though, they were doing their best under the circumstances). It was 6:15pm when we sat down and by the time we left, it was 9:53pm. The meat was served at least an hour after everything else and it took a very long time to get our beverages. Im not one to have high expectations in terms of quality of service in an asian restaurant, but for a hot pot restaurant where everything is mostly just raw ingredient prep, I find the wait was way too long. Its a pity though, because the dingku broth was very tasty and the evening would have been more enjoyable had it not been dragged out in the span of four hours.
Updated QR code menu so you can order directly from your phone.
My family deserves to dine in this restaurant. We frequently demand some meat slices (lamb, beef and pork) and there are some varieties of dipping sauces. Thats because this is all-you-can-eat hot-pot cuisine.
Every time I eat it I enjoy it!
For what you get at the price they charge, you will happy eating hot pot at home. They charge decently for what theyre offering, but I would not return. The service is ok as well, keep in mind, things do not come sometimes so you have to keep asking the waitresses to go check in the back.
Really unclean, from the table to the floor, everything is sticky, frozen food, broth like dishwater, unorganized staff, sure I wont go back there!!! everything was disgusting!!!
Excellent quality foods. All you can eat order place. You cook your own ingredients in a hot pot. A bit on the expensive side but we enjoyed the good taste. I just wish they can replenish the soup with soup and not water.
Was better
Its much slower than it used to be. There was only one person serving tables. You have to order online but the QR code couldnt be read by my phone and the process was confusing. Items we ordered never came. Considering the price increase it was disappointing. Used to be a great place. It can be a bit confusing if you are not used to hot pot, but ask questions and dont be afraid to try things. The lamb is a very good choice as were all the tofu and vegetables. Location is very well kept. Take your time and enjoy!
I am a Chinese and I eat hot pot all my whole life. Never had problem ever. Yesterday I went to this hot pot restaurant with my girlfriend, The next day both of us had diarrhea. I suffered from severe food poisoning and I am dehydrated all day long with vomiting, fever, and paralysis. I couldnt even work. The food and sauce are not fresh, and do not go here if you dont want same experience with me
Very good experience. The food is good. Very clean. We go there often. Just too good
Update 2: update from several visits (july 2021) Fondue pekking is still a good hot pot in town, but some menu items are not availanle anymore (fried chickens, fried skin chickens, etc..). 1. Fresh delicious lambs (Im a big fan of lamb Hotpot) 2. Great variety of dishes: seafood, vegetables, beef tendons, tofu, shrimp, etc. 3. Most importantly, the food is served fast despite the busy crowd! If Happy Lamb is best hotpot in Montréal, Fondue Pekin will be second best. -- One of the best hotpot restaurant in Montréal Ive been in a few hotpot restaurants. Their service is fast, friendly and the order always comes correctly. The food quality is excellent! Their lamb and beer slices are tender and tasty. Dont forget to order fried tofu, beef tendon, and fish tofu (yum!).
Very disappointed overall. The dining room is not very clean. Questionable food.
The broths are really tasty and the staff were friendly. The food also came out pretty quickly so we were happy with those. What really bummed us out was that if you sit by the windows, prepare to be invaded by giant spiders! No theyre not just on the outside, look up and youll see countless webs even on the pendant lights above you. Two giant spiders descended on us during our meal and I literally sped through my meal with one buttcheek hanging off the seat - ready to spring out if another one landed. The seats were also pretty uncomfortable. (not just because I had one buttcheek on it). The sauce station was a bit sad but I wouldnt say it would keep me from returning. Lastly, I wish they zerod out what they were out of stock of. We kept ordering the same things and they just never arrived. I finally asked and they told me - if it doesnt come, theyre out. Overall, the service was good, food was quick, broths were tasty but the spider problem is a huge no-no. Would love to come back if they fix this issue. I can deal with uncomfortable seats but giant spiders descending on you indoors while you eat is just a no - granted I am not fond of insects especially spiders.
Ive never seen that much food in my life. It was all very fresh and the experience itself was so much fun!!! The photo only has about a third you can order for that amount of money
The staff is very courteous. The broths are still excellent. Good variety of foods for fondues. Good advice, book before going. Often the restaurant is full all the time.
My favorite restaurant! The broths are excellent and tasty (Tom Yum is my favorite). HUBER melon juice is delicious. I love that we can make our own sauce as an accompaniment at the self-serve counter. The service is fast and courteous. I recommend ++++++ Never disappointed and we go there 1-2 times a month.
Good restaurant, lots of variety.
It was good and very good, just sad that we were served in English. Otherwise the carry broth was
They are giving way too much food for 1 portion. The meat cut quality was not consistent.
Best place to be! celebration or just a casual dinner you name it you can do it here... I cant remember anymore how many times Ive been here and the service is always been excellent! great variety of food as well! very helpful staff and great environment!
