Love the ambiance!! Very nice family restaurant with amazing food. Definitely coming back here again when I’m in the area. Halal food and there’s a sign at the front of the restaurant.
These plates have such a wonderful taste we were so surprised. The service was much better with the new management. Will definitely go again for dine in. This time i took take out as was in a hurry but definitely come back with the family. The plus side is that it is Halal. I highly recommend the leghmen, fried noodles and the dumplings.
Most beautiful takeout I’ve had. Amazing food. They recommended me the special chicken and it was absolutely fabulous. The staff are so lovely. This place is a hidden gem! Must try.
This is my first time having Uyghur good and it was so tasty! The service was somewhat slow (the restaurant was filling up) but it was worth the wait. The lamb skewers were so tender and flavourful without being too overpowering. The noodles were bouncy and chewy in all the right ways. And the naan in one of the dishes was so crispy and satisfying. I definitely have to come here again and would recommend!!
I’m soooo happy I finally found an amazing Uyghur restaurant! The decor and atmosphere are really nice and authentic. The food was 10/10. The dumplings were to die for, the noodles and the beef were also amazing. The service was also great, our server was extremely kind and accommodating. I literally cannot wait to go back.
Very tasty dishes! I love Uyghur cuisine. Not everyone can cook like the Uyghurs themselves, but here they cook very tasty! I advise everyone to definitely go and try all the dishes! Service, service, food, atmosphere - everything is amazing! The portions were huge. I give it 10 out of 10! The prices are delicious. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children. It cost us $ 130. We ordered 3 lagmans, 1 plov, 4 samsa, 1 serving of manti.
I really enjoyed their food. All the plates have good flavours and a nice level of spiciness. The noodles have great elasticity and were complemented so well by their toppings and their sauce. The service and the atmosphere on the other hand is only average. The waiter was polite, but he gave off the impression that he didn't want us to be there. There was also minimal talking since all the ordering was made through their webpage but it still felt like the service was too distant. The interior decorations looked nice but the place was awfully quiet and it made us feel a bit uneasy just talking. Finally, a main dish is around 18$ which is a bit expensive but the portions are pretty filling so it's acceptable but I still feel like it's a bit expensive for one plate of noodles.
DOLAN Uyghur Restaurant provides an exceptional dining experience, showcasing the rich and unique flavors of Uyghur cuisine. From the moment you step in, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the stage for a memorable meal. The menu features a variety of authentic dishes, from perfectly spiced lamb skewers to hand-pulled noodles and fragrant pilaf. Each dish is prepared with care and precision, highlighting the distinctive taste of Uyghur culinary traditions. The attentive and friendly staff enhance the dining experience, ensuring that every visit is enjoyable. DOLAN Uyghur Restaurant is a must-visit for anyone looking to explore the delicious and diverse world of Uyghur food.
Just discovered this place last week and already been there twice!! The samesa and milk tea are to die for (Milk tea is salty and an acquired taste. We loved it!! Reminded me of the tibetan butter tea) Tried chicken plate, laghmen, naan, lamb skewers, manti, chicken soup, spicy noodles, lamb qordak, samsa, milk tea. EVERY SINGLE DISH WAS PERFECT! Can not recommend this place enough. Oh and its run by the cutest family. The service is top notch. Hope to be there soon. Both time we ate the food so quick that we forgot to take pictures. Pictures are coming after I visit them again. Keep up the good work guys
Interesting food. Not too expensive, fried bread with spicy beef was the stand out. Interesting textures and flavors. Lots of chili and chili oil, great food overall service could be better.
Very good food and they are very lovely.
Great restaurant, an explosion of flavor. I recommend to everyone.
Excellent food and great service
incredible
You can t go wrong with the food here. I ve had the pearl laghman and the stir-fried noodles with beef both 10/10.
The food was absolutely incredible every dish was full of rich, authentic flavors and cooked to perfection. I truly believe this is the best Uyghur cuisine in the city! The service was exceptionally fast, even during peak hours, and the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and welcoming, which made the entire dining experience even better. On top of that, the restaurant itself was spotless, with a clean and cozy atmosphere that felt both comfortable and inviting. If you re looking for a place to enjoy amazing Uyghur food in Montreal, this is it. I ll definitely be coming back again soon! Highly recommended!
This was my first time tasting Uyghur cuisine. It seemed quite different from the different regional variants of Chinese cuisine, and the spicy flavor seemed closer to my native Bengali cuisine. Dining at this restaurant brought back fond memories of dining at Chinese restaurants in Bangladesh, but that Bengali version of Chinese cuisine now seems more similar to Uyghur than authentic Chinese food. We would absolutely revisit this place and recommend our friends to do the same.
