The service was excellent. The servers were all attentive and friendly. During my visit, their restaurant was not busy. They had about 15 customers in the restaurant (*I will explain). Yet, I had to wait for at least 20 minutes for my bowl of ramen. Unfortunately, the noodles were really overcooked. I believe they have a self-created challenge by the design of their restaurant planning. I counted more or less 109 seats in this RAMEN Restaurant, which includes 18 seats in their patio area. If you ever visited Japan, you would notice how small the RAMEN Restaurants were there. And they are supposed to be small for many reasons. Two main reasons are quality control of their food products and the speed of service. I did not have enough time to take out my phone to take the video when the one staff member had to cook 7 different bowls of noodles at the same time. I am sure any authentic RAMEN Restaurant pays attention to details and tries to make every order to perfection. Unfortunately, with the ambition of a larger seating area, they have to take some short cuts with the cooking line.
The restaurant we initially wanted to go to was closed, so we had to find some new place. Tried it, and was pleasantly surprised. Very yummy, nice portion, cool combos. Will probably go again to try their summer menus. Their gyozas were my fav of all time, well the filling was normal, nothing out of this world but the cooking and texture was just perfect like the perfect crispness and not "wet", I would love to try their gyozas again. I expected the ramen to be overtly salty, but they weren't, also the ingredients all felt really fresh it was a really wonderful "soup" experience ,I could simultaneously taste all of the ingredients separately but also have a perfect "universal" soup taste. Love the bamboo sprouts. I personally recommend Pork Shoyu, with the thick noodles. Also, I'm not an ice tea drinker but for some reason it was the perfect drink to go with my ramen. I liked the interior design, it felt "modern" but cozy, I personally hate industrial designs styles so this one was a great balance of warmth and trendy look. Also the lighting was very nice a great ambiant look. And also very random but since its summer their Ac was just cold enough but not too much so youre freezing. I felt "at home" and very comfortable. Also , I love Paper menus, keep physical menus, none of that trendy qr codes. People don't want to look on their phones. WE LOVE PHYSICAL COPIES OF MENUS

Impeccable service. The attentive waiter and the smiling hostesses. The meal is very good. We had a meal for two. BE CAREFUL SPICY SAUCE, it is very spicy and treacherous. The meals are good, I found the beef shoyu a little too saturated which meant that the taste was a little mediocre at first. But when the broth was finished it was very good and full of flavor. The meat was a little dry, however the pork was very good, I think it is fatty meat. The big downside of this place is the lack of option for those with lactose intolerance. Vegetarian options: There is always a vegetarian option

Going to Brossard for Kinton Ramen has really disappoin- ted me. I only ate nouilles and an egg, and the pork ramen was made entirely of fat (98 percent fat pork belly). I asked the waitress 3 plats and we decided to share a little bit from each meal. The waitress forgot, after I reminded her that we needed three plates, she forgot again, we waited again and after a lengthy delay during which the food grew cold, my friend had to walk to the counter to take it. Its not busy at the moment. Upon finishing my ramen, I swallowed my lip. Perhaps a lot of MSG was added.

I first discovered Kinton Ramen when I was visiting Toronto and I fell in love at first slurp. You can guess how happy I was to discover that one was opening so close to me. The pork miso soup is my go-to!

Me and my partner have just changed the furniture in the living room and we want to have dinner before leaving Dix30. Where are we going? Im not a Ramen regular. Shall we try Kinton Ramen? Friendly atmosphere. The room is black but bright, it s a nice look. The kitchen is visible, it inspires confidence. The tables and benches with refined designs contribute to the zen atmosphere. The food is excellent. I tasted a beef miso with perfectly cooked thick noodles. I love miso and the broth revealed all the flavor. We also had veggie Gyoza; it s a kind of Japanese-style dumpling, crispy pan-fried, served with a creamy sweet chili sauce. Finally, this delicious Matcha ice cream. And then the service was very pleasant, Marianne was efficient, very accommodating, friendly and funny. And good advice for the ramen novice that I am. Well know where to go the next time we have to deal with Dix30. Definitely, I recommend.

Used to come here on a regular basis. The broth, the pork changed and now as of today, the noodles are not longer the same. Everything has changed for lower quality. I am so disappointed, it was my favorite place.

Great layout. A little pricey for a soup lol. But lunch specials are probably best option because a la carte lunch tallied to $38 for miso soup, dumpling & fountain drink....for 1 person.

We didnt really know where to go for dinner this Friday evening of strolling around at DIX30. Noodles? Why not! Ooooooooh.. the dining room looks great! The meal is original and modern! And everything is tasty, I must admit. Dont forget, ambiance adds a lot to your customer experience. Well, the weak point of my visit... I didnt manage to finish my bowl, so I didnt earn my loyalty card.
Honestly, simply excellent! Me and my boyfriend ordered a starter with two bowls of Ramen blind and we are happy to have made this choice because Andrea and Mathis chose well and were super nice! Definitely not the last time I come here :D

Best ramen I ve ever had, the Pork Spicy Garlic with extra egg and corn is definitely my favorite. Service was also excellent, the best in the area really! 10/10 would recommend.

