Découvrez notre restaurant italien Pacini de Brossard. Notre cuisine italienne authentique saura vous charmer à chacune de vos visites!
Although the restaurant was not closing for another 2 hours, the waitress seemed to be in a big rush to get us out. The food was really disgusting; the pasta tasted wet and the lasagna’s tomato sauce was just watery tomato chunks….At the end of the night, the waitress complained that we didn’t tip her enough and waited at our table until we gave her more money.
The bread station is so good 😅 trick is to butter both sides 😅😅🐷 Wife got lasagna and mocktail, i got fish and pasta with negroni. Lasagna was ok. Pasta of lasagna was nice Her mocktail was refreshing and nice Negroni was meh 🙂↕️ My fish and pasta was really good, we both finished my plate 😂🤣 lasagna was kept for leftovers And bread bar was used appropriately and often 😂 Service was great Pacini is good, even for a chain, its great
Ordered the carbonara and my partner got the ravioli, both arrived lukewarm and were cold by the third bite. The bread station was fine but all in all, 80$ for two with one drink each is not worth it. The waitress was nice but i can’t recommend.
I love the place. It took me a while to give it a chance, but my family and I fell in love with the bread bar with a variety of bread types and seasoned butters. You can grill your bread with butter for an all you can eat bar if you go for a meal from the main menu. Oh, the menu is delicious. Everything that I tried so far was really good. I recommend you try the Risoto. With a seafood and a vegetarian option, it is my favorite
We got the lasagna grandiosa and penne calabrese piccante. The lasagna got soggy far too quickly and the requested alteration to remove the meat ragu was not followed. The piccante didn't have enough sauce. Not outstanding by any means.
This place might work for families with kids, its affordable, offer free toast and butter (unlimited) that you go grab yourself which is cool, they also have a dish where u can order both pizza and pasta at the same time but man it didn't taste any good. I didn't like either. We ordered dessert which is tiramisu comes in a tiny little cup which kinda shocked me and it also didn't taste good. Service was good the waitress served us was nice, its crowded on weekends you might have to wait for like 15-20 mins to get seated but its a huge restaurants with a lot of tables.
Place is big Empty on a Monday eve at 7pm Service was meeeehh I paid 50$ for two tiny pizza approx length of a fork( though they were absolutely delicious to my surprise) and some fries. 1) Pesto & goat cheese pizza 2) mushroom truffle pizza Quality vs price, i don’t recommend Great place for bread lovers though, they have a bread bar
I find the price a bit expensive, especially for the small portions they give. The food itself was pretty good, I really enjoyed the flavours and the shrimps in the lasagna. The fun part is having the grill in the center of the restaurant where you can prepare your own toast with various types of spread. Each was very unique and tasty. It's a fun thing to do while waiting for the food, especially since they take very long to serve the food. We waited approximately 45 minutes to an hour before receiving our main course. Another problem for me was that the plates were not really clean so it was a bit disturbing. Overall though, it was a good experience.
Pacini is a beautiful place with a pleasant ambiance. We loved the toast service with unlimited spreads, it was a real plus! The dishes were generous and good. However, one point to improve would be the temperature of the dishes: they were not hot enough, especially the soup, which is supposed to be served hot. Despite this, we enjoyed our experience and will surely come back.
Thank you for the beautiful evening. Courteous, fast service. Everything was delicious and hot. The portions were perfect. Festive atmosphere and lots of smiles and laughter around. Thanks again.
For a good fettuchinni carbonara this is my favorite place, the atmosphere is warm especially on birthdays the waiters are dedicated to come and sing happy birthday Moreover, interestingly, a percentage reduction equal to the age of the birthday person is allocated to them on the same day or one day before or after their birthday and a little desert included. Thank you Pacini
Loud music and cold soup
The food was cold, the cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Considering that I have visited several Pacinis, this one particularly disappointed me. On the other hand, our waitress did an excellent job.
We waited a very long time to finally get our cold plates. The waitress was very nice. Nothing to say about her service but, poor her, she wanted to warm them up for us but we didnt have time to wait any longer. We had to go to work the next morning...
The service was really good, it stood out to us! We had the Pineapple Basil mocktails and I recommend it!
Love this restaurant!! Food and service are great
Nice setting, warm staff!
I find that this restaurant chain (like many others) has declined since the pandemic. The quality of food has gone down, and the prices have gone up. It can be an interesting restaurant for an outing with children, they generally love the bread bar which sets Pacini apart from the competition. But for an adult outing, I would choose another place.
Very nice experience!!!