Awesome experience! Pearl Langhman was tasty & lamb kabab was very tender new taste for me. Thank you
So tasty. Its rare to find these kind of central asian dishes but I pretty much wanted to try everything on the menu. The milk tea is weird but satisfying.
Been wanting to try this place for some time and decided to head there for lunch. Very clean, decor is nice. Service was quick but we were few in the restaurant at that time. The menu is varied without being too limited or having too many choices. We had Chicken stir fried rice noodles and a Beef Qordak. Both were very flavourful, rich and satisfying. The stir fry noodles were silky smooth, tender and spicy, but not overpowering. The beef qordak had a nice blend of potatoes , naan, vegetables is an earthy flavoured sauce. I wished I had some extra naan to scoop the rest! Overall enjoyed and will try again as a group for dinner.
Very good food, very good service
A restaurant with very beautiful decoration and tasty, well-seasoned dishes. I went there with my mom and we both loved it. Next time I come back to Brossard, I will choose this restaurant without hesitation.
Delicious food! A great discovery
Really great food and service! Came here a few times already and it s always as good as usual.
The lamb kebab is very good!
Super delicious, service is really quick. The owners are so nice they offered us a dessert! Ill definitely come again :) Food
Authentic uyghur restaurant
It was the first time I had it after changing the boss. The large plate of lamb was probably frozen lamb leg discounted by Century Supermarket. The lamb was all real and all very large pieces of 100% lean meat. It was very spicy. I even ordered a separate one for my child and said I didn t want it. Spicy turns out to be spicy. . . Disappointed, will never go again
What you must order every time you go: Big Plate of Chicken , Stir-fried Pork with Ding Ding , Mutton Skewers and Thin-skinned Steamed Buns , the taste is very authentic, the best Xinjiang cuisine in Montreal
Great food with a very relax atmosphere. The dishes were amazing. Cant wait to go back!
The food remains excellent even after the change of ownership/name and the service has improved. One of the best value for money on the South Shore.
Very delicious and different food style. Fair price Beautiful decoration and clean place Service was good Food : 5/5 |
Note that the restaurant is now called Atlas (new owner). We arrived at opening and the staff was not ready. We waited around 45 minutes to receive the food and the service was very minimal as the waiter was busy mopping the floor. The chicken quorma dish was very tasty. Very spicy without being too spicy. We loved it. The medium dish may be enough for 3-4 people, but extra noodles are suggested. The lamb dumplings were good, but not the best Ive had. The service and atmosphere left something to be desired, we certainly wont come back to eat there even if the dishes were good. Note that the staff does not really speak French.
Taste is above the average. However, you probably have to wait over one hour for a dish. I was told they only have one chef.
Most trouble experience ever, average wait 30 mins for a meal, and server are trouble too
First time eating uyghur cuisine and I like it. Service was excellent. Owners are very polite. Atmosphere is authentic. Thank you!
Taste. Service. Cleanliness everything is perfect I highly recommend! On top of that, it s very quiet.
Hidden gem as a halal restaurant that serves great authentic Uyghur food. Would recommend 10/10.
Little restaurant in a little strip mall. First time, definitely unique tastes and different. Good food! Would come back again.
Didn t really meet the expectations I had from impression of the reviews. Food tasted alright, they messed up our order and bill here and there; however it s very honest food made with quality ingredients. The staff also seemed to be children in the family which was sweet but also expect a spottier service.
Uighur Chinese restaurant (Halal) The place is beautiful The food is very delicious The service is good The atmosphere is comfortable
I recommend everyone to try Uyghur cuisine, it was incredibly good, + the hosts are very welcoming and smiling!
This was a great restaurant. Came at a Tuesday night and it was delicious! Even if the service was a little bit slow, it s completely understandable and worth the wait. The waiters were also extremely polite. Would recommend
My first time having Uyghur food, and it was interestingly delicious!
Good food and friendly owner! Recommend!!
Food is delicious, halal. Service great, fast!
You go there for the food quality. The service is typical of a Chinese restaurant so you need to be a bit more assertive while polite.
It was surprisedly delicious. The lamb was very tender and didn t have a strong after taste unlike most lamb pork chop dishes from steak houses. If you liked muslim cuisine from Xian or Indian cumin style, then you will feel at home here. Also the portion is quite generous.