Really nice first hotpot experience in a restaurant in Montreal South Shore area! The waitresses really helped us understand how to order through the QR code website, cook food in the hotpot and mix our own sauces! We each had our own broths half and half for the same price as one of the same. It was really tasty! Some are a little spicy so don t hesitate to ask for which are less spicy. The Tom Yum broth and the mushroom broth are not very spicy and really good! The mushroom sauce and the sesame butter sauce are also very good! The lamb meat and marinated beef and chicken is really good. Also spinach and bokchoy in the broth is really nice as well as egg noodles! Service was really fast although there it started to get full later on and service took a little longer, but we stayed longer and weren t rushed out so it was really nice! Highly recommend!
Bad atmosphere, sleepy music. My blonde was crying all the way
Really sleepy atmosphere and music. A little disappointed. But very nice personal!
A superb experience! Thank you again we generally come 1 to 2 times a month, always a pleasure! Dietary restrictions: Request to notify in case of restrictions Parking: Lots of seats, opposite the restaurant Kid-friendliness: Children allowed Wheelchair accessibility: Yes accessible entrance
Very good concept and the dining room is beautiful and spacious. We order what we want thanks to the website and there really isnt much time between ordering and delivery to our table. The only weak point is that the waitresses take it for granted that we know how it works. We would have appreciated some explanations. Finally, no one speaks French.
I really liked the super tasty broths! Generally everything was good, the meat delicious with the different broths.
Very good the only thing is that the lamb and beef dumping had a very gamey taste to them but other than that it was fantastic
Very good broths and lots of choices. Place clean and nice. Affordable prices and good service. We come here often
The waiters are doing their best to serve everyone they could, but a restaurant with 15 tables clearly needs more than 2 waiters to take order, serve food, take back dishes, refill hotpot and water and etc. We didnt get very much service from them, and some requests such as refilling hotpot were often forgotten. Then the food arent very well prepared. Several items we ordered came unavailable, although they are on the menu (and yes, several, like more than 5). They also didnt get the lamb defrost beforehand, so there were like 40 mins where no client in the store was able to get any lamb slices. Worst of it: they dont tell you if the item is available or not, because if we didnt serve you, it means its unavailable. Are we supposed to wait until we lose patience to know that a thing we ORDERED is not on the menu? Come on. The last of it, we were 4 and 1 of us have a Fondue de Pékin membership card, for which we (at least he) should get the membership price. Note that this card doesnt have any time limit. However, when we are about to pay at the counter, we are informed that the membership is no longer applicable after the reopening. First, what is the point to get a membership card if the restaurant can decide anytime that members are just going to lose their privilege? Even if there is a reason to do so, arent you supposed to warn members BEFOREHAND, not WHILE PAYING? And no, there isnt any kind of announcement, the membership price is still well written on their menu, tricking people to pay for a privilege that they might cancel anytime. I still tipped the waiters because of their effort to make everything right, but for the owner of the restaurant, I am very disappointed.
Its really tasty but services are often slow or dont receive what we asked for.
The waiters are friendly and helping. The food is delicious and well prepared. The price is affordable. Nice experience.
If you love mushrooms. This place has lots of choices. Owners and employees are very friendly. Soup base are nice and has lots of choices for chilly paste.
Excellent place to eat with friend and familly. Nice service and good price.
Authentic taste
2021 Update: Its devastating to witness such a downgrade in quality. Most of the menu isnt available so there wasnt much to eat. The broth is normally tasteless. It broke my heart to write this review. OLD review: Amazing amazing amazing quality and service! Everything is so fresh and comes out as we order, no delay. Wide range of options for vegetarian and vegan too!
A store I like very much has finally reopened after the epidemic. I had an appointment with my friends and family a few days ago and it was as good as ever.
Very good Beijing Shabu Shabu, and the service is very friendly. Wi-Fi is provided.
This place is in a discreet location. Only those who know where this place is will go there. Familiar faces will be in this place. Very nice atmosphere. You can quality time with your loved ones and family!
Its a pity that it wont be open at noon after the epidemic.
Staff is not very attentive if you don t speak their native tongue. Most of the time they are just running around due to staff shortage and it takes awhile before they attend to you. Food is decent but a bit on the pricier side. Good selection of broths. When you order dishes that they don t have, instead of telling you that they don t have it, they just don t bring it even if you constantly order it. When you ask the staff they simply say if we don t bring it, it means we don t have it but how are we supposed to know that? Initially I thought they forgot until I asked and received that response. Service could be improved, other than that it s a decent place to go for hotpot in Brossard
Very good food, very authentic soup bases, sauces and good service!!
My boyfriend and I both had stomach upsets after dinner here. A lot of dishes we ordered didn t come without explanation. Apparently some ingredients were out of stock. Also the frog meat didn t seem to be fresh. Overall not great experience considering the price of the dinner menu. Not thinking to come back.
Amazing place, lots of choices for broth and meats. Taste very on point and the spicy really kick you if you re willing to give it a go. The only reason for 4 stars is staff need better training and food need to comes out faster and accurate.
So good
Thats a crazy good hot pot my friends. Amazing choices of broth and tasty food. I love hot pot but my only experience was little sheep in chinatown. Little sheep is really good but this one just took the lead. Service was amazing and they serve sweet tea as a basic drink. Price is good and worth for l the quality you get. Tofu was amazing too and im usually not a fan. Overall, that place is my new favorite spot for hotpot and its worth giving it a try!