Went with my son had linguini with grilled chicken and he had pennes with prosciutto and roquette the dish was cold and dry the chicken looked like it had been cooked a long time before. I asked the waiter if the pasta is cooked in advance and he told me yes they just heat it it up. Well that was a turn off this was my last time going there. Maybe he owner doesnt want to pay for a chef on the spot to make fresh food.
Honestly my favourite restaurant the food is amazing. It s a nice place but not too expensive and so it gives the feeling of luxury without hurting your wallet.
The birthday event is way too noisy and really disturbing for everyone. I wont go back there again.
Wow! Pacini. This was an Old classic when I was growing up and this place brought back so many fond memories. Fast forward several decades later and things have certainly changed. I took my family here thinking i would introduce Pacini to a new generation. Well let me start by saying never again, the food was mediocre , the price per dish is ridiculous ( then again all restaurants think they are 5 star worthy) my kids have gluten intolerance, so I was pleased to see that they actually had several options, however they charge out the wazoo for replacements. Word of advice you should have the same pricing for a substitue, 5$ on 1 item ,2$ on another etc. Having revamped my entire pantry to my kids intolerance needs. I know the cost and It s almost like they just added additional cost here and there just to take advantage of those with dietary requirement. The service was really the only thing that was worth the $$. If you are a senior and don t really cook and are not picky. Then this is the place for you. If you are a family with or without allergies or intolerance. don t waste your time and money. I am sure you make better pasta and pizza at home and for a fraction of the cost. The reality is that food quality is so poor these days in restaurants that even the simple classics are a miss. Pacini! I give you props for trying to advance with the times, but you re pricing yourself out of the market with food that isn t worth the cost. I expected more and sadly got way less. But the bill was not a reflections of that let me tell you! In the end , this is another validation that the hospitality industry needs to change and get back to quality at all levels. Pacini is no exception. Vegetarian options: Not tasty at all. Lack of research on what is good and what isn t Dietary restrictions: accommodating, but various pricing for the substitution per dish. From 2.5$ to 6$ for gluten free option per item.
Literally the worse Pacini experience I ever had. The mushroom & steak are clearly frozen and microwaved. Was completely soggy and inedible. The bread grill is literally FULLY COVERED with cremated bread. Its black as night. You will eat it on your bread; it sticks to it. Went there with my girlfriend. Ended up costing hundreds for pre-frozen trash I couldve bought at a gas station. She couldnt eat her meal either. Canard pizza has the same problem as the steak.
Food and atmosphere were great service was way below par, 15 min before we got a menu, another 20 min to take our order and over 30 to get food .hoping better service if we return
Very long to get served (both taking orders and waiting for the dish). Food ok. Noisy despite few people. Inadequate room temperature and comfort.
Disgusting meals and exorbitant prices, catch stupid people Bread with margarine seasoned with pesto yuck
Unfortunately, as we did not have the health card of the 90-year-old who was celebrating her birthday that day, Thursday, September 5, 2024, and for her it was an exceptional outing given her precarious state of health, and we even asked if we could return with the ID proving his age and birthday, after a fairly long wait at the restaurant, was the person responsible on break? Well never know and she never came to see us at the table....... well done! Disappointed with this service provided for an elderly person and unfortunately for the nice waitress who had the thankless task of telling us that no the discount will not be possible because it is according to the words of the mysterious person in charge that day at Pacini ! I am regular at this place, with this gesture, and the lack of responsibility and sympathy that we have experienced, I will stop being a customer and will not be your best ambassador?
Good service, good meal
Excellent service!!!
Excellent, I recommend for pasta and pizza lovers, the portions are good for the price! (I recommend going there especially if it s your party, they create a great atmosphere)
Very nice waitress on the other hand, service quite long. The meals were good except mine. I had a roasted tomato spaghetti with walnuts and shiitake and I found that it lacked sauce. The taste was good. Its disappointing when theres a lot of pasta and little sauce. To be corrected....for my dish, I would give it a 3/5.
Reduce the portions its not like the photos
Lovely service by rebecca, she was so patient and sweet 10/10. I must say, the food is overpriced for the taste. Also that birthday song startled us, it is so cringey and loud.
Excellent work by the waitress and delicious food at a reasonable price. Easy to bring back a doggy bag .
Fast food quality at a restaurant price, Bread bar is a joke, supermarket bread. Portions are small, you leave hungry.