Delicious Uyghur (Chinese) halal food. Best quality. Consistently perfect!
Extremely good! Salted milk tea - a great discovery for me.
The food wad great, love how big most dishes were (much easier to share with everyone). For how big our group was, we did received our meal pretty quickly and the staff gave us a good service too.
Pretty expensive. With just ok taste
Went for the second time and the food is sooooo goood . We had the chicken qorma, spicy beef tripe, spicy noodles, naan kebab, Qurghaq Chop and the cucumber with sesame sauce Food
Very good cuisine
Great place, we are well received and we eat really well there. Great discovery.
The flavors of the Qorma Lamb were excellent!
Operating hours are incorrect, got turned away at the door.
Its one of the best uyghur of in Montreal
Great Uyghur restaurant. The food is amazing. Did not try something we did not like.
Hospitalité impeccable, repas exquis, j ai pris un Qorma Agneau, équilibre parfait, explosion en bouche, intense. Le rapport qualité prix ne fait aucun sens mais on s en réjouit . Dietary restrictions: Halal
Mixed review on this restaurant....the good side the lamb shank was good the lamb platter shared I recommend it, the lamb skewers were excellent.....but the rest unfortunately it was mediocre especially DONT ORDER THE LAMBS FOOT... its almost a flat meal with nothing to eat for $38....then the Uighur tea has a special taste (salty) at $10
Been this area a few times , never found this magical restaurant! My friend bring me here , Their food are amazing delicious yammy
This place makes very good noodles, highly recommend. There are however not many dishes that do not contain beef, so beware if you have dietary restrictions. Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian options so I do not recommend this place for vegetarians or people who mostly eat chicken or fish. Most dishes contain beef.
Tastes good, worth tasting
It presents a culinary experience marked by satisfactory flavors. However, when juxtaposed with the local counterparts, the portion sizes are comparatively modest and their service is considered very basic. The beef dumpling, showcasing a commendable flavor, but I wonder why it only has beef but not lamb, as the other local Uyghur restaurants always use lamb. In summary, it is an average encounter, 3 stars for the overall dining experience.
Very nice place to have tasty Uyghur authentic dishes , interior design very modern with a touch of Uyghur culture ,highly recommended
One of the best Uyghur Restaurant around the world . Highly recommended Uyghur kebab , Spicy chicken , Legmen , ..
Incredible food. Very kind hearted and helpful staff. Definitely will be coming back again! Vegetarian options: Many options can be made without meat.
We went there for dinner yesterday. Overall a neat place for dinning. The restaurant was nicely decorated and seating was comfortable. We also enjoyed the food we ordered. However, the service time was unbearably slow. We literately waited over one hour for the food to be served while the restaurant was not crowded. We also felt that the prices of the dishes were high given the quality of the food we were served.
The hand pulled noodles (laghmen) were so delicious. I also had the tripe salad, which had an amazing sauce on it and marinated to perfection. Highly recommend!
Shirk, this place is considered « halal » but there is a devil eye on a corner of the room which is shirk Dietary restrictions: The food is halal Parking: Big number of parking spots
Appetizers were spicy, crunchy and delicious; lamb brochettes were juicy; fried noodles got wok hei which were really tasty; definitely worth to come again. Food : 5/5 |
Its a must visit restaurant in the whole great Montreal region! Very authentic and delicious noodles, big plate chicken/lambs. The service is a bit slow so ordering a salad and samsa before the main dishes could help with the wait. My favorite noodle restaurant in the south shore of Montreal.
Cool mix of central asian and chinese cuisine. Nice restaurant to discover this lesser known culture.
Very good food, delicious, good service. The restaurant is quiet, clean with a beautiful decoration, we had a great time with the family. It was really great.
Parking: Beat restaurant in the south shore
Calming and relax atmosphere, the milk tea was very satisfying! The food comes looking and tasting that amazing! I would definitely like to come back again for more chicken qorma, lamb and noodles!
Excellent food, tastes great, lots of choices and the chef is very accommodating. The staff is very friendly.
Very very slow service 2 hour wait before receiving my plate
Such a nice surprise! I had the lamb skewers and the Marjan chop, it was delicious! First time eating Uyghur food, what a lovely experience. Definitely recommend this restaurant.
Meal, taken to go and we are pleasantly surprised by the flavors! Excellent
Guys, dont miss out on the noodles dish, hand made and soo chewy. We loved trying this new cuisine, very different flavor from what we are used to. Meat is really tender and the portions are huge. Perfect to share with a big group. Definitely recommend
very delicious, and super service.