The service was bad. The waitress has an attitude while serving. We ordered, but nothing came and have to wait there for almost 30 mins to just receive 2 plates. Literally, we have to always go up to the front to ask for any service and it is ridiculous expensive for the quality of food received. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!!!!!
The food is very tasty ,the place very clean, the working staff there are nice, the service is good. We like it. And no reason not to recommend.
I have tried the hot pot, its really good!
The service attitude is very good and the food is delicious
very good
Best ever hotpot restaurant for me. Ive been visiting many popular hot pot restaurants in GTA. Because we can choose our own favorite in the yummy soup.(Beef, lamb, fish, vegetables and many other kinds of food.) This restauran is very clean, awesome atmosphere and friendly owner and staff. Most important point is that even affordable price but they provide absolutely fresh and delicious food. I highly recommend.
My favorite hotpot restaurant in Montreal!
Super good, super good, super good. I say the important things three times. The food is delicious and the service is so good, thoughtful and considerate. The boss is also very nice
Very good, impeccable service!!
Great variety of broths and food you can place. The broths compliment whatever you decide to put in, the spice levels are accurate. The winter melon tea tastes like a black sugar bubble tea its very light and refreshing we highly recommend to have a bottle to drink as you are eating. the cool feature they have here is the membership card if you are a frequent eater of hot pot. Youll pay between 3-7 dollars less per order, youll get return on membership: 1 mth 3-10 orders total 6 mth 6-15 orders total 12 mth 9-20 orders total If you plan to eat less than that per membership duration than you dont need it.
Although the food is good, this place is really expensive for what it offers
The food is excellent, the service , nothing to complaint..
Love it and with a lot of options to choose
I hated the waitress behaviour. We being student dont have enough money we go out to eat once in a month and on top of that this people as for tip for like 20 dollars. It was disappointing experience and they dont even pay full attention to you over that ask foe tip upfrontly as if they went out of the box to serve us. Doing their job with salary then why to ask for tip when people are not happy with the service. Waitress was very rude to talk to. Would never ever go to this place again.
Worst experience I ever had....waitress was so rude and even after giving tip she asked for more....I would suggest you not to go to their to eat... eating is peaceful thing but they made it like hell....waitress acted like beggar and was asking for more and more money.....these people should be banned and closed....they don t deserve to be here...they don t have any shame and no dignity ...all that matters them is money for them....at the end I paid 25$ tip to the waitress, out of the frustration and left from their with promise of not going there....
The waitress was so rude and didn t know how to attend customers. Never gonna visit this place, especially the one near peel metro. Had really bad experience. Don t recommend it to any body!
First and Foremost, I dont know much about this Quebecs law for paying tips, however, there is a way to talk or ask the customers and make them feel comfortable about it. We come to restaurants with a hope to come back again at least for the staffs working there but we had a terrible experience with one of your employees who completely ruined the moment. Honestly it was our first experience with hot pots and Korean food. We were charged $25 tips without proper consent and in a rude manner. And the food was also not upto the mark. Im definitely not recommending this place to anyone just for the improper management and some of the items were not served at all, instead they served some other items which we never wanted.
Food is good
Very good quality of meat Cream soup is a novel type of soup base for me and I truly like it. It is the best match with Chinese deep-fried dough stick!
I ate there on November 6 in the evening with my friends Very courteous service, the waitress asked us if we wanted anything else, not like other all-you-can-eat restaurants :))thank you
Nice concept. Good food. Lots of choice of ingredients and broths. Service a little difficult due to the fact that most of the girls didnt speak much French, but they did their best. Still good experience in general.
Food was decent. They forgot a large part of our order. Didnt have spoons for the broth, and the dirty plates and utensils would sit on tables for hours after people left. Messed up our reservation.
One of the best hot pot places in town
Great broth (had extra spice). Accommodated for a vegetarian. The melon tea is really tasty. Really shaping up to be one of our favourite hotpots.
There was no service, the dishes were not washed and dirt was left on them, and they were not very selective. All the waiters hid in the back and only chatted, adding water and soup. The whole process was really self-service. At the end, they were licking their faces and forced us to tip at least 15% of the bottom of the pot. The sesame sauce is tasteless and watery. Don t call it Beijing hot pot. Change the name. It s dirty for us Beijingers to eat hot pot.
This is the perfect place if youre looking for real Chinese food. Great atmosphere, Easy to park. Fair price for All you can eat. I will come back soon. Well done!
Recommended by friends, this is a good Chinese hot pot restaurant around town. Compare to other hot pot restaurants. They serve with a smaller pot, which is suitable for 1-2 people and faster to heat up. I recommend the tomato soup base if you dont want a spicy soup base. It is a delicious soup base. It is a reasonable price for lunch that comes with lamb, shrimp, fish, and various other choices. Plenty of parking spaces is another reason that draws me there. If you get the membership card, it will be even cheaper for the bill tag. Well, I am happy with what I got there.
