Zero the hot dogs just ketchup was all dressed the sausages were moldy green they didnt eat the hot dogs so as not to get poisoned. Order a family poutine for $22 which is worth $12 and throw the $19 in the trash

Dont eat it. Weve been ordering this for a long time and IT WAS our favorite snack. The gyros are sometimes 3 slices earlier than 4, the tatsiqui sauce is so diluted that its soup with 2 cubes of tomato. The poutine sauce is so disgusting that we cant even eat it, luckily there were no fries to freeze this time. There are often mistakes in the hot dogs I ask for all-dressed with ketchup I receive ketchup only. Be careful, adding Bacon costs MORE THAN $2.

Very good classic with Quebec poutine! Hot dog and Burger made on site! The welcome is very warm and family! For nice children, a hickey is offered :) My kids were delighted with the fries and hot dogs! Very hearty steak and cheese poutine! Enjoy your food !

I only came here because I thought the poutines were around 7$, according to what I thought I saw online. I ordered a pulled pork poutine and it cost 16$. I was prompted for a tip even though there wasnt really much service, as this is a fast food place and not a proper restaurant. The lowest option for tips was 15%. Is saying hello and have a nice day considered extra customer service now? Anyway, the poutine was really good. The fries, curds, and gravy were delicious, but the pulled pork was grey and nasty tasting. Overall I would come back again if I was really craving poutine, but I wouldnt order any of their questionable meat.

I had a magical and precious moment with my family. The atmosphere was family and very well suited for children and our elders. The food was delicious and the employees were very nice. Kind staff but not tasty food

By far the cleanest Belle Province I have seen. The toilets were clean and the restaurant smelled of cleaning products. Excellent team and delicious meal!

Its difficult to find good poutines and Ive never been disappointed with the poutines à la belle province here. A little expensive but at least not disappointing. I go there especially for the poutines! The hot dogs were good too. I havent tried the burgers yet. Always clean. I like the drive-thru. Nice renovations since the flood, lots of seating, small terrace outside for the summer too. Plenty of parking.

Drive-thru was unbelievably slow, it took more than 20 min to prepare 4 hotdogs and a hamburger and a poutine, at least 10 customers left while waiting for their food, they didnt even bother to apologize or explain why it took so long, and it was so confusing, we were only left waiting in front of the cashier window after paying, the woman didnt even care to tell us what to expect or if we were supposed to be advancing our car to the next window for picking up the food. And at the end they tossed the food at us without even saying thank you or anything.

Drive thru :We got a smoke meat trio with poutine and a separate regular poutine. Very small smoke meat sandwich, the bread was all torn apart and the regular poutine is tiny. Like others have said it s in a burger container. All this cost about $35 and then when they pass the machine they ask for a tip, making you feel pressured to give one. Food was just ok.

All the women at the drive-thru are very nice and welcoming but the one on Friday evening around 8:30 p.m. is super unpleasant and its always like that when its her...

We arrived at 9:53. I admit its very close to closing time, but its still open. We waited 3 minutes, which is normal, to be told that it is closed. We told him there were 5 minutes left and we waited to be served. She didnt want to at first and eventually she agreed. We told him a large poutine, only to be given a small one. We still paid for a lot of poor service, but the poutine was very good.

Great and cheap hotdogs, and even better poutine, the type of fries they use is one of my favorites, the gravy is good, and the cheese was decent, I only say decent because Im not too much of a fan of fresh real mozzarella since its so squeaky, but all in all, a great poutinery.

Going to start off saying this is not an English friendly restaurant. Their price for poutine is incorrectly posted on the drive threw. It said, Regular Poutine for 4.50$, as you can see, we were charged 10.15$ without being told. When we pulled up to the window, I asked if there were 5 hotdogs punched in. She said yes, yet only 4 are charged and punched in. The hotdogs were not what we ordered and had onions within every single one of them. Not going back here and dont recommend anyone else going there either. Have a blessed day! :)

The service was bad and they charged me 9.65$ for a mini-poutine when it clearly said 2.75$ on the drive-thru panel. I saw someone else mention in the reviews on here that they charged over 10$ for a regular one when it was 4$ on the drive-thru panel. Aside from the fact they charged me 3x as much, the lady taking my order was looking at her phone or computer the whole time I was talking to her and not paying attention at all.

Okay sure this was my first time going but they charge like almost 12 bucks for a burger box sized poutine... the fries were soggy and the gravy was too mushy... Im not saying it was 100% horrible Im just saying that Ive had bad fries and gravy but the cost bothered me way more than the actual taste... even if you jam pack the box is still a very tiny box for the amount you pay... for that much I could get a large fry elsewhere... Im sorry but I wouldnt go again... Its expensive and quiet honestly I want a big fan of the customer service... The lady who was at the drive through was low key rude and, I get it, it was probably a long day for her but still, even when Im tired I try to keep a positive mindset. Maybe the rest of their menu is better priced but honestly a the poutine price to quantity ratio is ridiculous in my opinion

$30 for poutine and fountain liquor? I want to believe in Covid, but there are limits...its easy to blame everything on Covid. No thanks for making me abuse. For the same price, I prefer a steak in a restaurant in a dining room.

I never eat at this chain of restaurants but having some out of town friends with me who wanted to try poutine and Québec steamed hot dogs, I thought this would be a good idea. Drive thru menu didnt even show half of the items they serve. When we asked questions to staff, we were met with huffing and puffing and passive aggressive attitude, if the outdoor menu listed the actual items that they served, we wouldnt have had to ask any questions at all. Condescending staff, overall meh experience, will not be returning to this restaurant.

Fries were dry & stale. Gravy wasnt hot room temperature with some lumps. Curds were good .

November 26 - 9:30 p.m. 4 employees who do not wear masks. I cant believe people still think it can be optional.

Quick fast food. The smoked meat sandwiches are super tender and tasty. The poutine was good and messy. The hotdogs were fine. All around it was a good place for drive-thru takeout. Easy to enter from one direction only.

Yesterday I went to this restaurant. As soon as I arrive I ask do you do threesomes and the cashier responds in a fairly direct tone (we dont do that here!) Phew, so I have a poutine and a fountain Pepsi. Total $11.50. I am given my glass of Pepsi with the unprotected straw that the cashier touches without precaution and puts in my glass And to conclude at this price the poutine is made up of a lot of potatoes, very little sauce and little cheese. Conclusion it was my first visit and the last