Very authentic Xinjiang cuisine! The boss should be a Uighur.
Delicious, service in French and very friendly staff.
excellent service and food was just as great
Excellent halal beef hand noodles. Must have. Dietary restrictions: Halal Parking: Easy Parking Kid-friendliness: They had baby seats
One of THE BEST places to go to food for. I often drive here from Downtown just to enjoy the flovours! Their Spicy Noodle is soo amazing!
It was our first experience eating Uyghur food and we were pleasantly surprised! We enjoyed tasting these new flavours and even if we did takeout, everything was still very hot and fresh tasting. The lamb was very soft, the chicken was tasty, the noodles were nice and chewy, and the cut noodles dish was perfect for children. Would come back and try the other dishes
Incredible food and service!!
Food was okay but not outstanding. Expected food to be spicy but it wasn t too bad. Lamb was pretty tender! Nothing to say about service. Unfortunately not my cup of tea but people should give it a try!
we went try this restaurant tonight, surprised me, the food are taste super good, just like in China. I am so happy that I found another my favorite resturant. the service is great. will go back regularly for sure. love the food
I normally never like to give local restaurants bad reviews, but this has to be one of my worst experiences ever. We ordered the non-spicy qorma poulet with extra noodles (+3$) and when we received it after a long wait, it was spicy which we said fine it s whatever, but I m not even kidding there were only 5 strings of noodles. Not only was our order not respected, we had to ask the waitress 3 times before receiving our extra noodles. Not only that, they call these naan but are nowhere near what are actually naans, my family is from the XingJiang so we know. We were so shocked. We came for les brochettes d agneau but they were out of stock. Tipping is mandatory (15% minimum). Also, there were only 1 overworked waitress when the resto was full.
Always authentic and tasty with the right amount of spice. Eat this food, its the essence of life. The staff greet you with kindness when you enter the door. It is a happy place You cant ask for more.
Nice uyghur restaurant. Wonderful place . Clean place . Delicious lamb soup & food . Very pleasant staff . Relaxing uyghur music and singing . My family and I had unforgettable experience.
The service is extremely slow, waited an hour and still didn t have our food.
Very good and affordable dishes. Excellent customer service as well
The milk tea food and service were amazing
Excellent food and service
Went here for my grandma s birthday and the food was sooo amazing - lamb was juicy and perfectly seasoned. Service was great too, I can t recommend this spot enough. Even if you re unfamiliar with Uyghur cuisine, give it a chance if you re in the area!
Very diliciou! Taste of mama! Even suitable as a late night snack!
tasty noodle, nice vibe.
The big plate braised chicken was good. The chicken was tender, full of flavours. So were the potatoes, green pepper, wide noodles. Expected more vegetables, such as onions, red pepper. The server was super nice. The place was well decorated. Not very busy on a weekday evening.
Traditional Uyghur foods are delicious.
We come from Vietnam. But I like to enjoy other traditional dishes. and its a great restaurant and lots of delicious food. they welcomed us friendly. Thank you
Amazing food, Way too big portion. I just wish they had more options with rice or something else. The chicken plate had a lot of chicken but not enough pasta. I would have loved it more with a smaller portion but with rice. The price is fair for the portion. The chicken soup was my favorite. One of the best i had. I will come back again to try the noodles.
Very tasty, very good portions!!
Very hearty and tasty meal, we were pleasantly surprised to discover this gem in Brossard. The decor and service are great too! You can go there with your eyes closed! I will return with pleasure
Best noodles Ive had! They have parking and the service is friendly. My GF is from Xinjiang and says their food is very authentic and close to the real thing. 100% would recommend
Amazing food with unique flavors and dishes that are hard to find anywhere else. The noodles and meat dishes are all excellent. Ive tried almost everything on the menu and havent found a dish I dont like. The Marjan Chop and Lamb Plate are my favorite
Very good restaurant, authentic food, I ordered the chicken dish to share with my mom it was super yummy. Definitely will go again.
One of the best plovs I ve ever had. Worth a REM trip from Downtown
One word: just delicious!
Amazing dumplings. Incredible hand pulled noodles. I really liked the stews. One star removed for : 1) slow service. The dishes came out slowly over the course of 60-90mins 2) misleading photos in the menu. The Dolan noodles are shown separated in the menu. But in reality the sauce and noodles are mixed together. There are three samosas shown in the picture but in reality there is only 1
Dolan has been on my list since I moved to Montreal and finally got to try it over the weekend. The food was delicious, every dish that was brought out tasted phenomenal!! My compliments to the chef. Such a hidden gem, please come here and support this family business Will definitely be recommending this place to my friends and coming back!