Very disappointed with our experience! The atmosphere and decoration are up to date but the service and food leaves something to be desired. The beer had a strange, musty taste. We received the main courses before the starters. The waitress went to bring them back to the kitchen to bring us the starters. We had the fondant parmigiana and the fondant chips were dry as if they were out of date. When we received the meals that had been waiting under the stove, the pizza was not even cooked in the center. In the center of the carbonara pasta dish there was an egg yolk that you had to mix yourself but since it had remained there for a while in the kitchen, when mixing it, there were several lumps of egg that did not did not mix. Additionally, the pasta plate was very simple for the price. One of the worst plates of pasta Ive eaten in a restaurant. The waitress was nice but the service was still disappointing since she didnt follow up with us. Conclusion: I do not recommend the Brossard pacini!
Great meal and also discounts depending on your age if its your birthday. Excellent service. THANKS
Top nuch really good My salmon was tasty, not dry at all wow
BREAD BAR. Nothing more to say, its a pasta restaurant.
We were satisfied with the pizzas we ate with Cesar salad.
We had a bad experience, 25 minutes just to have a drink we were Wednesday it wasnt full, at the bar it was apprentices. We ordered fettuccine alfredo, me and my girlfriend lacked cetais sec sauce, asked the waiter if it would be possible to have some sauce because it was dry, he told me no problem, come back two minutes later with the sauce, two small cold dishes, in short our dish was lukewarm disappointing for the price will go to other pacini I have never been so disappointed never again for me pacini brossard for the waiter finds that he lacks tact no I do not recommend it
I am extremely satisfied with the service we ate very good
Good environment and service.
To avoid
Excellent as always, very good service despite the traffic
Sauce. Flavor. Portions. All were lacking. Everyone got different things and none of us enjoyed our meal. I got the carbonara. I liked the fact that they kept a yolk for us to mix and that saved it a bit for me because otherwise, it wouldve been too dry. Best thing anyone had was from the bread station. However, the service was great and our waitress was bilingual.
Wow finally a restaurant where there are the same choices as the menu for gluten-free pasta and pizza Oh wow that was delicious...very good service especially since the waitress herself was ceoliac very well suggested to me and explained to me that her cook was very watch out for allergies thank you pacini for your professionalism and the taste was there
The food and service was excellent, just one downside, the bread bar, would really need the knives that people use to butter bread, would need to either use Scott to clean it or clean it by your employees because after several uses, It becomes really disgusting to use. 1 toilet for the capacity of people in the restaurant, which is really not easy with children.
Very good service from Patrick. Family restaurant with a little something extra.
Nothing more than a normal Pacini everything was good as it should be.
Excellent place for celiac people.
Worst Caesar salad I have eaten in my life, the lasagna is tiny, the meat is not cooked correctly, however the garlic bread is good
Very good, courteous and pleasant service
Always so popular for its unique bread bar. Super friendly staff and pleasant, sometimes festive atmosphere, especially on birthdays. Varied menu that will please almost all tastes.
Super friendly team and great meal. THANKS :)
Really pleasant place for family dinner. Its big and airy. The food is good and there is a bread bar.
Reading some of the reviews made us a little hesitant about dining here, but we really didnt have to worry! The restaurant is a lovely place to eat, with a wide range of options, both meat and vegetarian! The bread bar is limited but serves its purpose with a nice range of spreads. Our waitress, Maude, was lovely! Very attentive despite it being extremely busy and even tried to help us with food/drink choices according to taste. All in all, well worth a visit :) Vegetarian options: Fantastic range of vegetarian options!
Food needs to be improved when you say authentic Italian. Felt like eating Chinese Italian food with spring onions . Food
The servers are super friendly, the food is very good. Kid-friendliness: Menu that appeals to children, reasonable price
Baby friendly
The prices of the plates are okay for the quantity and the quality of the food. They try to lure you with their wooden oven of bread, but its ultimately toasts with butter on it... Nothing very italian about that.
Way too expensive for pasta and pizza dinner without opening one single bottle of wine!
Chantal and her team were very welcoming, smiling and attentive. Very friendly restaurant. It was a first and by far the last!! I highly recommend!
Perfect in every way with a special mention to our waitress Daisy. It was impeccable for us (group of 15 people with teenagers and children, ) Thank you to all the team. Great evening.
When i went 1st time in summer, it was great, and only portions were a bit small, so I rated 4 stars. But now, the second time during the winter, it was so cold to sit inside, and almost all customers stayed with jackets on. Prices were higher, and there was no kids menu. We spent $180 for two adults and one kid, and the temperature inside was 17 degrees Celsius. The waiter told us that the only manager has the key to change it, so we end up being super cold. After this, Im not going back. Very disappointed
I liked the food, beyond my expectations. But minus our waitress Sydney, she was stupid and very rude. I had to run after her to ask her anything. If I go back, I hope she won t be our waitress!