Kinton Ramen is an amazing place for ramen lovers. Warm and welcoming atmosphere puts you in the Japanese spirit. Their menu offers a variety of ramens, I particularly loved their pork ramen, perfectly balanced with al dente noodles and their gyoza. The service is fast and the staff is always available. Its a great place for a comforting meal, whether alone or with friends. I recommend!!

I m gonna be honest, I have had Kinton Ramen ever since they first opened in mtl, and I must say I am extremely disappointed at the Dix30 store. You just can t even imagine for a franchised ramen shop, the quality of food could be so poorly prepared. Examples: - soup is lukewarm at best, not hot - ramen as badly cooked, often way too hard (undercook), and other times half the bowl all stuck up together (cook did not stir the ramen). After my first visit, I was shocked, in disbelief, and I say to myself this can t it. I since went back 3-4 other times and everytime it s very similar, poor quality. For the mangers reading this, I went during lunch hours during weekdays. If this comment is even worth anything, you should really provide your staff better training. It s a shame because the other option is Isshin Ramen next door, and although more expensive, I d rather pay for a bowl of quality ramen and a poorly slapped on. Very unfortunate because I was so looking forward for Kinto.

The service is great, but not the rest. We offer you a promotion where you put a 5-star review on Google for a free ice cream. So these are not very honest opinions... You pay a lot of money for something simple to redo at home at a lower cost. Very insufficient quantity of protein, even almost zero in the vegetarian option so you get hungry quickly afterwards unless you pay extra for an egg. The broth is good, but the noodles are undercooked. The chairs are made of hardwood and without backs. No place to hang our handbag which we must keep with us or place on the ground. Its disappointing this lack of comfort for the price

Absolutely terrible service. I went there with my wife tonight. I ordered a ramen. Half way through eating, I found an insect inside. I told the waitress right the way. She was supposed to replace my ramen but I waited for half an hour and nth happened. I ask and they didn t take the order. It is the absolute worst service in Montreal and Canada. The cashier guy even gave me attitude and have the audacity to ask for tips. Crazy

It was our first time here and wow I had the miso beef ramen and it was delicious!
I took the special Ramen au Sésame Doré tasted amazing a rich broth and just spicy enough. I would have prefer regular pork. But the minced one was good too. Also tried the Porc Donburi and Gyoza (pork), both tasted good and flavor full. We accompanied our meal with sake (one person size) For a first visit, Im pretty amazed. Ill definitely come back. They also have a vegetarian variant for ramen soup Vegetarian options: There is ramen soup for vegetarian as a side dish option too.

The shoyu pork ramen was very good, the marinated eggs are very good too, but the original chicken ramen was a little lacking in taste.

I took the tofu ramen and there was only 1 tofu in there and barely any vegetable. It was mostly noodles and broth. I ate it and was hungry after an hour no joke. I wouldn t go back there to eat but the service was good. The other dishes looked nice but the vegetarian options need to be improved.

Great place for ramen, generous portions, everything was delicious! We went with four kids, and they enjoyed it. Our waitress Naomi was very warm and attentive. Vegetarian options: Great non-pork options!
We had a good afternoon. The service was efficient. However, the image tasted better than the dish itself. We had an original beef ramen and a beef miso, but we had to add so many sauces (hot and soy) that the original taste was no longer in the foreground. It should be noted that their matcha ice cream is creamy and very delicious, bringing a sweetness to the mouth. Plus, if youre on a budget, their Meal for Two offer is ideal. Kid-friendliness: The place is relatively suitable for children. There is plenty of space between each table and you dont feel cramped and perfect for people with reduced mobility.

Very nice Japanese experience. Im not a ramen regular but I liked the atmosphere. Our waitress gave excellent service and good advice. As for food, we started with pork shoyu and it was honestly delicious. My colleague took the spicy pork ramen with large noodles and I took the spicy beef ramen with small noodles. It was very good but it was a little too spicy for my taste and you lost the taste of the broth. Next time Ill get the original with beef. There will be a next time for sure. Vegetarian options: Yes, there is one of the 4 types of ramen which is vegetarian and also shoyu which can be vegetarian. Parking: Its dix30 so you can park at the back of the restaurant or in the free underground which is not very far.

Me and my partner showed up at the restaurant, we were in the entrance because the restaurant was full. We waited 20 minutes in the entrance without anyone coming to see us to inform us if we could have a place soon or to simply know how many of us there were. On several occasions I saw the Staf look at the entrance but look away. Honestly, a big 0, it s lucky he has another ramen restaurant.

This is the second time I have come to eat at Kinton. Always fast and friendly service. I had the beef ramen this time with the beef donnuri. It was excellent. Its not too salty compared to other places. The first time I had Pork which is also very good but a little fattier.
We were served by a young man. Excellent service. Very good food for a franchise. The only problem is that we are seated very badly. The seats and benches are not really comfortable. Small cushions and a backrest would be appropriate. I will definitely go back there for take out.
Came 40 minutes before the close and the staff didn t want us to be seated. So instead we got takeout. The staff forgot to put and extra egg in the ramen, instead put some corn that we didn t ask for. The other dish (beef donburi) had a very weird smell, and looked kid sized. Won t recommend this spot.

Thank you Naomie for serving us quickly and cordially. The Spicy Beef Mazemen (summer special) was excellent and spicy as desired (not too much, not too little). The background music wasnt too loud and we were able to chat quietly without being too disturbed.