Come here often, the classic traditional Xinjiang cuisine is worth tasting
Big portion, delicious, very good
Food
Food was good (but not all dishes were authentic). It took us 30 minutes to get our order at 6pm even though the restaurant was empty. 3 of the employees were just chatting there knowing 2 customers are waiting for pick up. Also, although we went to order the take out in person they charged us more than the price on the menu (so we paid for the ubereats markup). They did not disclose this either which in my opinion is a bit fraudulent. I only noticed because I remembered the prices of the items I ordered from the physical menu.
Great service. Food is amazing. Love their Nan Kebab a lot.
Service: The waitress was nice. The bathroom was clean. Service was somewhat slow. Food: We got the non-spicy Leghmen with beef tripe (18$) and non-spicy Marjan chop (17$). They tasted somewhat similar, but both were delicious! Atmosphere: We went on a Sunday, and it was very quiet, which we prefer. There were 2-4 tables occupied.
Incredibly good
The tripe tastes very authentic, recommended. The ramen noodles also taste very good, but the noodles are used for ramen noodles. It would be better if it is ramen noodles or ramen noodles!
Amazing food, welcoming environment with great service. I will be back for sure.
This restaurant is a hidden gem! The food is phenomenal! I had never tried Uyghur food before but not Im hooked. I especially loved the lamb kebabs but all the noodle dishes were great too (handmade noodles). Everything was spiced perfectly.
Amazing ,what a feast !
Hidden gem, food is very tasty and very different from what regular chinese food is. Seevice was slow but there was only one waitress doing everything. Service could definitely improve. Prives are very good for the quantity. There are some items on the menu only in Chinese. Dont be shy to ask what they are...
The lamb kebab is so good! I ate 6 all by myself . Gonna try more next time
Very nicely decorated, space restaurant. Food is good , service is fast, enjoyed our dinner there.
tasty
Nice place to have dinner, just a bit expensive
I hope there will be one in Vancouver too
The service was good but the price is outrageous. $60 for a dish of korma not big enough to fill two people is crazy
The meals taste good, the staple food portions are sufficient, and the barbecue is generally on the higher side. Just a little expensive. 100 for two people?
Tasty Ouighur cuisine, would recommend trying at least once!
So good!
This new and upcoming Uyghur place seems promising! It has a variety if options to consider from and you technically can t go wrong unless you dont have the taste buds for it
Loved the chicken and potato dish. The spicy rice noodles was level 10/10 spicy and delicious. So happy to have this addition in Brossard and hope they have great success and will stay a long time
Very good service. Souchi are delicious. The pandemic is finally over!
The Ding Ding fried rice is highly praised!
Delicious food very authentic, the portion was also large. However, there were not much varieties in the menu. Their lamb and fried noodle is a must try. The spice they use was delicious.
Came here for the lamb skewers but ended up trying some other things as well. Overall super good but I feel as though the wasn t very flavourful (was still good though). Want to come back to give that dish a second chance. A downside is that despite there being only 2 other tables, we didn t get served any water for a long time.
I mean this restaurant deserves to be more popular, but unfortunately it is situated in a poor location.
Amazing food, Hubby is addicted to the cuisine. Warmth atmosphere, great staff. Very affordable price. Diamond restaurant in Brossard!!
Exceptional noodle dishes! This is my first time trying Uyghur cuisine, very impressed
Very good food with incredible taste. I will come more often.
Food is soo good. Id never had Uyghur food or even knew what it was but if this is what it is its delicious. A strange mix of Szechuan Chinese, Middle Eastern and ... something else Im not even sure. Highly recommend the Marjan Leghmen (Fresh hand pulled noodles are delish) and the Spicy Rice Noodles. (Not a huge fan of the bouncier noodles but that spicy flavour of sauce is wow) The Lamb skewers and shank are nicely spiced too. I really want to try the soups next time. I like the Samsa but I wish there was a vegetarian option. Either way the beef samsa is yummy. Honestly havent had anything I didnt like yet. I found the menu really limited but I suppose its not really a bad thing when you have no idea what Uyghur food is. Im hoping they expand their menu in the future, I want to see what else this cuisine has to offer! Restaurant is nice looking, and the young kid that always serves us Im pretty sure has no idea what hes doing but not a big deal.