Great Service, great food, bread bar Vegetarian options: Some meatless meals Parking: Lots, no problem Kid-friendliness: Childrens meals available Wheelchair accessibility: No walking to get to the tables
To be honest, I havent been to Pacini for over 15 years and I dont think Ill be back for at least another 15 years. The espresso martini was terrible, the pizza absolutely tasteless - shameful, for a restaurant that claims to be Italian. The bread bar remains an original idea but insufficient to justify returning there. The service was very good, fast and efficient. We would have expected much better!
It was cold inside the restaurant.
Dietary restrictions: Sans gluteen Food
I must say one of the better pacini I have been to. The bread bar is always a classic. Kids meals were 5$ until April which finally gave my daughter enough food at a reasonable price. Had the meal for two with a medium steak excellent sausage and shrimps. Was delicious. I had previously written off coming back to a pacini but really glad I tried this one.
Very good food good service but the prices are increased like other restaurants!
Vegetarian options: Variety of vegetarian dishes available. Salads, pizzas, and others. Parking: Busy, especially during weekends. Kid-friendliness: My kids enjoyed the atmosphere, and foods was delicious! Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, its on the ground floor!
The food was very good, however the service was very slow. I waited 1.5 hours to receive our entries. I spent 4 hours in the restaurant and its not because I talked too much, its because of the time it took to receive each element of our dinner. The atmosphere is good and the furniture is comfortable. Parking: The restaurant is adjacent to a large parking lot for the shopping center. Wheelchair accessibility: Has automatic doors and is on the ground floor.
The service was perfect! Thank you again for your very good service Maude... Excellent food I recommend the place
Pacini Brossard very good. There were 3 of us. And all 3 of them loved our meal. And very good service from our server Patrick. Parking: Had no problem parking
I give 1 star for the service (Maude) and the music. Other than that, theres nothing really Italian vegetable salad: for a green with literally 1 cherry tomato cut in 2. Lasagna grandiosa: no taste. A total failure. Chicken rosmarino: slice of breast (highlight slice) cold. No taste. Parmiggiana fries: mix of a bag of fried onions, some fries and zero parmigiana. The chef in this area must take better care of his restaurant...200 dollars for food that isnt even worth $20! Great shame.
Evening of April 3, restaurant closed with a handwritten message on the door! But, the Google site tells us that it is open!!
Great waitress great food
Delicious! Kid-friendliness: Affordable meal!
Service was excellent and atmosphere is quite good. However, the food is bland. The bread bar is a nice touch.
Very good service and food.
Nothing to complain about! Its really excellent, especially the service from the entire team! But on the other hand, the parmesan chicken wings are really not that great.
Always so good and relaxed and good service, thank you
I had veal with mushroom sauce. The veal was dry and even had a dried crust on the edge. There was very little sauce. I showed my plate to the waitress asking for sauce, she told me I might be charged. I will never go to this place again. Very bad experience.
The waitress Maude was impeccable polite efficient and attentive. She does a perfect job, she deserves 5 stars, but the food isnt great. Lack of taste small portions for very expensive
The found was very disappointing except the bread was good. The service was very good but the ambiance was boring. Music is too classic. Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian or Vegan options. Which I likr
Great evening, the food is very good and the service was great
I prefer the decor of that of St-Jean
To expensive
Food is less than great all our food was cold . For an italian resto i was expecting a lot better . We were dissapointed
I went for my party its the best restaurant for children
Very good service
Very good, its not great cuisine, but its good and the bread bar is always a winner with children.
Hi This is no doubt an excellent family restaurant, and many birthdays celebration while I was present , it does create a special ambiance and happiness Feelings. I took a scoter cut steak in sea salt , totally delicious it was served with grilled Zucchini and red peppers accompanied By a Ceasar salade . Note they use real bacon , not bacon bits , and also add capers in the Ceasar, Make an excellent and delicious salade . As appetizer I took fried risotto bals ,dip In aioli. The dessert was Mango sherbet. Pacini has improved its menu alot . My waitress Sarah Maude was very friendly super quick .. Ample parking. Hostess very efficient to seat me at 18.30 No reservations on a Saturday . Second visit Tuesday July 4 th , my waiter, Patrick, excellent service. Very friendly.5 Appetizer parmesan fondue, main course Duck confit pizza with extra goat cheeses , delicious . Beverage, mocktail cucumber lemon drink ,different taste but good Dessert, lemon meringue tartelette in Mason jar , yummy Will repeat Cheers Mike
fast, efficient and generous. Kid-friendliness: mine is 10 years old and want to go back.