Tastes great
I ate nan bread with a meat turnover. It happened together everything was very hot. The main course consisted of meat with rice with carrots and legumes, a yogurt sauce accompanied the plate. These are reasonable portions. I recommend this restaurant. What a joy to savor this bouquet of exotic flavors and spices. For a moment, I was somewhere other than Quebec.
Make me sick
Food is great! Love it!
Best hand-pulled noodles in the Montréal area. Nice atmosphere and people as well!
Amazing and authentic Uyghur food. The portions are huge, and service was good.
Noodles with fried pork are the best!
I have tried Samasa and Kabab here, they were both amazing. The Kabab seems close to Uzbek kabab, well marinaded and super delicious. Samsa on the other hand, is always fresh and super delicious . The staff were so friendly, i really liked it and I am becoming a frequent customer here. They are an authentic Uyghur restaurant with food and decorations.
May 13th, 2022 @ 1850hrs
Great food, great service and great prices! It tasted authentic and service was great!
Friendly staff, good portions and tasted great
Found this place by accident looking for something spicy to eat. We ordered: BIG PLATE LAMB DPYR SAMSA KBL Qurghag Chop GB The noodles were nicely spiced. We ordered not Spicy. The kids really enjoyed it. The lamb dish was delicious. This place hit the spot. A+
Our last big meal was at Dolan Uyghur Restaurant. They specialize in Uyghur food. - Jasmine tea ($5.99 big pot) - Tripe épicée ($7.99) - decent portion of tripe. Sauce was an interesting mix of sweet and spicy (very mild). - Naan ($4.99 for 3) - dry and tasteless. - 2x Polo (pilaf Ouïghour) ($16.99) - pilaf was tasty. The lamb skewers had a good bite. - Nouilles de riz épicé ($14.99) - Dolan leghmen ($16.99) - noodles had a satisfying, toothsome bite. - Qorma poulet ($35.00) - good portion of bone-in chicken. - Qorma agneau ($45.00) - the lamb was my favourite dish. Tender yet meaty. Worth a trip across the bridge. 4.5 stars.
Nice
Amazing!!!
Delicious, also quite filling. Definitely recommend. Parking: Parking lot Food : 5/5 |
Very tasty and clean. Will come again!
Typical, tasty food. Clean and well ventilated place. Good service and superb decoration.
Delicious meals
Samsa and Marjan chops are delicious! Wish the lamb skewers could had a little bit more fat. Other than that everything is perfect!
My wife and I went there to try Uyghur food for the first time. We loved the restaurant. It seemed like a family restaurant, which is something I personally love. It gives the place a personal touch. The decorations and atmosphere are nice. They have a halal sign, which is a relief for someone with dietary restrictions like me. The waiter was so polite and helpful. As for the food, it was sooo delicious! We tried the lamb skewers, rice noodles and samsas. All of them were well seasoned and cooked. The noodles were a bit spicy for my taste, but not too bad. Our favorite was definitely the samsas. Also, portions were good at reasonable prices. The main room for improvement in my opinion is the digital menu. The descriptions were not quite clear for many dishes, which was a challenge for someone new to the Uyghur cuisine. I would definitely go back to try other dishes and enjoy this unique cuisine and lovely restaurant.
Fantastic food, service and nice decorations
Had a big family dinner at Dolan Uyghur Restaurant. They specialize in Uyghur food, which is always hard to find. Our group of 7 shared several dishes including polo ($16.99), spicy rice noodles ($14.99), Dolan leghmen ($16.99), chicken qorma ($35.00) and lamb qorma ($45.00). Everything was tasty minus the naan (dry and hard). Would come back in a heartbeat.
Yummy foods and nice staff. We come here on once a week
Absolutely savory and flavorful! The last few times I went, the bread was dry (felt like second-day bread to be honest) but thats my only complaint. The lamb skewers and cut noodles are my favorite dishes to order. I like how you can decide whether or not you want each dish to be spicy, this gives a chance for young children to enjoy the food as well. Im grateful that Brossard is starting to have more variety in Chinese cuisine that you dont often see outside of the island of Montreal.
Try it, its worth every penny. Been there twice and I cant wait to go again. The broth are delicious.
Best Uyghur HALAL restaurant! All foods are very delicious but I think they need to improve the samsa and placing the order bay scanning the QR cod is very practical! Thank you!
The samsa was delicious! Highly recommend as the lamb was juicy and the dough was super flaky. The lamb skewers were good but not the best I ve had. The noodles were also good but a bit oily. Would come again if craving Uyghur food.