The music was so loud, I had to yell to talk to people at my table, and they had to yell to speak to Me. I asked to put the music down, they said they werent allowed. Never going there again. I was with family I rarely see, and the obnoxious loud music ruined our experience.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menu Food
The birthday song is exceptional!
We especially like the little Dolci desserts and the bread bar. Kid-friendliness: Childrens menu at a very reasonable price
Ill be blunt, we got harassed by our waiter because we didnt give him a tip. Harassed to the point where he actually chased after us outside the building after we got into our car to insist we give him a tip. Our waiter had pretty much forgotten us after our food was served. We had to walk to the front just to pay our bill and he was surprised we were done already even though he hadnt even checked up on us after he served our meal. As for the food, it wasnt bad but portions are way too small for the price you pay. The all you can eat bread bar is overhyped. They just served normal slice of loaf bread with limited spread. Had it not been for our waiter, I would still recommend this place. The harassment though, extremely rude and unprofessional! I wouldnt even consider coming back here nor would I recommend anyone else considering my experience. Very very disappointed!
Frankly, an ultra mediocre restaurant that calls itself specialty; a lasagna for $37.00 which is the size and tastes like that served on an airplane, reheated in the microwave which becomes crispy after a minute and a half, pasta all stuck in can sauce, three shrimps and a tablespoon of white fret sauce. A bread bar that smokes burnt oil EXCESSIVELY CARCINOGENIC according to Health Canada. Excessively disappointed and I take a twenty-year contract: twenty years without returning to this place or to any of its likes, Goodbye Pacini, never again.
Service was excellent food excellent, servers pleasant Wheelchair accessibility: Easy access from outside Food : 5/5 |
Saturday August 12 7:20 p.m. Excellent meal The waitress was her check Thank you Sara-maude
Dietary restrictions: Keto- sans gluten Food
Saad was fantastic! Love the vibe and atmosphere. Bread bar is cool and pasta is just alright.
I was super excited about this bread bar and generous portions I kept hearing about. We arrive and the place is empty, but the service was still slow. The bread bar was basically 3 types of sliced bread and 3 types of butter and a grill. I have sliced bread at home and I dont even eat it. 2 pasta plates and a coke costed 73$ with tip. We were both still hungry after... Server was ok, fake nice but hey. Wont ever be coming back to any Pacinis locations ever again.
Sarah-Maude served us with a smile and was very attentive throughout. Our family thoroughly enjoyed being served by her!
Would recommend for a group of friends for dinner. Very nice service and very good food. Prices are a bit higher than usual but very worth it for the quality of the food served here!
The pizza portion for kids must be labeled as pizza portion for kids aged from 18 months up to 3 years old. It was so tiny and light than even my kid, who doesnt eat a lot, said Iam gonna have hungry, we do go to have real lunch.
Good food and service. For a kid friendly restaurant it was surprising that there were no changing tables.
Restaurant was super clean, service was fast and the food was delicous. The free seasoned bread is a really nice touch.
Very basic restaurant with steep prices for the quality you get. We ordered the parmigiana fries and onions which was really good! However, I ordered the Alfredo pasta and my husband the mille-feuilles lasagna. Honestly, the pasta was lukewarm at best, not much taste to it. Very basic plate. On the other hand, the lasagna was very hot but again not much taste to it. You do have access to the all you can eat bread bar but it s just different type of bread that you can grill and different types of butter, it s nice but not extraordinary either. The atmosphere is nice and calm though, so it allows you to have some nice conversations.
The hair stylist doesn t listen to me when I WANTED SHORT HAAAAAAIR
Our waiter Patrick was so courteous and amazing throughout our lunch.
This place is awesome, staff is great! Its the perfect place for every occasion. Dietary restrictions: Gluten and Lactose intolerent, never had an issue.
Excellent place, very good and hot food. Fast service and relaxed atmosphere. Nothing more to say
Nothing to say that its my restaurant..
Rediscovery of this restaurant evocative of childhood memories. Lovely family meal!
The service was a little long.
Restaurant with gluten-free options. Dietary restrictions: Gluten free
Very good
Waited for 30 minutes to receive the menu despite 2/3 of the tables being unoccupied. Subsequently, it took an additional hour and a half to get our order, mainly pizzas. The bread toaster was noticeably dirty and emitted an unpleasant odor.
A bit pricy, food was OK.
It was ok.
The bread bar is still great
Very clean. Good food. Other than a small problem with our reservation, which they made up for, I have nothing negative to say about this restaurant.
Great food. The service was equally as good. The server tended to all our needs even with our accents, which arent easy to interpret at times. More room than other Pacini restaurants.
The vegetable risotto was very good, the waitress very pleasant. Can of beer selection.
